Memory dex - Happy easter

Hallo, op de dag voor pasen post ik mijn laatste paasproject van dit jaar. Ik heb weer een nieuw kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex en deze keer heb ik het kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Happy easter chick van The digistamp boutique (no longer in business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Ik heb mijn memory dex kaartje uit paars karton gestanst met de Bubble talk dies van AALL & create en de laag erop uit wit karton. Ik heb het karton in mijn stans laten zitten en daarna heb ik de achtergrond erop geblend met Tumbled glass en Broken china Distress ink. Omdat ik het papier in de stans had laten zitten, is er een hele kleine witte rand aan alle kanten overgebleven. Met de Petite clouds van My favorite things (no longer in business) heb ik een aantal wolken uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb daarna het kaartje met de afbeelding op mijn paarse kaartje geplakt.

Hello, on the day before Easter I’m sharing my final Easter project of this year. Once again, I’ve made a new card for my Memory dex, and this time I created it using the digital stamp Happy Easter Chick from The Digistamp Boutique (no longer in business). I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and a White Uni Posca pen, and then cut it out.

I die-cut my Memory Dex card from purple cardstock using the Bubble talk dies from AALL & create, and the top layer from white cardstock. I left the cardstock in the die and then blended the background with Tumbled glass and Broken china Distress ink. Because I kept the paper in the die, a very fine white border remained around all the edges. Using the Petite Clouds from My Favorite Things (no longer in business), I die-cut several clouds from white cardstock and adhered them to the background. Then I attached the image using foam tape. Finally, I adhered the completed panel with the image onto my purple card.

Memory dex card - Take time to enjoy the little things

Hallo, ik heb weer eens een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een schattig nijlpaardje van de stempelset Flower friends (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op aquarelpapier gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Karin brushmarkers pro en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Stanze B MDC basics die set van Create a smile stamps heb ik mijn memorydex kaartje uit wit karton gestanst en daarna heb ik deze gekleurd met Salvaged patina Distress inkt. Met het Spiral stencil (retired) van Dutch doobadoo en Peacock feathers en Mermaid lagoon Distress inkt heb ik daarna een patroon op mijn kaartje gemaakt. Uit wit karton heb ik een cirkel gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 van Crealies en daarna heb ik deze midden op het kaartje geplakt. Ik heb het nijlpaardje met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. Met de Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" van Carlijn design heb ik de tekst uit zwart karton gestanst. Deze letters zijn echt heel klein, dus een lange tekst was geen enkel probleem. Ik heb het kaartje versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. 

Hello, I’ve made another card for my Memory dex. This time I stamped a cute little hippopotamus from the Flower friends (retired) by Clearly besotted stamps onto watercolour paper using Versafine clair nocturne inkt, and then heat-embossed the image with clear embossing powder. After that, I coloured the image using my Karin brushmarkers pro and then fussy-cut it out. Using the Stanze B MDC basics die set by Create a smile stamps, 

I die-cut my Memory Dex card from white cardstock and then coloured it with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink. Next, I created a pattern on the card using the Spiral stencil (retired) by Dutch Doobadoo together with Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Inks. From white cardstock, I die-cut a circle using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 from Crealies and adhered it in the centre of the card. I attached the little hippopotamus to the circle using foam tape. With the Snijmallen en stempels "ABC with me" by Carlijn design, I die-cut the text from black cardstock. The letters are really tiny, so creating a longer text was no problem at all. Finally, I embellished the card with black hotfix gems.

Hallo, vandaag heb ik nog een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Easter bunny and flowers van The digistamp boutique (No longer in business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met de Rolodex cards van Vaessen creative heb ik de basis voor mijn kaartje uit oranje karton gestanst en de laag erop uit wit karton. Op de witte laag heb ik met het Tiny cloud edges stencil van My favorite things (no longer in business) en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolken achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt. 

Hello, today I once again made a card for my Memory dex. This time I created a card using the digital stamp Easter bunny and flowers by The digistamp boutique (No longer in business). I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura and a White Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image.

Using the Rolodex cards from Vaessen creative, I die-cut the base of my card from orange cardstock and the top layer from white cardstock. On the white layer, I created a cloudy background using the Tiny cloud edges stencil from My favorite things (no longer in business) and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I attached the image to the background with foam tape.

Memory dex card with a valentine alligator

Hallo, het was al een hele tijd geleden dat ik een kaartje heb gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex, dus dat heb ik dit weekend lekker gedaan. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een schattige alligator van de set Alligator clipart van ClipArtisan. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met de set Stanze B MDC basics die set van Create a smile stamps heb ik uit wit karton een kaartje voor mijn Memory dex gestanst. Ik heb daarna het kaartje gekleurd door er Spun sugar en Kitsch flamingo Distress inkt op te blenden. Daarna heb ik met een Hartjes stencil waarvan ik het merk helaas niet meer weet hartjes op het kaartje geblend met Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Op alle hartjes heb ik een tekst gestempeld met de set Critter conversation hearts van Lawn fawn en Versafine clair Charming pink om ze zo op snoephartjes te laten lijken. Met een stans van de set Banners - CR1299 (retired) van Marianne design heb ik een banner uit wit karton gestanst. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van de banner getekend. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom de banner gebonden en daarna heb ik deze met foamtape op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding ook met foamtape op de banner geplakt. 

Hello, it had been quite a long time since I last made a card for my Memory dex, so I really enjoyed working on one this weekend. I created a card featuring a cute alligator from the Alligator clipart set by ClipArtisan. I coloured the image using my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and then cut the image out.

Using the Stanze B MDC basics die set from Create a smile stamps, I die-cut a Memory Dex card from white card stock. I then coloured the card by blending Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo Distress inks. After that, I used a heart stencil (unfortunately I can’t remember the brand) to blend hearts onto the card with Picked Raspberry Distress ink. On all the hearts, I stamped text using the Critter conversation hearts by Lawn fawn and VersaFine Clair Charming Pink, to make them look like candy hearts. With a die from the Banners - CR1299 (retired) from Marianne design, I die-cut a banner from white card stock. I drew a line around the edges of the banner with a black fineliner. I tied a white ribbon around the banner and then attached it to my Memory Dex card using foam tape. Finally, I also attached the image to the banner with foam tape.

Di's digi stamps - Memorydex card

Hallo, ik vond het weer eens tijd om een kaartje te maken voor mijn Memory dex en dat heb ik gedaan met een afbeelding van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding Aeroplane racoon van Di's digi stamps geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Black glaze pen van Sakura en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb mijn memory dex kaartje gemaakt van roze en wit karton met de Cutting Die Rolodex - no.2 van Vaessen Creative. Op het witte kaart heb ik een achtergrond gemaakt met Tumbled glass en Broken china Distress inkt en daarna heb ik met het Lots of love stencil van Echo park wat hartjes op de achtergrond aangebracht met de Broken china Distress inkt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen lijntjes langs de randen van het witte karton getekend. Uit wit karton heb ik een aantal wolken gestanst met de Mini clouds (retired) van Memory box en deze heb ik op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb nog een extra laag gestanst voor mijn memory dex kaartje en ik heb de bovenkant daarvan gestanst met de Grassy hills die-namics (retired) van My favorite things. Het gras heb ik gekleurd met Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt en met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op het gras getekend. Ik heb de Thin pine tree (D220938) van Gummipan uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik gekleurd met Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt. Ik heb de boom op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik grasrandje erover heen geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt. 

Hello, I decided to make a card for my Memory dex again after a long while and I made one with an image from Di's digi stamps. I printed the image Aeroplane racoon from Di's digi stamps and then I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura and then I have fussy cut the image. I have made my memory dex card from pink and white cardstock with the set Cutting Die Rolodex - no.2 from Vaessen Creative. On the white cardstock I have made a background with Tumbled glass and Broken china Distress ink. I added a couple of hearts with the Lots of love stencil from Echo park and Broken china Distress ink. With a white gelpen I have drawn lines around the edges of the background. From white cardstock I have cut a couple of clouds with the Mini clouds (retired) from Memory box and then I glued those on the background. I cut another layer for my memory dex card and cut the top of it with the Grassy hills die-namics (retired) from My favorite things. I coloured the grass with Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink and dots on the grass with a white gelpen. With the Thin pine tree (D220938) from Gummiapan I have cut a tree from white cardstock and coloured it with Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I glued the tree on the background and then the grass hill on top of that. I glued the image with foamtape on the card.

Memory dex - Jane's doodles - Surfs up

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer eens een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik doe het niet zo vaak, maar het blijft natuurlijk erg leuk om te doen. Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Surf's up digital stamp van Jane's doodles. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn 

Polychromos potloden en de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes getekend op de zwemband van de krokodil. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Mijn memory dex kaartje is gemaakt van wit en rood karton met de stansset Rolodex cards (3624-701) van Vaessen creative. Ik heb het witte karton gekleurd met Tumbled glass Distress inkt. Met de Ocean view dies (LR0664) van Marianne design heb ik golven gestanst uit wit karton en die heb ik gekleurd met Prize ribbon Distress inkt. Ik heb met dezelfde kleur inkt kleine verfspatjes op de golven aangebracht en daarna heb ik ook nog kleine accentjes op de golven getekend met een witte gelpen. Met de Punch die clouds (CR1459) van Marianne design heb ik wolken en een zonnetje uit wit karton gestanst. Het zonnetje is gekleurd met Mustard seed en Wild honey Distress inkt. Ik heb daarna de wolken en de zon, de afbeelding en de golven op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt.

Hello, today I am posting a card that I have made for my Memory dex. I don't make them very often, but it is still fun to do. This time I have made a card with the image Surf's up digital stamp from Jane's doodles. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. I used a white gelpen to draw dots on the swimming ring from the crocodile. I have fussy cut the image. 

My memory dex card is made from red and white cardstock with the die set Rolodex cards (3624-701) from Vaessen creative. I have coloured the white cardstock with Tumbled glass Distress ink. With the die set Ocean view (LR0664) from Marianne design I have cut a couple of waves and I coloured them with Prize ribbon Distress ink. I have used the same ink to add paint splatters on the waves and with a white gelpen I have added little accents on the waves. With the Punch die clouds (CR1459) from Marianne design I have cut a couple of clouds and a sun. I coloured the sun with Mustard seed and Wild honey Distress ink. Then I have glued everything on my memory dex card.

Ik heb de digitale stempel Bear with flowers - Tulips van Blackberry jelly's (no longer in business) ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb het basiskaartje uit wit karton gestanst met de Cutting Die Rolodex - no.2 van Vaessen Creative en de laag erop is uit paars ruitjespapier van het Essentials paperpad brights van Studio light gestanst. Ik heb een tekst van de set Posy plushies (retired) van Clearly besotted op wit karton gestempeld. Ik heb de tekst daarna uitgestanst met de Verticale banners stitching van Carlijn Design. Ik heb de banner op mijn kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape over de banner geplakt met foamtape. Ik heb het kaartje versierd met witte mini parels.

On white cardstock I have stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Posy plushies (retired) from Clearly besotted. Then I have cut the sentiment with a die from the set Verticale banners stitching from Carlijn Design. I first glued the banner on the card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have decorated the card with white pearls.

Memory dex - Hello honey bee

Hallo, ik vond dat het weer eens tijd werd om een nieuw kaartje te maken voor mijn Memory dex. Deze keer heb ik de schattige afbeelding Cute baby bee van Modgey moko voor gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Met de Stencils SL120 (retired) van Studio light heb ik het memory dex kaartje gemaakt van geel en wit karton. Op de witte laag heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van het witte karton getekend. Met de Slimline grass, horizon, clouds (CR1583) van Marianne design heb ik een grasrandje uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb het gra gekleurd met Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt. Ik heb de afbeelding samen met het gras met foamtape op het Memory dex kaartje geplakt. Als laatste heb ik een tekst van de set Sweet honey bee van Honey bee stamps op het kaartje gestempeld. 

Hello, I thought it was time again to make a new card for my Memory dex. This time I have used the very cute image Cute baby bee from Modgey moko. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. 

With the set Stencils SL120 (retired) from Studio light I have cut a memory dex card from yellow and white cardstock. On the white layer I have made a cloudy background with the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. With a black fineliner I have drawn a line around the edges of the white card. With the Slimline grass, horizon, clouds (CR1583) from Marianne design I have cut a grass border and then I coloured it with Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I have glued the grass together with the image with foamtape on the Memory dex card. Then I stamped a sentiment from the set Sweet honey bee from Honey bee stamps on the card.

Hallo, het is al een hele tijd geleden dat ik een kaartje heb gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex en dus heb ik dat eindelijk weer eens gedaan. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Bee mine mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de bloemen gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen.

Ik heb mijn Memory dex kaartje gemaakt met de Stencils SL120 (retired) van Studio light. De basis is gemaakt van wit karton en de laag erop is gemaakt van blauw design papier van de Gingham pastels papers from Sunny studio stamps. Uit wit karton heb ik de wolkjes gestanst met de Cute cloud outlines van My favorite things en die heb ik op de blauw achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het kaartje geplakt. 

Hello, it has been a long time since I made a card for my Memory dex, so I finally made a new one. I have made a card with the digital stamp Bee mine mice from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have coloured the flower with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. 

I have made my memory dex card with the Stencils SL120 (retired) from Studio light. I have cut the base from white cardstock and the layer on top of it is cut from blue patterned paper from the Gingham pastels papers from Sunny studio stamps. I have cut a couple of clouds from white cardstock with the Cute cloud outlines from My favorite things and glued them on the blue paper. I have added the image with foamtape on the card.

Guestdesigner for Whimsy stamps - Bat candle

 

Hallo, vandaag plaats ik mijn tweede post als guestdesigner voor Whimsy stamps en deze keer heb ik 2 projecten gemaakt met de Bat candle van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb eerst een halloween kaartje gemaakt en daarna heb ik ook nog een kaartje voor mijn memory dex gemaakt. 

Voor mijn halloween kaartje heb ik de digitale stempel Bat candle van Whimsy stamps wat groter geprint dan voor mijn memory dex kaartje en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb uit wit karton een rechthoek gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 van Crealies en daarop heb ik een spookachtige achtergrond gemaakt met Distress inkt. Ik heb hiervoor Wild honey, Candied apple, Aged mahogany en Black soot Distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb uit rood karton een rechthoek gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 van Crealies en die heb ik op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de rechthoek met de achtergrond met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ook de afbeelding is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de tekst uit wit karton gestanst met het alfabet van de set Karin Joan's letterboard (DF3454) van Marianne design en daarna heb ik de tekst op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today I am placing my second post as a guest designer for Whimsy stamps and this week I have made 2 projects with the digital stamp Bat candle from Whimsy stamps. I have made a halloween card and also a little card for my memory dex. 

For my halloween card I have printed the image Bat candle from Whimsy stamps a bit larger than for my memory dex card and then I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. I have die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 76 from Crealies and made a spooky background on it with Distress inks. I have used Wild honey, Candied apple, Aged mahogany and Black soot Distress ink. I have cut a rectangle from red cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 from Crealies and glued it on a white card. I have glued the rectangle with foamtape on the card. The image is also added on the card with foamtape. I have cut the sentiment from white cardstock with the alphabet dies from Karin Joan's letterboard (DF3454) from Marianne design and then I glued the sentiment on the card. 

Mijn tweede project als guest designer voor Whimsy stamps van vandaag is een kaartje geworden voor mijn Memory dex. Ik heb deze keer een kleine versie van de digitale stempel Bat candle van Whimsy stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik het vlammetje gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. 

Ik heb het memory dex kaartje uit zwart karton gestanst met de Stencil CR 153 van Studio light. Het paarse design papier van het Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paperpad van Doodlebug heb ik met een stans uit dezelfde set uitgestanst. Ik heb langs de randen gekleurd met Black soot Distress inkt. Uit zwart karton heb ik met de Dripping goo edge die-namics (retired) van My favorite things een rand gestanst en die heb ik op mijn memory dex kaartje geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het kaartje geplakt. De tekst is uit wit en zwart karton gestanst met het Klassiskt alfabet (D181201) van Gummiapan. Ik heb de zwarte letters als schaduw voor de witte letters gebruikt. 

My second project as a guest designer for Whimsy stamps for today is a little card for my Memory dex. This time I have used a smaller version of the digital stamp Bat candle from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have used the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen to colour the candle. 

I have cut the memory dex card from black cardstock with the die Stencil CR 153 from Studio light. I have cut the purple patterned paper from the Dot-stripe rainbow petite prints paperpad from Doodlebug with the same die set. I applied Black soot Distress ink on the edges of the patterned paper and then I glued it on the card. I have cut a border from black cardstock with the Dripping goo edge die-namics (retired) from My favorite things and then I glued it on the card. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. The sentiment is cut from white and black cardstock with the Klassiskt alfabet (D181201) from Gummiapan. I have used the black letters as a shadow for the white letters.

Gerda Steiner designs - It's the most wonderful time of the year

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw projectje op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Deze keer heb ik weer een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Het is een kaartje in kerstsfeer geworden om alvast in de kerststemming te komen. ;) 

Op mijn kaartje heb ik 2 afbeeldingen van de digitale stempelset Fa-la-la-llamas van Gerda Steiner designs gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. 

Met de Stencil SL120 van Studio light heb ik mijn memory dex kaartje uit zwart karton gestanst. Ik heb dezelfde dies gebruikt om de onderkant van het kaartje uit te stansen uit rood-wit gestipt papier van het Candy land paper pack (retired) van My favorite things. Ik heb wit borduurgaren rondom het rood-witte papier gebonden en het daarna met foamtape op het zwarte kaartje geplakt. Ik heb een tekst en sneeuwsterren van de stempelset Seasons tweetings (retired) van Winnie & Walter met Versamark inkt op het kaartje gestempeld en daarna heb ik alles geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna op het kaartje geplakt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen een kader langs de randen van het kaartje getekend. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a card for my Memory dex. It is a card in christmas style, because christmas is approaching fast. ;) 

On my card I have used 2 images from the digital stampset Fa-la-la-llamas from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the images.

With the Stencil SL120 from Studio light I have die-cut my memory dex card from black cardstock. The bottom part from the red and white patterned paper from the Candy land paper pack (retired) from My favorite things is cut with the same dies. I have tied white embroidery thread around it and then I glued it with foamtape on the black card. I have stamped a sentiment and the snowflakes from the stampset Seasons tweetings (retired) from Winnie & Walter with Versamark ink on the card and then I embossed the image with white embossingpowder. Then I glued the images on the card. I doodled a line around the edge of the card with a black fineliner.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Dies to die for.  Deze keer willen we graag weten wat je favoriete wilde dier is en waarom. Ik vind veel dieren leuk en kan dus maar moeilijk kiezen. Ik heb voor mijn kaartje een nijlpaard gekozen, gewoon omdat ze leuke hoofden hebben en dit schatje met zijn grote bloem is gewoon erg lief.

Ik heb weer eens een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex. Ik had dat al een tijdje niet meer gedaan, dus dat werd wel weer eens tijd. Ik heb één van de schattige nijlpaarden van de stempelset Flower friends van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld op Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram van Vaessen creative met Versafine clair nocturne inkt. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met de Essentials aquarelset 01 van Studio light en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Ik heb mijn memory dex kaartje uit wit karton gesneden met de Stencils SL120 van Studio light. Het rose design papier komt uit het Graphic grid paperpad (retired) van My favorite things. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Karin Joan Blooming collection 04 (stampkj04) van Studio light gestempeld. Ik heb mijn kaartje versierd met witte mini pareltjes.

I like lots of animals, so this was really hard for me to pick just one animal. For this challenge I have picked a hippo, just because I love their cute faces and this one with the large flower is even more adorable.

I decided to make a card for my Memory dex. It has been a while since I made a card for it, so I thought it was about time for it. I have stamped one of the cute hippos from the set Flower friends from Clearly besotted stamps on Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram from Vaessen creative with Versafine clair nocturne ink and then I embossed the image with clear embossingpowder and then I coloured the image with the Essentials aquarelset 01 from Studio light. I have fussy cut the image.

I have cut my memory dex card from white cardstock with the Stencils SL120 from Studio light. I have added a layer on it that I have cut from pink patterned paper from the Graphic grid paperpad (retired) from My favorite things. I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Karin Joan Blooming collection 04 (stampkj04) from Studio light next to the image. I have decorated the card with tiny white pearls.
