Guestdesigner for Whimsy stamps - Bug friends

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje als guest designer voor Whimsy stamps. Dit is het laatste kaartje dat ik als guest designer heb gemaakt. Het was heel leuk om te doen en ik heb er heel erg van genoten! Bedankt Whimsy dat ik gast mocht zijn! 

Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met het schattige bijtje uit de digitale stempelset Bug friends van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb het bijtje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik de vleugels gekleurd met een Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb een stukje maskerpapier gescheurd en dat op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna met Scattered straw en Wild honey Distress inkt een achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb met water spatjes op de achtergrond aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions op de kaart gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met kristallen hotfix steentjes. 

Hello, today I am posting a new card as a guest designer for Whimsy stamps. This is my last card as a guest designer. I really enjoyed it and had so much fun! Thanks Whimsy for asking me. :)

This time I have made a card with the cute bee from the digital stamp set Bug friends from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. I coloured the wings with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. I have torn a piece of masking paper and glued it on the front of my card. With Scattered straw and Wild honey Distress ink I have applied a background on the card. With water I made some splatters on the background. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. Under the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen from Craft emotions. I have decorated the card with crystal hotfix gems.

Hallo, vandaag plaats ik mijn tweede post als guestdesigner voor Whimsy stamps en deze keer heb ik 2 projecten gemaakt met de Bat candle van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb eerst een halloween kaartje gemaakt en daarna heb ik ook nog een kaartje voor mijn memory dex gemaakt. 

Voor mijn halloween kaartje heb ik de digitale stempel Bat candle van Whimsy stamps wat groter geprint dan voor mijn memory dex kaartje en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb uit wit karton een rechthoek gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 van Crealies en daarop heb ik een spookachtige achtergrond gemaakt met Distress inkt. Ik heb hiervoor Wild honey, Candied apple, Aged mahogany en Black soot Distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb uit rood karton een rechthoek gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 van Crealies en die heb ik op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de rechthoek met de achtergrond met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ook de afbeelding is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de tekst uit wit karton gestanst met het alfabet van de set Karin Joan's letterboard (DF3454) van Marianne design en daarna heb ik de tekst op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today I am placing my second post as a guest designer for Whimsy stamps and this week I have made 2 projects with the digital stamp Bat candle from Whimsy stamps. I have made a halloween card and also a little card for my memory dex. 

For my halloween card I have printed the image Bat candle from Whimsy stamps a bit larger than for my memory dex card and then I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. I have die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 from Crealies and made a spooky background on it with Distress inks. I have used Wild honey, Candied apple, Aged mahogany and Black soot Distress ink. I have cut a rectangle from red cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 from Crealies and glued it on a white card. I have glued the rectangle with foamtape on the card. The image is also added on the card with foamtape. I have cut the sentiment from white cardstock with the alphabet dies from Karin Joan's letterboard (DF3454) from Marianne design and then I glued the sentiment on the card. 

Mijn tweede project als guest designer voor Whimsy stamps van vandaag is een kaartje geworden voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een kleine versie van de digitale stempel Bat candle van Whimsy stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik het vlammetje gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. 

Ik heb het memory dex kaartje uit zwart karton gestanst met de Stencil CR 153 van Studio light. Het paarse design papier van het Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paperpad van Doodlebug heb ik met een stans uit dezelfde set uitgestanst. Ik heb langs de randen gekleurd met Black soot Distress inkt. Uit zwart karton heb ik met de Dripping goo edge die-namics (retired) van My favorite things een rand gestanst en die heb ik op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het kaartje geplakt. De tekst is uit wit en zwart karton gestanst met het Klassiskt alfabet (D181201) van Gummiapan. Ik heb de zwarte letters als schaduw voor de witte letters gebruikt. 

My second project as a guest designer for Whimsy stamps for today is a little card for my Memory dex. This time I have used a smaller version of the digital stamp Bat candle from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have used the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen to colour the candle. 

I have cut the memory dex card from black cardstock with the die Stencil CR 153 from Studio light. I have cut the purple patterned paper from the Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paperpad from Doodlebug with the same die set. I applied Black soot Distress ink on the edges of the patterned paper and then I glued it on the card. I have cut a border from black cardstock with the Dripping goo edge die-namics (retired) from My favorite things and then I glued it on the card. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. The sentiment is cut from white and black cardstock with the Klassiskt alfabet (D181201) from Gummiapan. I have used the black letters as a shadow for the white letters.

Guestdesigner at Whimsy stamps - Scarecrow mouse

Hallo, dit is mijn tweede post van vandaag en daarin mag ik een leuk nieuwtje delen. Ik ben namelijk gevraagd als guest designer voor Whimsy stamps deze maand!! Super leuk!!! Vandaag mag ik mijn eerste kaartje posten...eeeekkkk! Zo spannend. :)

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Scarecrow mouse van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de muis met een donkergroen potlood een geruit overhemd gegeven, want dat past natuurlijk perfect bij een vogelverschrikker. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb met behulp van een stans van de set Square backgrounds by Marleen (CR1544) van Marianne design een masker gemaakt voor mijn kaart. Ik heb met Distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn muis gemaakt binnen in de opening van het masker. Ik heb het Grassy hills stencils van Lawn fawn op de kaart gelegd en daarna heb ik met Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt het gras gemaakt. Ik heb met Rustic wilderness Distress inkt kleine verfspatjes op het gras aangebracht. Voor de lucht heb ik Peacock feathers en Mermaid lagoon Distress inkt gebruikt. Met een Witte posca pen heb ik verfspatjes in de lucht gemaakt. Uit wit karton heb ik met de Mini clouds (98689 - retired) van Memory box een aantal wolken gestanst en die heb ik op de lucht geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De tekst komt uit de stempelset So to speak (retired) van Clearly besotted en die heb ik uitgeknipt na het stempelen en met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Volgende week vrijdag zal ik mijn tweede kaartje posten. :) Hopelijk tot dan!

Hello, this is my second blogpost for today and in this one I can share some really nice news. I am asked to be a guest designer for Whimsy stamps this month!! Woohoo!!! Today I am posting my first card...eeeek! So exciting and scary. :)

I have made a card with the digital stamp Scarecrow mouse from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have given the mouse a plaid shirt with a green pencil, because that is perfect for a scarecrow. Then I have fussy cut the image.

I have made a mask with the help from a die from the set Square backgrounds by Marleen (CR1544) from Marianne design and masking paper. I have made a background for the image on the card with Distress inks inside the opening of the mask. I have used the Grassy hills stencils from Lawn fawn to create the grass with Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I have used Rustic wilderness Distress ink to create tiny paint spatters on the grass.  For the sky I have used Peacock feathers and Mermaid lagoon Distress ink. I have added paint spatters with a White posca pen. I have used the Mini clouds (98689 - retired) from Memory box to cut clouds from white cardstock and I glued those on the sky. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. The sentiment is from the set So to speak (retired) from Clearly besotted and after stamping it, I have fussy cut it and glued it with foamtape on the card.
