Tag - Gefeliciteerd

Hallo, een paar weken geleden kwam ik op facebook de groep van Plum loved art tegen en ik was meteen verkocht na het zien van haar tekeningen. Ze verkoopt ze op etsy om zelf na te tekenen, maar je mag ze ook als een soort digitale stempel gebruiken. Ik vind het zelf erg leuk om na te tekenen en ik leer weer leuke technieken hierdoor, dus ik heb er veel plezier in. Elke maand wordt er ook een set met dagelijkse opdrachten verkocht en ik heb met de set voor de maand maart een cadeau tag gemaakt.

Ik heb de kersenbloesem nagetekend van de set  March Plum daily doodles van Plum loved art op Aquapad papier van Clairefontaine. Ik ben begonnen met het uittekenen van het rechthoek op mijn papier zodat ik kon zien hoe groot mijn takje kon worden en daarna heb ik met potlood een schets gemaakt. Ik heb de tekening daarna overgetrokken met Zwarte Unipin fineliners en daarna heb ik met dunnere fineliners accentjes op mijn tekening aangebracht. Ik heb daarna het takje gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Met de Medium tag (CR1710) van Marianne design heb ik het rechthoek en de tag uit het aquapad papier gestanst. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Handletter - Huwelijk (retired) van Craft emotions gestempeld en daarna heb ik nog een wit koordje aan de tag gehangen. 

Hello, a few weeks ago I came across the Plum Loved Art group on Facebook and I was immediately sold after seeing her drawings. She sells them on Etsy so you can redraw them yourself, but you can also use them as a kind of digital stamp. I personally really enjoy redrawing them and I learn fun new techniques this way, so I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. Each month a set with daily prompts is also released, and using the set for the month of March I made a gift tag.

I redrew the cherry blossom from the March Plum daily doodles by Plum loved art on Aquapad paper from Clairefontaine. I started by drawing out a rectangle on my paper so I could see how large my branch could be, and then I made a sketch in pencil. I then traced the drawing with Black Unipin fineliners, after which I added small accents to the drawing with thinner fineliners. I then coloured the branch with Schmincke watercolours. Using the Medium tag (CR1710) by Marianne design, I die-cut the rectangle and the tag from the Aquapad paper. I stamped a text from the Handletter – Huwelijk (retired) stamp set by Craft Emotions and then finished it off by attaching a white cord to the tag.

As you like it challenge 316 - A layered or a flat card

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller. Voor de challenge willen we graag weten of je liever kaarten met veel laagjes maakt of juist kaarten zonder laagjes. Ik hou er zelf niet zo van om kaarten te maken met veel lagen erop of grote versieringen. De meeste kaarten die ik maak hebben of geen laagjes of maar 1 laagje. Dat is ook meteen handig omdat ze zo makkelijker te versturen zijn en er hoeven minder postzegels op.

Deze keer heb ik mijn afbeelding gestempeld op White rag papier van Khadi. Dit is handgeschept papier en ik vind vooral de ruwe randen van het papier een leuke look hebben. Ik heb mijn afbeelding gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Helaas is mijn poeder een beetje oud en is de embossing erg korrelig. Gauw maar even nieuw poeder aanschaffen dus. Ik heb de clear stempel Sketched Chrysanthemum van Waffle flower gebruikt.  Daarna heb ik de afbeelding gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Dat was echt even genieten om te doen! Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset met Versafine clair nocturne inkt naast de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op een kraft kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. 

Hello, today a new challenge starts again on the As you like it challenge blog, and this week we are being sponsored by Rachelle Anne Miller. For the challenge, we’d love to know whether you prefer making cards with lots of layers or cards without layers. Personally, I’m not a big fan of making cards with lots of layers or large embellishments. Most of the cards I make either have no layers or just one. That’s also convenient, as it makes them easier to post and requires fewer stamps.

This time, I stamped my image onto White rag paper from Khadi. This is handmade paper, and I especially love the rough edges, which give it a nice look. I stamped the image with Versamark ink and then heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. Unfortunately, my powder is a bit old, so the embossing turned out quite grainy. Definitely time to get some new powder. I used the clear stamp Sketched Chrysanthemum from Waffle flower. I then coloured the image with Schmincke watercolours — it was such a joy to do! I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set next to the image using Versafine clair nocturne ink. Finally, I adhered the image to a kraft card using foam tape and decorated the card with black hotfix gems.

Hallo, vandaag post ik de pagina die ik heb gemaakt voor de mydoodlenine challenge van Doodledaydarlings. Deze post geeft uitleg over de #mydoodlenine challenge. Deze pagina is nog voor de maand juli, maar ik was er nog steeds niet aan toegekomen om de pagina te plaatsen. In de maand juli heb ik 2 pagina's gemaakt. Eéntje met schattige diertjes en een bloemenversie. Vandaag laat ik de tekeningen zien die ik heb gemaakt voor mijn bloemenpagina. 

Hello, today I am posting the page that I have made for the mydoodlenine challenge from Doodledaydarlings. This post explains what the #mydoodlenine challenge is. This page is for the month of july, because I still haven't post it yet. I have made 2 versions for the month of july. One with cute animals and the other one with flowers on it. Today I am showing the drawings that I have made for the flower edition.

Hallo, ik vind het heel erg leuk om mee te doen aan de de mydoodlenine challenge van Doodledaydarlings. Deze post geeft uitleg over de #mydoodlenine challenge. Ik liep al een tijdje met het idee om een keer een bloemenversie te maken. Ik vind het erg leuk om allerlei schattige afbeeldingen te tekenen, maar bloemen tekenen vind ik ook erg leuk om te doen. Het leek me dan ook erg leuk om deze maand nog een #mydoodlenine pagina te maken maar dan met bloemen. Dus ik heb voor deze versie in mijn eigen vakje één van mijn favoriete bloemen getekend, namelijk de cosmos. Ik heb mijn tekening gebaseerd op een kleine tutorial van artsybeats. Ik ga de bloemen op mijn pagina inkleuren met Schmincke aquarelverf.

I have been thinking about making a flower edition for a while. I really love drawing and colouring cute animals, but I also love drawing flowers. So finally I decided to make another #mydoodlenine pae this month with flower drawings. I have drawn one of my favourite flowers in my own box, the cosmos. As you like it challenge 287 - My favourite non card project

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze week willen we geen kaarten zien, maar je favoriete andere bezigheid naast het kaarten maken. Ik ben een paar jaar geleden begonnen met tekenen en dat is nu echt mijn favoriete ding om te doen naast het kaartenmaken, dus ik post een bloementekening. Ik vind het erg leuk om te doen en ik vind het ook erg ontspannend om te doen. 

Voor de challenge vandaag heb ik een tekening gemaakt van één van mijn lievelingsbloemen, namelijk de cosmos. Op instagram zag ik bij Artsybeats mooie voorbeelden staan om na te tekenen en dus heb ik mijn eigen tekening gemaakt. Ik heb op Carte postales (10,5x14,8 cm) aquapad 300gr van Clairefontaine eerst een schets gemaakt met mijn potlood. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna overgetrokken met mijn Zwarte Unipin fineliners. Ik heb de bloemen gekleurd met mijn Schmincke aquarelverf.

A couple of years ago I started drawing again and I really love doing it, so today I am posting a flower drawing that I have made. I think it is really relaxing to make a drawing.

For this challenge I have made a drawing with one of my favourite flowers on it: the cosmos. On instagram I have found a great post from Artsybeats with a couple of nice examples for cosmos flowers and I used it to make my own drawing. I have made a pencil sketch on a sheet of Carte postales (10,5x14,8 cm) aquapad 300gr from Clairefontaine. I have traced the drawing with Black Unipin fineliners. I coloured the flowers with Schmincke watercolours.

Dream and draw school - Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial

Hallo, ik heb weer eens een tutorial van Dream and draw school op Patreon gedaan. Ik heb de les Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial op patreon gedaan. Mijn tekening is gemaakt op 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano. Na de potloodschets heb ik de tekening overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de afbeelding gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Als laatste heb ik met een witte gelpen accentjes op de tekening aangebracht. Het was een erg leuke les. Ik ben erg blij met het eindresultaat.

Hello, I have followed a tutorial from Dream and draw school on Patreon. I have done the lesson Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial on patreon. My drawing is made on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano. After I made the pencil sketch I traced the image with black fineliners and then I painted the flowers with Schmincke watercolours. I added a couple of details on the image with a white gelpen. It was a really nice lesson. I am happy with my drawing.

Happy painting club - An autumn leaf

Hallo, ik heb weer een tekening gemaakt naar een voorbeeld van de Happy painting club. Ik zag de Autumn leaf short op instagram voorbijkomen en het leek me leuk om deze na te tekenen.

Ik heb mijn tekening gemaakt in het Square sketchbook - 100% cotton van Viviva colors. Ik heb het blad eerst gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf en daarna heb ik met zwarte en witte Uni Posca pennen de kleine accenten aangebracht op de tekening.

A halloween ghost drawing inspired the Happy painting club

Hallo, vandaag post ik een nieuwe tekening die ik heb gemaakt voor halloween. Ik heb de tekening in de stijl van de Happy painting club, want ik word gewoon erg vrolijk van de leuke kleuren en doodles die zij op hun tekeningen gebruiken. 

Ik heb in mijn Square sketchbook - 100% cotton van Viviva colors een potloodtekening gemaakt. Ik vind het op zich een heel fijn boekje om in te werken, maar je moet wel heel erg uitkijken met gummen want dan beschadigt het papier heel snel. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf en daarna heb ik details aangebracht met zwarte en witte Uni Posca pennen.

Hello, today I am posting a new drawing that I have made for halloween. I have made the drawing in the Happy painting club style, because the colours and doodles they use, make me really happy. 

I have made a pencil sketch in my Square sketchbook - 100% cotton from Viviva colors. I like the book especially for painting, but you have to be really carefull with your eraser, because when you use it, it damages your paper very fast. I have coloured my image with my Schmincke watercolours and then I added details on the image with black and white Uni Posca pens.

Julia Henze - Pumpkin workshop

Hallo, afgelopen donderdag heeft Julia Henze tijdens een live de Pumpkin workshop op Youtube gegeven. Ik had helaas hoofdpijn, dus het lukte me pas zaterdag om mee te doen aan de workshop. De live workshop is maar een paar dagen online besschikbaar. Ik ben niet zo'n handletteraar, dus dat heb ik (nog) niet gedaan. Misschien voeg ik het later nog wel toe.

Ik heb gewerkt op het Watercolour paper 16x16 cm van My ArtBook. De pompoen is geschilderd met Schmincke aquarelverf en de witte details op de pompoen zijn geschilderd met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white. Het was een erg leuke workshop, die goed te volgen was door de duidelijke uitleg van Julia. 

Hello, this past thursday Julia Henze did the live Pumpkin workshop on Youtube. Unfortunately I had a headache, so I wasn't able to join the live, but yesterday I finally was able to do the workshop. The live workshop is only available for a short while. I am not really into handlettering, so I haven't done that part (yet). Maybe I will add it later. 

I have worked on Watercolour paper 16x16 cm from My ArtBook. I have painted the pumpkin with Schmincke watercolours and then I added the white details with Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white. I really loved this workshop. It was really easy to follow because of the good instructions from Julia.

Hallo, ik heb weer een tutorial gevolgd van de Happy painting club. Ik word gewoon erg blij van de vrolijke stijl van tekeningen die zij maken. Deze keer heb ik de tutorial Blume malen für Anfänger in Aquarell op youtube gevolgd. Ik heb gewerkt in een nieuw boekje, het Square sketchbook - 100% cotton van Viviva colors. Het was qua tekenen en vooral uitgummen niet het fijnste papier maar het schilderen was heerlijk om te doen en werd echt mooi. Ik heb mijn potloodschets overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de bloemen geschilderd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Ik heb daarna accentjes op de tekening aangebracht met zwarte en witte Uni Posca pennen.

This time I have done the tutorial Blume malen für Anfänger in Aquarell on youtube. I worked in a new sketchbook, the Square sketchbook - 100% cotton from Viviva colors. For drawing and erasing the paper wasn't the best, but I really loved painting on it. I have traced my pencil sketch with black fineliners and then I painted the flowers with Schmincke watercolours. Then I added little doodles on the flowers with black and white Uni Posca pens.

Hallo, vandaag post ik een tekening die ik vorige week al heb gemaakt voor World watercolour maand. Ik heb het al eerder geschreven. Ik houd heel erg van de stijl van tekenen van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. Ze heeft heel veel mini tutorials van bloemen en het leek me leuk om een aantal tutorials te volgen. Ik maak de tekeningen in een Leporello aqaurel boek van Art by Marlene om ze zo allemaal bij elkaar te houden. Ik heb eerst een schets gemaakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Als laatste heb ik nog wat accentjes aangebracht met een witte gelpen.

I am making my drawings in a Leporello watercolour book from Art by Marlene, so they all will be together. I first started with a sketch and then I traced the tulip with black fineliners. I have coloured the tulip with Schmincke watercolours. Finally I added some accents on it with a white gelpen.

Hallo, vandaag post ik een bloem die ik heb geschilderd voor World watercolour maand. Ik ga proberen deze maand allemaal (korte) tutorials te volgen om zo lekker bezig te zijn met aquarelverf. Deze keer heb ik een kleine tutorial van Artsy space gevolgd. Ik heb de How to paint Echinacea of Coneflower op youtube gedaan. Ik heb de schets met potlood gemaakt in mijn Watercolour book 100% cotton 14x14 cm van Hahnemühle en daarna heb ik de bloem gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Ik heb rondom de bloem kleine verfspatjes aangebracht met de kleuren verf die ik in de afbeelding heb gebruikt.

I sketched the flower with a pencil in my Watercolour book 100% cotton 14x14 cm from Hahnemühle and then I painted the flower with Schmincke watercolours. I have added tiny paint splatters around the image with the same colours that I used for the flower.

Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt - Sinaasappel in 3 verschillende kleurmediums

Hallo, vandaag post ik een tekening die ik heb gemaakt door een kleine tutorial van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt te volgen. Ik hou heel erg van de stijl van Anastasia, alhoewel ik nog wel een beetje moeite heb om buiten de lijntjes te kleuren. ;) Het leek me leuk om het takje met de sinaasappels in 3 verschillende kleurmediums te doen en dat was heel erg leuk om te doen. Ik heb de tekening gemaakt op het 1264 Watercolour papier van Fabriano. De eerste versie van de sinaasappels is gemaakt met de Color eno potloden van Pilot. Dit is een serie gekleurde vulpotloden. Het bruine kleurtje moest ik zelf mengen. 

Hello, today I am posting a drawing that I have made after I followed a little tutorial from Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. I really love the style from Anastasia, although colouring outside the lines is still a bit hard for me to do. ;) I thought it would be fun to draw the oranges with 3 different colouring mediums and that was real fun to do. I have made my drawing on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano. The first version of the orange is done with the Color eno pencils from Pilot. That is a coloured mechanical pencil. I had to blend the brown colour myself.

Voor de tweede versie heb ik de tekening eerst overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met de Dual tip brush markers van Ohuhu. Ik heb bij deze tekening geprobeerd de afbeelding netjes te blenden

For the second version I first traced my sketch with a black fineliner and then I coloured the oranges with the Dual tip brush markers from Ohuhu. I tried to blend the colours really well on this version.

De laatste versie lijkt het meeste op de stijl van Anastasia. De afbeelding is na het schetsen overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner en daarna heb ik gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Het was de bedoeling om nog iets meer buiten de lijntjes te kleuren, maar dat is me nog niet helemaal gelukt. ;) Ik vind mijn derde versie wel de mooiste van de 3 verschillende kleurmediums. 

The last version is the most in the style of Anastasia. After I made the sketch I traced the image with a black fineliner and then I coloured the oranges with Schmincke watercolours. I wanted to colour more outside of the lines, but that was still really hard for me. ;) I do love the version the most out of the 3 different versions.

Happy painting club - A chicken and a bunny

Hallo, een tijdje geleden kwam ik op youtube een leuke tutorial tegen van de Happy painting club. Ik volg ze ook op instagram en vind de tekenstijl altijd erg leuk en vrolijk overkomen, maar wist niet goed of ik dit zelf ook zou kunnen. Ik ben best een pietje precies en dit is juist een stijl waarin je wat meer loslaat en "zomaar" wat doet. Maar door het volgen van de Live-Mal-Session zu Ostern van Happy painting kon ik mooi eens proberen en dat was heel erg leuk om te doen. 

Ik heb mijn tekening gemaakt op Classic Aquarelpapier Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr van Winsor & Newton. De schets is met potlood gemaakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb mijn kip en konijn daarna ingekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Ik heb daarna met een zwarte fineliner en een witte gelpen allerlei accentjes op de afbeelding aangebracht. 

Hello, a while ago I found a great tutorial from the Happy painting club on youtube. I follow them also on instagram, because I really love the style of the drawings, but I wasn't sure if I am able to do this myself. Most of the times I work very precise and this style is very loose. The Live-Mal-Session zu Ostern from Happy painting was the perfect excuse to try this style and I had so much fun. 

I have made my drawing on Classic Aquarelpapier Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr from Winsor & Newton. I have made the sketch with a pencil and then I traced the image with a black fineliner. Then I coloured the chicken and the bunny with Schmincke watercolours. I added all kinds of details with a black fineliner and a white gelpen.
