Di's digi designs challenge - Ribbon and/or lace

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag lint of kant op je kaartje zien. 

Ik heb een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Ladybug friend van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik een strip paars ruitjespapier van het Classic sunburst paperpack van Sunny Studio stamps geplakt nadat ik daar eerst een wit lintje omheen heb gebonden. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Handletter-Huwelijk van Craft emotions naast de afbeelding op het paarse papier gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met witte hotfix steentjes.

I have fussy cut the image. On a white card I have glued a strip of purple patterned paper from the Classic sunburst paperpack from Sunny Studio stamps after I tied a white ribbon around it. I have glued the image with foamtape on my card. Next to the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Handletter-Huwelijk from Craft emotions. The card is decorated with white hotfix gems.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze week worden we gesponsord door Lee Holland art. We willen deze week graag je favoriete kaartenschets of layout zien. Ik maak graag clean and simple kaarten en gebruik niet veel design papier, maar dit model met een randje design papier aan de kant en verder een simpele layout is toch wel echt een favoriet die ik graag maak. 

Deze keer heb ik een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding Froggie hoppy day 2 (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb een strip regenboogpapier van het Rainbow paperpack (WSDP08) van Whimsy stamps op een kraft kaart geplakt. Op een stuk kraft karton heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape opgeplakt. Onder en boven de afbeelding heb ik 2 teksten van de stempelset Simple sentiment strips (CWSD354) van Whimsy stamps gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kadertje langs de randen van het kraft karton getekend. Ik heb het kraft karton met de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt.

When I want to use patterned paper this layout with a strip of patterned paper on the side of the card is a real favourite.

I have glued a strip of rainbow striped paper from the Rainbow paperpack (WSDP08) from Whimsy stamps on a kraft card. I have glued the image with foamtape on kraft cardstock. Above and below the image I have stamped 2 sentiments from the set Simple sentiment strips (CWSD354) from Whimsy stamps. With a black fineliner I doodled a frame around the edges of the kraft cardstock. I have glued the kraft cardstock with foamtape on my card.

Paperfuel - Happy kingsday!!

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het koningsdag en daarom heb ik een koningsdag tekening gemaakt in mijn aquarelboekje. Ik vind de tekeningen van Paperfuel en dan vooral de cartoonmeisjes erg leuk om te tekenen.

Ik heb met potlood een tekening gemaakt in mijn Watercolour book A6 Portret van Hahnemühle. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn nieuwe "Road to retro" Aquarelset van Paperfuel. De ogen van het meisje heb ik gekleurd met de Black glaze pen. 

Ik wil iedereen vandaag een hele fijne koningsdag toewensen!

Goodmorning, today it is in Kings day in the Netherlands and that is why I have made a Kingsday drawing with a traditional kings day pastry (A tompouce) in my watercolour sketchbook. I really love the drawings from Paperfuel and especially her cartoongirls. They are the inspiration for my drawing. 

I used a pencil to make my drawing in the Watercolour book A6 Portret from Hahnemühle. Then I traced the image with a black fineliner. I have coloured the girl with my new "Road to retro" Aquarelset from Paperfuel. The eyes of the girl are coloured with a Black glaze pen.

Whimsy stamps - Gus on Christmas

  

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een kersttag die ik heb gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding Gus on Christmas (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Met de Mini slim tag die set (WSD343a) van Whimsy stamps heb ik een grote tag uit roze karton gestanst en de kleine tag heb ik uit vellum gestanst. Op de vellum tag heb ik de Speckled background rubber cling (DBB0070) van Whimsy stamps gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de vellum tag geplakt. Ik heb de tags aan elkaar gebonden met wit borduurgaren. Onder op de roze tag heb ik een tekst gestempeld van de set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a christmas tag that I have made with an image from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image Gus on Christmas (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. 

With the Mini slim tag die set (WSD343a) from Whimsy stamps I have cut a large tag from pink cardstock and the little tag was cut from vellum. On the vellum I have stamped the Speckled background rubber cling (DBB0070) from Whimsy stamps with Versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I have glued the bunny with foamtape on the vellum tag. I have attached the tags together with a bow from white embroidery thread. On the bottom of the pink tag I have stamped a sentiment from the set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) from Whimsy stamps.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje voor Whimsy stamps. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Spring lamb (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb een ronde vorm uit maskerpapier gesneden en daarna heb ik het maskerpapier op de voorkant van een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb een stencil gemaakt met de wolkenstans van de set Grassy and cloud edger dies (WSD421) van Whimsy stamps en daarna heb ik met Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Sending sunshine clear stamps (CWSD225) van Whimsy stamps op mijn kaart gestempeld.

Ik heb op mijn kaartje de digitale stempel Bunny kisses, springtime wishes van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en een zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Big labelzz & tagzz stansen 19 (CLbigLT19) van Crealies heb ik een label uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb hierop met zwarte inkt een tekst van de stempelset Spring plushies (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de Konfetti van Cats on appletrees op de label gestempeld met Field greens shadow inkt van Hero arts. Op een witte kaart heb ik paars design papier van het Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paper pack van Doodlebug geplakt en daarna heb ik de tag met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de tag geplakt.

Then I stamped on the label with the Konfetti stamp from Cats on appletrees with Field greens shadow ink from Hero arts. On a white card I have glued purple patterned paper from the Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paper pack from Doodlebug. I glued the tag with foamtape on the card and then I added the images with foamtape on the tag.

Ik heb een paaskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Bunny and chick van de Easter 2020 collection van Isabel Cristina. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Nellie's multi frames Straight easter egg (MFD089) van Nellie Snellen heb ik een ei uit geel design papier van het Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paper pack van Doodlebug gestanst en dat heb ik op een kraft kaart geplakt. Ik heb onder het ei een tekst van de stempelset Cute birds (CCD-0143) van CC. Designs gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik de tekst geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Uit wit en groen karton heb ik met de Mini flowers & leaves van Simon says stamp een aantal bloemetjes en blaadjes gestanst en die heb ik op de kaart geplakt. De bloemetjes zijn versierd met een witte parel. Ik heb wit borduurgaren rondom de voorkant van de kaart gebonden.

Under the egg I have stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Cute birds (CCD-0143) from CC. Designs with Versamark ink. I have embossed it with white embossingpowder. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have cut a couple of flowers and leaves from white and green cardstock with the Mini flowers & leaves from Simon says stamp and then I glued those on the card. The flowers are decorated with a white pearl. I tied white embroidery thread around the front of the card.

Whimsy stamps - You are so cute

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje voor Whimsy stamps op mijn blog. Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Penguin's cute chicks (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Op een witte kaart heb ik 2 strips groen stipjespapier van het Mix-n-match 2 paper pack (WSDP38) van Whimsy stamps geplakt. Op een stukje wit karton heb ik met Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van het witte karton gedoodled. Ik heb het witte karton met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik wilde eigenlijk een paaskaartje maken, maar ik heb helaas nog geen paastekst van Whimsy stamps en daarom heb ik voor een andere toepasselijke tekst gekozen van de stempelset Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps. Ook heel toepasselijk want deze schattige kuikentjes zijn natuurlijk super schattig! Rondom de afbeelding heb ik kleine gele pareltjes geplakt.

On a white card I have glued green patterned paper from the Mix-n-match 2 paper pack (WSDP38) from Whimsy stamps. On a sheet of white cardstock I have made a background for my image with Tumbled glass distress ink. I used a black fineliner to draw a line around the edges of the white cardstock. I glued the white cardstock with foamtape on my card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I wanted to make an easter card, but I don't have any easter sentiments yet from Whimsy stamps, so I decided to go for another perfect sentiment from the set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) from Whimsy stamps. Really perfect because these little chicks are really adorable! Around the image I have glued tiny yellow pearls.

Goedemorgen, ik was van plan iedere maand tenminste 2 kerstprojectjes op mijn blog te posten, maar helaas is dat vorige maand niet gelukt. dus dit weekend wilde ik graag een kerstkaartje maken. Ik heb een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps gebruikt.

Ik heb de afbeelding Prickle all the way van Di's digi stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb op de voorkant van een wit kaartje een aantal lijnen geëmbost met behulp van een scoreboard. Ik heb een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt met Tumbled glass distress inkt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik sneeuwvlokjes op de blauwe achtergrond getekend. Boven de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Message me (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld. 

Goodmorning, I had planned to make at least 2 christmas projects every month, but last month I haven't made anything, so this weekend I really wanted to make a christmas card, I have used a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps. 

I have coloured the image Prickle all the way from Di's digi stamps with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. On the front of a white card I have embossed a couple of lines with the help of a scoreboard. With Tumbled glass distress ink I have made a background for my image. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I used a white gelpen to draw snow flakes on the blue background. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Message me (retired) from Clearly besotted above the image.

Illustration - A retro girl from Paperfuel

 

Hallo, vanmiddag heb ik weer eens een leuke illustratie gemaakt. Dat is toch wel erg leuk om te doen en ik had nooit gedacht dat ik stiekem toch best wel een beetje kan tekenen. ;) Vanmiddag gaf Paperfuel een workshop op instagram om te vieren dat haar nieuwe aquarelverf setje te koop is. Het setje heb ik nog niet en daarom heb ik met mijn eigen materiaal meegedaan.

Ik heb de Workshop Retro love van paperfuel gemaakt in mijn Watercolour book A6 Portret van  Hahnemühle. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Distress inkt. De tekst onder de afbeelding heb ik met een zwarte fineliner gemaakt. Ik zie al wel dat ik met handletteren nog iets moet oefenen. ;)

Hello, this afternoon I have made a new illustration. I really enjoy doing this and I never expected that I was able to draw. ;) This afternoon Paperfuel gave a workshop to celebrate that her new watercolour paint set is for sale. I don;t have this set yet, so I used my own material.

I have made the Workshop Retro love from paperfuel in my Watercolour book A6 Portret from Hahnemühle. I have coloured the girl with my Distress inks. The sentiment under the image is made with a black fineliner. My handlettering needs more practice. ;)

Whimsy stamps - Happy birthday

Goedemorgen, het was de afgelopen weken wat stiller op mijn blog. Ik ben erg druk bezig geweest, dus er was niet veel tijd voor het kaartenmaken. Deze week had ik wat tijd om een kaartje te maken en ondanks dat de mojo ver te zoeken is, ben ik toch erg blij met het kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt. 

Ik heb een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt voor Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de Skunk with rose (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik kleine accentjes op de afbeelding aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Op een stukje huishoudfolie heb ik met een kwast wat druppels ecoline aangebracht. Ik heb de kleur Licht roze (361) van Ecoline gebruikt. Ik heb wat water op de druppels gespoten en daarna heb ik Florence watercolour paper smooth (300 gram) van Vaessen creative op het folie gelegd. Ik heb het papier met het folie er nog op daarna omgedraaid en heb met mijn vingers de inkt nog verder op het papier verspreid. Nadat de ecoline was opgedroogd heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kadertje op mijn kaart getekend. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. 

Goodmorning, it has been a bit quiet on my blog the last few weeks. I have been very busy with other stuff and didn't have much time to make cards. This week I did have some time to make a card and although I have some trouble to find my cardmaking mojo, I am really pleased with this card. 

I have made a birthday card for Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the Skunk with rose (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to add some accents on the image. After I was done with the colouring I have fussy cut the image. 

I have added some drops of ecoline with a paint brush on cling film. I have used Light pink (361) from Ecoline. After I added some water on the ecoline, I have placed a sheet of Florence watercolour paper smooth (300 gram) from Vaessen creative on the cling film. I have turned them together around and with my fingers I have spredded the ecoline a bit more. After the ecoline was totally dry I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) from Whimsy stamps next to the image. I have drawn a frame around the sheet of watercoloour paper with a black fineliner. The card is decorated with black hotfix gems.
