James bear wrapped in tinsel and Menno's cards

Hallo, vandaag laat ik nog een kerstkaartje zien die ik nog niet eerder op mijn blog heb geplaatst. Deze keer heb ik met een stempel van Lili of the valley gewerkt. De stempel is helaas niet meer verkrijgbaar. Het is James bear wrapped in tinsel van Lili of the valley. Ik heb James ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de black glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik accentjes op de afbeelding aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities en met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de rand van de cirkel getekend. Op de kaart heb ik rood-wit stipjes papier geplakt. De tekst van de set Christmas handwritten phrases van Lili of the valley is gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder. Rondom de onderkant van de kaart heb ik een wit lintje gebonden. Met de Let it snowflake die van My favorite things heb ik 2 sneeuwsterren uit rood papier gestanst. Ik heb een wit pareltje midden op de sneeuwsterren geplakt.

Hello, today I am showing you another christmascard that I haven't posted on my blog. This time I used a stamp from Lili of the valley. Unfortunately the stamp is retired now. This is James bear wrapped in tinsel from Lili of the valley. I colored James with my pencils and the black glaze pen. I added little dots on the image with a white gelpen. I cut the image with the circle nestabilities and then I added a line on the edge of the circle with a black pen. On the card I added a layer of red-white dotted paper. The sentiment from the set Christmas handwritten phrases from Lili of the valley is stamped with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I wrapped a white ribbon around the bottom of my card. With the Let it snowflake die from My favorite things I have cut 2 snowflakes out of red paper. I added a white pearl in the centres of the snowflakes.

Fairytale challenge - Photoinspiration

Goedemorgen, hier ben ik weer met een nieuw kaartje voor het Fairytale challenge blog. Ik post hem een beetje later dan normaal, want de afgelopen weken ben ik op vakantie geweest naar Amerika en ik heb dit kaartje gemaakt nadat ik woensdag thuis ben gekomen. Ik had niet eerder de tijd om een foto te maken.

Deze week hebben we een foto inspiratie challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog. Het lukt me even niet om de foto hier op mijn blog te plaatsen. Ik zag de foto en moest meteen aan een halloween kaartje denken, hoewel de inspiratie foto eigenlijk helemaal niets met halloween te maken heeft.

Ik heb op mijn kaartje een afbeelding van Pink cat studio gebruikt. Ik kan deze afbeelding niet meer terugvinden, maar er zijn nog wel andere soortgelijke afbeeldingen te vinden. :)Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik hem uitgeknipt. Voor de achtergrond van mijn kaart heb ik goed gekeken naar de inspiratie foto. Ik heb met verschillende kleurtjes waterverf een achtergrond gemaakt op aquarel papier. Naast het paars en roze van de foto heb ik ook nog een klein beetje turquoise toegevoegd. Nadat de achtergrond helemaal droog was heb ik er sterretjes op gestempeld met het sterretjes stempeltje uit de Starry birthday set van Tiddly inks. Uit zwart papier heb ik een aantal wolkjes gestanst en die heb ik ook op de achtergrond geplakt. Daarna heb ik nog een kadertje rondom getekend met een zwarte fineliner. De tekst is gestempeld met een tekstje uit de Witch way is the candy stempelset van My favorite things. Ik heb het geheel op een zwarte kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, here I am again with a new card for the Fairytale challenge blog. I am posting it a bit later than normal, but I have been on vaction the past few weeks and I have made the card after i got back from my vacation. I didn't have time enough to take a picture of it sooner.

This week we have a photo-inspiration challenge on the Fairytale challenge blog.I can't add the picture here. When I saw the photo I knew that I wanted to make a halloween card, although the it isn't a halloween photo.

On my card I have used an image from Pink cat studio. I cannot find this exact image, but on the site there are some other similar images. :) I have colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut it out. I have used the inpiration picture for the background of my card. I made a background with a couple of different shades of aquarelpaint. I have used the purple and pink from the picture and I also added some turquoise. After the background was completely dry, I cstamped a couple of stars on it with the star stamp from the Starry birthday set from Tiddly Inks. I have cut a couple of clouds out of black paper and adhered those on the background. Then I used a black pen to draw a frame around the image. The sentiment is stamped with a sentiment from the Witch way is the candy stampset from My favorite things. I adhered everything on a black card.

Hallo, vandaag is mijn tante Irma jarig en daar moest ik natuurlijk een kaartje voor maken. Ik vond deze Frog fashionista van Pink cat studio echt perfect voor haar. Ik heb de kikker ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb daarna nog gekleurd op de afbeelding met de clear wink of stella brush pen. Op de lippen heb ik glossy accents aangebracht. De ketting heb ik gemaakt met de zwarte hotfix steentjes. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik een stuk roze karton geplakt met daarop een strip zwart-wit stipjes papier. Ik heb er een wit lint omheen gebonden met een grote strik. De tekst is gestempeld met de set Sentiment sampler van Paper smooches.

Hello. today it is my aunt Irma's birthday and I had to make her a card offcourse. I thought that this Frog fashionista from Pink cat studio was perfect for her. I colored the frog with my pencils and the black glaze pen. I colored on some parts of the image with the clear wink of stella brush pen. I added glossy accents on her lips. I used black hotfix gems to make the necklace. I have cut the image out with the circle nestabilities. On my card I adhered a piece of pink cardstock and on top of that a strip of black adn white dotted paper. I wrapped a white ribbon around it. The sentiment is stampped with the set Sentiment sampler from Paper smooches.

Verjaardagskaartje voor Lorenze

Hallo! Ik heb dit kaartje al in februari gemaakt voor de derde verjaardag van het dochtertje van mijn neef, maar ik zag net dat ik hem nog nooit op mijn blog had geplaatst. De afbeelding die ik op deze kaart heb gebruikt is van Pink cat studio en het is Itty bitty Betty - Ladybug costume. De afbeelding heb ik ingekleurd met potloden en de ogen van Betty heb ik gekleurd met de zwarte glaze pen. De zwarte stippen heb ik ook nog gekleurd met een zwarte spica glitter pen, zodat ze een mooi glitterlaagje krijgen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities. Ik heb een rode kaart genomen en met een perforator heb ik uit zwart papier de stippen gesneden en deze heb ik daarop op de kaart geplakt. Onder de afbeelding heb ik nog Lorenze's naam toegevoegd en deze heb ik gemaakt met het quickutz phoebe alfabet. Ook de leeftijd is gemaakt met dit quickutz phoebe alfabet. De tekst heb ik geprint en daarna geponst met de word window punch van stampin up.

Hello! I made this card and february for the thirth birthday of my cousin's daughter, but I just realised that I never posted my card. The image I used is a digital stamp from Pink Cat studio and it is Itty Bitty Betty -Ladybug costume. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour Betty's eyes. I have used a black spica glitter pen to colour the black dots on her clothes so this way the dots have a nice sparkle on them. I have cut the image out with the circle nestabilities. I used red cardstock for my card and I made the black dots with a little circle punch. I added Lorenze's name under the image. I made the name with the quickutz phoebe alphabet and I also made the 3 with it. The sentiment (happy birthday) is printed and I punched it with the word window punch from Stampin up

Babykaartje

Hallo! Gisteren heb ik dit babykaartje gemaakt. Het schattige kikker babietjes is een digitale stempel van Pink Cat studio en ik vind het zo'n lieverd! Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de ogen van de kikker heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Op de kaart heb ik rose wit gestreept papier geplakt. Langs de randen van het witte vlak heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. De tekst is op de kaart geprint. De bloemetjes zijn gemaakt met een Martha stewart pons. Ik heb in het midden van de bloemetjes een dotje aangebracht met relief paint van decorfin. Als laatste heb ik nog een wit lintje toegevoegd.

Hello! I made this baby card yesterday. The cute little froggie is a digital stamp from Pink Cat studio and I think it is so very sweet! I have coloured the image with my pencils and the eyes of the frog are coloured with a black glaze pen. I cut him out and used foamtape to adhere on my card.I added a layer of pink and white striped paper. I added faux stitching with a black fineliner on mty card. The sentiment is printed on my card. The flowers are made with a Martha Stewart punch. I added some relief paint to their centers with paint from Decorfin. I also added a white ribbon.

3 Tiddly Inks kerstkaartjes

Hallo! Afgelopen weekend heb ik nog even gewerkt aan kerstkaarten voor 3 goede vriendinnen gemaakt. Voor alle drie de kaarten heb ik gewerkt met de kerstafbeeldingen van Tiddly Inks. Op de eerste kaart heb ik de afbeelding Check my list twice gebruikt. Het meisje is gekleurd met prisma potloden en haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar muts heb ik Frosted lace stckles gebruikt.  Ik heb de afbeelding 2 keer geprint, een keer normaal en één in spiegelbeeld. Ik heb uit een witte kaarte een rechthoek gesneden en daar weer een sheet op geplakt. Op de voorkant heb ik rood karton gebruikt waar ik ook een rechthoek uit heb gesneden. Op het rode karton heb ik met witte inkt de magical  background van Hero arts gestempeld. De tekst is van Lili of the valley en die heb ik op de binnenkant van de kaart gestempeld. Uit wit papier heb ik een paar sneeuwsterren geponst en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt.

Hello! Last weekend I worked on these christmas cards for 3 good friends. I used Tiddly Inks images on all the cards. On the first card I used the image Check my list twice. I printed the image 2 times, one was printed normal and the other one was mirrored. I coloured the image with prisma pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I also used frosted lace stickles on the image. I cut a rectangle out a white card and adhered a sheet on top of the hole. I used red cardstock on the front of the card. I stamped the magical background from Hero arts on it with white ink. I punched some snowflakes from white card for the front of the card. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and I stamped it on the inside of the card.

Voor de tweede kaart heb ik de sketch van de Lili of the valley challenge gebruikt. Op deze kaart heb ik de afbeelding Christmas pixie gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met derwent en prisma potloden. Haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb rondom de afbeelding kleine stipjes met glitter aangebracht en dit heb ik ook op de afbeelding gebruikt. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Het stipjespapier is van Nel van Veen. De tekst is weer een stempeltje van Lili of the Valley. Ik heb uit purper papicolor papier een sneewster geponst en hierop heb ik crystal stickles aangebracht. Op de purperen strookjes papier heb ik met een witte gelpen stiklijntjes getekend en op de uiteindes heb ik 2 kleine knoopjes geplakt.

For the second card I used the sketch from the Lili of the valley challenge. The image I used is christmas pixie from Tiddly Inks. I have coloured the image with prisma and derwent pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I used glitter on her wings and to make the little dots aroud her. I doodled with a black fineliner. The dotted paper is from Nel van Veen. The sentiment is a stamp from Lili of the valley. I punched a snowflake from purper paper and used chrystal stickles on it. I have drawn faus stitching on the purple strips of paper and on the ends of those I added 2 white buttons.

De laatste kaart is gemaakt met de sketch van de Card patterns blog. De afbeelding die ik op deze kaart heb gebruikt is Christmas joy van Tiddly Inks. Ik heb het meisje ingekleurd met derwent en prisma potloden en haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar kleren heb ik eerst stickles aangebracht en daarna heb ik er glitter overheen gegooid, nu lijkt het echt heel mooi! :) De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de vierkante nestabilities. Ik heb rondom de afbeelding gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. De kaart is gemaakt van bubblegum cardstock van doodlegum en het design papier is winter wonderland van doodlebug. De roze strip papier is geponst met de scallop sentiment pons van fiskars. De tekst is een stempeltje van Pink Cat studio en die uitgestanst met de cirkel nestabilities.

The last card was made with a sketch from the Card patterns challenge blog. The image I used is Christmas joy from Tiddly Inks. I have coloured the girl with prisma and derwent pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I added stickles on her clothes and on top of that I added glitter. It is so pretty! :) The image was cut out with the square nestabilities and I doodled a bit with a black fineliner. The card is made from pink doodlebug paper and the design paper is winter wonderland from doodlebug. The pink strip of paper is punched with the scalloped sentiment punch from Fiskars. The sentiment is a stamp from Pink cat studio and I used the circle nestabilities to cut it out.

Verjaardagskaartjes voor Ashley en Quinty.

Morgen wordt de tweeling van een vriendin van mij alweer 2 kaar en natuurlijk heb ik voor beide dames een kaartje gemaakt. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om verschillende soorten kaartjes te maken, namelijk een easelcard en een stepcard. De afbeeldingen die ik heb gebruikt zijn van Pink Cat Studio, Itty bitty Betty ladybug en butterfly. Het easelkaartje is voor Quinty gemaakt. Hier zit zit de digi Itty bitty betty ladybug op. Ik heb de sketch van de Lili of the Valley challenge gevolgd voor mijn kaartje.

Tomorrow will my friend's twins celebrate their second birthday and I had to make a card for both of them. I have chosen to make two different kinds of cards, an easelcard and a stepcard. The images I used are from Pink Cat Studio, Itty bitty betty ladybug and butterfly. I made the easelcard for Quinty and Itty bitty betty ladybug was added on it. I followed the sketch of Lili of the valley for my card.

Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Met blauwe chalk heb ik een wolkjesachtergrond getekend. De ogen van het meisje zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en met een witte souffle pen heb ik de witte stippen op de wangen getekend. De zwarte stippen zijn ingekleurd met een pitch black copic spica pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de rechthoekige nestabilities. Onder de afbeelding heb ik een dubbele strik van wit lint gehangen en daar hangt een klein labeltje aan.

I have coloured the image with my pencils. I used blue chalk to add the clouds in the backgorund. The eyes of the girl are coloured with a black glaze pen and I used a white souffle pen to draw the dots on the cheeks of the girl. The black dots on her clothes are coloured with a pitch black spica glitter pen. The image is cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. I added a double bow from white ribbon under the image and I attached a little tag to the bow.

Met de Nellie Snellen floral ponsen 1 heb ik de grote bloem gemaakt en deze is bespoten met pearl glimmer mist. Ik heb het stukje rose papier met de 2 geprint en deze 2 is met een klein bloemetje uitgeponst en midden op de bloem gehangen. De naam Quinty is met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz gemaakt.

I used the Nellie Snellie floral punches 1 for the large flower and I sprayed on it with pearl glimmermist. I printed the piece of pink paper with the 2 and punched it out with a small flower punch. I added this flower in the middle of the large flower. The name Quinty was made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz.

Het stepkaartje is gemaakt voor Ashley en ik heb hiervoor dezelfde kleuren als voor de kaart van Quinty gebruikt. Ik moest deze foto alleen binnen nemen en dus ziet hij er niet hetzelfde uit. Ik heb grotendeels dezelfde materialen gebruikt. Het rose bloemetjes papier is van Pink Petticoat.

The stepcard was made for Ashley and I used the same colours as on the card for Quinty. I had to take my picture unside so the colours look different. I used the same materials as I used on the first card. The pink flower paper is from Pink Petticoat.

Mijn laatste halloween projectjes van dit jaar.

Afgelopen week heb ik nog deze laatste projectjes gemaakt voor halloween. Ik moest vanmiddag nog even snel de foto's maken en helaas is niet helemaal goed te zien hoe het doosje hierboven eruit ziet. Voor het eerste doosje heb ik een doosje van Maggi opkikker voorzichtig uit elkaar gehaald. Het doosje heb ik daarna op het rose stippen papier gelegd en dat heb ik allemaal overgetrokken. Zo krijg je een leuk doosje waar je een kleinigheidje in kan stoppen. Ik heb mijn doosje gevuld met een chocoprince koekje. :) Ik heb op mijn doosje een digitale stempel van Pink Cat Studio gebruikt. Itty Bitty Betty is gekleurd met potloden en natuurlijk heb ik haar oogjes weer gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar stipjes heb ik gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is daarna uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. De tekst heb ik op een strookje papier geprint. Eronder zit een strookje zwart papier waarvan de randen bewerkt zijn met een scallop schaar. Het doosje wordt gesloten met een strikje van zwart satijn lint.

Last week I have made my last halloween projects of this year. Today I made some pictures of them, but they don't show what the box looks like exactly. For my first box I used a box that was filled with soup. I took it apart and copied the pattern on the pink dotted paper. That way you get a nice little box that can hold some sweets or a cookie. I filled my box with a chocolate cookie. :) On the box I used a digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio. Itty Bitty Betty was coloured with penciles and the eyes were as always coloured with a black glaze pen. I coloured the dots with a clear spica glitter pen. Then the image was cut out with circle nestabilities. I printed the sentiment on a strip of white paper. The strip black paper was cut with scalloped scissors. The box can be closed with a bow from black ribbon.



Het tweede projectje is een klein tasje en dat is ook weer niet goed te zien op de foto. De voorkant van de tas is gemaakt volgens de sketch van de Truly Scrumptious blog. Het tasje zelf is gemaakt van wit cardstock waarop de oranje achtergrond is geprint. Ook nu heb ik weer een digitale stempel van Pink Cat Studio gebruikt. Ik zoals altijd weer gekleurd met mijn potloden. Alle oogjes zijn zwart gekleurd met een glaze pen en ik heb ook nog wat gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een los stukje papier heb ik de oranje stippen geprint en deze zijn uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. De tekst is ook geprint en die heb ik uitgesneden met een ponsje. In de linker boven hoek heb ik een paar hotfix steentjes geplakt. Met de big bite heb ik aan de beide zijkanten een gaatje gemaakt voor het hengsel. Ik heb twee sterren eyelets gebruikt. Het hengsel is gemaakt van zwart satijn lint.

My second project is a little bag. I followed the fabulous sketch from the Truly Scrumptious blog on the front of the bag. I made the bag from white cs after I printed the orange pattern on it. Again I used a digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio. I coloured it with my pencils. All the eyes were coloured black with a glaze pen and I did use my clear spica glitter pen again. The image was cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. On a piece of white paper I printed the orange dots and I cut those out with the circle nestabilities. The sentiment was also computer generated and I cut it out with a punch. I have added two little black hotfix stones in the corner. I made two holes in the sides of the bag and added a star eyelet. I used black satin ribbon as my handle.

Aan het hengsel heb ik nog een spin gehangen. Ik heb 4 touwtjes genomen en deze om het lint geknoopt. Op de knoop heb ik twee wiebeloogjes geplakt.

On the handle I added a little spider. I made a knot using 4 black cords. I added some eyes on top of the knot.
