Goodbye Dare U 2 Digi Stamp

Goedemorgen, dit is mijn laatste DU2DS-kaartje, want het Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog gaat ermee stoppen.
Ik heb genoten van alle challenges en het was elke keer weer geweldig om te zien hoeveel mensen meededen aan de challenges.

Als afscheid heb ik nog een kaartje gemaakt met één van de digitale stempels van Sketching stamper (Christine Dark). Ik heb onder de afbeelding Daisy crazy eerst de tekst geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de labels eight nestabilties. Langs de randen heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik een lintje gehangen.  Uit lichtgroen gestreept papier heb ik een grotere vorm met de nestabilities labels eight gesneden en de afbeelding is hierop geplakt met foamtape. De inspiratie voor mijn kaartje heb ik gekregen door de geweldige kaarten die Donna (three umbrellas) altijd maakt.

Goodmorning. this is my last DU2DS card, because the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog is going to be closed. I really enjoyed all the challenges and it was every time amazing to see all the gorgeous creations from the participants. 

As a farewell I made a card with one of the digital stamps from Christine Dark (Sketchingstamper). I started with printing the sentiment (Happy birthday) under ther image Daisy crazy and then I coloured the image with my pemcils. I have cut the image out with the labels eight from nestabilities. I have drawn the dashed lines on the edge with a black fineliner. I added a pink ribbon. I cut a bigger label from green striped paper and mounted the image on top of it with foamtape. I have gotten the inspiration for my card from the amazing cards from Donna (Three umbrella's).

DU2DS 44 - Blooms and charms

Goedemiddag! Ik ben behoorlijk vergeetachtig geloof ik, want nu ben ik weer bijna mijn kaartje voor de nieuwste challenge  van Dare U 2 Digi stamp vergeten te posten op mijn blog. :( Deze keer hebben we weer een erg leuke challenge, we willen namelijk graag bloemetjes en een charm op je kaart zien. De anderen van het design team hebben weer geweldige kaarten gemaakt, dus kom even kijken op het blog en we zouden het erg leuk vinden als je meedoet!

Op mijn kaart heb ik deze geweldige lieve afbeelding van Mo Manning: Strawberry girl gebruikt. Het meisje heb ik ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Ze is geprint op het witte vierkant. Rondom het meisje heb ik gestempeld met de petit strawberry stempel van Elzybells. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik uit groen papier het kader gesneden en dit is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend op het kader. De charm die ik heb gebruitk is een aardbei die ik bij Whiff of Joy heb gekocht, zo perfect voor deze afbeelding! Ik heb de charm aan het kader gehangen met een strikje van wit lint. Langs de randen van het witte vierkant heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. De kaart zelf is gemaakt van rood karton.

I think I am a a bit forgetful, because again I almost forgot to post a card, this time it is my card for the Dare U 2 Digistamp challenge. :( This week we have a really fun challenge, we want you to use blooms and charms on your card or other porject that you are making. The others from the design team have made amazing creations, so please come take a look at the challenge blog and we would love it if you joined our challenge!

I have use this very sweet image from Mo Manning: strawberry girl on my card. I have coloured the girl with my derwent pencils. She was printed on the white square. Around the image I have stamped with the petit strawberry stamp from Elzybells. I made the green frame with the my nestabilities. I used a white gelpen to draw te dots on it. The charm I used is a cute strawberry from Whiff of joy. The charm was attached to the frame with a white ribbon. I used a black fineliner to do the faux stitching on the edges of the white square. The card is made from red cardstock.

DU2DS 43 - Donna's sketch

Goedemorgen allemaal. Vandaag begint de nieuwe challenge weer van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week hebben we een geweldige sketch van Donna! Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een heel zomers kaartje te maken met kleuren die ik normaal eigenlijk niet zo snel samen gebruik. Het lieve kikkertje op mijn kaart is een digitale stempel van Bugaboo en dit is Beach frog summer treats. Ik heb het kikkertje gekleurd met derwent potloden en de ogen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities en langs de rand heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een oranje fineliner. Het vrolijke stipjespapier komt uit de Baby safari collectie van Little yellow bicycle and dit is de Girl small dots. Ik heb het oranje papier geëmbost met de spots and dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De gele strip papier is geponst met de dotted scallop pons van EK succes. De tekst komt uit een stempelset van Papermania.

Goodmorning everyone. Today the new challenge starts on the Dare U 2 Digi stamp challenge blog and this week we have a fabulous sketch from Donna! I have made a real summer card with really sunny colours that I normally don't use together. The cute little frog is a digital stamp from Bugaboo and this is Beach frogs summer treats and I coloured it with my derwent pencils and the eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen. I have cut the image out with my nestabilities and added faux stitching on the edges with an orange fineliner. The sunny dotted paper is from the Baby Safari collection from Little yellow bicycle and this is girl small dots. I have embossed the ornage paper with the spots and dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The yellow strip of paper was punched with the dotted scallop punch from EK Succes. The sentiment is a from a papermania stamp set.

DU2DS 42 - Stitching

Goedemorgen allemaal! Er zijn alweer 2 weken voorbij sinds de laatste DU2DS challenge en dus hebben we vandaag weer een nieuwe challenge. Deze keer willen we graag zien dat jullie ergens op de kaart stikken. Het stikken mag echt zijn met naald en draad, maar ook een getekend stiklijntje is goed. Mijn collega's uit het design team hebben ook allemaal geweldige creaties gemaakt, dus hopelijk kom je ook nog even kijken op het Dare U 2 Digi stamp challenge blog.

Ik heb ervoor gekozen om nu eens echt met naald en draad aan de slag te gaan en wow dat was wel even een werkje. :) Ik heb voor mijn kaart het mooie whipped cream cardstock van Elzybells gebruikt. Ik heb de geweldige afbeelding Poppies van Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) op de kaart zelf geprint en daarna ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Ik heb in word een tekstcirkel gemaakt en deze heb ik met de hand uitgeknipt langs de randen. Daarna heb ik langs de randen met naald en draad een stiklijntje gemaakt. Onder deze cirkel heb ik nog een cirkel geplakt die ik heb uitgesneden uit het strawberry fool cardstock van Elzybells. Het lijkt op de foto alsof hij scheef zit, maar dat is in het echt niet zo. ;)

Goodmorning everyone! Two weeks already past and that means it is time for a new challenge from DU2DS. This time we would love to see stitching somewhere on your card. It can be real stitching with needle and thread or faux stitching with a fineliner. My colleagues from the design team have made some fabulous cards, so please pop over to the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog.

I decided to use a real thread and needle to create the stitching on my card and wow what a job it was. :) I have used the gorgeous whipped cream cardstock for my card. I printed the amazing image Poppies from Chris Dark (sketching stamper) on the card and coloured it with my pencils. I created a text circle in word with the sentiment (happy birthday) and I cut it out. With needle and thread I created the stitching on the edges of the circle. I added another circle that I cut out of strawberry fool cardstock from Elzybells and placed it under the circle with the sentiment. . On the picture ot looks like the pink circle wasn't places straight under the other circle , but in real like it is good. :)

DU2DS 41 - The great outdoors

Goedemorgen allemaal! Zijn jullie al gesmolten? Wat is het heet he! Iets te heet voor mij, en ik zal blij zijn als het weer iets koeler wordt. Vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe DU2DS challenge en deze week is het thema The great outdoors. Toen ik deze digitale stempel tegen kwam bij Doodle pantry wist ik meteen dat ik die ging gebruiken voor deze challenge. Is het niet een geweldige afbeelding met deze mieren? Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met derwent potloden en de lucht heb ik gekleurd met blauwe chalk. Het vrolijke streepjespapier is van Pipoos en ik vond het perfect passen bij een zomers kaartje.De toepasselijke tekst heb ik direct op de kaart geprint. Kijk ook eens op het DU2DS challenge blog, want de anderen hebben allemaal geweldige creaties gemaakt!

Goodmorning everyone! I am almost melted, because it is really hot overhere. I will be happy when it will be a little cooler next week! Today we have a new DU2DS  challenge for you and this week it is all about The great outdoors. When I saw this cute digital stamp from Doodle pantry I immediately knew that I was going to use it for this challenge. Don't you love this fun image? I have coloured the image with derwent pencils and the sky was coloured with blue chalk. The bright dp is from a dutch store pipoos and I think it is perfect together with this fun image. I have printed the sentiment on my card and I think it is perfect  for this image. PLease take a look at the DU2DS challenge blog, because my friends from the DT have made aweseome cards!

DU2DS 40 - Blooms and butterflies & Sassy Cheryl's

Goedemorgen. We zijn alweer toe aan een nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week willen we graag bloemen en vlinders zien op je kaartje. Aangezien ik op mijn kaart ook nog eigengemaakte bloemen heb geplaatst is mijn kaartje ook geschikt voor de challenge van Sassy Cheryl's, want daar willen ze deze week graag eigengemaakte bloemen op je kaartje zien. Ik heb mijn eerste easelcard ooit gemaakt en ik denk dat er wel meer zullen volgen, want wat staat dat leuk zo'n easelcard! De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaart heb gebruikt is van Sasy Cheryl's en Crossed eye butterfly past perfect bij de challenge van DU2DS. Ik heb de afbeelding samen met de tekst geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. De afbeelding is gemat op donkerblauw papier en ook de easelcard zelf is gemaakt van het donkerblauwe papicolor papier. Ik heb hierop een een veel rose-wit gestreept papier geplakt. De bloem is gemaakt met de floral punches van Nellie Snellen. Ik heb pearl glimmermist op de donkerblauwe bloem gespoten in het midden van de bloem heb ik een rose gestipt knoopje geplakt. Op het onderstuk van de kaart heb ik rose-wit gestipt papier geplakt en daarop heb ik nog een bloem geplakt die kan dienen als stop voor de bovenkant.

Goodmorning! Today we have a new challenge for you on the Dare U 2 Digistamp blog and this week we want to see blooms and butterflies on your card. Because my card has a couple of homemade flowers on it, the card is also perfect for the Sassy Cheryl's challenge, because they want you to make your own flowers. I made my first easelcard ever and they are really fun, so I guess you will be seeing more of these on my blog! The iage I used on my card is from Sassy Cheryl's and crossed eye butterfly was perfect for the DU2DS challenge. I printed the image together with the sentiment and then I coloured the image with my pencils. I added dark blue paper under the image. I used the same darkblue papicolor paper for the base of my card. I added pink-white striped paper. The blue flower was made with the florap punches from Nellie Snellen. I sprayed pearl glimmermist on the flower and added a pink dotted button to the flower. On the bottom of the card I used pink and white dotted paper and again I added a flower.

DU2DS 39 - Red white and blue (world cup)

Goedemiddag allemaal. Hier is eindelijk mijn kaartje voor de nieuwste DU2DS challenge deze week. Ik was bezig met een ander kaartje, maar het wilde maar niet leuk worden, dus die ligt nu in de prullebak. :) Gisteravond kreeg ik toch inspiratie en hier is dan mijn kaartje voor de challenge van deze week. Deze week heeft Donna de challenge gekozen en die heeft te maken met het WK voetbal. We willen graag kaartjes zien met de kleurencombinatie rood, wit en blauw (van de Nederlandse en Engelse vlag). Ik heb nog overwogen om een kaartje in het oranje te maken aangezien dat toch meer onze kleur is voor het WK voetbal, maar aangezien ik toch niks met het voetbal thema heb gedaan, heb ik maar gewoon de kleuren rood wit en blauw gebruikt. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Lifesaver van Eline Pellinkhof. Je kunt deze en nog veel meer andere afbeeldingen van Eline kopen bij Squigglefly. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met mijn potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op een donkerblauwe kaart geplakt. Ik heb 4 strips gesneden van rood wit gestreept papier en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Met een blauwe fineliner heb ik stiklijnen getekend. De bootje zijn gestempeld en komen uit een setje met babystempels van Eline Pellinkhof. Ook deze zijn gekleurd met mijn potloden en daarna zijn ook deze uitgeknipt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend op de zeilen. De tekst heb ik geprint en daarna geponst met de word window punch van Stampin up.

Hi everyone! Here is finally my card for the new challenge from DU2DS this week. I started on another card, but I didn't like it at all, so I threw it in the bin and started on a new card yesterday evening. I just finished my card and now I am able to post it. Donna has chosen the challenge for this week and she was inspired by the worldcup soccer. Our challenge this week is a color combination: we want to see red, white and blue on your cards ( the colours of the Dutch and Brittish flag). I have thought about making a card with orange on it, because when I think about the worldcup  that is the colour that comes into my mind, but I decided to stick to red, white and blue, because I wasn't going to make a card with a soccer theme. The image I used is lifesaver from Eline Pellinkhof. You can buy this image and a lot of other cute digital stamps from Eline Pellinkhof at Squigglefly. I have colored the image with my pencils and then I cut it out. I used foamtape to mount the image on my darkblue card. I have cut 4 strips from the red-white striped patterned paper and used a blue fineliner to draw the faux stitching on them. The little boats are stamps from a baby themed stamp set from Eline Pellinkhof. I colored them with my pencils and cut them all out. I used a white gelpen to draw the dots on the sail. The sentiment was computergenerated and I punched it with the Stampin Up word window punch.

DU2DS 038 - One for the boys

Goedemorgen allemaal! We hebben weer een nieuwe challenge van het Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog en deze week willen we graag een mannen- of jongenskaart zien. Niet het makkelijkste onderwerp, en dus een echte uitdaging. Omdat het nu examentijd is en ik een paar geslaagd kaartjes nodig heb, heb ik besloten voor dit onderwerp een kaart te maken. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is van de Digishack en ik vond hem perfect voor een geslaagd kaartje voor een jongen. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met derwent potloden, nadat ik eerst de tekst bij de afbeelding heb verwijderd en daar de nederlandse tekst voor in de plaats heb getypt. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik met een blauwe fineliner een streepjeslijn gezet. Ik heb een stepcard gemaakt, ziet er misschien moeilijk uit, maar is eigenlijk heel eenvoudig om te maken. Voor de zijkanten heb ik lichtblauw gestreept papier genomen. Om het iets te versieren heb ik er een paar blauwe sterretjes. Op een kleine rechthoek heb ik nog de tekst gefeliciteerd geprint en daar heb ik ook nog een paar blauwe sterretjes onder geplakt, maar dat is niet te zien op de foto. De tekst geslaagd is gemaakt met het moxie alfabet van quickutz. Neem ook een kijkje op het Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog, want de anderen uit het design team hebben geweldige kaarten gemaakt.

Goodmorning everyone! We have a new challenge for you from the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog and this week the theme is One for the boys, we want to see a card for a man or a boy. Not a really easy task, so it is was a real challenge for me. :) Over here the school exams just have begun and so I need a couple of graduation cards. The image I used on my card is from The digishack and I think it is perfect for a graduation card for a boy. I have colored the image with my derwent pencils after I removed the english sentiment and replaced it with a dutch sentiment (cheers mate!) With a blue fineliner I did the faux stitching on the edges. I have made stepcard, they may look hard to make, but they are really easy. I have used light blue striped paper for the sides of the card. I added a couple of dark blue stars to decorate the sides a bit. On a small rectangle I printed the sentiment (congratulations) and I also added a couple of stars on it (but you can't see that on my picture). The sentiment geslaagd (graduated) was made with the moxie alphabet from quickutz. Please take a look at the DU2DS challenge blog, because the others from the DT made awesome cards.

DU2DS 037 - Anything goes

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor de nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week hebben we een heel makkelijke challenge, namelijk Anything goes, oftewel alles mag. Je mag dus helemaal zelf bepalen wat je maakt, de enige voorwaarde is dat er een digitale stempel wordt gebruikt. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik de geweldige sketch van de Tuesday Morning sketchers gebruikt. De mooie vrolijke afbeelding van de zonnebloemen is van Chris (sketchingstamper). Ik heb de Sunflowers gekleurd met derwent potloden en rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met blauwe chalk. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de deckled nestabilities. De tekst is een stempel van Hobbystempels.nl en ook deze heb ik uitgesneden met de deckled nestabilities. Op een gele linnenkaart heb ik een achtergrond met gele strippen gebruikt. Boven de afbeelding heb ik 3 hotfix steentjes geplakt.

So can you can decide what you want to make, the only thing we want you to use is a digital image. Sounds really easy doesn't it? I have used the great sketch from the Tuesday Morning sketchers for my card. The lovely image is from Chris (Sketchingstamper). I have colored the image Sunflowers with my derwent pencils and blue chalk. I have used the deckled nestabilities to cut the image out. The sentiment (congratulations) is a stamp from Hobbystempels.nl and I cut it also out with the deckled nestabilities. I have added a striped background on my yellow linen card and I added 3 hotfix stones above the image.

DU2DS 036 - Flowers

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat we weer een nieuwe challenge voor jullie hebben van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we bloemen op je kaart zien. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een digitale bloemenstempel te gebruiken, namelijk de Sweet peas van Chris - Sketchingstamper. Nadat ik mijn afbeelding had geprint kwam ik erachter dat ik heel raar papier had gebruikt voor mijn kaart waar je met je potloden niet goed op kunt kleuren. Het lukte wel om de afbeelding te kleuren met derwent inktense aquarel potloden, dus dat heb ik maar gedaan. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik de rose achtergrond geprint. In de hoekjes heb ik driehoekjes geplakt die ik heb geponst. Daarna heb ik onder de rechthoek nog een witte rechthoek geplakt die geëmbost is met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De tekst is gestempeld met de nederlandse tekststempels van Stamping Bella.

I have chosen to use a flower image, sweet peas from Chris - Sketchingstamper. After I printed my image I found that it was printed on weird paper. couldn't colour on it with my pencils. So I tried my Derwent inktense water colour pencils and that worked out perfect! The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. On the card I printed the pink background. In the corners I placed traingles that I made with a punch. Under the oval I added a white rectangle that was embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment (with love) is a dutch Stamping Bella.sentiment.

DU2DS 035 - Metal

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat we weer een nieuwe uitdaging voor iedereen hebben bij Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we metaal op je kaartje zien. Op mijn kaartje heb ik een digitale stempel van Christy Croll gebruikt. Ik heb hem gekocht via haar shop Tiddly inks op Etsy, maar heel binnenkort opent ze een shop op haar eigen website. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Daisy huggabugg. Is het geen schatje met haar grote bloem? Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met derwent potloden. Daarna heb ik met blauwe chalk rondom de afbeelding gekleurd. De oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De bloem heb ik nog eens extra geprint op een stukje rose geruit papier. Deze heb ik uitgeknipt en bovenop de afbeelding geplakt. Daarna heb ik het hartje van de bloem nog eens geprint en ingekleurd met potlood. Daarna heb ik het ook nog eens gekleurd met een zwarte spica glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Rondom de rand heb ik met een zwarte fineliner gedoodled. Op het rose geruite papier heb ik de tekst gestempeld. Ik heb een heel smal zwart lintje rondom de kaart gebruikt. Ik heb er ook een strikje van gemaakt en daar een bloemencharm aan gehangen. De kaart is daarna nog verder versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. Ik heb ook nog een hotfix steentje op de voelspriet van het bugje geplakt.

I have used an image from Christy Croll on my card. You can buy it in her Etsy shop Tiddly inks for now, but soon she will start a shop on her own website. The image I used is Daisy Huggabugg, Such a cutie with her big flower! I have coloured the image with derwent pencils. The I coloured with blue chalk on the imae. The eyes of the bug were coloured with a black glaze pen. I have printed the flower again on a piece of pink gingham paper. I have cut it out and glued it on top of the image. I have also printed the heart of the flower again and coloured it with my pencils and a black spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. I used a black fineliner for the doodling. I stamped the sentiment on the pink gingham paper. I used some black ribbon. I made a bow from it and added the flower charm. I then decorated the card with some black hotfix stones. I also used one hotfix stone on the antenna of the bug.

DU2DS 034- Pasen

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor de nieuwste challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week is het de bedoeling om een paaskaart te maken. Deze kaart (en de babykaart die ik morgen laat zien) staat deze maand ook in de nieuwe HJ61. De kaart is eigenlijk een soort boekje en als je hem helemaal uitdraait lijkt het net een carrousel. Het voorbeeld voor de kaart zag ik staan op deze site en ik vond hem zo leuk dat ik mijn eigen versie ervan wilde maken. :)

Goodmorning everyone! It is friday again and that means that it is time for another challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This time we want to see easter cards. This card (and another baby card that I will post tomorrow) is publiced in a Dutch craft magazine (hobbyjournaal) The card is actually a sort of book and when you open it, it looks like a carrousel. I saw an example on this site and I liked it so much that I wanted to make my own version.


Dit is de voorkant van de kaart. Voor de hele kaart heb ik gebruikt gemaakt van digitale stempels van CC. Designs. Ik heb twee verschillende sets gebruikt, namelijk Gingersnaps spring thing en Hunny bunny. Alle afbeeldingen zijn gekleurd met derwent potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht. De oogjes van de konijntjes en het meisje heb ik nog eens extra gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Al het design papier dat ik heb gebruikt is van Doodlebug. Het is perfect voor een paaskaartje door de vrolijke kleurtjes. Op de voorkant heb ik een konijntje geplaatst. Ik heb 3 vierkantjes gesneden uit rose, groen en blauw papier en daarop heb ik een wit geponst bloemetje geplakt. De bloemetjes heb ik gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Voor de sluiting van de kaart heb ik een groen satijn lintje gebruikt.

This is the front of my card. For the whole card I have used digital stamps from CC. Designs. I used 2 different sets: Gingersnaps spring thing and Hunny bunny. All the images are coloured with derwent pencils. I added some accents with a white gelpen. The eyes of the bunnies and the girl are coloured with a black glaze pen. All the design paper that I used is from Doodlebug. It is perfect for an easter card with all those lovely spring colours. On the front of the card I have placed a little bunny. I have cut 3 squares out of pink, green and blue paper and on top of them I placed a punched white flower. The white flowers are coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. I used a satin green ribbon to close my card.

Op de eerste pagina heb ik een lief klein schaapje gebruikt. Ik heb hem eerst ingekleurd en daarna heb ik hem een vachtje van witte fun flock gegeven. Voelt heel lekker zacht aan! Met behulp van de silhouette heb ik uit groen papier een grasrandje gesneden en dit heb ik onder de afbeelding geplakt.

On the first page I used a cute little sheep. After I had coloured him, I gave him a nice fur with white fun flock. So soft! I have cut the grass with the help of the silhouette and I placed it under the image.

Op de tweede pagina heb ik de afbeelding van het meisje gebruikt. Na het kleuren heb ik haar uitgeknipt. Doordat haar oren ver uit elkaar staan was het moeilijk om de afbeelding goed op te hangen. Daarom heb ik een stukje mica achterop de afbeelding geplakt en daar een ringetje doorheen gedaan. Ook hier heb ik weer een grasrand onder de afbeelding langs geplakt. Ik heb een aantal eieren in 3 verschillende maten geprint. Ze waren allemaal kaal en daarom heb ik ze zelf maar versierd met behulp van een zwarte fineliner. Daarna heb ik ze tussen de grasrand geplakt zodat het net lijkt alsof ze verstopt zijn. Achter de afbeelding heb ik met blauwe chalk wat wolken op de kaart getekend.

On the second page I have used the image of the little girl. I have cut her out after I was done with colouring. Becuase the ears are to far from the middle of the image, I couldn't hang it up straight, so I have placed a little piece of mica behind the image and I used that piece to add the ring to hang the image in the circle. On this page I placed another grass strip. I have printed a couple of eggs in 3 different sizes. I decorated them with a black fineliner and then I placed them in the grass, so it looks like they are hidden in the grass. I have made a cloud background behind the image with blue chalk.

Op de derde pagina heb ik een cirkel met daarop de tekst in de cirkel gehangen. De tekst heb ik eerste geprint en daarna uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Omdat het nogal kaal was rondom de tekst heb ik op de cirkel met een zwarte fineliner kleine rondjes getekend en daarna heb ik deze ingekleurd met rose, gele, groene en blauwe fineliners.

On the 3th page I have placed a circle with a sentiment (Happy easter). I started with printing the sentiment and then I cut it out with my circle nestabilities. I coloured some little circles on the big circle with a black fineliner and then I coloured them with a pink, green, yellow and blue fineliner.

Voor deze pagina heb ik weer 3 eieren in 3 verschillende maten geprint. Ook deze eieren heb ik weer eerst versierd met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb in alle eieren gaatjes gemaakt en daarna de eieren onder elkaar gehangen.

For this page I have printed 3 eggs in 3 different sizes. I decorated these eggs with a black fineliner. I have made holes in all the eggs and then I placed them under each other.

Op de laatste pagina heb ik weer een konijntje gebruikt. Ook hier heb ik weer een stukje mica achter de afbeelding geplakt, zodat de afbeelding weer beter opgehangen kan worden.

On the last page I used another bunny. Again I have used a piece of mica to place behind the image.

De kaart wordt gesloten met een strikje van groen satijn.

Ik heb een tutorial geschreven met heel veel foto's van hoe je deze kaart precies maakt. Het is best veel werk, maar wel heel leuk om te doen! Ik zal hem later vandaag ook op mijn blog plaatsen.

DU2DS 033 - No patterned paper

Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor een nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we geen design papier op je kaartje zien. Dat zal dus een moeilijke challenge worden voor veel mensen. :) Normaal heb ik er ook niet zo'n problemen mee, maar deze keer wilde het bij mij ook niet echt opschieten met mijn kaart. Het is gewoon even te druk met andere dingen, maar dat komt vast snel wel weer goed. Ik heb vandaag in ieder geval lekker geshopt op de Knotsgekke kaartendagen, dus ik heb weer leuke nieuwe spulletjes! :) De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt op mijn kaart is weer van Christy Croll en die is te koop in haar shop Tiddly inks. Joy bugg is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. De oogjes heb ik zoals altijs gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes getekend op haar mutsje en jurkje. De afbeelding heb ik uitgesneden met de vierkante nestabilities. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik gedoodled op beide vierkanten. Op de rode kaart heb ik ook gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Onder de afbeelding heb ik twee zwart-witte stippenlinten geplakt. De kaart is verder afgemaakt met een paar zwarte hotfix steentjes.

Hi everyone, it's friday again and that means that we have a new challenge for your from the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp design team. This week we want to see a card without patterned paper on it. Not an easy challenge for most people. Normally I don't have a problem with it, but this time I also had some problems while making my card. It has been a busy week and I had to do some other stuff. The image I used is from Christy Croll and you can buy it in her shop Tiddly inks. Joy bugg was coloured with derwent pencils. Her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen and I have drawn white dots on her hat and dress with a white gelpen. The image was cut out with my nesties and I doodled on the white squares with a black gelpen. I also doodled on the red card. I have used black and white dotted ribbon under the image. I decorated my card with a few black hotfix stones.

DU2DS 032 - Pearls

Goedemorgen, hier was ik alweer! Ik ben echt blij dat mijn oude vertrouwde computertje weer terug is. Wat kan je zo'n ding missen zeg! Hij was ook net op tijd terug zodat ik mijn kaartje voor de nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp kan posten. Deze week willen we graag parels op je kaartje zien en natuurlijk ook een digitale stempel. Voor mijn kaart heb ik een digi van The digi shack gebruikt: Cherry blossom. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden van caran d'ache. De tekst is ook met de computer geprint. Uit groen papier met een linnen structuur heb ik de kaart gesneden en daarop heb ik het rechthoek genaaid met de naaimachine. Om de rechthoek had ik eerst nog een lila lint gebonden en daar boven op zit een strik. Bovenop de strik heb ik wat witte pareltjes geplakt. Goodmorning, it's me again! I am so happy that my computer is back again. I really did miss it! Luckily I got it back just in time for the new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we want to see pearls on your card and a digital stamp offcourse. On my card I used a digital stamp from The Digi Shack: Cherry blossom. I have coloured the imahe with pencils from Caran d'ache. The sentiment is also computer generated. I have used a card from green cardstock with a linen structure and on top of the card I have sewed the rectangle with the sentiment and image. I first wrapped the lilac ribbon around it. On the bow I placed some white pearls. Please take a look at the blog to see all the great cards from my design team friends.

DU2DS 031 - Punches

Hoi! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor een nieuwe uitdaging van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week is het de bedoeling om naast je digitale stempel ook ponsjes op je kaart te gebruiken. Dit schattige muisje is een digitale stempel van Heather Ellis. Ik heb het muisje in gekleurd met derwent potloden. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met parelmoer chalk. Dat geeft een heel mooi subtiel glittereffect. De ogen van de muis heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op de wangen gezet. Het tshirtje heb ik gepaperpieced. Ik heb het geprint op een klein stukje doodlebug designpapier dat ik ook voor de rest van de kaart heb gebruikt. Met een paar bloemenponsjes heb ik bloemetjes gemaakt voor in de kruiwagen van de muis en voor op haar hoofdje. De bloemetjes zijn geponst uit doodlebug cardstock. Met een witte gelpen heb ik er stipjes op getekend. Met de pons uit de Nellie Snellen floral punches set heb ik de takjes gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Labels one nestabilities. Op de kaart heb ik een stuk Doodlebug design papier (Sprinkles) geplakt. Ik heb met de dotted scallop randpons van EK succes langs een strookje rose cardstock geponst en daarna heb ik hier een wit lintje overheen gespannen. De tekst is gemaakt met de Elzybells everyday greetings add on set gemaakt. Daarna heb ik de tekst geponst met de Stampin Up! word window punch.

This sweet little mouse is a digital stamp from Heather Ellis. I have coloured the little mouse with my derwent pencils. I have coloured with pearl blue chalks round my image. It gives such a nice and subtle sparkle. The yes of the mouse are coloured with a black glaze pen and I used a white gelpen for the dots on the cheeks of the mouse. I have paper pieced the shirt of the mouse. I printed the shirt on a piece of doodlebug design paper that I also used on my card. I used a couple of different punches to create the flowers that I have attached on her head and the wheel barrow. I have used a white gelpen to draw the dots on them. I used a punch of the Nellie Snellen floral punches to create the branches. I have cut the image out with the nestabilities Labels one. I have punched with the dotted scallop edge punch from EK succes on a strip of the pink doodlebug cardstock and I placed a white ribbon on top of it. The sentiment is stamped with the Elzybells Everyday greetings add on clear stamp set. I punched the sentiment with the Stampin Up word window punch.

DU2DS 030 - Hearts and valentine

Goedemorgen allemaal. Ik heb vandaag weer een projectje gemaakt voor de nieuwste challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we naast een digitale stempel een valentijnskaart/harten zien. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om geen kaart te maken maar een melkpakje. Ik wil aan een aantal vriendinnen een klein cadeautje geven voor valentijnsdag en dat gaan melkpakjes worden. Bij de Xenos heb ik leuke pepermunt hartjes gevonden en die doe ik in mijn doosjes. Dit is de eerste en er zullen er nog een paar volgen. Ik heb de tweede al af, maar ik krijg er maar geen mooie foto's van (ook van dit doosje vind ik de foto's niet mooi). Het patroon van het melkpakje is uitgesneden met mijn silhouette. Ik had een patroontje van een doosje gekocht bij Silhouette America en dat heeft mijn moeder zo aangepast dat het een melkpakje is geworden. :) Het lieve beertje is een digitale stempel van The Digistamp Boutique. De afbeelding Coco and big heart is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Het hart heb ik ingekleurd met stempelinkt en een dove blender pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en met foamtape op het pakje geplakt.

Goodmorning everyone. I have made another project for the newest challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week is the theme Valentine and hearts. I didn't want to make a card, but instead of that I made a little milkcarton. I want to give a couple of friends a milkcarton on valentine's day and then I am going to fill them with heart shaped peppermints. This is my first milk carton and there will be a couple of others. I have a second one finished, but I can't get good pictures of it (I also don't like these pictures). I have cut the pattern of the milkcarton with my silhouette. I bought a template from Silhouette America and my mother changed the pattern into a milk carton. :) The cute little bear is a digital stamp from The Digistamp boutique. Coco and big heart was coloured with derwent pencils. The heart was coloured with my stamp ink and a dove blender pen. I have cut the image out and I have used foamtape to mount it on the milk carton.

Met een sticky stencil (ST ST 04) van Crealies heb ik de hartjes gemaakt op het doosje. Je plakt het zelfklevende stencil op het doosje en daarna kun je eroverheen gaan met stempelinkt en zo ontstaan de hartjes. Geeft een erg leuk effect, omdat niet alle hartjes dezelfde kleur krijgen. Daarna heb ik het doosje bespoten met pearl glimmermist. Je ziet hier helaas niets van op de foto, maar het glinstert echt enorm. Rondom de bovenkant heb ik een rose satijn lint geplakt en daar bovenop zit een klein strikje. Ik heb aan een wit draadje wat kraaltjes gehangen en dit aan het strikje bevestigd.

I have used a sticky stencil from Crealies for the hearts on my box. You stick the pattern on your box and then I used a distressingtool and pink ink to colour the hearts. I really like the effect because not all the hearts do have the same colour. I have sprayed the carton with pearl glimmer mist. You can't see it on my pictures, but it is so sparkly in real! I have added a pink satin ribbon to the top of the box and also a little bow. I have added a white thread with some beads on it through the bow.

Op de andere kant heb ik een ander soort strikje van het lint gemaakt en daar bovenop zit een hartjes sticker ( van de Zeeman). De tekst is een stempel van Bild Malarna en die heb ik uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Ook hier heb ik weer twee hartjes stickers bij geplakt.

DU2DS 029 - Buttons

Hallo allemaal. Hier is eindelijk met wat vertraging mijn kaartje voor onze nieuwe challenge van DU2DS. Mijn computer is deze week twee keer ingestort, maar hopelijk doet hij het nu weer helemaal goed. Deze week is het de bedoeling bij DU2DS om knopen op je kaartje te gebruiken. Ik heb een digitale stempel van Heather Ellis: Pure innocence 017 op mijn kaartje gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik het steeltje van het bloemetje getekend. De bloemetjes zijn gemaakt met mijn nieuwe Joy crafts malletjes. Op de rode bloemetjes heb ik met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend. In het hartje zit een klein knoopjes bradje. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de rode stippen achtergrond geprint. Onder de cirkel uit komt een stukje dubbelgevouwen lint waar ik twee hartknoopjes op heb geplakt. De tekst hugs is gemaakt met het phoebe alphabet van quickutz.

Hi everyone. Here is finally my card for our new challenge from DU2DS. I had some big problems with my pc this week, but it is working again. This week for DU2DS you have to use buttons on your card. I have used a digital stamp from Heather Ellis: Pure innocence 017. I have coloured the image with derwent pencils. I used a black fineliner to draw the stem of the flower and the flower was made with my new joy crafts flowers. I have drawn white dots on the red flowers with a white fineliner. In the heart I have added a tiny white button brad. The image was cut out with my nestabilities. I have printed the red dotted background on a white card. On the ends of the white ribbon I have added two red heart buttons. The sentiment hugs was made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz.

DU2DS 28 - Christmas card crisis

Goedemorgen allemaal. Vandaag is het weer tijd voor de laatste Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge van dit jaar en deze keer hebben we weer een toepasselijke uitdaging voor de tijd van het jaar, namelijk Christmas card crisis. Voor mij een heel toepasselijke challenge want ik moet nog steeds een paar kerstkaarten maken (ja ik weet....ik ben erg laat:) ). Toen ik deze afbeelding van Chris (Sketchingstamper) zag wist ik meteen voor wie ik hem wilde gebruiken. Dit leuke hondje lijkt op de hond die mijn neven en tante vroeger hadden. Smurf was een hele eigenwijze hond met een sterke eigen wil en ik was helemaal gek van hem. Hij luisterde naar niemand behalve naar mij en mijn opa. ;) Deze kaart is dan ook voor mijn neef. Ik heb de afbeelding een beetje veranderd en de strik weggegumd en daarvoor in de plaats heb ik een echte strik gebruikt. De hond heb ik ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Het bot heb ik groen gekleurd en op het bot heb ik het sterretje gestempeld, zodat het net lijkt alsof het bot in een mooi papiertje is verpakt. De tekst heb ik zelf geprint en die vond ik wel passen bij de afbeelding. Ik heb nog een strip rood-wit gestreept papier achter de afbeelding geplakt en daarop heb ik een paar zwarte hotfix stenen geplakt.

Goodmorning everyone. It is time again for our last Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge of this year and we have the perfect challenge for this time of the year: Christmas card Crisis. It is the perfect challenge for me, because I still need to make some christmas cards ( I know... I am so behind with everything). When I saw this cute dog from Chris (Sketching Stamper), I knew immediately for who I wanted to use it. This nice dog looks exactly like the dog my aunt and cousins used to have. Smurf was a real pigheaded dog with a strong mind of his own and I was crazy about him. He didn't listen to anyone except to me and my grandfather. ;) So this card will be for my cousin. I changed the image a little bit, because I removed a bit of the bow and used a real ribbon bow insted of it. I have coloured the image with my derwent pencils. I have coloured the big bone in green and stamped some stars on it, so it would look like a nice wrapped present. I have printed the sentiment and I thought it was perfect for this image. I have added a strip of red and white striped paper behind the image and decorated that strip with some black hotfix stones.

DU2DS 27 - Red and green.

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe uitdaging van Dare U 2 Digi stamp en deze week hebben we een kleurencombinate van rood en groen. Echt de perfecte kleurencombinatie voor een kerstkaartje en aangezien ik nog best wat kerstkaarten nodig heb, komt dat mooi uit! Voor mijn kaartje heb ik de leuke sketch van Truly scrumptious gevolgd. De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaart heb gebruikt is van Christy Croll. Ik ben helemaal gek van haar huggabuggs stempels die ze voor Stamping Bella heeft getekend, maar ik kwam er achter dat ze ook digitale stempels op Etsy verkoopt. De afbeelding is ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. De oogjes heb ik gekleurd met mijn zwarte glaze pen en haar vleugels heb ik gekleurd met mijn clear spica glitter pen. Na het inkleuren heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik de cirkels uitgesneden en de witte cirkel is geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik de witte rechthoek uitgesneden en daarop heb ik de hulstblaadjes van Elzybells gestempeld. De tekst komt uit een setje winterteksten van Kraftin Kimmie stamps.

The perfect colours for a christmas card and I still need to make a few cards, so I was happy with these colours. I used the lovely sketch from the Truly scrumptious blog on my card. The image I used is from Christy Croll. I love her huggabuggs stamps that she made for Stamping Bella, so I was really happy that she is also selling digital stamps on Etsy. The image was coloured with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. The eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen and her wings were coloured with my clear spica glitter pen. I cut the image out aftre I coloured it. The circles were cut with my nestabilities and I have embossed the white circle with the snowflakes embossing folder from cuttlebug. I have cut the rectangle with my nestabilities and stamped the hollies on it with an Elzybells stamp. The sentiment is from a Kraftin Kimmie winter sentiment stamp set.

DU2DS 26 - Glitter!

Hallo allemaal. Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week willen we glitter zien op je kaartje naast natuurlijk een digitale stempel. Ik heb op mijn kaartje de lieve digitale stempel Holly van Sandra Dry gebruikt. Ik heb Holly ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op de bontrandjes heb ik glitter aangebracht. Op mijn kaart heb ik de lichtblauwe achtergrond geprint. De tekst komt uit een setje kerstteksten van Lily of the valley. Ik heb twee stroken wit papier geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Ik heb nog 3 sneeuwsterren uit wit papier geponst en ook hierop heb ik glitter gedaan. Daarna heb ik alle geëmboste sneeuwsterren ook nog eens gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen, maar dat is helaas niet te zien op de foto. Kom ook eens kijken op het DU2DS-blog voor inspiratie. Hi everyone. It is time again for a new challenge on the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog and this week we want you to use glitter on your card (and a digital stamp!). I used the very sweet Holly from Sandra Dry on my card. I have coloured Holly with my derwent and caran d'ache pencils. I have cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. I used a lot of glitter on the image. I printed the lightblue design on my card. I stamped the sentiment on the card with a stamp from Lily of the valley. The two strips white paper were embossed with the snowflakes embossingfolder from cuttlebug. I punched 3 snowflakes from white paper and added some glitter. With my clear spica glitter pen I have coloured the snowflakes on top of the embossed strips, but you can't ee that very well on my picture. If you need some inspiratio go visit the DU2DS-blog.
