Condoleancekaartjes

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik een aantal condoleance kaartjes zien die ik de afgelopen tijd heb gemaakt. Het eerste kaartje is gemaakt met een bloem die ik met de silhouette heb uitgesneden. Ik heb de bloem uit wit karton gesneden en daarna heb ik de randen beinkt met bruine inkt. Op de kaart heb ik eerst een laag kraft papier geplakt, en daar bovenop heb ik wit papier geplakt dat is geëmbost met de guide lines grid impression plate van Papertrey ink. Ik heb hier weer een strip kraft papier overheen geplakt met de daarop de tekst. Het kruisje in de bloem is gestempeld met bruine inkt.

Goodmorning, today I am showing you a couple of sympathy cards that I made. The first card is made with a flower that was cut with the silhouette. I cut it from white paper and I inked the edges of the flower with brown ink. I adhered a layer of kraft paper on the white card and then I added a layer of white paper that was embossed with the Guide lines grid impression plate from Papertrey ink. I qadded a strip of kraft paper with the sentiment (with sympathy). The little cross on the flower is stamped with brown ink.

Het tweede kaartje is gemaakt met een stempel van een wilg. Ik geloof dat hij van Heindesign is. Ik heb op een ecrukaart eerst de tekst geprint en daarna heb ik het ovaal geëmbost met de ovalen nestabilities. De wilg is gestempeld met 3 verschillende kleuren inkt van Memento, namelijk in de kleuren Bamboo leaves, pistachio and cottage ivy. Ik heb de stam eerst beinkt met de cottage ivy, de dnokerste kleur en daarna heb ik beide anderen kleuren aangebracht.

The second card is made with a stamp of a willow. I think it is from Heindesign. On a cream card I started with printing the sentiment and then I embossed it with the oval nestabilities. The willow is stamped with 3 different shades of green ink from Memento. I used the colours Bamboo leaves, pistachio and cottage ivy. I stamped the tree trunk with the darkest ink the cottage ivy and I then I applied the other 2 colours. 

Less is more challenge - One layer card with leaves

Hallo, ik wilde graag weer eens meedoen aan de Less is more challenge en deze week hebben ze een challenge waarin ze om one layer kaartjes vragen met blaadjes erop. En dat kwam even heel mooi uit, want ik was toevallig deze week met een heel leuk experimentje aan de gang geweest. Ik had namelijk 2 nieuwe potjes embossingpoeder gekocht op de Kreadoe en toen kreeg ineens het idee om eens een echt takje te proberen te embossen. Ik heb buiten uit een plant een aantal takjes geplakt en daarna heb ik deze beinkt met een versamark marker. Ik heb zowel de blaadjes als het takje beinkt en daarna heb ik de embossingpoeder er overheen gestrooid. Ik heb het takje daarna heel voorzichtig vastgehouden en toen heb  ik de embossingpoeder laten smelten met de heattool. Ik heb daarna de tekst op mijn kaart geprint en daarna heb ik mijn kaart geëmbost met de nestabilities labels one. Het takje heb ik daarna heel voorzichtig met een aantal gluedots op de kaart geplakt. Het ziet er heel mooi uit, maar kan helaas niet verstuurd worden, want het is allemaal wel heel erg breekbaar.

Het takje op de witte kaart is geëmbost met Platinum embossingpoeder van Wow! OP de ecru kaart heb ik de tekst in het donkerbruin geprint en daar heb ik voor het takje embossingpoeder van Avec gebruikt in de kleur Goud dekkend.

Hi everyone, I really wanted to enter the challenge from the Less is more challenge blog again and this week their challenge is to make a one layer card with leaves on it. And that was a perfect challenge, because I have been experimenting a little bit this week. I had bought 2 new embossingpowders on a dutch kraft show and then I got the idea to use the embossing powder on a real branch.  So I went outside and got a couple of branches with leaves and then I inked them with a versamark marker. I inked both the leaves as the branch and then I poured the embossingpowder on top of everything. I carefully headed everything until the embossing was totally melted. I have printed the sentiment (with sympathy) on my card and then I embossed the card with the nestabilities labels one. Then I adhered the branch very carefully on my card with a couple of gluedots. It is really beautiful, but unfortunately these cards can't be mailed because they branches break very easily.

The branch on the white card is embossed with platinum embossing powder from Wow!. The sentiment on the cream card is printed with brown ink and I embossed the brnach with gold embossing powder from Avec.

Condoleancekaartje

Dit is een simpel condoleance kaartje dat ik een paar dagen geleden heb gemaakt. Ik heb op een witte kaart de tekst geprint. Op hetzelfde papier heb ik de bloem van Rhonna Farrer gestempeld met donkerrode inkt. De afbeelding is uitgesneden en geëmbost met nestabilities. Er zit nog een rechthoek van donker papier onder.

This is a simple sympathy card that I made a few days ago. I printed the sentiment on a white card. I stamped the image from Rhonna Farrer on the same paper. I cut and embossed the image with nestabilities. I added a dark red rectangle under the image.

Condoleance kaart

Vanavond laat ik weer een condoleancekaartje zien. Ook bij deze kaart heb ik weer een mooie bloemenstempel van Chrsitine Dark van Spiral whisper gebruikt. Ik heb op een witte kaart de tekst geprint. Daarna heb ik er een strip paars papicolor papier op geplakt. De bloemen zijn gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik witte embossingpoeder gebruikt. Ik heb de bloemetjes een beetje gekleurd met witte stempelinkt en een kwastje. Er zijn met een witte gelpen ook nog wat streepjes in gezet.

Tonight I am showing another sympathycard made with the lovely flowers stamps from christine dark from Spiral whisper. I printed the sentiment (with sympathy) on a white card. Then I added a strip of purple papicolor paper. I stamped the flowers with versamark ink and put white embossingpowder on top of it. I colored the flowers with white ink and a brush. I also used a white gelpen.

Condoleance

Dit is nog een condoleancekaartje die ik moest maken voor een bestelling. Voor mijn kaart heb ik de stempel Daisy bunch van spiral whisper gebruikt. Deze stempel is getekend door Christine Dark die zo mooi kan tekenen en kleuren. Binnenkort gaat ze een digitale stempel shop openen en ik ben erg benieuwd! Ik heb de stempel ingekleurd met een groen caran d'ache potlood. Op de bloemetjes zelf zit witte liquid appliqué. Ik heb het een nachtje laten drogen en daarna met de heatgun laten "opbollen". De afbeelding is uitgesneden en geëmbost met ovalen nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik een strik van groen grosgrain lint gemaakt. De tekst is op de kaart geprint.

This is another sympathy card that I had to make for an order. For my card I used the stamp Daisy bunch from spiral whisper. This stamp has been drawn by Christine Dark and she can draw and color so amazing. She is going to open a digital stamp shop and I can't wait till it opens! I colored the stamp with a green caran d'ache pencil. On the flowers I have put liquid appliqué. I let it dry for a night and then I let it pop with my heatgun. I cut and embossed the image with oval nestabilities. On my card I made a bow from green grosgrain ribbon. I printed the sentiment ( with sympathy) on my card.

Condoleance

Hier is nog een condoleance kaart uit de serie kaarten die ik de laatste dagen aan het maken ben geweest. Voor mijn kaart heb ik de stempel fantasy van Penny Black gebruikt. Ik heb de boom half op een ecru kaart gestempeld met versamark inkt. Daarna ben ik erover heen gegaan met een bronse embossingpoeder. De tekst is geprint op de kaart.

Here is another sympathy card which I have been making the last days. For my card I used the fantasy stamp fom Penny Black. I stamped the tree half on an ecru card with versamark ink. Then I used gold embossing powder. I printed the sentiment on the card.

Condoleance kaart

Er was me gevraagd of ik een paar condoleance kaarten wilde maken voor iemand en dit is er één uit de serie. Ik wil de condoleance kaarten die ik maak altijd erg simpel houden en dat geldt ook zeker voor deze kaart. Ik heb op een ecru kaart de tekst geprint. Ik heb 2 strepen geëmbost en daar tussen een groen lint geplakt. Er overheen is een dunner ecru lint geplakt.

I was asked to make some sympathy cards for someone and this is one of the cards that I have made. I like to keep the sympathy cards that I make always very simple and this cards is certainly very simple. I printed the sentiment on a ecru colored card. I embossed 2 lines on my card and I added a green satin ribbon. On top of the green ribbon I used a ecru ribbon.

Condoleance

Ik mocht deze stempel even lenen van een vriendin en heb er een condoleancekaart meegemaakt. Best wel een gewaagd kleurtje voor condoleance, maar toch staat het niet gek. Ik heb met de computer in een bijpassende kleur de tekst erbij geprint. Rondom de stam heb ik 2 kleine sneetjes gemaakt en daar een organzelintje doorheen gedaan.

I could borrow this stamp from a friend and I made a sympathy card with it. I used red, not very usual for a sympathy card but I think it is ok. I made on the computer the sentiment in a matching color. I made 2 little cuts next to the stem and added an organze ribbon.

Condoleance

Voor deze kaart heb ik een bloem uitgesneden met mijn Silhouette. Het karton waar de bloem is uitgesneden heb ik als embossingsmal gebruikt voor deze kaart. Ik ben begonnen met de tekst printen op de kaart. Daarna heb ik de bloem geëmbost. De bloem is licht gekleurd met bruine chalks. Ook de randjes van de kaart zijn licht aangezet met bruine chalk.

For this card I cut a flower with my Silhouette. The cardstock with the flower that was cut out, was used as a dry embossingstencil for this card. I started with printing the sentiment (with sympathy) on my card. Then I dry embossed the flower. I colored the flower very light with brown chalks. I also colored the edges of the card with chalks.

Condoleancekaarten

Het maken van condoleancekaarten is nou niet direct één van mijn grootste hobby's, maar ja soms moet je wel eens zulke kaarten hebben. Ik had eigenlijk even helemaal geen ideetjes, maar toch wilde ik wat gaan proberen en ineens lukte het toch. Zomaar ontstond de ene na de andere kaart.

Making sympathy cards is not my biggest hobby, but sometimes you have to make such cards. I didn't have any ideas, but I wanted to make some. And then the ideas came and I could make some cards.
