Rijbewijs

Afgelopen week moest ik dit kaartje maken voor de neef van een collega die net zijn rijbewijs had gehaald. Ik heb deze leuke stempel van Hanna stamps gebruikt van Riley the moose die aan het autorijden is. Ik heb gekleurd met derwent en koh-i-noor potloden. Zijn oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op de wielen heb ik hotfix sterren geplakt. Het lijken net wieldoppen nu. ;) Op een witte kaart heb ik de groene achtergrond geprint. De zwarte strip papier is geëmbost met de spots & dots embossingfolder van cuttlebug. De tekst heb ik geprint. De kaart is verder nog versierd met hotfix steentjes. Heather wees mij erop dat de kleuren van deze kaart perfect zijn voor de challenge van deze week van de Colour create challenge, dus dat kwam mooi uit. :)

Last week I had to make this card for colleague. Her cousin just got his driver's license. I used this great stamp from Hanna stamps from Riley the moose who is driving his car. I coloured with derwent and koh-i-noor pencils. On the wheels I added silver hotfix stars, so they look like hub-caps. ;) On a white card I printed the green background. The black strip of paper was embossed with the spots & dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment (Congratulations on your driver's license) was printed. The card was decorated with black hotfix stones. My friend Heather told me that the colours of my card were perfect for this week's Colour create challenge, so that is just perfect! :)

Baby moose

Hallo allemaal!
Vandaag heb ik deze babykaartjes gemaakt. Op mijn kaartjes heb ik de stempel Baby Moose van Hanna stempels gebruikt. Ik vind hem erg grappig en ook weer eens wat anders dan je normaal ziet voor babies. Ik heb zoals altijd weer gekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. De oogjes zijn weer extra gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Als basis heb ik een rode en donkerblauwe kaart met linnenstructuur genomen en daar heb ik met nestabilities een cirkel uit gesneden. De tekst heb ik op een stripje wit papier geprint. Ik heb er een geruit lintje omheen gebonden. Met een perforator heb ik uit wit papier de stippen geponst en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt.

Today I have made these babycards. I used the stamp Baby Moose from Hanna Stamps on my cards. I think it is a funny stamp and a little bit different than the usual babystamps. As always I have coloured with my derwent pencils. I coloured the eyes with a black glaze pen. I used a red and dark blue card with linen structure as my base. I have cut a hole in them with the circle nestabilities. I printed the sentiment ( Congratulations on the birth of your son/daughter) on a strip of white paper. I added a gingham ribbon. I used a hole punch to make the white dots that I added on my card.

Deze award heb ik al een tijdje geleden gekregen van die lieve Caroline! Ga vooral eens kijken op haar blog, want ze maakt geweldige kaarten! Aangezien er heel veel mensen vaak een kijkje komen nemen op mijn blog en ik het heel moeilijk vind om 8 personen aan te wijzen, wil ik de award doorgeven aan iedereen die mijn blog komt bezoeken.

Zwanger

Dit kaartje heb ik in het afgelopen weekend gemaakt. Ik heb voor mijn kaartje de stempel van de zwangere Sophie van Hanna Stamps gebruikt. Ik heb Sophie ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Omdat het een kaart is voor iemand die zwanger is, vond ik het leuk om het gewei in rose en blauw te kleuren. Ik heb er nog eens overheen gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De oogjes zijn extra gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. De tekst heb ik op een strip geel linnen papier geprint. Ik heb er een wit satijnen lintje omheen geknoopt. Op mijn kaart heb ik de gele ruitjes achtergrond geprint. De hoekjes van de kaart zijn afgerond met een hoekpons. Ik heb nog wat zwarte vierkante hotfix steentjes gebruikt als decoratie.

I made this card the last weekend. I used for my card the stamp: Expecting Sophie from Hanna Stamps. I coloured Sophie with derwent pencils. I coloured the antlers with a pink and blue pencil because it is a card for someone who is pregnant. I coloured the antlers also with my clear spica glitter pen. The eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen. I cut the image out using the rectangle nestabilities. I printed the sentiment on a strip of yellow paper with linen structure. I added white satin ribbon. On my card I printed the yellow gingham background. I made the corners round with a punch. I used some black square hotfix stones as decoration.

Rijbewijs

Ik had twee kaartjes nodig voor iemand die geslaagd is voor zijn rijexamen. De ene kaart was voor een jongen en de tweede voor een meisje. Dit is de kaart die voor de jongen bedoeld is. Voor de kaart heb ik de sketch van de sketch saturday blog gevolgd. Als basis heb ik een donkerblauwe ribcord kaart genomen. De afbeelding is een stempel van Riley het elandje van Hanna stamps. Riley is gestempeld op een stukje wit papier met linnen structuur. Riley is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Voor de tekst heb ik een strook wit papier genomen en daar een rode stippellijn op geprint. Het moest een weg voorstellen, maar dat is helaas niet zo goed zichtbaar. Het woord rijbewijs is gemaakt met het moxie alfabet van quickutz. Op de letters heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht met een witte gelpen. Ik heb het woord hoera geprint en uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Eronder zit een grotere rodere cirkel zodat het net een verkeersbord lijkt. De rode streepjes naast de afbeelding zijn gemaakt met een ponsje.

I needed two cards for persons who had passes their drivers exam. One card was for a boy and the other one was for a girl. This is my card for the boy. For my card I followed a sketch from the sketch saturday blog. As my base I used a dark blue card with ribcord structure. The stamp is from Riley the moose from Hannah stamps. Riley was stamped on a piece of white cardstock with linen structure. I colored Riley with derwent pencils and cut him out with the rectangle nestabilities. For my sentiment I used a strip of white paper. I printed a red striped line on it, because I wanted it to look like a road, but you can't see that very well. I made the word rijbewijs (drivers license) with the moxie alphabet from quickutz. I have drawn some accents on the letters with a white gelpen. I printed the word hoera (hurray) and cut it out with circle nestabilities. I added bigger red circle, to make it look like a traffic sign. The red stries next to the image are made with a punch.

Sophie

Ik had de smaak te pakken en er was ook nog een smal strookje van het rose papier over, dus er is meteen een tweede boekenlegger gemaakt op dezelfde manier. Deze keer heb ik op het rose papier zwarte stippen geprint. Als afbeelding heb Sophie de ballerina gebruikt. Het is een stempel van Hanna stamps en ze zijn zo leuk!!! Sophie is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en geurloze terpentine. Sophie is helemaal gek van glittertjes dus ik heb haar met mijn clear spica glitter pen een glitterjurkje gegeven. ;). Je kunt het heel goed zien op de foto. Ik heb cirkel nestabilities gebruikt om de afbeelding uit te snijden en ook voor de zwarte scallop cirkel. Ik heb nog een zwart lintje gebruikt.

I liked making the bookmark and there was also a small strip of pink paper left, so here is another one. This time I printed black dots on the pink paper. My image is Sophie the ballerina. It is a stamp from Hanna stamps and they are so cute!!! Sophie was colored with derwent pencils and OMS. Sophie loves glitters, so I gave her a little glitter dress. ;) You can see it really wel on my photo. I used cirkle nestbailities to cut her out and added a black scalloped cirkle. I also used a black ribbon.
