As you like it challenge - Let it snow!

Goodmorning, this is day 2 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag is het weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer willen we graag zien wat je favoriete manier is om sneeuw op je kaartje te verwerken. Ik vind meerdere manieren leuk om te doen, maar mijn echt favoriet is toch wel het gebruiken van Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel van Stampendous. Dit is een hele grove embossingpoeder. Je strooit het op je kaart, verhit het van onderen en dan heb je grote stukken witte embossing op je kaartje. Het is haast 3d, dus je voelt het goed zitten en dat geeft een leuk effect.

Ik heb voor deze challenge een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Frosty friends van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb daarna nog met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen op de afbeelding gekleurd. Ik heb op de sneeuw op het vogelhuisje ook nog Pure sheen glitter ice white van Nuvo aangebracht. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 van Crealies heb ik een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb dit gekleurd met Broken china, Faded jeans en Chipped saphire Distress inkt. In de rechter bovenhoek heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Handletter woorden - Kerst van Craft emotions gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb daarna een maskerpapiertje op de tekst gelegd en heb de sneeuw aangebracht met de Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel van  Stampendous. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik alles op een witte kaart geplakt.

Today it is time again for a new challenge on the As you like it challenge blog. This time we want to see your favourite way to add snow on a card. I like many ways, but my favourite has to be using 
Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel from Stampendous. This is a really thick embossing powder. You sprinkle it on your card, heat it from below the surface and you real thick embossing "dots". I love the look of this! It is almost 3d.

I have made a card with the digital stamp Frosty friends from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have the fussy cut the image. I coloured on some parts of the image with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. On the snow on the birdhouse I added Pure sheen glitter ice white from Nuvo. I have diecut a rectangle from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 from Crealies and coloured it with Broken china, Faded jeans and Chipped saphire Distress ink. In the right upper corner I have stamped a sentiment (happy holidays) from the stampset Handletter woorden - Kerst from Craft emotions with Versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I put a little masking paper on the sentiment and then I sprinkled the Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel from Stampendous on the rectangle. I glued the image with foamtape on the card and then glued it all on a white card.
