Flower card - Veel liefs

Hallo, vandaag heb ik een klein labeltje/bloemenkaartje gemaakt. Op dit kleine kaartje heb ik de digitale stempel Daffodil bear (retired) van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Mijn bloemenkaartje heb ik gemaakt met de stansset Flower tag (CR1722) van Marianne design. Ik heb het kaartje uit geel karton gestanst. Op het kaartje heb ik een cirkel geplakt die ik uit wit karton heb gestanst met de Circle tag (SL-ES-CD1090) van Studio light. Op de cirkel heb ik met een zwarte fineliner lijntjes getekend. Ik heb het beertje met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. De tekst heb ik met het alfabet van de set Creative craft lab - Mini polaroids (CCL-ES-CD1048) van Studio light uit zwart karton gestanst en daarna op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een wit koordje aan mijn kaartje gehangen. 

Hello, today I made a small label/flower tag. On this little tag I used the digital stamp Daffodil bear (retired) by Di's digi stamps. I coloured the image using my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen, and then I cut the image out.

I made my flower tag using the Flower tag (CR1722) from Marianne design. I die-cut the tag from yellow card. Onto the tag I stuck a circle, which I die-cut from white card using the Circle tag (SL-ES-CD1090) from Studio light. On the circle I drew lines with a black fineliner. I attached the little bear to the circle using foam tape. I die-cut the text from black card using the alphabet from the Creative craft lab - Mini polaroids (CCL-ES-CD1048) from Studio light and then stuck it onto the tag. Finally, I added a white cord to my tag.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Last minute manda. Deze keer willen we je favoriete kleur voor op een kaartje zien. Als je me goed volgt dan zal het geen verrassing zijn dat ik graag met de kleur roze werk op mijn kaarten en daarom heb ik deze keer een roze kaart gemaakt. Ik vind het gewoon een mooie kleur en dan vooral een een lekkere felle variant.

Ik heb de digitale stempel Maisie mouse with tulip plant van de Maisie mouse garden friends collection van Last minute manda ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 177 van Crealies heb ik een ovaal uit wit karton gestanst en daarop heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een stikrandje getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het ovaal geplakt en daarna heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Handletter: Rainbow 2 van Craft emotions (no longer in business) naast de afbeelding gestempeld. 

Op mijn roze kaart heb ik de achtergrond stempel Feinkariert van Create a smile stamps gestempeld met Versafine clair Charming pink inkt en dat geeft een mooi subtiel patroontje op mijn kaart. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom de voorkant van de kaart gebonden en daarna heb ik het ovaal met de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart tenslotte versierd met zwarte enamel dots van de set Enamel dots black and white van Marianne design.

If you follow me regularly, it won’t come as a surprise that I love working with pink on my cards — so I’ve made a pink card for this challenge. I simply think it’s a beautiful colour — especially a lovely bright, vibrant shade of it.

I coloured the digital stamp Maisie mouse with tulip plant from the Maisie mouse garden friends collection by Last minute manda using my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen. I then fussy-cut the image. Using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 177 from Crealies, I die-cut an oval from white cardstock and drew a stitched border around it with a black fineliner. I attached the image to the oval with foam tape and then stamped a sentiment from the Handletter: Rainbow 2 stamp set by Craft Emotions (no longer in business) next to the image.

On my pink card base, I stamped the Feinkariert background stamp from Create a smile stamps using Versafine Clair Charming Pink ink, which gives a lovely subtle pattern. I tied a white ribbon around the front of the card and then adhered the oval with the image on top using foam tape. Finally, I embellished the card with black enamel dots from the Enamel dots black and white from Marianne design.

Hallo, vandaag heb ik nog een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Easter bunny and flowers van The digistamp boutique (No longer in business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met de Rolodex cards van Vaessen creative heb ik de basis voor mijn kaartje uit oranje karton gestanst en de laag erop uit wit karton. Op de witte laag heb ik met het Tiny cloud edges stencil van My favorite things (no longer in business) en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolken achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt. 

Hello, today I once again made a card for my Memory dex. This time I created a card using the digital stamp Easter bunny and flowers by The digistamp boutique (No longer in business). I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image.

Using the Rolodex cards from Vaessen creative, I die-cut the base of my card from orange cardstock and the top layer from white cardstock. On the white layer, I created a cloudy background using the Tiny cloud edges stencil from My favorite things (no longer in business) and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I attached the image to the background with foam tape.

Memory dex card with a valentine alligator

Hallo, het was al een hele tijd geleden dat ik een kaartje heb gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex, dus dat heb ik dit weekend lekker gedaan. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een schattige alligator van de set Alligator clipart van ClipArtisan. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met de set Stanze B MDC basics die set van Create a smile stamps heb ik uit wit karton een kaartje voor mijn Memory dex gestanst. Ik heb daarna het kaartje gekleurd door er Spun sugar en Kitsch flamingo Distress inkt op te blenden. Daarna heb ik met een Hartjes stencil waarvan ik het merk helaas niet meer weet hartjes op het kaartje geblend met Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Op alle hartjes heb ik een tekst gestempeld met de set Critter conversation hearts van Lawn fawn en Versafine clair Charming pink om ze zo op snoephartjes te laten lijken. Met een stans van de set Banners - CR1299 (retired) van Marianne design heb ik een banner uit wit karton gestanst. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van de banner getekend. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom de banner gebonden en daarna heb ik deze met foamtape op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding ook met foamtape op de banner geplakt. 

Hello, it had been quite a long time since I last made a card for my Memory dex, so I really enjoyed working on one this weekend. I created a card featuring a cute alligator from the Alligator clipart set by ClipArtisan. I coloured the image using my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and then cut the image out.

Using the Stanze B MDC basics die set from Create a smile stamps, I die-cut a Memory Dex card from white card stock. I then coloured the card by blending Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo Distress inks. After that, I used a heart stencil (unfortunately I can’t remember the brand) to blend hearts onto the card with Picked Raspberry Distress ink. On all the hearts, I stamped text using the Critter conversation hearts by Lawn fawn and VersaFine Clair Charming Pink, to make them look like candy hearts. With a die from the Banners - CR1299 (retired) from Marianne design, I die-cut a banner from white card stock. I drew a line around the edges of the banner with a black fineliner. I tied a white ribbon around the banner and then attached it to my Memory Dex card using foam tape. Finally, I also attached the image to the banner with foam tape.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we weten of je liever schattige of elegante kaarten maakt. Het zal geen verrassing zijn dat ik voor schattige kaarten heb gekozen, maar dat neemt niet weg dat ik het af en toe ook erg leuk vind om een elegante kaart te maken. Maar ik moet toegeven dat ik het wel heel erg leuk vind om kaarten te maken met schattige diertjes erop en daarom maak ik die heel graag.

Voor vandaag heb ik een valentijnskaartje gemaakt met de stempelset Valentine mice van Lawn fawn. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Ik heb uit roze stipjes papier van het Polka-dot parade paper pack van Sunny studio stamps een vierkant gestanst met de Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) van Crealies en daarna heb ik hier een frame uit gestanst met een stans van de set Cardzz stansen 512 Frame & inlay Anna 4x vierkant (CLCZ512) van Crealies. Ik heb dit frame met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb in de 4 openingen met een blender wat Versafine clair arctic inkt aangebracht en daarna heb ik de 3 afbeeldingen in de openingen geplakt. In de vierde opening heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Valentine mice van Lawn fawn gestempeld.

This time we want to know whether you prefer making cute or elegant cards. It will come as no surprise that I chose cute cards, although that doesn’t mean I don’t also really enjoy making an elegant card from time to time. That said, I have to admit that I especially love making cards with cute little animals on them, so those are my absolute favourites to create.

For today, I made a Valentine’s card using the stamp set Valentine mice by Lawn fawn. I coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and then fussy cut the images. From pink polka dot paper from the Polka-dot parade paper pack by Sunny studio stamps, I die-cut a square using the Cardzz stansen 511 Dubbele kaart 10x10 cm (CLCZ511) from Crealies. I then cut a frame from this using a die from the Cardzz stansen 512 Frame & inlay Anna 4x vierkant (CLCZ512) from Crealies. I attached this frame to a white card base using foam tape. In the four openings, I blended some Versafine clair arctic ink, and then glued three of the images into the openings. In the fourth opening, I stamped a sentiment from the Valentine mice stamp set by Lawn fawn.

Hallo, vandaag heb ik een valentijnskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Just the two of us penguins van Amanda Jayne designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Op een witte kaart heb ik roze geruit papier van het Pattern paper pad - Shades of pink van Studio light geplakt. Ik heb een tag uit wit karton gestanst met de Decorative oval tags SBD591 van Simple and basic en daar heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een lijntje op getekend langs de rand van de tag. Ik heb een zwart koordje aan de tag gebonden en daarna heb ik de tag met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en vervolgens heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Onder de tag heb ik een tekst geplakt die ik met de Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" van Carlijn design uit zwart karton heb gestanst. De letters passen echt perfect in de ruitjes, zo leuk!

I tied a black cord onto the tag, then attached the tag to the card using foam tape, and placed the image on the tag with foam tape as well. Under the tag, I added a sentiment that I die-cut from black card using the Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" by Carlijn design. The letters fit perfectly into the checks — so cute!

Isabel Cristina stamps - Everybunny needs somebunny

Hallo, vandaag post ik een valentijnskaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met de digitale stempelset Everybunny needs somebunny (retired) van Isabel Cristina stamps. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen voor extra accentjes. 

Uit wit karton heb ik een rechthoek gestanst met de  Crea-nest-lies XXL 169 van Crealies. Hierop heb ik een achtergrond gemaakt met het Stencil "Slimline gras & wolken" van Carlijn Design. Voor de wolken en het gras heb ik Twisted citron, Mowed lawn, Rustic wilderness en Peacock feathers Distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb het stencil boven het gras laten liggen en toen heb ik over het gras gestempeld met de Feinkariert stempel van Create a smile stamps en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt voor een subtiel patroon op het gras. Ik heb het rechthoek op een roze kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik beide afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De tekst komt uit de set Everybunny needs somebunny (retired) van Isabel Cristina stamps en deze heb ik uitgestanst met de Snijmallen "Smalle tekstrips" (retired) van Carlijn Design en daarna heb ik deze op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today I’m sharing a Valentine’s card that I made using the digital stamp set Everybunny needs somebunny (retired) by Isabel Cristina stamps. I coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen for some extra highlights.

I die-cut a rectangle from white card using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 169 from Crealies. On this I created a background with the Stencil "Slimline gras & wolken" from Carlijn Design. For the clouds and grass I used Twisted citron, Mowed lawn, Rustic wilderness and Peacock feathers Distress ink. I left the stencil in place over the grass and then stamped over it using the Feinkariert stamp from Create a smile stamps and Rustic wilderness Distress ink to add a subtle pattern to the grass. I mounted the rectangle onto a pink card base and then attached both images to the card with foam tape. The sentiment is from the Everybunny needs somebunny (retired) by Isabel Cristina stamps. I die-cut it using the Snijmallen "Smalle tekstrips" (retired) from Carlijn Design and then adhered it to the card.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Dies to die for. Deze keer willen we weten wat je favoriete stansen zijn om op een kaart te gebruiken. Al jaren ben ik een groot fan van de crea-nest-lies XXl stansen van Crealies. Dit zijn allerlei basisvormen en sommige stansen hebben een mooi sierrandje. Ik gebruik ze echt heel vaak op mijn kaarten en daarom heb ik voor de challenge van vandaag een kaart gemaakt met de stansen.

Ik heb de digitale stempel Birds letter (retired) van Sandra Herrgott gekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 van Crealies. Deze cirkels hebben een mooi schuin streepje langs de rand en dat geeft een leuk effect. Uit roze karton heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies een cirkel met stipjes langs de rand. Ik heb de cirkel met de afbeelding op de roze cirkel geplakt. Daarna heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies een geschulpte cirkel uit wit karton gestanst en daarop heb ik beide cirkels geplakt. Ik heb rondom de voorkant van een roze kaart een wit lint gebonden met een strikje en daarna heb ik de cirkels met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik met de Alfabet Jocelijne snijmallen (CDJD-0033) van Carlijn design de tekst uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik onder de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today a new challenge is starting again on the As you like it challenge blog, and this week we are being sponsored by Dies to die for. This time we want to know which dies are your favourites to use on a card. For many years I have been a big fan of the Crea-Nest-Lies XXL dies by Crealies. These are all kinds of basic shapes, and some of the dies have a lovely decorative edge. I use them very often on my cards, so for today’s challenge I made a card using these dies.

I coloured the digital stamp Birds letter (retired) by Sandra Herrgott with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. I then die-cut the image using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 by Crealies. These circles have a lovely diagonal stripe along the edge, which gives a nice effect. From pink cardstock I die-cut a circle with dotted edging using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 by Crealies. I adhered the circle with the image onto the pink circle. Next, I die-cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 by Crealies and adhered both circles onto it.

I tied a white ribbon with a bow around the front of a pink card and then attached the circles to the card using foam tape. Finally, I die-cut the text from white cardstock using the Alfabet Jocelijne snijmallen (CDJD-0033) by Carlijn design and adhered this underneath the image on the card.

Als laatste heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Bullet journal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions (Out of business) op mijn kaartje gestempeld.

Handgemalt - How to paint a mushroom

Hallo, ook vandaag post ik weer een iets oudere tekening. Deze keer een paddestoel die ik tijdens mijn vakantie heb getekend naar het voorbeeld van de tutorial van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. Deze komt uit haar serie How to draw.... op instagram. Ik heb mijn paddestoel eerst met mijn potlood geschetst, daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliner en uiteindelijk heb ik de paddestoel ingekleurd met de Derwent inktense paint pan travel set. 

Hello, today I am once again sharing a slightly older drawing. This time it is a mushroom that I drew during my holiday, based on a tutorial by Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. It comes from her series How to draw.... on instagram. I first sketched my mushroom in pencil, then traced the image with a black fineliner, and finally coloured the mushroom using the Derwent inktense paint pan travel set.
