Hallo, ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Bunny daffodils van Conie Fong. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 169 van Crealies een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst en met dezelfde stans heb ik ook de onderkant van de afbeelding gestanst. Ik heb met Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor de afbeelding op het rechthoek geblend. Ik heb het rechthoek daarna gestanst met de Quilted card front die van Concord & 9th. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het rechthoek geplakt en daarna heb ik het rechthoek met foamtape op een paarse kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps naast de afbeelding op het rechthoek gestempeld. Ik heb van wit koord een strikje gemaakt en daarna heb ik deze boven de afbeelding op het rechthoek geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met 3 gele hartjes stickers. 

Hello, I made a card using the digital stamp Bunny daffodils from Conie Fong. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a black glaze pen from Sakura, and a white Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image.

Using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 169 from Crealies, I die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock, and used the same die to cut the bottom edge of the image. I blended a background for the image onto the rectangle using Tumbled glass distress ink. I then die-cut the rectangle with the Quilted card front die from Concord & 9th.I adhered the image to the rectangle with foam tape, and then attached the rectangle to a purple card base, also using foam tape. I stamped a sentiment from the Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps beside the image on the rectangle. I tied a small bow from white cord and adhered it above the image on the rectangle. Finally, I embellished the card with three yellow heart stickers.

Memory dex card - Take time to enjoy the little things

Hallo, ik heb weer eens een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een schattig nijlpaardje van de stempelset Flower friends (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op aquarelpapier gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Karin brushmarkers pro en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Stanze B MDC basics die set van Create a smile stamps heb ik mijn memorydex kaartje uit wit karton gestanst en daarna heb ik deze gekleurd met Salvaged patina Distress inkt. Met het Spiral stencil (retired) van Dutch doobadoo en Peacock feathers en Mermaid lagoon Distress inkt heb ik daarna een patroon op mijn kaartje gemaakt. Uit wit karton heb ik een cirkel gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 van Crealies en daarna heb ik deze midden op het kaartje geplakt. Ik heb het nijlpaardje met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. Met de Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" van Carlijn design heb ik de tekst uit zwart karton gestanst. Deze letters zijn echt heel klein, dus een lange tekst was geen enkel probleem. Ik heb het kaartje versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. 

Hello, I’ve made another card for my Memory dex. This time I stamped a cute little hippopotamus from the Flower friends (retired) by Clearly besotted stamps onto watercolour paper using Versafine clair nocturne inkt, and then heat-embossed the image with clear embossing powder. After that, I coloured the image using my Karin brushmarkers pro and then fussy-cut it out. Using the Stanze B MDC basics die set by Create a smile stamps, 

I die-cut my Memory Dex card from white cardstock and then coloured it with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink. Next, I created a pattern on the card using the Spiral stencil (retired) by Dutch Doobadoo together with Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Inks. From white cardstock, I die-cut a circle using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 from Crealies and adhered it in the centre of the card. I attached the little hippopotamus to the circle using foam tape. With the Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" by Carlijn design, I die-cut the text from black cardstock. The letters are really tiny, so creating a longer text was no problem at all. Finally, I embellished the card with black hotfix gems.

Clearly besotted - Artist trading cards with wintersport hippo's

Hallo, de afgelopen maand lukte het me na lange tijd gelukkig weer om lekker creatief bezig te zijn. Ik heb veel nieuwe dingen gemaakt die ik al heb gepost en ook dingen die later te zien zullen zijn. Maar ik heb ook eindelijk eens de tijd genomen om foto's te maken van oude projecten die nooit op mijn blog terecht zijn gekomen en deze atc-tjes zijn daar een mooi voorbeeld van. Ik heb ze al in 2024 gemaakt, maar ze zijn nooit gepost.

Ik heb de atc's gemaakt met de stempelset Snow day play (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb deze afbeeldingen op aquarelpapier gestempeld en daarna heb ik ze ingekleurd met mijn Peerless watercolours. De oogjes van de nijlpaarden zijn gekleurd met een Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura. Ik heb de nijlpaarden daarna uitgeknipt. De achtergrond met het huisje en de bomen is ook gestempeld op aquarelpapier en nadat ik deze ook heb gekleurd met de Peerless watercolours, heb ik met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white kleine verfspatjes aangebracht, zodat het lijkt alsof het sneeuwt. Daarna heb ik de nijlpaarden op mijn achtergrond geplakt. 

De basiskaart van mijn atc's heb ik uit zwart karton gesneden en daarna heb ik met de set ATC rechthoeken snijmallen (CDSN-0233) van Carlijn design eerst een postzegelvorm gestanst en daarna heb ik de achtergrond gestanst met de kleinere rechthoek. Ik heb daarna alle lagen op elkaar geplakt.  

Hello, over the past month I was thankfully able, after quite some time, to really enjoy being creative again. I made many new things which I have already shared, as well as some projects that will be shown later. I also finally took the time to photograph older projects that never made it onto my blog, and these ATCs are a good example of that. I made them back in 2024, but they were never posted.

I created the ATCs using the Snow day play (retired) by Clearly besotted stamps. I stamped the images onto watercolour paper and then coloured them with my Peerless watercolours. The hippos’ eyes were coloured using a Black glaze pen from Sakura. I then cut out the hippos. The background with the little house and the trees was also stamped onto watercolour paper and, after colouring it with the Peerless watercolours, I added small paint splatters using Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white to make it look like snow. I then adhered the hippos to the background.

I cut the base card for my ATCs from black cardstock. Using the ATC rechthoeken snijmallen (CDSN-0233) from Carlijn design, I first die-cut a postage stamp shape and then die-cut the background with the smaller rectangle. Finally, I adhered all the layers together.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het  As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever met goud, zilver of glitter op je kaarten werkt. Ik gebruik zelf niet vaak goud of zilver op mijn kaarten en glitter ook niet vaak, maar als ik dan moet kiezen, gebruik ik het liefste glitter. Op mijn kaartje van vandaag heb ik op 2 verschillende manieren met glitter gewerkt. Ik heb namelijk heel mooi wit glitter papier gevonden en dat kan je perfect als sneeuw gebruiken op een kerstkaart. Verder heb ik wat extra details toegevoegd met glitter pennen.

Ik heb de digitale stempel Reindeer with christmas tree van Amanda Jayne designs gebruikt op mijn kaartje. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een wit vierkant kaartje heb ik masking tape langs de randen van de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik een nachtlucht op de kaart geblend met Mermaid lagoon, Prize ribbon, Chipped sapphire en Villainous potion Distress inkt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb de tekst geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb met Deep impression chunky enamels white van Stampendous sneeuw in de lucht aangebracht. Ik heb van wit glitterpapier een sneeuwheuvel gemaakt met de Border 1 dies van Paper smooched (no longer in business) en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb met een aantal Glitter brush pens van Edding wat extra glitter aangebracht op mijn afbeelding.

This week we’d love to know whether you prefer using gold, silver, or glitter on your cards. I don’t often use gold or silver on my cards, and not much glitter either, but if I have to choose, I definitely prefer glitter. On today’s card I’ve used glitter in two different ways. I found some lovely white glitter paper that works perfectly as snow on a Christmas card, and I also added a few extra details with glitter pens.

For my card I used the digital stamp Reindeer with christmas tree from Amanda Jayne designs. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and a White Uni Posca pen, then cut it out. On a white square card base, I placed masking tape along the edges and blended a night sky using Mermaid Lagoon, Prize Ribbon, Chipped Sapphire, and Villainous Potion Distress Ink. I stamped a sentiment from the Tiny type (retired) from Clearly besotted with Versamark ink and heat-embossed it with white embossingpowder. I added snow to the sky with Deep impression chunky enamels white from Stampendous.

I created a snowy hill from white glitter paper using the Border 1 dies from Paper Smooched (no longer in business) and adhered it to the card. I then attached the image with foam tape. Finally, I used a few Glitter brush pens from Edding to add some extra sparkle to the image.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete kaarten schets zien. Ik maak graag kaarten met een laag (meestal wit) karton en dan aan de onderkant of de zijkant van de kaart een strip met design papier of een kleurtje karton. Hierdoor krijg je veel ruimte en kan je makkelijk een grote afbeelding gebruiken of zelfs een kleine scene maken. 

Ik heb de digitale stempel Jack and Patch with big flower (retired) van Lili of the valley op mijn kaartje gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk wit karton heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Versafine clair arctic inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb met een grote rechthoek stans van de set Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 van Crealies een stiklijntje aan de linkerkant van het witte karton gestanst. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb een strip van het roze design papier Watermelon (Dots & flowers) van Dini design op de voorkant van mijn kaart geplakt aan de linkerkant. Vervolgens heb ik het karton met daarop de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted onder de afbeelding gestempeld. 

Hello, today marks the start of a new challenge over on the As you like it challenge blog, and this time our challenge is sponsored by Lawn fawn. This time, we’d love to see your favourite card sketches. I enjoy making cards with a layer of (usually white) cardstock, and then adding a strip of designer paper or coloured cardstock at the bottom or side of the card. This gives you plenty of space, and you can easily use a large image or even create a small scene.

I’ve used the digital stamp Jack and Patch with big flower (retired) from Lili of the valley on my card. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image. On a piece of white cardstock, I created a cloud background using the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things  and Versafine clair arctic ink. I used a large rectangular die from the Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 from Crealies to die-cut a stitched line along the left-hand side of the white cardstock. I then attached the image to the background using foam tape. I adhered a strip of pink designer paper Watermelon (Dots & Flowers) by Dini Design to the left side of the front of my card. Next, I adhered the piece with the image to my card using foam tape. Finally, I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted underneath the image.

Hallo, morgen begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever clean and simple kaarten maakt of juist kaarten met heel veel versieringen erop. Ik hou meer van eenvoudige kaarten en gebruik niet heel vaak versieringen op mijn kaarten. Ik hou heel erg van de look van Clean and simple kaarten.

Voor deze challenge heb ik een een kaart gemaakt met de digitale stempel Easter Bently van The digistamp boutique (out of business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met een hoekpons heb ik de onderste hoeken van de afbeelding afgerond. Op een witte kaart heb ik met Soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin een achtergrond op de kaart geblend. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een kaart van de stempelset Spring plushies (retired) van Clearly besotted naast de afbeelding gestempeld.

This time, we'd love to know whether you prefer making clean and simple cards, or cards with lots of embellishments. I personally prefer simple cards and don't often use many embellishments on my designs. I really love the look of clean and simple cards.

For this challenge, I've made a card using the digital stamp Easter Bently from The Digistamp Boutique (which is now out of business). I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image. Using a corner punch, I rounded the bottom corners of the image. On a white card base, I blended a background using Soap Powder ink by Jenni Bowlin. I then adhered the image to the card using foam tape. I stamped a sentiment from the (now retired) Spring Plushies stamp set by Clearly Besotted next to the image.

24 days of Christmas tags

Hallo, ik lig een beetje achter met mijn 24 days of Christmas tags, maar voor vandaag is het wel gelukt. Ik vond in mijn voorraad gekleurde afbeeldingen een afbeelding van een kerst beer die ik al lang geleden heb ingekleurd. Ik denk dat deze afbeelding een oude stempel van Stamping bella is, maar ik weet het helaas niet zeker. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Grid stitched tag die van Reverse confetti (no longer in business) heb ik mijn tag uit wit en groen karton gestanst. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Op rood karton heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze uitgesneden en op de tag geplakt. 

Hello, I am a bit behind with my project 24 days of Christmas tags, but today I have a new tag to post. I have found this cute bear in my collection of coloured images. I have coloured this bear a while ago and didn't write down from which company the image is. I think it is an image from Stamping bella, but I am not sure. I have coloured the bear with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen. I have fussy cut the image. With the Grid stitched tag die from Reverse confetti (no longer in business) I have cut the tag from white and green cardstock. I glued the image with foamtape on the tag. On red cardstock I have a sentiment from the set Tiny type (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on rec cardstock and after cutting the sentiment I glued it on the tag.

Advent calendar for my mother - Day 11

Hallo, vandaag zijn we toe aan cadeautje 11 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Ik heb vandaag een cadeauverpakking gemaakt van rood karton. In de bovenkant van mijn doosje heb ik gaatjes geprikt met een pons en daarna kon ik het doosje sluiten met een wit lintje.

Op mijn doosje heb ik 2 digital stempels gebruikt van de set Christmas dog van Caperuza sketch. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 140 (retired) van Crealies heb ik een boog uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de onderrand van de boog afgeplakt met maskeertape en daarna heb ik de bovenkant gekleurd met Tumbled glass Distress inkt. Ik heb daarna zwart koord rondom de boog gebonden. De afbeelding is met foamtape op de boog geplakt. Ik heb op de onderkant van de boog een tekst van de stempelset Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld en daarna heb ik de boog op mijn doosje geplakt. Met zwarte stickers heb ik het getal 11 op de boog geplakt.

Hello, today I am posting day 11 from the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my mother. Today I made gift box from red cardstock. In the top of the box I have punched 2 holes, so I can close the box with a ribbon.

On the box I have used 2 digital stamps from the set Christmas dog from Caperuza sketch. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the images. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 140 (retired) from Crealies I have cut an arch from white cardstock. I have masked the bottom part of the arch with tape and then I coloured the top of the arch with Tumbled glass Distress ink. After I removed the tape, I tied a black cord around the arch. ON the bottom of the arch I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted and then I glued the arch on the box. With black stickers I have added the number 11 on the arch.

24 days of Christmas tags - Paperfuel - Dreaming of a slow x-mas

Goedemorgen, ik ben weer terug met een nieuwe tag voor mijn december project 24 days of Christmas tags. Deze keer heb ik niet gebruikt gemaakt van een stempel, maar ik heb zelf een tekening gemaakt. Vorig jaar heb ik een cursus van Paperfuel gevolgd. Ik heb de cursus Dreaming of a slow xmas gedaan en één van de tekeningen die we toen hebben gemaakt is dit leuke muisje met candy cane. 

Ik heb uit 1264 Watercolour papier van Fabriano een tag gestanst met de A tag for all (retired) van Avery elle en daar heb ik mijn muisje op getekend met potlood. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna overgetrokken met Black Unipin fineliners. Ik heb mijn muisje daarna ingekleurd met de Tombow ABT Dual brush markers en de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Ik heb daarna de strepen met potlood getekend en daarna heb ik ze afgeplakt met masking tape en vervolgens heb ik de strepen gekleurd met een groene stift. Met de Strips with dots (CLmix13) van Crealies heb ik een strip uit het aquarelpapier gestanst en deze heb ik rood gekleurd. Hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld en daarna heb ik de strip onder het muisje op mijn tag gestempeld. Ik heb nog een stukje papier rood gekleurd met de markers en daarna heb ik hier met de Lots of stars (retired) van Mama elephant een aantal sterren uit gestanst. Ik heb de sterren rondom het muisje op mijn tag geplakt. 

Good Morning, I have made a new tag for my december project 24 days of Christmas tags. This time I didn't use stamps on my tag, but I made my own drawing. Last year I followed a workshop from Paperfuel. I have done the workshop Dreaming of a slow xmas and one of those drawings was this cute mouse with candy cane. 

From 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano I have cut a tag with the A tag for all (retired) from Avery elle and I have drawn my mouse on it with pencils. Then I traced the image with Black Unipin fineliners. I have coloured the mouse with my Tombow ABT Dual brush markers and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. Then I added the stripes with a pencil and after is masked them with masking tape I have coloured them all with the green marker. I have cut a strip from the watercolour paper with the Strips with dots (CLmix13) from Crealies and I coloured it with red markers. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Tiny type from Clearly besotted stamps on the strip and then I glued it under the mouse on the tag. I have coloured more of the watercolour paper with the red markers and then I used the Lots of stars (retired) from Mama elephant to cut a couple of stars out of it. 24 days of Christmas tags - Whimsy stamps - Gus on christmas

Hallo, vandaag is het alweer dag 5 van de 24 days of Christmas tags. Deze keer heb ik een tag gemaakt met de digitale stempel Gus on christmas van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Mini slim tags die set van Whimsy stamps een tag uit rood karton gestanst. Met een witte gelpen heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van de tag getekend en daarna heb ik wat stipjes op de tag getekend. Ik heb uit wit karton een randje gestanst met de Scallop border dies van Pretty pink posh en daarna heb ik rood-wit gestreept papier van het Candy stripe-sprinkles rainbow petite prints paperpad van Doodlebug geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Op een stukje wit karton heb ik een tekst en kader van de stempelset Teeny tags (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld. Ik heb de tekst uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de tag geplakt. 

Hello, today it is already day 5 from the 24 days of Christmas tags. This time I have made a tag with the digital stamp Gus on christmas from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. With the Mini slim tags die set from Whimsy stamps I have cut a tag from red cardstock. With a white gelpen I added lines around the edges of the tag and also some dots. I have cut a little scalloped border from white cardstock with the Scallop border dies from Pretty pink posh. On top of it I added red and white striped paper from the Candy stripe-sprinkles rainbow petite prints paperpad from Doodlebug and then I glued the paper on the tag. I have glued the image with foamtape on the tag. I have stamped a sentiment and matching frame from the set Teeny tags (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on white cardstock and I after I have fussy cut the sentiment I have glued it on the tag with foamtape.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Dies to die for. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete die zien en ik heb voor een tag die gekozen, namelijk de Tag along die van Heffy doodle (no longer in business). Ik was meteen verliefd op de vorm van deze tag toen ik hem voor het eerst zag. Meestal zijn tags lang en niet wijd en deze is juist wel wat wijder en niet zo lang. Daardoor is hij perfect om een kleine scene te maken. 

Ik heb voor mijn tag 2 schattige egeltjes en het landschapje van de stempelset In the woods (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de egeltjes uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik het landschapje met de tag dies uitgestanst. Ik heb de tag zelf van wit karton gemaakt met de Tag along die van Heffy doodle (no longer in business). De voorkant van de tag met het frame heb ik zelfs 3 keer uit wit karton gestanst en nadat ik deze op elkaar heb geplakt. ontstaat er een mooie dikke rand rondom de tag. Ik heb de egeltjes met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Onder de egels heb ik nog een tekst van de stempelset In the woods (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld. Ik heb de tag versierd met 3 hartjes van de set Puffy dream stickers van Kimidori.

Hello, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we are being sponsored by Dies to die for. This time we want to see your favourite die and I have picked a tag die, the Tag along die van Heffy doodle (no longer in business). I immediately fell in love with this die the first time I saw it. Most of the tags are long and not so wide and this tag is wider and not so long and I love that about it. Because of this shape it is perfect to create a little scene. 

For my tag I have stamped 2 cute little hedgehogs and the mountain landscape from the set In the woods (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the hedgehogs and cut the landscape with the tag die set. I have made the tag from white cardstock with the Tag along die from Heffy doodle (no longer in business). I have cut the front frame three times from white cardstock and glued them on top of each other, so you get a nice sturdy edge. I have glued the hedgehogs with foamtape on the tag. Under the hedgehogs I have stamped a sentiment from the set In the woods (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps. I have decorated the tag with 2 heart stickers from the set Puffy dream stickers from Kimidori.

Hallo, vandaag begint er een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze week willen we weten welke soort dier je het liefste op je kaartje gebruikt, insecten, dieren met veren of juist dieren met een vacht. Mijn lievelingsdieren zijn muisjes en daarom heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met diertjes die een vacht hebben. Sowieso komen dieren met een vacht het meeste voor op mijn blog, dus deze keuze was niet moeilijk. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Dreamboat mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en met een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb op de voorkant van een witte kaart met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb aan de bovenkant van de kaart een randje wit vrij gelaten door hier masking tape op de kaart te plakken. Ik heb hetzelfde aan de onderkant van de kaart gedaan. Ik heb met de Stitched wave borders die van Lawn fawn 3 randjes met golven uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik gekleurd met Chipped sapphire Distress inkt en daarna heb ik met een witte gelpen accentjes op de golven aangebracht. Ik heb de golven samen met de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met de Sun and clouds die (SCCOD018) (retired) van Nellie's choice heb ik een zonnetje uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik gekleurd met Scattered straw en Wild honey Distress inkt. Onder de golven heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Simple sentiments van Avery elle gestempeld met Versafine clair strawberry inkt. Ik heb deze zelfde kleur inkt gebruikt om een een aantal hartjes van de stempelset Love story (retired) van Clearly besotted rondom de afbeelding te stempelen.

My favourite animal is a mouse and I love using mouse images on my cards, so this was really easy for me. Most of the animal images that I use on my cards have a fur. 

I have made a card with the digital stamp Dreamboat mice from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. On the front of a white card I have made a cloudy background with the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress inkt. I have left a little border on the top of the card white with the help of masking tape. I did the same thing at the bottom of the card. I have made 3 wave borders with the Stitched wave borders die from Lawn fawn from white cardstock. I have coloured those borders with Chipped sapphire Distress ink and then I added little details with a white gelpen. I have glued the waves and the image with foamtape on the card. I have cut a sun from white cardstock with the Sun and clouds die (SCCOD018) (retired) from Nellie's choice. I have coloured the sun with Scattered straw and Wild honey Distress ink and then I glued it on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple sentiments from Avery elle under the image with Versafine clair strawberry ink. I used the same ink to stamp some hearts from the set Love story (retired) from Clearly besotted around the image.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever een kaart met een hond of een kat erop maakt. Ik heb voor katten gekozen. Ik kan door allergie in het echt helaas geen hond of kat hebben, dus ik moet het met gestempelde honden en katten doen. ;) Beide zijn heel leuk. maar ik merk dat ik katten net wat leuker vindt en daarom heb ik vandaag voor een kat gekozen. 

Ik heb een afbeelding van de stempelset Purrfect van Lili of the valley gestempeld op aquarelpapier en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Molotow sketcher markers, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op de voorkant van een witte kaart heb ik met het Grid stencil van Simon says stamp en Picked raspberry Distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Daarna heb ik met het Love is in the air stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Versafine clair nocturne inkt wat hartjes op de achtergrond geblend. Op een strip wit karton heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Brushed greetings II (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner een kader rondom de tekst getekend. Hier heb ik met de roze inkt wat hartjes naast de tekst geblend. Ik heb de strip met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we would like to hear if you prefer a cat or a dog on your cards. I have picked a cat. Unfortunately I can't have a cat or dog in real life due to allergies, so I can only have stamped cats and dogs, ;) I love both cats and dogs, but I think I have a little more love for cat images, so that is why I have used a cat image.

I have stamped a cat image from the stamp set Purrfect from Lili of the valley on watercolour paper. I have coloured the image with my Molotow sketcher markers, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. On the front of a white card I have ink blended a background with the Grid stencil from Simon says stamp and Picked raspberry Distress ink. I have added some hearts on the background with the Love is in the air stencil (retired) from My favorite things that I have ink blended with Versafine clair nocturne ink. On a strip of white cardstock I have stamped a sentiment from the set Brushed greetings II (retired) from Clearly besotted. I added some hearts with the pink ink. With a black fineliner I have drawn a frame around the image. I have glued the sentiment strip with foamtape on the card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card.
