Kaartjes uit de Hobbyjournaal.

Goedemorgen, al vanaf 2008 maak ik regelmatig kaarten die gepubliceerd worden in de Hobbyjournaal en vandaag laat ik 2 kaarten zien die ik voor een nummer van vorig jaar heb gemaakt. Beide kaarten zijn gemaakt met dies van Xcut

Goodmorning, I have been making cards for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal since 2008 and today I want to show you 2 card that I made for an edition from last year. Both cards are made with dies from Xcut.

Mijn eerste kaart is gemaakt met de die Congratulations topper van Xcut. Het is hele grote die en dus heb ik de kaart vrij eenvoudig gehouden. Op aquarelpapier heb met de Kuretake gansai tambi aquarelverf een regenboogachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb eerst heel veel water op het aquarelpapier aangebracht en daarna heb ik de verf op het papier aangebracht, waardoor alles heel mooi wordt gemend met elkaar. Uit zwart papier heb ik eerst de Congratulations topper uitgestanst en daarna heb ik met de vierkante die van de Die-namics blueprints 14 van My favorite things een mooi randje rondom de Congratulations topper gesneden. Ik heb het geheel daarna rechtstreeks op het aquarel papier geplakt.

My first card was made with the die Congratulations topper from Xcut. It is a large die and so I kept the card very simple. I made a rainbow background on watercolor paper with the Kuretake gansai tambi watercolors. I first applied water on the watercolor paper and then I colored it with my paints. That way everything blended really well. From black cardstock I first cut the congratulations topper and then I used the sqaure die from the Die-namics blueprints 14 from My favorite things to add a nice edge. I adhered the black panel straight on my card.

De tweede kaart is gemaakt met de die Happy birthday topper van Xcut. Ik heb deze gebruikt om een shakercard te maken. Ik heb op een stuk aquarelpapier een regenboog gemaakt met de Kuretake gansai tambi en daarna heb ik met de vierkante die van de Die-namics blueprints 14 van My favorite things hier een vierkant uit gesneden. Daarna heb ik de Happy birthday topper uitgesneden. Ik heb een stukje plastic van een verpakking achter op het aquarelpapier geplakt en daarna heb ik met foamtape de shakercard gemaakt. Ik heb mijn shaker gevuld met sequins en kleine kraaltjes en alles wat ik maar kon vinden wat leuk was voor deze kaart. ;) Daarna heb ik het geheel op mijn kaart geplakt.

The second card is made with the die Happy birthday topper from Xcut. This time I used the die to create a shakercard. I made a rainboq on watercolor paper with my Kuretake gansai tambi watercolors and then I cut a a square out with the large square die from the Die-namics blueprints 14 from My favorite things. Then I cut the sqauer with the Happy birthday topper. I have added plastic on the back of the watercolor paper and then I used foamtape to create the shakercard. I have filled the shakercard with sequins and tiny beads and everything else that I could fine for my shaker. ;) Then I adhered it on a black card.

Laatste kerstprojectje uit de Hobbyjournaal

Goedemorgen, eindelijk weer eens een berichtje van mij! Ik hoop dat iedereen een fijne kerst heeft gehad. Ik heb het lekker rustig aan gedaan, perfect dus! De reden van mijn afwezigheid is dat ik even goed in de lappenmand zat, ik kreeg een griepje en ben er waarschijnlijk iets te lang mee doorgelopen en toen kreeg ik van alles erbij. Dus de afgelopen weken heb ik maar eens goed uitgerust en bijna niks creatiefs gedaan, alleen een beetje haken en breien. Op eerste kerstdag heb ik voor het eerst sinds 3 of 4 weken weer eens wat gekleurd, dat was een last-minute cadeautje en daar heb ik geen foto van.
Gelukkig had ik dit hartje nog niet laten zien dat ik heb gemaakt voor het Hobbyjournaal. Ik had ook nog 2 kaarten gemaakt, maar ook daar heb ik geen foto's van. Oeps. Hopelijk gaat dat beter in 2014. ;)
Ik kwam deze leuke houten hartjes tegen bij de Xenos en die wilde ik wel gaan versieren om er een leuk kersthangertje van te maken. Het schattige pinguinmeisje is een stempeltje uit de set Mimi's winter friends van Penny Black. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. De tekst heb ik gestempeld met een setje van My favorite things en daarna heb ik deze in een vlaggenvorm uitgesneden. Met een ponsje heb ik een sneeuwster uitgesneden en deze heb ik op het hartje geplakt. Als laatste heb ik nog wat kleine plakpareltjes opgeplakt.

Goodmorning, finally a new post from me again! I hope everyone had a lovely christmas. My christmas was really relaxing, so it was perfect! The reason for me not posting, was that I have been sick for a couple of weeks. I had the flu, but I didn't take my rest, so some other things also happened. So I used the last couple of weeks to relax and I hardly crafted, the only thing I did was a little bit of crocheting and knitting. On first christmasday I made a little something as a last minute christmas present and that was my first time colouring in 3 or 4 weeks, but I was in a hurry so I don't have a picture. 
I was happy to find this picture on my computer. It is a little christmas decoration that I made for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. I also made 2 matching cards, but I didn't make pictures of them. I hope I will remember to make more pictures in 2014. ;)
I found these cute wooden hearts in a dutch store and I wanted to decorate it, to make a nice christmas ornament. The sweet penguingirl is a stamp from the set Mimi's winterfriends from Penny Black. I coloured the girl with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. The sentiment is stamped with a stampset from My favorite things and I cut it into a bannershape. I added a snowflake that I made with a punch. Then I decorated the heart and snowflake with some white pearls.

Hello, today I am showing you the projects that I made for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. This is the 100st edition this month. I have been published every month from month 43, so it has been a while now! :)

For this special edition I decided to make a little box, a card and a little giftcard holder. 

Deze maand heb ik gewerkt met stempels van Hero arts en Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb kraft papier gecombineerd met fel gekleurde bloemetjes, omdat ik dat zo leuk vind samen. :)

This month I decided to work with stamps from Hero arts and Clearly besotted stamps. I used kraft paper in combination with bright coloured flowers, because I really like this combination. :)

Deze maand mocht ik weer een aantal projectjes maken voor de Hobbyjournaal nummer 95. Omdat het bijna valentijsdag is, heb ik besloten om hier een hangertje, kaartje en wat kleine cadeautasjes voor te maken.

This month I was asked again to make some projects for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. Since it is almost Valentine's day, I decided to make a Valentine ornament, card and little bags.

Kaartjes uit HJ 94 en kerstkaart gemaakt door Menno

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik de kaarten zien die ik heb gemaakt voor Hobbyjournaal nummer 94. Deze keer hadden ze me gevraagd of ik een kaart, een label en een klein doosje of cadeautje wilde maken. Deze keer heb ik gewerkt met stempels van Whiff of joy.  De pinguinstempels smeekten er gewoon om om gebruikt te worden. ;) Op het kaartje heb ik de stempels Fishy present - Penguin brothers gebruikt. Het sterrendesign papier is van Pipoos. Het tekstje komt uit een stempelset van Nellie Snellen. 

Goodmorning, today I am showing you the cards that I made for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. This time they asked me if I could make a card, a label and a little box or present. This time I worked with stamps from Whiff of joy. The penguin stamps were just begging to be used on my projects. ;) On this card I have used the image Fishy present - Penguin brothers. The star paper is design paper from a Dutch store Pipoos. The sentiment (Happy holidays) from Nellie Snellen.

Dit is het cadeaulabel geworden. Hierop heb ik de stempel Penguin brothers building a snowman van Whiff of joy gebruikt. De tag is uitgesneden met de silhouette. Ik heb 4 verschillende witte lintjes aan mijn tag gehangen en deze samengeknoopt met bakerstwine van de Hema. 

This is the tag that I made. This time I used the stamp Penguin brothers building a snowman from Whiff of joy. The tag is cut out with the silhouette. I attached 4 different white ribbon and some bakerstwine at the tag. 

Als laatste heb ik een wikkel voor om een chocoladereepje gemaakt. Het witte karton is geknipt met een scallop schaar. Daarna heb ik weer het designpapier van Pipoos opgeplakt. Deze keer heb ik maar één van de pinguins van de Fishy present - Penguin brothers van Whiff of joy gebruikt.

Finally I made a band that you can wrap around a little chocolate bar. I have cut the white cardstock with scalloped scissors. Then I added the designpaper from the Dutch store again. This time I used just one of the penguins from the Fishy present - Penguin brothers from Whiff of joy.

Tenslotte laat ik vandaag nog een kerstkaartje zien. Menno was hier afgelopen week en als creatieve tante vond ik dat het onderhand wel eens tijd werd dat hij ook eens een kaartje ging maken. De kleine man is toch al 1 jaar en 1 maand. ;) Ik heb daarom een afbeelding van een kerstboompje van Pink petticoat geprint en daaronder ook de tekst. Het kerstboompje is van de set O christmas tree. Daarna heb ik Menno wat potloden in zijn handen geduwd en daar is dit kunstwerk uitgekomen. :) Echt talentje he! 

Now I am showing you another christmas card. Menno had visited me last week and as a crafty aunty I thought it was about time that he made a card. The little men is now 1 year and 1 month. ;) So printed an image from a chistmas tree from Pink petticoat and I added a sentiment. The tree is from the set O christmas tree. Then I gave Menno some pencils and this is the art he made. :) Such a talent!

De kleine artiest wilde natuurlijk ook dat er wel een logo met zijn eigen naam op de kaart kwam.

The little artist also wanted a logo with his name on the back of the card.

Kaartjes uit HJ 91

Hallo! Ook deze maand mocht ik weer een aantal kaartjes voor de nieuwe Hobbyjournaal maken en deze keer werd me gevraagd om met de kerstcollectie van Boofle te werken. De stempels zijn erg leuk en er zitten ook leuke kleinere stempels bij. Ik vind ze alleen best groot, normaal maak ik nooit zulke grote kaarten, maar toch is het gelukt om er een aantal kaartjes mee te maken. :) Het design papier is ook erg leuk, hele leuke motiefjes, echt een aanrader dus!

Hello! I was asked again to make a couple of cards for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal and this time I was send a package with the Boofle christmas collection. I love  the stamps, there are a lot of nice small accessory stamps. I was only intimedated with the size of the stamps, they are quite large. Normally my cards aren't that large, but I managed to make some cards wiht them. :) The design paper is really fabulous, lots of great patterns!

Ik ben helemaal gek van deze schotse ruit. die gaan jullie zeker nog terugzien! De pinguins zijn erg schattig, ik heb hun mutsjes gepaperpieced. Het randje van Crealies is zo leuk

En als laatste mijn favoriete kaart uit deze serie. Ik vind de gepaperpiecede boompjes zo leuk overkomen en ook de sjaal van het rendier is leuk geworden.

Hallo! Ik had nog niet de kaartjes laten zien die ik heb gemaakt voor Hobbyjournaal 90. Deze keer heb ik gewerkt met de nieuwe kerststempels van Lili of the vally. Zijn ze niet leuk?? Ik heb alle afbeeldingen gekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. De verdere stempels die ik heb gebruikt staan bij de kaartjes zelf.

Kaartjes uit Hobbyjournaal 88

Hallo! Ik kwam er net achter dat ik de kaartjes die ik heb gemaakt voor Hobbyjournaal 88 nog niet had laten zien op mijn blog, dus dat doen we dan maar vandaag. :) Ik heb weer stempeltjes van Penny Black gebruikt. Deze keer heb ik de clear stempelset Betsy Bluebell gebruikt. Het design papier dat ik heb gebruikt is van Echo Park van het paperpad Hello summer. De afbeeldingen zijn ingekleurd met potloden en een zwarte glaze pen. Verder heb ik veel stickles gebruikt om de kaartjes nog fleuriger te laten worden.

This time I used the clear stamp set Betsy Bluebell. The design paper I used is from the Echo park paperpad Hello Summer. All the images are coloured with my pencils and a black glaze pen. I also used a lot of stickles to give them lots of sparkle!

Hallo! Vandaag laat ik nog een aantal kaarten zien die ik heb gemaakt voor het Hobbyjournaal. Deze kaarten zijn allemaal gemaakt met de stempelset Bundle of joy van Penny Black.

Mijn kaartjes uit HJ 87

Hallo, vandaag laat ik mijn kaartjes zien die in Hobbyjournaal 87 zijn geplaatst. Ik heb gewerkt met stempels van Paper smooches. Op mijn eerste kaartje heb ik gewerkt met de stempelset Perky plants. De tekst komt van de set Sentiment sampler. Het streepjes papier is van de Country drive paperpad van Echo Park.

Hello, today I am showing you the cards that I made for this month's issue of the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. I have worked with the stamps from Paper smooches. On my first card I have used the stampset Perky plants. The sentiment is from the Sentiment sampler set. The striped paper is from the Country drive paperpad from Echo Park. 

Het tweede kaartje is gemaakt met het schattige monstertje van de Falling for you stempelset. Ik heb het monster gepaperpieced met groen papier van het Country drive paperpad en gewoon wit papier. De tekst komt weer uit de Sentiment sampler set van Paper smooches. De volledige beschrijvingen van de kaarten zijn te vinden in Hobbyjournaal 87. 

The second card is made with the cute little monster from the Falling for you stampset. I have paperpieced the monster with green paper from the Country drive paperpad from Echo Park and some white paper. The sentiment is again from the Sentiment sampler set from Paper smooches. 

Mijn kaarten uit HJ 85

Hallo! Ook deze maand mocht ik weer een bijdrage leveren aan Hobbyjournaal 85 en deze keer heb ik vooral met stempels van My favorite things en Hero arts gewerkt. Op geen enkele kaart heb ik design papier gebruikt, ik heb gewoon mijn eigen achtergronden gemaakt met de grote achtergrond stempels van Hero arts. 

Hello! This month I was asked again to make some cards for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal 85 and this time I decided to work with stamps from My favorite things and Hero arts. I haven't used design paper on any of my cards, because I have made my own backgrounds with the Background stamps from Hero arts.

Mijn eerste kaartje is gemaakt met de stempel Pure innocence: My umbrella van My favorite things. De wolkjes zijn gemaakt met stansjes van Papertrey Ink en ze zijn bestempeld met de Magical background van Hero arts. Op het heuveltje heb ik gestempeld met de Large canavas stripes van Hero arts.

My first card is made with the stamp Pure innocence: My umbrella from My favorite things. The clouds are made with dies from Papertrey Ink and I stamped on them with the Magical background from Hero arts. I stamped on the hill with the Large canvas stripes from Hero arts.

Het meisje op de tweede kaart is gestempeld met de Pure innocence: Peek a boo van My favorite things. Ik heb haar jurkje gepaperpieced met de Large plaid pattern van Hero Arts. Ik heb deze zelfde stempel ook gebruikt voor de achtergrond van mijn kaart.

The girl on my second card is made with the stamp Pure innocence Peek a boo from My favorite things. I have paperpieced the dress with the Large plaid pattern from Hero arts. I have used the same stamp for my background on my card.

Het meisje op de derde kaart is Pure innocence: Birthday princess van My favorite things. De strepen achtergrond van mijn kaart is gemaakt met de Large canvas stripes van Hero arts. De kleine bloemetjes zijn gestempeld met een bloemetje uit de All occasion messages set van Hero arts. Ik heb het jurkje van het meisje bestempel met dezelfde bloem.

The girl on the thirth card is Pure innocence: Birthday princess from My favorite things. The striped background is made with the Large canvas stripes from Hero arts. The little flowers are stamped with a flower from the All occasion messages set from Hero arts. I stamped on the girl's dress with the same flower.

Mijn laatste kaartje is gemaakt met Pure innocence: Being cute is what I do van My favorite things. De achtergrond van de kaart is gestempeld met de Line dots van Hero arts. Het hesje van het meisje is gestempeld met de Magical background van Hero arts. 

My last card is made with Pure innocence: Being cute is what I do from My favorite things. The background of the card is stamped with the Line dots from Hero arts. I stamped on the girl's clothes with the Magical background from Hero arts.
