Samenwonen

Vandaag heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik drie paarse kaders met daarin stippen geprint. Ik heb de stempel My prince charming van Rachel Anne Miller gebruikt. De kikkers zijn gekleurd met derwent potloden. Met mijn clear spica glitter pen heb ik op de bloemetjes en sterretjes glitter aangebracht. Ook heb ik de vrouwtjes kikker een glitterlijntje boven haar ogen gegeven en glitter wimpers, zodat het net lijkt of ze make up op heeft. ;) Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op haar snuitje getekend. De kikkers zijn uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Van paars papier heb ik een stripje gesneden. Het woord samenwonen heb ik gestempeld met een alfabet stempelsetje van Studio G. De letters zijn uitgeponst met een vierkant ponsje en daarna heb ik ze kriskras op de paarse strip geplakt. Langs de randjes van de vierkantje heb ik nog een beetje gekleurd met een paars potlood, zodat ze niet zo wit zijn.

Today I made this card. On a white card I printed 3 purple frames with dots in them. I used the stamp My prince charming from Rachelle Anne Miller. I coloured the frogs with derwent pencils. I added glitter to the flowers and the stars with a clear spica glitter pen. I also coloured a line above the eye of the female frog and I colored her eyelashes with glitter. Now it looks like she is wearing make up. ;) With a white gelpen I coloured some dots on her face. I cut the frogs with oval nestabilities and added a purple bigger oval. I cut a strip from purple paper. The word samenwonen ( living together) was stamped with an alphabet stamp set from Studio G. I punched the letters with a small square punch and I glued them just randomly on the purple strip. I colored the edges of the squares with a purple pencil, so they don't look so white.

Penny Black saturday - Doodles

Het is weer zaterdag en dus weer tijd voor een nieuwe Penny Black saturday challenge! Deze week is het de bedoeling dat je op je kaartje aan het doodlen gaat. Erg leuk dus. Ik was gevraagd om een kaartje te maken voor een stel dat gaat samenwonen en dat heb ik meteen gecombineerd met deze challenge. Ik heb de afbeelding van de knuffelende muisjes uit het clearsetje Hugs genomen en deze eerst met zwarte inkt gestempeld. Daarna heb ik Versamark Dazzle inkt in de kleur frost gebruikt en toen heb ik de muisjes nog een keer gestempeld. Zo krijg je een hele subtiele glitter op de randjes van de muisjes. Ik heb de muisjes gekleurd met derwent potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Op de wangetjes van de muisjes zijn stipjes getekend met een witte gelpen en de bloem is gekleurd met een groene en clear spica glitter pen. Ik heb nog een iets grotere rose cirkel uitgesneden en op het randje heb ik wat gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Uit zwart papier heb ik tenslotte een geschulpte cirkel gesneden. Ik heb twee vlakken van het rose papier geëmbost met de swiss dots van cuttlebug en om het onderste rose vlak heb ik een zwart satijnen lintje gedaan. Het woord samenwonen is gemaakt met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz. Binnenin de kaart heb ik nog gefeliciteerd geprint.

It is saturday and so it is time for a new Penny Black saturday challenge. This week you have to doodle somewhere on your card. Love it! I was asked to make a card for a couple that is going to live together, so I combined it with this challenge. I used the image of the hugging mice from the Penny Black clearset hugs and stamped it first with my black ink. Then I stamped the image again on top of the first image with Versamark dazzle ink in the colour frost. It gives a real subtle shimmer on the black lines of the image. I colored the mice with derwent pencils and then I have cut the image with my circle nestabilities. I added dots to the cheeks with a white gelpen and I colored the flower with a green and clear spica glitter pen. I also have cut a bigger pink circle and I doodled on the edge with a black fineliner. I have cut the scalloped circle out of black paper. The pink rectangles were embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug and I added a black satin ribbon. The word samenwonen ( living together) was made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz. On the inside of the card I printed congratulations.
