As you like it challenge 203 - Favourite reason/occasion to send a card

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag weten wat je meest favoriete gelegenheid is om een kaartje te versturen. Ik verstuur het meest vaak verjaardags- en kerstkaarten. Ik heb voor deze challenge een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt. Die zijn gewoon erg leuk om te maken en die kan je het hele jaar door goed gebruiken. Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Dies to die for.

Vandaag post ik een klein verjaardagskaartje. De voorkant van het kaartje heeft een maatje van 10 x 10 cm. Ik heb uit zwart karton een tekst gestanst met de Birthday wishes die-namics van My favorite things en die heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner een lijntje langs de randen van de kaart gedoodled. Met een bloemetjes pons heb ik uit rood design papier van het Celebrations paperpack (PK9131 - retired) van Marianne design twee bloemetjes gestanst. Ik heb de blaadjes een beetje gekruld. Uit groen karton heb ik een aantal takjes geponst en daarna heb ik de bloemen en takjes op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de bloemen versierd met een wit hotfix steentjes en daarna heb ik op de kaart nog een aantal zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

I am posting christmas and birthday cards the most. For this challenge I decided to make a birthday card. I love making them and you can use them all year round. This week are being sponsored by Dies to die for.

Today I am posting a little birthday card. The front of the card is 10 by 10 cm. I have die-cut the sentiment from black cardstock with the Birthday wishes die-namics from My favorite things. I have glued the sentiment on the card. With a black fineliner I have doodled a line around the edges of the card. With a flower punch I have punched 2 flowers from red patterned paper from the Celebrations paperpack (PK9131 - retired) from Marianne design. I have curled them a bit. I have punched a couple of leaves from green cardstock. I glued the flowers and leaves in the corners of the card. I have decorated the flowers with a white hotfix gem and then I glued a couple of little black hotfix gems on the card.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een kerstkaartje op Merry Monday. Net als vorige week heb ik deze week een kaartje gemaakt met een muisje van de stempelset Sweet and fun holiday van Your next stamp. Ik heb de afbeelding met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op Florence watercolour paper smooth van Vaessen creative  gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met de Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met een stans van de set Multi frame dies Stitched straight tag 2 van Nellie Snellen heb ik een tag uit een paperpad van de Action gestanst. Op de tag heb ik een tekst van de stempelset gestempeld en daarna heb ik het muisje met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Ik heb de tag met een strikje van zwart jute touw op mijn kaartje geplakt met foamtape. Ik heb kleine sterretjes uit het rode karton gestanst met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke en die heb ik op de tag geplakt. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new christmas card on Merry Monday. Just like last week I have made a card with a mouse from the stamp set Sweet and fun holiday from Your next stamp. I have stamped the image with Versafine clair nocturne ink on Florence watercolour paper smooth from Vaessen creative and then I embossed the image with clear embossingpowder. I have coloured the image with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour pencils and then I have fussy cut the image. 

With a die from the set Multi frame dies Stitched straight tag 2 from Nellie Snellen I have cut a tag from black and white paper from a paperpad from Action. On the tag I have stamped a sentment from the stampset and then I glued the mouse with foamtape on the tag. I added a bow from black hemp cord and then I glued the tag with foamtape on a red card. I have die-cut a couple of little stars from red cardstock with the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke and I glued those on the tag.

Di's digi designs challenge - Shaped cards (no squares allowed)

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag kaarten met speciale vormen zien. Vierkanten zijn niet toegestaan. Ik vind het erg om voor zo'n challenge een rond kaartje te maken, maar deze keer wilde ik eens wat anders doen en dus heb ik een ticketkaart gemaakt. 

Op mijn kaart heb ik de digitale stempel Toadstool tales mice van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies heb ik een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Op de cirkel heb ik een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt met Card deco essentials dye inkt Light blue en het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things. Ik heb de kaart uit wit karton gestanst met de Stencil SL98 (retired) van Studio light. Het design papier is ook met stansen uit deze set gestanst. Het papier was een cadeautje bij een bestelling en er staat helaas niet op welk merk het is. Ik heb de cirkel op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met de set Layered floral die set Die 047-j (retired) van Impression obsession heb ik uit wit en groen karton een aantal bloemetjes en blaadjes gestanst. Ik heb ze op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de bloemen versierd met roze enamel dots. Ik heb met wit borduurgaren een strikje gebonden door een paar gaatjes in de kaart.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the Di's digi designs challenge blog and this time we want to see shaped cards. Squares aren't allowed. I think it is fun to make a circle shaped card for this kind of a challenge, but this time I wanted something else, so I decided to make a ticket card. 

On my card I have used the digital stamp Toadstool tales mice from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies I have die-cut a circle from white cardstock and made a background on it with Card deco essentials dye ink Light blue and the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things. The card is cut from white cardstock with the Stencil SL98 (retired) from Studio light. The patterned paper is also cut with dies from the same die set. I got this sheet of patterned paper as a little present with an order and unfortunately there is no brand on it. I have glued the circle on my card and then I added the image with foamtape. With the Layered floral die set Die 047-j (retired) from Impression obsession I have cut a couple of flowers and leaves from white and green cardstock and glued them on the card. I have decorated the flowers with pink enamel dots. 

Ik heb de tekst met de Snijmallen grote teksten 4 "Gefeliciteerd" van Carlijn design twee keer uit wit karton gestanst en die heb ik op elkaar geplakt en daarna heb ik de tekst op de kaart geplakt.

I have cut the sentiment (congratulations) twice from white cardstock with the Snijmallen grote teksten 4 "Gefeliciteerd" from Carlijn design and then I glued it on the card.

Di's digi stamps - Ice fishing buddies on a memory dex card

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje voor mijn Memory dex. Een tijdje geleden heb ik al eens een eigen achtergrond gemaakt bij een stempel en dat wilde ik graag nog eens proberen. Ik heb weer een winterse scene op het ijs gemaakt en nu heb ik het ijs anders gekleurd. Ik ben best tevreden met hoe mijn kaartje is geworden.

Op mijn memory dex kaartje heb ik gewerkt met een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding Ice fishing buddies van Di's digi stamps geprint op wit karton. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik de scene achter de dieren getekend. Ik heb mijn kaartje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik zachtjes strepen op het ijs getekend en dat vind ik erg leuk geworden. Ik heb mijn kaartje uitgestanst met de Cutting stencil - Rolodex van Jilliez. Ik heb het kaartje met de afbeelding op een kaartje geplakt dat ik met dezelfde stansset uit donkerblauw karton heb gestanst.  

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card for my Memory dex. A few weeks ago I made my own background for a stamp and I wanted to try it again. Again I have made a winter scene on ice and I did the ice a bit different this time. I am pretty satisfied with the result. 

On my memory dex card I have used a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps. I have printed the image Ice fishing buddies from Di's digi stamps on white cardstock. With a black fineliner I have drawn the winter scene in the background. I have coloured everything with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. With the white gelpen I have drawn stripes on the ice and I love that look. I have cut the card with the Cutting stencil - Rolodex from Jilliez. I glued the card on another card that I have cut from dark blue cardstock with the same dies.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een heel clean and simple kaartje op mijn blog. Die zijn soms gewoon erg leuk om te maken. Gewoon alleen een afbeelding op een kraft kaartje samen met een tekst en dat is alles.

Ik heb op een kraft 10 x 10 cm kaartje de stempel The bunny wobble and the peony van Stamping Bella gestempeld samen met de tekst die ook in de stempelset zit. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Normaal gebruik terpentine om mijn afbeelding uit te blenden, maar deze keer heb ik het blenden gewoon met mijn potloden zelf gedaan. Ook erg leuk om te doen! Ik vind de kleuren super mooi opvallen op het kraft papier, zo leuk! Ik heb de ogen van mijn konijntje gekleurd met de zwarte glaze pen. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a very Clean and simple card on my blog. I really enjoy making those. Just a simple image together with a sentiment and that is all.

I have stamped my image The bunny wobble and the peony from Stamping Bella on a kraft 10 by 10 cm card. I also added the sentiment that is in the same stampset. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils. Normally I use gamsol to blend my image, but this time I did all the blending with the pencils. This is also very fun to do! I love how the colours pop on the kraft paper. I have coloured the eyes from the bunny with the black glaze pen.

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer mijn beurt om een kaartje te posten op het Kleuren met potloden blog en deze keer heb ik een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt.

Ik heb deze keer mijn afbeelding en de tekst op een klein kaartje van hamerslag papier geprint. Ik houd heel erg van de structuur in dit papier en ik vind het gewoon een heel leuk effect aan een gekleurde afbeelding geven. Op het kaartje heb ik de afbeelding Pachela studios digital stamp - Little sweetie's bouquet van Cuddly buddly in een cirkel geprint en ik heb ook een tekst op de kaart geprint. Ik heb de kaart daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen.

I decided to print my image and the sentiment on hammered paper, because I really love the structure in this paper and another bonus I love the look of a coloured image on this paper. Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer tijd om een kerstkaartje te posten op Merry Monday. Ik probeer iedere maand 2 kerstkaartjes te maken, om zo in december al een lekkere voorraad kerstkaarten te hebben. Dit is de eerste van februari en volgende week volgt het tweede kaartje, dus ook deze maand is het me weer gelukt om me aan mijn goede voornemen te houden. ;)

Vandaag post ik een kaartje waar ik een stempeltje van de set Sweet and fun holiday van Your next stamp heb gebruikt. Ik heb het muisje met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op Florence watercolour paper smooth van Vaessen creative gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour potloden en het strikje is ook nog gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Op een stukje rood karton heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Sweet and fun holiday van Your next stamp gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb de bovenste helft van het rode karton geëmbost met de Dotted lattice embossing folder van Taylored expressions. Ik heb wit borduurgaren rondom het rode karton gebonden. Ik heb het rode karton met foamtape op een wit kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op het kaartje geplakt.

As you like it challenge 201 - Digi, rubber or clear

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik mijn kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de As you like it challenge blog. Ik ben een paar dagen te laat, omdat het me deze week even niet lukte om mijn kaartje op tijd af te hebben. Deze week willen we graag weten waar je voorkeur naar uit gaat: Rubber stempels, digitale stempels of clear stempels. Ik heb eigenlijk niet een echte voorkeur, alle soorten stempels hebben hun eigen voor- en nadelen, dus ik kan moeilijk kiezen. De voordelen van digitale stempels voor mij zijn dat je zelf kunt bepalen hoe groot je je stempel wil maken, je kunt je afbeelding spiegelen, wat soms erg handig is als dat beter past bij je kaartje. De prijs van digitale stempels is erg aantrekkelijk en wat ook erg fijn is, dat ze geen ruimte innemen. Nadeel is dat je je afbeeldingen niet kunt embossen, wat ik altijd erg handig vind als ik een afbeelding wil inkleuren met aquarelverf. Dit is dan ook meteen een groot voordeel van rubber en clear stempels, die kan je wel embossen. Nadeel is dus wel dat ze ruimte innemen. ;) Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Fantastic ribbons.

Ik heb een valentijnskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel With all my heart van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 van Crealies heb ik een deel van een rechthoek uit roze stipjespapier van het Dots & stripes valentines paperpad van Echo Park gestanst en dat papier heb ik daarna op een witte kaart geplakt. Uit zwart karton heb ik met de Strips with stitchline CLmix12 van Crealies een strip gestanst en die heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Met een hartjesstans van de Snijmallen "Outline hartjes" (CDSN-0086) van Carlijn design heb ik een hartje uit zwart en wit karton gestanst en die heb ik op elkaar geplakt. Op het witte hartje heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type van Clearly besotted gestempeld. Ik heb het hartje en de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a card that I have made for the As you like it challenge blog. I am a couple of days late, because I didn't get a chance to finish my card in time this week. This week we want to know what you prefer: Digital, rubber or clear stamps. I don't prefer any really much, I like them all. :) Each stamp has its own advantages and disadvantages. I love digital stamps, because you ca use them in any size you want, you are able to mirror your image, if that is better for your card. I love the price of digital stamps and I really love it that they don't take up any space in your crafting area. I don't like it that you are not able to emboss your images, which I love doing when I want to watercolour an image. So this makes that I love rubber and clear stamps, because you can emboss the image, but they do take up a lot of space. ;) This time we are being sponsored by Fantastic ribbons.

Gerda Steiner designs - Happy valentine's day!

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Voor deze week heb ik een valentijnskaartje gemaakt met de clear stempelset Valentine penguins van Gerda Steiner designs.  Ik heb 2 van de pinguïns met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op Florence watercolour paper smooth van Vaessen creative gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna ingekleurd met mijn Distress inkt. De ballon en de envelop heb ik daarna ook nog gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb een slimline kaart gemaakt met de nieuwe stansset Slimline frames craftables (CR1537) van Marianne design. Ik heb de geschulpte laag 2 keer uit roze karton gestanst en daar de kaart van gemaakt. De laag met de stiklijn heb ik uit wit karton gestanst en hier heb ik een achtergrond op gemaakt met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Card deco essential dye inkt Light blue. Ik heb met de Grassy hills die-namics van My favorite things een grasrandje uit wit karton gestanst en daarna heb ik het gekleurd met Card deco essential dye inkt Olive green. Nadat ik het gras op de achtergrond heb geplakt heb ik wit borduurgaren rondom het gras gebonden. Daarna heb ik de achtergrond op de roze kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Valentine penguins van Gerda Steiner designs in de rechterbovenhoek van de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart daarna versierd met kristallen hotfix steentjes. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. For this week I have made a valentines card with the clear stampset Valentine penguins from Gerda Steiner designs. I have stamped 2 penguins with Versafine clair nocturne ink on Florence watercolour paper smooth from Vaessen creative. I have embossed the image with clear embossingpowder and then I coloured them with my Distress inks. The balloon and the envelope are also coloured with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. All the images are fussy cut.

I have made a slimline card with the new die-set Slimline frames craftables (CR1537) from Marianne design. I have cut the scalloped layer twice from pink cardstock and made a card. The layer with the stitching is cut from white cardstock and I made my background on it with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Card deco essential dye ink Light blue. With the Grassy hills die-namics from My favorite things I have die-cut a grass border from white cardstock and I have coloured it with  Card deco essential dye ink Olive green. After I glued the grass on the background I have wrapped white embroidery thread around the grass and tied it into a bow. I have glued the background on the pink scalloped card. In the right upper corner I have stamped sentiment from the clearset Valentine penguins from Gerda Steiner designs and then I glued the penguins with foamtape on the card. I have decorated the card with crystal hotfix gems.

Di's digi designs challenge - 1 or more hearts

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog. We willen deze keer graag 1 of meer harten op je kaartje zien.

Op mijn kaartje heb ik de digitale stempel Fun love parade van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. De hartjesballonnen heb ik gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk wit karton heb ik met de Hillside stencils van Lawn fawn en Card deco essentials dye inkt Light blue & Olive green een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje rondom de randen van het witte karton gedoodled. Met de Stitched scallop basic edges 2 van My favorite things heb ik 2 randjes uit zwart karton gestanst en die heb ik onder het witte karton geplakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik geruit design papier van het Red devil paperpack (retired) van Bazzil basics geplakt en daarna heb ik het witte karton op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de clear stempelset Huggable van Reverse confetti op de kaart gestempeld.

On my card I have used the digital stamp Fun love parade from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. The heart balloons are coloured with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Then I have fussy cut all the images. On white cardstock I have made a background for the images with the Hillside stencils from Lawn fawn and Card deco essentials dye ink Light blue & Olive green. With a black fineliner I have doodles a line around the edges of the white cardstock. With the Stitched scallop basic edges 2 from My favorite things I have cut 2 scalloped borders from black cardstock and I glued those under the white cardstock. On a white card I have glued red patterned paper from the Red devil paperpack (retired) from Bazzil basics and then I glued the white cardstock on the card. I added the image on the card with foamtape. I have stamped a sentiment from the clearstamp set Huggable from Reverse confetti on the card.

Gerda Steiner designs - Love you lots!

Goedemorgen, vandaag mag ik weer een kaartje posten op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs en voor deze week heb ik een valentijnskaartje gemaakt.

Voor mijn kaartje heb ik de clear stempelset Happy mail bunny from Gerda Steiner designs gebruikt. Op wit karton heb ik het konijntje en het potlood gestempeld en met behulp van maskerpapier heb ik een vierkant frame gemaakt met de envelopjes. Ik heb alle afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb daarna alles uitgeknipt. De hartjes op de envelopjes zijn gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen en daarna heb ik Glossy accents op de hartjes aangebracht. Ik heb een kaartje van rood karton gesneden en daar heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Sneaky racoons from Gerda Steiner designs gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb het frame op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik het konijntje en het potlood met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

With the help of masking paper I have stamped a square frame with the envelopes. I have coloured all the images with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut all the images. The hearts on the envelopes are coloured with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I applied Glossy accents on them. On a red card I have stamped a sentiment from the set Sneaky racoons from Gerda Steiner designs with Versamark ink and the I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I have glued the frame on the card and then I added the bunny and pencil with foamtape.
