Hallo, ik heb van moeder een schattig roze eierdoosje met lekkere chocolade paaseitjes van de Hema cadeau gekregen. Wel zat daar een opdracht bij, want ik moest het doosje zelf versieren. ;) Dus dat heb ik dan ook maar gedaan.
Hello, I received a cute pink egg box filled with delicious chocolate Easter eggs from the Hema as a gift from my mum. It did come with a little task though, as I had to decorate the box myself. ;) So of course, I went ahead and did just that.
Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een band van papier om het doosje te vouwen en daarop heb ik een vierkantje geplakt met versiering. Ik heb de digitale stempel Easter balloon chickie van The digistamp boutique (no longer in business) geprint en daarna heb ik deze ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.
Uit wit karton heb ik een vierkantje gestanst met de Hand drawn squares with small stitches (D231074) van Gummiapan en daarop heb ik een lucht geblend met Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Met de witte Posca pen heb ik stipjes in de lucht getekend en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op het vierkant geplakt. In het gras heb ik met een groene fineliner stipjes getekend. Op een smal strookje wit karton heb ik de tekst Happy easter van de stempelset Chirpy chirp chirp van Lawn fawn gestempeld en deze heb ik daarna op het vierkant geplakt. Het vierkant zelf heb ik ook met foamtape op de band geplakt.
I chose to wrap a band of paper around the box and attach a small decorated square to it. I printed the digital stamp Easter balloon chickie from The digistamp boutique (no longer in business), then coloured it in using my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. After that, I cut out the image.
From white cardstock, I die-cut a square using the Hand drawn squares with small stitches (D231074) by Gummiapan, and blended a sky onto it using Peacock feathers Distress ink. I added little dots in the sky with the white Posca pen, then attached the image to the square using foam tape. In the grass, I drew small dots with a green fineliner. On a narrow strip of white cardstock, I stamped the text “Happy Easter” from the Chirpy chirp chirp stamp set by Lawn fawn and then adhered it to the square. Finally, I attached the square itself to the band using foam tape.
Hallo, het was al een hele tijd geleden dat ik een kaartje heb gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex, dus dat heb ik dit weekend lekker gedaan. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een schattige alligator van de set Alligator clipart van ClipArtisan. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.
Met de set Stanze B MDC basics die set van Create a smile stamps heb ik uit wit karton een kaartje voor mijn Memory dex gestanst. Ik heb daarna het kaartje gekleurd door er Spun sugar en Kitsch flamingo Distress inkt op te blenden. Daarna heb ik met een Hartjes stencil waarvan ik het merk helaas niet meer weet hartjes op het kaartje geblend met Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Op alle hartjes heb ik een tekst gestempeld met de set Critter conversation hearts van Lawn fawn en Versafine clair Charming pink om ze zo op snoephartjes te laten lijken. Met een stans van de set Banners - CR1299 (retired) van Marianne design heb ik een banner uit wit karton gestanst. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van de banner getekend. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom de banner gebonden en daarna heb ik deze met foamtape op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding ook met foamtape op de banner geplakt.
Using the Stanze B MDC basics die set from Create a smile stamps, I die-cut a Memory Dex card from white card stock. I then coloured the card by blending Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo Distress inks. After that, I used a heart stencil (unfortunately I can’t remember the brand) to blend hearts onto the card with Picked Raspberry Distress ink. On all the hearts, I stamped text using the Critter conversation hearts by Lawn fawn and VersaFine Clair Charming Pink, to make them look like candy hearts. With a die from the Banners - CR1299 (retired) from Marianne design, I die-cut a banner from white card stock. I drew a line around the edges of the banner with a black fineliner. I tied a white ribbon around the banner and then attached it to my Memory Dex card using foam tape. Finally, I also attached the image to the banner with foam tape.

Het zal geen verrassing zijn dat ik voor schattige kaarten heb gekozen, maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik het af en toe ook erg leuk vind om een elegante kaart te maken. Maar ik moet toegeven dat ik het wel heel erg leuk vind om kaarten te maken met schattige diertjes erop en daarom maak ik die heel graag.

It will come as no surprise that I chose cute cards, although that doesn’t mean I don’t also really enjoy making an elegant card from time to time. Ik heb een paaskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Eggstravaganza van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb een stukje wit karton geëmbost met de Marjoleine's stripes embossingfolder (DF3456) van Marianne design. Op een witte kaart heb ik een strip roze karton geplakt. Daarna heb ik het witte geëmboste karton op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Chirpy chirp chirp van Lawn fawn op de kaart gestempeld. Ik heb speciaal voor een kleine tekst gekozen zodat deze precies tussen 2 geëmboste lijnen past. Als laatste heb ik met een hoekpons de hoeken van de kaart aan de rechterkant afgerond.

I have made an easter card with the digital stamp Eggstravaganza from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut the image. I embossed white cardstock with the Marjoleine's stripes embossingfolder (DF3456) from Marianne design. On a white card I glued a strip of pink cardstock and then I glued the white embossed cardstock on the card. I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Chirpy chirp chirp from Lawn fawn on the card. I have chosen a little sentiment, because then it would fit between the embossed lines. I have rounded the right corners of the card with a corner punch.

Voor deze challenge heb ik een sliderkaartje gemaakt. Ik heb het idee voor dit kaartje al eigenlijk sinds ik de stempelset heb (en dat is al best lang) in mijn hoofd en nu heb ik hem dus eindelijk gemaakt. Voor deze kaart heb ik de stempelset Beam me up van Lawn fawn gebruikt. Ik heb 2 aliens gestempeld en daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgestanst met de Beam me up Lawn cuts van Lawn fawn.
Bij aliens hoort natuurlijk een galaxy en die heb ik gemaakt met Black soot, Lucky clover, Salty ocean, Candied apple en mustard seed Distress oxide inkt op een stuk wit karton. Ik heb daarna vlekken met water op de achtergrond gemaakt en daarna heb ik witte acrylverf gebruikt om sterren te maken. Ik heb ook nog een aantal kleine sterren ut wit karton gestanst met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke en die heb ik op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb de sliderkaart gemaakt met de Silhouette cameo en daarna heb ik met de silhouette twee bestandjes gesneden voor mijn kaart. Het ruimteschip is gemaakt met de Friendly alien (268211) van FoxSister van rood glitter karton en zwart karton. De planeet is uit wit karton gesneden en hiervoor heb ik het bestand Starry planet (19579) van Sophie Gallo gebruikt. Als je aan de slider trekt gaat de alien van de planeet af zo zijn ruimteschip in. Onderin in mijn post staat een filmpje.
For this challenge I have made a slidercard. I had the idea for this kind of card in my head since I bought this set (and that is a long time) and now I finally made it. For this card I have used the stampset Beam me up from Lawn fawn. I have stamped 2 aliens and coloured those with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have die-cut the images with the Beam me up Lawn cuts from Lawn fawn.
When you have aliens, you definitely need a galaxy and I decided to make one on white cardstock with Black soot, Lucky clover, Salty ocean, Candied apple and mustard seed Distress ink. Then I added splotches with water and used white acrylic paint to make stars. I have die-cut a couple of stars from white cardstock with the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke and then I glued those on the background. I have made the slidercard with the Silhouette cameo and then I used the silhouette cameo to cut 2 files for my card. I have cut the space ship with the file Friendly alien (268211) from FoxSister from red shimmer cardstock and black cardstock. The planet is cut with the Starry planet (19579) from Sophie Gallo from white cardstock. If you pull the slider part, the alien goes from the planet into it's spaceship. I will add a little movie at the bottom of my post.
Ik heb de binnenkant van de kaart versierd met teksten van de stempelset Beam me up van Lawn fawn. Ik heb ze op wit karton gestempeld en met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kadertje om de woorden getekend. Rondom de woorden heb ik sterren geplakt die ik uit wit karton heb gestanst met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke.
I have decorated the inside of the card with sentiments from the stampset Beam me up from Lawn fawn. I stamped those on white cardstock and white a black fineliner I have drawn a frame around the words. I have glued them in the card and around the sentiments I glued a couple of stars that I ahave die-cut from white cardstock with the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke.

Voor de lucht heb ik een stuk wit karton gebruikt en dat heb ik gekleurd met Broken china, Peacock feathers. Faded jeans en Chipped saphire Distress inkt. Ik heb de sneeuwstempel van de set Snow cool van Lawn fawn met versamark inkt op de lucht gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb een aantal bomen van de stempelset On thin ice van Clearly besotted (retired) gestempeld en deze ingekleurd en op de achtergrond geplakt. Daarna heb ik de muisjes in mijn kaart geplakt.
Goodmorning, today I am posting a christmas card that I have made . This time I have made a box card. I had never made those before and that is a shame, because it is such a cute card shape! But they are really difficult to take pretty pictures of. ;) I have used the clear stamp set Merry christmouse from Lawn fawn (retired) for my card. I have stamped the images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. Then I have diecut all the images with the matching dies. I have made my box card from red cardstock. I have cut an oval in the front panel of the card with the Ellipse dies CDECD0021 from Card deco. In the card I glued snowhills that were cut with the Stitched basic edges 2 die-namics from My favorite things. For the sky I used a piece of white cardstock and I coloured it with Broken china, Peacock feathers. Faded jeans and Chipped saphire Distress ink. Then I stamped snow from the clear stampset Snow cool from Lawn fawn on the sky with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I added a couple of tress from the stampset On thin ice from Clearly besotted (retired) on the card after I coloured them with my pencils. Then I glued the mice in the card.
