As you like it challenge 213 - Your favourite pet animal

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze challenge worden we gesponsord door Fantastic ribbons. Onze challenge deze keer is dat we graag willen dat je een kaartje maakt met daarop je favoriete huisdier en je moet ons vertellen waarom dat je favoriete huisdier is. Ik ben helaas allergisch, dus ik heb geen huisdieren, maar als het toch zou kunnen zou ik graag een hond willen. Het lijkt me gewoon erg fijn om zo'n trouwe vriend te hebben en er lekker mee te wandelen en knuffelen. Ik heb nog altijd fijne herinneringen aan mijn kleine vriend Smurf (de hond van mijn tante) waar ik vroeger graag mee wandelde als ze bij ons waren. 

Ik heb voor deze challenge een kaartje gemaakt met de clear stempelset Under my umbrella van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb het hondje, de paraplu en een aantal wolken gestempeld. Ik heb ze daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat kleine accentjes op de afbeeldingen aangebracht. Na het kleuren heb ik alle afbeeldingen uitgeknipt.

Op een wit kaartje heb ik met behulp van een liniaal een vierkant getekend en daarna heb ik met mijn Polychromos potloden een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Op de achtergrond heb ik een aantal regendruppeltjes van de stempelset gestempeld met Lazy day premiuim dye inkt van My favorite things. Als laatste heb ik nog een tekst van de stempelset Under my umbrella van Clearly besotted stamps op mijn kaartje gestempeld.

Unfortunately I am allergic, so I don't have any pets, but if I would be able to have a pet I would love to have a dog. I think it would be really nice to have a loyal friend to walk and cuddle with. I still cherish the memories of all the walks and cuddle sessions with Smurf (my aunts dog) when they visited when I was young.

For this challenge I have made a card with the clear stampset Under my umbrella from Clearly besotted stamps. I have stamped the little dog, the umbrella and a couple of clouds. I have coloured all the images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to add some accents on the images. I have fussy cut all the images.

On a white card I have drawn a square with a ruler and my pencils. I have coloured a background for my image with my pencils. I stamped a couple of raindrops on the background with Lazy day premiuim dye ink from My favorite things. I have glued all the images on the card. Then I stamped a sentiment from the set Under my umbrella from Clearly besotted stamps on the card.

Gerda Steiner designs - Happy birthday sunshine

  

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs en deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de clearstempel set Hello sunshine van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb voor mijn kaart de afbeelding van de beer en de zon en wolk gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de zonnetjes gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt.

Op een witte kaart heb ik met het Watercolor wash rectangle stencil van My favorite things een achtergrond gemaakt voor mijn afbeeldingen. De lucht is gemaakt met Tumbled glass en Broken china Distress inkt. Ik heb met witte acrylverf en Frost white all-purpose inkt van Tsukineko kleine verfspatjes gemaakt op de lucht. Het gras is gemaakt met het Grassy hillside stencils van Lawn fawn en Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt. Hier heb ik met de Rustic wilderness kleine verfspatjes gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb het kleine bloemetje van de stempelset Hello spring van Gerda Steiner designs een aantal keer gestempeld en dat heb ik daarna op het gras geplakt. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs and this time I have made a card with the clear stamp set Hello sunshine from Gerda Steiner designs. For my card I have stamped the images of the bear and the sun and cloud and then I coloured them with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have coloured both suns with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. I have fussy cut both of the images. 

On a white card I made a background for my images with the Watercolor wash rectangle stencil from My favorite things. The sky is made with Tumbled glass and Broken china Distress ink. I used white acrylic paint and Frost white all-purpose ink from Tsukineko to add some tiny paint splatters. For the grass I have used the Grassy hillside stencils from Lawn fawn and Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I have added paint splatters with the Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I glued the images with foamtape on the card. I stamped a little flower from the set Hello spring from Gerda Steiner designs a couple of times and also added those on the card in the grass.

Merry monday - I've been baad!

Goedemorgen, vandaag plaats ik een  kerst tag op Merry Monday. Ik heb op Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram van Vaessen creative een heel grappig schaapje van de stempelset Baa humbug van Clearly besotted gestempeld met Versafine clair nocturne inkt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met Distress inkt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Met de Creatable - Labels: Cotton lace (LR0412) van Marianne design heb ik een tag uit wit karton gestanst. Het bovenste deel van de tag is uit rood design papier van het Polka-dot parade paperpack van Sunny studio gestanst en dat heb ik daarna op de tag geplakt. Ik heb met de Creatables - Trees by Marleen (CR1483) van Marianne design een paar boompjes uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de boompjes gekleurd met Peeled paint en Forest moss Distress inkt en daarna heb ik ze op mijn tag geplakt. Ik heb de boompjes versierd met de kleine rondjes die uit de bovenkant van de tag komen. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Boven de bomen heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Baa humbug van Clearly besotted gestempeld. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a christmas tag on Merry Monday. I have stamped on Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram from Vaessen creative a funny sheep from the stamp set Baa humbug from Clearly besotted with Versafine clair nocturne inkt and then I embossed the image with clear embossingpowder. I have coloured the image with Distress inks and then I have fussy cut the image. 

With the Creatable - Labels: Cotton lace (LR0412) from Marianne design I have die-cut a tag from white cardstock. The upper part of the tag is cut from red patterned paper from the Polka-dot parade paperpack from Sunny studio and I glued it on the tag. With the Creatables - Trees by Marleen (CR1483) from Marianne design I have die-cut a couple of trees from white cardstock. I have coloured the trees with Peeled paint and Forest moss Distress ink and then I glued them on the tag. The red dots are from the decorative border on my tag. I glued the image with foamtape on the tag. Above the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Baa humbug from Clearly besotted.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag 1 of meerdere zonnen op je kaartje zien.

Ik heb daarom voor deze challenge een lekker zomers slimline kaartje gemaakt. Ik heb op de kaart de digitale stempel Ice cone mice van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Ik heb van wit karton met de Slimline K (CLCZ191) van Crealies een slimline kaart gemaakt. De lucht is gekleurd met Tumbled glass Distress inkt. Ik heb uit wit karton een aantal wolken en een zon gestanst met de Sun and clouds (SCCOD018) van Nellie Snellen. Ik heb de zon gekleurd met Mustard seed, Wild honey en Carved pumpkin Distress inkt. Ik heb de wolken en de zon op de kaart geplakt. Voor het water heb ik het Make waves stencil van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt gebruikt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik kleine accentjes op de golven aangebracht. Het strand heb ik gemaakt van een stukje wit karton dat ik eerst met de Slimline mallen heb uitgestanst. Ik heb het strand gekleurd met Scattered straw en Gathered Twigs Distress inkt. Ik heb met de Gathered twigs Distress inkt en witte acrylverf kleine verfspatjes gemaakt op mijn strandje. Nadat ik het strand op de kaart heb geplakt heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Good day van Create a smile stamps op de kaart gestempeld.

That is why I made a delicious summer slimline card for this challenge. On the card I have used the digital stamp Ice cone mice from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and a black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. 

I have made a slimline card from white cardstock with the Slimline K (CLCZ191) from Crealies. The air is coloured with Tumbled glass Distress ink. I have cut a cloud and a sun from white cardstock with the Sun and clouds (SCCOD018) from Nellie Snellen. I have coloured the sun with Mustard seed, Wild honey and Carved pumpkin Distress ink. I have glued the sun and clouds on the sky background. For the water I have used the Make waves stencil from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. I added a couple of accents on the waves with a white gelpen. The beach is made from some white cardstock that I have cut first with the slimline dies and then I coloured it with Scattered straw and Gathered twigs Distress ink. With the Gathered twigs and white acrylic paint I have added tiny paint splatters on the sand and then I glued it on the background. I have added the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Good day from Create a smile stamps on the card.

Gerda Steiner designs - Merry christmas

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer mijn beurt om een kaartje te posten op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Aangezien het juli is heb ik weer een kerstkaartje gemaakt voor Christmas in july. Zo zou ik straks in december toch al een aardige hoeveelheid kerstkaarten af moeten hebben. ;)

Ik heb een mini slimline kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Decorating penguin van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de lampjes gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen en daarna heb ik de lampjes gekleurd met de Clear glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Mini slimline Wonky stitched dies van Kat Scrappiness een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb dit rechthoek op groen karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de rechthoeken op een roze mini slimline kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Simple script van Clearly besotted stamps op roze karton gestempeld. Ik heb de strip daarna op groen karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de strips samen op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een aantal sterretjes uit roze karton gestanst met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke en die heb ik rondom de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt.

I have coloured the lights with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I coloured them with a Clear glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. With the Mini slimline Wonky stitched dies from Kat Scrappiness I have die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock. I have glued the rectangle on a rectangle that I have cut from green cardstock. Then I glued the rectangles on a pink mini slimline card. I have stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Simple script from Clearly besotted stamps. I have glued the strip with the sentiment on green cardstock and then I glued them together on the card. I have added the image with foamtape on the card. I cut a couple of stars from pink cardstock with the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke and then I glued those around the image on the card.

As you like it challenge 212 - Your favourite non square or rectangular card shape

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze keer willen we graag weten wat je favoriete kaartenvorm is anders dan een vierkante of rechthoekige kaart. Ik maak graag ronde kaarten, gewoon omdat het een leuke vorm is. Ze zijn eenvoudig om te maken en toch zien ze er speciaal uit.

Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Op mijn cirkel heb ik met behulp van maskerpapier de afbeeldingen van de stempelset SY Penguin party van My favorite things gestempeld. Na het stempelen heb ik alle afbeeldingen gemaskerd en daarna heb ik met Brushed corduroy, Kitsch flamingo en Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Ik heb met water wat kleine spatjes op de achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. 

Ik heb een kaart gemaakt van een geschulpte cirkel die ik uit wit karton heb gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies. Ik heb de cirkel met de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset SY Penguin party van My favorite things op de kaart gestempeld naast de afbeeldingen.

This time we want to know what your favourite card shape is other than rectangular or square cards. I love making circular cards , just because I like the shape. They are easy to make, but still have a special look. 

I have die-cut a circle from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies. On this circle I have stamped a couple of images from the stampset SY Penguin party from My favorite things with the help of masking paper. I have added the masking paper on all the images and then I made a background with Brushed corduroy, Kitsch flamingo and Picked raspberry Distress ink. I used water to add some little splatters/stains on the background. Then I removed the masking paper and coloured all the images with my Polychromos pencils. 

I have made a card from a scalloped circle that I have cut from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies. I glued the circle with the images with foamtape on the card. The sentiment is also from the set SY Penguin party from My favorite things.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een kaartje op mijn blog dat ik zowel voor de nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog als voor de nieuwe challenge van het Kleuren met potloden blog heb gemaakt. De challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog is Christmas in july, we willen dus graag kerstkaarten zien. De challenge op het Kleuren met potloden blog is Alles mag en dus kon ik mijn kerstkaart ook voor deze challenge gebruiken. Bovendien wordt de challenge daar onder andere door Di's digi stamps gesponsord. 

Op mijn kaart heb ik de digitale stempel Mix and match mini pudding van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de neus van de beer, de besjes en de knoop heb ik Glossy accents aangebracht. Daarnaast heb ik Nuvo glitter accents Fresh snowfall op de afbeelding aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb een vierkant uit rood karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies en hier heb ik een cirkel uit gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies. Ik heb uit wit karton een geschulpte vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 van Crealies. Hierop heb ik met Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb met een sneeuwvlokje van de stempelset Beary happy holidays van Lawn fawn gestempeld met Tumbled glass distress inkt. Ik heb het witte vierkant op een rode kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding en het rode vierkant met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

I have stamped a little snowflake from the set Beary happy holidays from Lawn fawn with Tumbled glass distress ink/ I have glued this white square on a red card. I have added the image and the red square with foamtape on the card. 

Ik heb mijn tekst binnen in de kaart gezet. Hiervoor heb ik uit wit karton een vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies en daarop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Holiday baking (retired) van Neat and tangled gestempeld.

I have added a sentiment on the inside of my card. I have cut a square from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies and stamped a sentiment from the set Holiday baking (retired) from Neat and tangled on it and then I glued it in my card.

Gerda Steiner designs - Be merry

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer mijn beurt om een kaartje te posten op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs en deze keer heb ik een kerstkaart gemaakt met de afbeelding van de kindjes lama uit de digitale stempelset Fa-la-la-llamas van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding geprint en daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de lampjes en de witte gedeeltes van de kerstmuts gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen en daarna heb ik hierop Crystal glaze van Nuvo aangebracht.

Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 van Crealies heb ik een rechthoek uit groen design papier van het Candy land paperpack (retired) van My favorite things gestanst en dat heb ik op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Christmas characters van Clearly besotted stamps op een stukje wit karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik de tekst in een bannervorm uitgesneden. Ik heb een stiklijntje langs de randen van de banner getekend met een zwarte fineliner en daarna heb ik de banner met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met witte parels. 

Goodmorning, today it is my turn again to post a card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs and this time I have made a christmas card with the image of the kid llama from the digital stampset Fa-la-la-llamas from Gerda Steiner designs. I have printed the image and then I coloured it with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. I have coloured the christmas lights and the white parts of the christmas hat with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I applied Crystal glaze from Nuvo on it. 

With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 from Crealies I have die-cut the rectangle from green patterned paper from the Candy land paperpack (retired) from My favorite things and then I glued it on a white card. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the clearset Christmas characters from Clearly besotted stamps n white cardstock and then I cut it into a bannershape. With a black fineliner I added faux stitching on the banner and then I glued it with foamtape on the card. I decorated the card with a couple of white pearls.

As you like it challenge 211 - Favourite way to add stitching on your card

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we graag weten wat je favoriete manier is om op stiksteekjes te verwerken op je kaart. Dat kan op verschillende manieren, namelijk echt met naald en draad, stiksteken steken met een fineliner of je kunt dies met stiksteken gebruiken. Ik vind alle manieren leuk, maar vooral stansen met stiksteken zijn mijn favoriet omdat het een hele makkelijke manier is om net iets extras aan je kaartje te geven. Daarom heb ik op dit kaartje dan ook verschillende stansen met stiksteekjes gebruikt.

Ik heb op Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram van Vaessen creative een bloem van de stempelset Stamp SL462 (retired) van Studio Light gestempeld met Versafine clair nocturne inkt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Karin brushmarkers pro. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Ik heb van roze karton een slimline kaart gemaakt met de Slimline C (CLCZ183) van Crealies. Ik heb een laag voor op de kaart met een stiksteek uit wit karton gestanst met de Slimline D Cardsize with double stitch (CLCZ184) van Crealies. Ik heb hier zwart karton onder geplakt. Met een zwarte Posca pen heb spatjes op het witte karton aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ùit zwart karton heb ik het woord Hoera gestanst met de Snijmallen Grote teksten 2 Hoera  (CDSN-0051) van Carlijn design. De mat waar het woord op is geplakt heb ik uit vellum gestanst. Ik heb de tekst met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 59 van Crealies heb ik een bannertje uit zwart karton gestanst. Uit wit karton heb ik drie keer een knoopje van de set Stitched buttons (1173-retired) van Poppystamps gestanst en nadat ik de knopen op elkaar heb geplakt heb ik hier een strikje van wit borduurgaren in gemaakt en daarna heb ik de knoop op het bannertje geplakt.

This time we want to know what your favourite way is of adding stitching on your cards. You can use different ways, like with a needle and thread, doodling with a pen or using dies with stitching. I like all ways, but using dies with stitching is my favourite, because it is really easy and I love the special look it gives. So on my card today I used several dies with stitching.

I have stamped on Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram from Vaessen creative a flower from the clear stamp set Stamp SL462 (retired) from Studio Light with Versafine clair nocturne ink and then I embossed the image with clear embossingpowder. I have coloured the image with my Karin brushmarkers pro and then I have fussy cut the image afterwards.

I have made a slimline card from pink cardstock with the Slimline C (CLCZ183) from Crealies. I have cut a rectangle with stitched lines from white cardstock with the Slimline D Cardsize with double stitch (CLCZ184) from Crealies. I have matted the rectangle on black cardstock. I have added paint splatters on the rectangles with a black Posca pen. I have glued the rectangles on my card and then I added the image with foamtape. I have cut the sentiment (hurray) from black cardstock with the Snijmallen Grote teksten 2 Hoera  (CDSN-0051) from Carlijn design and I added a vellum mat for the sentiment. I used foamtape to glue the sentiment on the card. I have die-cut a little banner from black cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 59 from Crealies and I glued it on the card. I have die-cut a button three times from white cardstock with a die from the set Stitched buttons (1173-retired) from Poppystamps. I glued them on top of each other and added a bow from white embroidery thread. I have glued the button on the banner.
