As you like it challenge 326 - Your favourite: Cute or elegant projects

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we weten of je liever schattige of elegante kaarten maakt. Het zal geen verrassing zijn dat ik voor schattige kaarten heb gekozen, maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik het af en toe ook erg leuk vind om een elegante kaart te maken. Maar ik moet toegeven dat ik het wel heel erg leuk vind om kaarten te maken met schattige diertjes erop en daarom maak ik die heel graag.

Voor vandaag heb ik een valentijnskaartje gemaakt met de stempelset Valentine mice van Lawn fawn. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Ik heb uit roze stipjes papier van het Polka-dot parade paper pack van Sunny studio stamps een vierkant gestanst met de Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) van Crealies en daarna heb ik hier een frame uit gestanst met een stans van de set Cardzz stansen 512 Frame & inlay Anna 4x vierkant (CLCZ512) van Crealies. Ik heb dit frame met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb in de 4 openingen met een blender wat Versafine clair arctic inkt aangebracht en daarna heb ik de 3 afbeeldingen in de openingen geplakt. In de vierde opening heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Valentine mice van Lawn fawn gestempeld.

This time we want to know whether you prefer making cute or elegant cards. It will come as no surprise that I chose cute cards, although that doesn’t mean I don’t also really enjoy making an elegant card from time to time. That said, I have to admit that I especially love making cards with cute little animals on them, so those are my absolute favourites to create.

For today, I made a Valentine’s card using the stamp set Valentine mice by Lawn fawn. I coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and then fussy cut the images. From pink polka dot paper from the Polka-dot parade paper pack by Sunny studio stamps, I die-cut a square using the Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) from Crealies. I then cut a frame from this using a die from the Cardzz stansen 512 Frame & inlay Anna 4x vierkant (CLCZ512) from Crealies. I attached this frame to a white card base using foam tape. In the four openings, I blended some Versafine clair arctic ink, and then glued three of the images into the openings. In the fourth opening, I stamped a sentiment from the Valentine mice stamp set by Lawn fawn.

LIli of the valley - Big hugs

Hallo, vandaag post ik een klein kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met de digitale stempel Patch and Puss peekaboo van Lili of the valley. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb een kaartje van rood karton gemaakt en daarna heb ik een vierkant gestanst uit zwart karton met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 van Crealies. Ik heb met een stans van de set Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) van Crealies een vierkant uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb daarna het vierkant gestanst met de Tweed cover plate die van Whimsy stamps, zodat er een leuk patroon op het vierkant komt. Ik heb het witte karton op het zwarte geplakt en daarna heb ik ze beiden met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb met de alfabet set Stencil SL355 (retired) van Studio light de woorden Big hug uit zwart karton gestanst en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart daarna nog versierd met zwarte puffy hartjes van de stickerset Pegatinas puffy B&N (VVKM000747) (retired) van Kimidori colors. 

Hello, today I am sharing a small card that I made using the digital stamp Patch and Puss peekaboo by Lili of the valley. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen, and then I fussy cut the image.

I made a card base from red cardstock and then die-cut a square from black cardstock using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 from Crealies. Using a die from the set Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) by Crealies, I die-cut a square from white cardstock. I then die-cut the square with the Tweed cover plate die from Whimsy stamps to create a nice pattern on the square. I adhered the white cardstock to the black cardstock and then attached them both to my card using foam tape. I attached the image to my card with foam tape as well. Using the Stencil SL355 (retired) from Studio light, I die-cut the words “Big hug” from black cardstock and adhered them to the card. I then decorated the card with black puffy hearts from the Pegatinas puffy B&N (VVKM000747) (retired) from Kimidori colors.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het  As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever met goud, zilver of glitter op je kaarten werkt. Ik gebruik zelf niet vaak goud of zilver op mijn kaarten en glitter ook niet vaak, maar als ik dan moet kiezen, gebruik ik het liefste glitter. Op mijn kaartje van vandaag heb ik op 2 verschillende manieren met glitter gewerkt. Ik heb namelijk heel mooi wit glitter papier gevonden en dat kan je perfect als sneeuw gebruiken op een kerstkaart. Verder heb ik wat extra details toegevoegd met glitter pennen.

Ik heb de digitale stempel Reindeer with christmas tree van Amanda Jayne designs gebruikt op mijn kaartje. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een wit vierkant kaartje heb ik masking tape langs de randen van de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik een nachtlucht op de kaart geblend met Mermaid lagoon, Prize ribbon, Chipped sapphire en Villainous potion Distress inkt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb de tekst geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb met Deep impression chunky enamels white van Stampendous sneeuw in de lucht aangebracht. Ik heb van wit glitterpapier een sneeuwheuvel gemaakt met de Border 1 dies van Paper smooched (no longer in business) en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb met een aantal Glitter brush pens van Edding wat extra glitter aangebracht op mijn afbeelding.

This week we’d love to know whether you prefer using gold, silver, or glitter on your cards. I don’t often use gold or silver on my cards, and not much glitter either, but if I have to choose, I definitely prefer glitter. On today’s card I’ve used glitter in two different ways. I found some lovely white glitter paper that works perfectly as snow on a Christmas card, and I also added a few extra details with glitter pens.

For my card I used the digital stamp Reindeer with christmas tree from Amanda Jayne designs. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and a White Uni Posca pen, then cut it out. On a white square card base, I placed masking tape along the edges and blended a night sky using Mermaid Lagoon, Prize Ribbon, Chipped Sapphire, and Villainous Potion Distress Ink. I stamped a sentiment from the Tiny type (retired) from Clearly besotted with Versamark ink and heat-embossed it with white embossingpowder. I added snow to the sky with Deep impression chunky enamels white from Stampendous.

I created a snowy hill from white glitter paper using the Border 1 dies from Paper Smooched (no longer in business) and adhered it to the card. I then attached the image with foam tape. Finally, I used a few Glitter brush pens from Edding to add some extra sparkle to the image.

As you like it challenge 318 - Square or not?

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Voor deze challenge willen we graag weten of je liever vierkante kaarten maakt of juist een andere vorm. Ik maak graag vierkante kaarten maar ook een rechthoek vind ik erg leuk om te maken. Maar als ik echt moet kiezen ga ik toch voor vierkante kaarten, gewoon omdat het een fijne ruimte is om op te werken. Vierkante kaarten zijn wat mij betreft ook perfect om een kleine scene te maken.

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Witch mouse van Amanda Jayne designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb op een witte vierkante kaart eerst een paarse achtergrond gemaakt met het Watercolour square stencil van My favorite things (out of business) en Wilted violet en Villainous potion Distress inkt. Daarna heb ik het stencil laten liggen en heb ik het Bats stencil van Create a smile stamps eroverheen gelegd. Ik heb eerst Black soot Distress inkt gebruikt, maar dat was helaas nog niet echt mooi zwart, dus ik heb ook nog Versafine clair nocturne inkt over het stencil geblend. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje rondom de paarse achtergrond getekend. Ik heb de muis met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met het Stencil SL 355 van Studio light heb ik de tekst Boo gestanst uit wit karton en daarna heb ik de tekst op de kaart geplakt. 

Good morning, today a new challenge is starting over at the As you like it challenge blog, and this time we’re being sponsored by Lili of the valley. For this challenge, we’d like to know whether you prefer making square cards or cards in other shapes. I personally enjoy making square cards, but I also really like creating rectangular ones. However, if I really had to choose, I’d go for square cards, simply because they offer a nice amount of space to work on. In my opinion, square cards are also perfect for creating little scenes.

I’ve made a card using the digital stamp Witch mouse from Amanda Jayne designs. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. After that, I cut the image out.

On a white square card, I first created a purple background using the Watercolour Square stencil by My Favorite Things (no longer in business) along with Wilted Violet and Villainous Potion Distress Ink. I left the stencil in place and layered the Bats stencil by Create a smile stamps on top. I first used Black Soot Distress Ink, but it wasn’t quite dark enough, so I blended Versafine Clair Nocturne ink over the stencil as well. I drew a black line around the purple background using a black fineliner. I adhered the mouse to the card with foam tape. Using stencil SL 355 by Studio Light, I die-cut the word “Boo” from white cardstock and then attached it to the card.

As you like it challenge 293 - Square or not

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt de challenge gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze keer willen we weten wat je favoriete kaartbasis is: een vierkante vorm of juist niet. Ik maak erg graag vierkante kaarten, meestal met het formaat van 13,5x13,5 cm, maar ik vind het ook erg leuk om kaartjes van 10x10 cm te maken. Ik vind het een makkelijke vorm voor een kaart. Bonus is ook nog dat de vorm perfect is voor je foto's op je blog en social media.

Ik heb deze keer een kaart gemaakt met de clear stempelset Happy harvest (retired) van Lili of the valley. Ik heb de afbeelding op een kraft kaart gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. De ogen en het neusje van het konijntje zijn gekleurd met de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Met een witte gelpen heb ik accentjes op de afbeelding getekend. Ik heb daarna de afbeelding nog een keer gestempeld met de hulp van mijn stempelhulp. zodat de lijntjes mooi zwart zijn. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van de kaart getekend. Als laatste heb ik een tekst van de set Happy harvest (retired) van Lili of the valley op mijn kaartje gestempeld.

This week we want know what your favourite card base is: Square cards or something else. I love making square cards, most of the times they are 13,5x13,5 cm, but I also really enjoy working on a small card 10x10 cm and that is what I did for this challenge. I think square cards have a really easy shape to make something. Extra bonuspoint is that they have the perfect shape for pictures on your blog and social media. 

This time I have made a card with the clear stamp set Happy harvest (retired) from Lili of the valley. I have stamped one of the images on a kraft card and then I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils. For they eyes and nose from the bunny I have used the Black glaze pen from Sakura. With a white gelpen I have added accents on the image. I stamped the image again with the help of my stamp positioner to make the lines extra black. With a black fineliner I have drawn lines around the edges of the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Happy harvest (retired) from Lili of the valley under the image on the card.

As you like it challenge 291 - Layered or flat cards

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller stamps. We willen graag weten of je kaarten met veel of juist weinig lagen maakt. Ik hou niet van hele drukke kaarten, ik probeer juist zo weinig mogelijk lagen te gebruiken, en daarom heb ik voor vandaag zelfs een kaartje met maar één laag gemaakt. Door mijn afbeelding rechtstreeks op de voorkant van de kaart te stempelen en daarna de afbeelding te maskeren, kon ik de kaart toch versieren met behulp van stencils zonder heel veel lagen op mijn kaart te hebben.

Ik heb het grappige katje van de stempelset Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore op de voorkant van een klein wit kaartje gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding ook op maskerpapier gestempeld en deze afbeelding heb ik uitgeknipt. Ik heb het katje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik een zelfgemaakt cirkel stencil over de afbeelding gelegd nadat ik hier mijn masker overheen heb geplakt. Ik heb de cirkel licht gekleurd met Spun sugar en Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Vervolgens heb ik het Basic spots stencil (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps over mijn cirkel stencil gelegd en daarna heb ik de stippen gekleurd met Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Ik heb een tekst uit de set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore op mijn kaartje gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

We would love to know if you prefer making flat cards or cards with many layers. I love making simple cards and almost never add many layers on a card. So for today I decided to stamp my image straight on the front of the card, masked it and added some stenciling with distress ink, so I was able to decorate my card without adding many layers. 

I have stamped the funny cat from the stamp set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore on the front of a little white card. I also stamped the image on masking paper and then I have fussy cut it. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have masked the image and then I added a handmade circle mask. I ink blended the circle on the card with Spun sugar and Picked raspberry Distress ink. Then I added the Basic spots stencil (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps over the circle mask and ink blended the dots with Picked raspberry Distress ink. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore on the card. The card is decorated with black hotfix gems.

Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 van Crealies een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik het toetertje uit de stempelset gestempeld met Versafine clair morning mist inkt en daarna heb ik de tekst weer met zwarte inkt op de cirkel gestempeld. Op een wit kaartje heb ik rood design papier van het Polka dot parade paperpad van Sunny studio stamps geplakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van het design papier getekend. Ik heb de cirkel op het kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik het muisje met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

As you like it challenge 281 - Clean or fussy cards

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Voor de challenge van vandaag willen we graag weten of je graag simpele en eenvoudige kaarten maakt of juist hele uitgebreide kaarten. Deze keus was niet moeilijk voor mij, want ik hou er zelf niet van om hele drukke kaarten te maken met heel veel embellishments erop. Als ik al design papier gebruik, dan is het vaak maar 1 velletjes , maar ik maak ook heel veel kaarten zonder design papier. Ik gebruik ook niet heel veel embellishments op mijn kaarten en als ik dat wel doe, dan zijn het vaak maar kleine dingetjes zoals parels of hotfix steentjes.      

Voor mijn kaart van vandaag heb ik het kleine konijntje van de stempelset Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Om mijn kaartje clean and simple te houden heb ik ervoor gekozen om met verschillende stencils en inkt een achtergrond te maken op mijn kaartje. Ik heb eerst het Watercolor wash square stencil (retired) van My favorite things op mijn kaartje gelegd en daarbovenop heb ik met het Stencil 15 van Gummiapan en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolken achtergrond gemaakt. Daarna heb ik met Stencil 20 van Gummiapan en Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt een grasrandje gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op mijn achtergrond geplakt. Tenslotte heb ik nog een tekst van de stempelset Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted op mijn kaartje gestempeld.

For this challenge we would love to hear if you prefer making clean or fussy cards. This was an easy choice for me, because I don't like making very fussy cards with lots of embellishments. When I use patterned paper, I prefer to use just one sheet and often I make cards without any patterned paper. I also don't like to use many embellishments on my cards and when I do use them on my cards, I prefer using little things like pearls or hotfix gems. 

I have stamped the little bunny from the set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore for my card today. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. To keep my card clean and simple I decided to use a couple of stencils on my card. I started with the Watercolor wash square stencil (retired) from My favorite things on my card and op of that stencil I used the Stencil 15 from Gummiapan and Peacock feathers Distress ink to create a cloudy background. Then I have made the grass with the Stencil 20 from Gummiapan and Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted on the card.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt de challenge gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever kaarten maakt voor vrouwen/meisjes of mannen/jongens. Ik maak het vaakst kaarten voor vrouwen en meisjes, maar een kaartje voor mijn lieve neefjes maak ik ook erg graag. Daarom heb ik voor de challenge van vandaag een kaartje gemaakt voor deze mannen. Ze spreken inmiddels al aardig wat Engels, dus ik kon deze leuke tekst mooi gebruiken!

Voor mijn kaartje heb ik wat leuke nijlpaardjes en het berglandschap uit de set Snow day play (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps op aquarelpapier gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna gekleurd met mijn Peerless watercolours en de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Met een witte gelpen heb ik kleine accentjes op de afbeelding getekend. Ik heb de nijlpaardjes uitgeknipt. Het berglandschapje heb ik gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies en daarna heb ik het landschap met foamtape op een rode kaart geplakt. Ik heb met de witte gelpen stipjes op het landschap getekend zodat het sneeuw lijkt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Snow day play (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps op de achtergrond gestempeld en daarna heb ik de nijlpaardjes met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt. 

Hello, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we are being sponsored by Lawn fawn. This time we would like to know if you prefer making feminine or masculine cards. Most of the times my cards are made for women/girls, but I also really love making cards for my favourite boys: my nephews. So I have made them a card today. Both boys are able to talk in english now, so it was possible to use this fun sentiment on their card. 

For my card I have stamped a couple of cute hippos and the mountain scene from the stamp set Snow day play (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on watercolour paper. Then I coloured all the images with my Peerless watercolours and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. With a white gelpen I have drawn dots on the images. I have fussy cut the hippo images. I added snow on the mountain image with a white gelpen. I have cut the mountain image with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies and then I glued it on a red card with foamtape. I have glued the hippos with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Snow day play (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on the card.

Hallo, vandaag post ik een kaartje met een mooie bloem die ik heb gemaakt met de stansset Florals 11 van Elizabeth Craft designs. Ik heb deze bloem gemaakt door een vel aquarelpapier te kleuren met Spun sugar en Picked raspberry Distress inkt, die ik heb vermengd met Iridescent medium van Winsor & Newton. Ik heb het met een penseel op het aquarelpapier gekleurd en daarna heb ik de bloem gestanst. In het midden van de bloem heb ik een zwarte brad gebruikt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit zwart-wit stipjespapier gestanst en dat heb ik op een wit kaartje geplakt. Op wit karton heb ik een tekst van de set Scribble it (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze gestanst met de Strips met dots (CLmix13) van Crealies. Ik heb de strip op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de bloem op de strip op de kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met roze enamel dots.

Hello, today I am posting a little card with a flower that I have made with the die set Florals 11 from Elizabeth Craft designs. For this flower I have coloured a sheet of watercolour paper with Spun sugar and Picked raspberry Distress ink, that I mixed with Iridescent medium from Winsor & Newton. I used a brush to apply the pink ink on the watercolour paper and then I have cut the flower. In the middle of the flower I have used a black brad. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies I have cut a square from black and white dotted paper and then I glued it on a white card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Scribble it (retired) from Clearly besotted on white cardstock and then I have cut it with the Strips met dots (CLmix13) from Crealies. I have glued the strip on the card and then I glued the flower on top of the strip. I have decorated the card with pink enamel dots.

Isabel Cristina stamps - Hugs

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met een lieve afbeelding van de Floral friends set van Isabel Cristina stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met de Pablo coloured potloden van Caran d'ache, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Op een witte kaart heb ik een streep oranje karton geplakt. Daarna heb ik de onderste hoeken van de kaart afgerond. Daarna heb ik met de Confetti stamp van Cats on appletrees op een stukje wit karton gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van het witte karton getekend. Ik heb het witte karton met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik ook de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met de Alphabet handlettering capital letters (115633/0426) en Lowercase letters (115633/0427) van Craft emotions heb ik het woord hugs uit oranje karton gestanst en daarna heb ik het woord naast de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a card that I have made with a sweet image from the Floral friends set from Isabel Cristina stamps. I have coloured the image with my Pablo coloured pencils from Caran d'ache, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image.

On a white card I have glued a strip of orange cardstock. Then I rounded the bottom corners of the card with a punch. On a little sheet of white cardstock I have stamped with the Confetti stamp from Cats on appletrees. With a black fineliner I have drawn lines around the edges of the white cardstock and then I have glued it with foamtape on the card and then I also added the image with foamtape on the card. With the Alphabet handlettering capital letters (115633/0426) and Lowercase letters (115633/0427) from Craft emotions I have cut the word Hugs from orange cardstock and then I glued it on the card.

Alexis Cantu - Beterschap

Hallo, vandaag post ik een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met een tekening die ik heb gemaakt na het volgen van een tutorial van Alexis Cantu. De tutorial van de vlinder is momenteel niet online te vinden. Ik heb de tekening van de vlinder gemaakt op 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano. De tekening is niet heel groot, want ik had hem gemaakt voor een inchie challenge. Ik heb mijn vlinder gekleurd met Van Gogh aquarelverf van Royal Talens en daarna heb ik de vlinder uitgeknipt.

Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik met het Mask art grunge stencil van Dutch doobadoo en Spiced marmelade, Carved pumpkin en Crackling campfire Distress inkt een cirkel gemaakt. Ik heb de vlinder op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik een tekst van de set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions op de kaart gestempeld. Met de Confetti stempel van Cats on appletrees heb ik kleine verfspatjes op de kaart gestempeld.

Hello, today I am posting a card that I have made with a drawing that I have made after I followed a tutorial from Alexis Cantu. The butterfly tutorial isn't available on the internet at the moment. I have made my drawing on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano. It is just a little drawing, because I have made it for an inchie challenge. I have coloured the butterfly with the Van Gogh watercolours from Royal Talens and then I have fussy cut the image. 

With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 from Crealies I have cut a square from white cardstock. On the square I have made an orange circle with the Mask art grunge stencil from Dutch doobadoo and Spiced marmelade, Carved pumpkin and Crackling campfire Distress ink. I have glued the butterfly on the circle. I stamped a sentiment (get well) from the set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen from Craft emotions on the card. With the Confetti stamp from Cats on appletrees I have stamped some paint splatters on the card.
