As you like it challenge 199 - Favourite colour duo

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag een kaartje zien in je 2 favoriete kleuren. Ik ben al heel lang gek op de combinatie van rood en zwart en daarom heb ik voor deze kleuren gekozen. Ik vind de kleuren erg mooi samen en ze vallen goed op, echt perfect voor een kaartje! Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn.

Ik post vandaag een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de kaartenswap van de Carlijn design facebookgroep. Ik heb toen een kaartje gemaakt om mijn swap maatje een fijn nieuwjaar toe te wensen. Ik heb op mijn kaartje de digitale stempel Champagne mice van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Het leek me leuk om een shakerkaart te maken en die kan je perfect maken met de Snijmallen A6 venster 6 ramen van Carlijn design. Ik heb het venster uit rood karton gestanst. Ik heb een plastic sheet achter het venster geplakt en daarna foamtape op de randen, zodat ik genoeg ruimte had zodat de sequins nog goed kunnen bewegen. Ik heb als basis een zwarte kaart genomen en daarop heb ik met witte acrylverf kleine verfspatjes gemaakt. Met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke heb ik een aantal sterretjes uit wit karton gestanst en die heb ik op de zwarte kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna mijn venster goed gevuld met allerlei soorten sequins en daarna heb ik het venster op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de tekst van de stansset Snijmallen Elegante kerst van Carlijn design uit wit karton gestanst en de onderlaag heb ik uit vellum gestanst. Nadat ik de tekst op het vellum heb geplakt heb ik ze samen op de kaart geplakt.

I have always loved the combination of red and black and decided to use those colours for my card. I really love these colours together and they really pop, so perfect for a card! Today I am posting a card that I have made for the cardswap from the Carlijn design facebookgroup. I made a happy new year card for my swap partner. I have used the digital stamp Champagne mice from Di's digi stamps on my card. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I thought it would be fun to make a shakercard and I used the Snijmallen A6 venster 6 ramen from Carlijn design for my card. I have die-cut the frame from red cardstock. I added a plastic sheet behind the windows and added foamtape to get enough height, so the sequins still can move in my card. I used a black cardstock for the card. I added little paint splatters on it with white acrylic paint. With the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke I have die-cut a couple of stars from white cardstock and I glued those on the card. I have filled the frame with all kinds of sequins and then I glued the frame on the black card. I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have die-cut the sentiment from white cardstock with the Snijmallen Elegante kerst from Carlijn design and I cut the bottom layer from vellum. After I glued the sentiment on the vellum I glued them both together on my card.

A birthday card for Niek

Goedemorgen, op 1 januari is mijn neefje Niek 7 jaar geworden en omdat hij een lockdown verjaardag heeft, die niet echt goed gevierd kan worden, heb ik hem dit jaar 7 verjaardagskaarten gestuurd. Dit had ik in november ook al gedaan voor de verjaardag van zijn grote broer Menno en dat vonden ze erg leuk. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de 7-beer van de digitale stempelset Numbears van Lili of the valley. Ik heb het beertje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Het getal 7 is gepaperpieced met vrolijk regenboog design papier van het Surprise party paper pack van Sunny studio. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk aquarelpapier heb ik daarna een achtergrond gemaakt voor de afbeelding. Ik heb ervoor gekozen een nachtlucht te maken. Ik heb daarvoor Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch en Chipped sapphire Distress inkt gebruikt. Met witte acrylverf heb ik kleine verfspatjes op de lucht gemaakt. Met de Grassy fields die-namics van My favorite things heb ik een grasrandje uit een stuk groen karton gestanst. Ik heb het gras in de hoeken gekleurd met Peeled paint Distress inkt en daarna heb ik het gras op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik de achtergrond op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. En omdat dit jaar vuurwerk verboden is en Niek op nieuwjaarsdag jarig is, heb ik met een gele gelpen vuurwerk getekend op de kaart. Heeft hij toch nog een beetje vuurwerk op zijn verjaardag. ;)

Goodmorning, on the first of january my nephew Niek celebrated his 7th birthday and because this year is a lockdown birthday, that cannot celebrated really well, I have send him 7 birthday cards this year. When his big brother Menno celebrated his 9th birthday in lockdown I also did this and thay really liked it. 

I have made a card with the 7-bear from the digital stampset Numbears from Lili of the valley. I have coloured the bear with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. The number 7 is paperpieced with rainbow patterned paper from the Surprise party paper pack from Sunny studio. I have fussy cut the image. On watercolourpaper I have made a night sky for my image. I have used Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch and Chipped sapphire Distress ink for the night. With white acrylic paint I have added tiny paint splatters in the sky. With the Grassy fields die-namics from My favorite things I have die-cut a grass border from green cardstock and I added some extra colour on the grass border with Peeled paint Distress ink. I have glued the grass on the background and then I glued them together on a white card. I added the image on the card with foamtape. And because this year most of the fireworks are forbidden in the Netherlands and Nieke celebrates his birthday on new years day, I have drawn fireworks in the sky with a yellow gelpen. This way he still has a little bit of fireworks on his birthday. ;)

Nieuwjaarsrolletjes - Happy 2021!

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een klein projectje op mijn blog. Dit jaar heb ik namelijk weer nieuwjaarsrolletjes gebakken en ik heb er ook wat cadeau gegeven aan mensen. Ik heb ze natuurlijk wel cadeau gegeven in een leuke verpakking. Ik heb de rolletjes in een cellofaan zakje gestopt en dat heb ik dichtgebonden met een wit lintje.

Met mijn Silhouette cameo heb ik een leuk labeltje uitgesneden uit wit en rood karton. Ik heb hiervoor het bestand Happy 2021 van Planeta Silhouette gebruikt. Ik heb een gaatje in het label gemaakt met een ponsje en daarna heb ik het labeltje met een wit touwtje aan het zakje gehangen. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a little project on my blog. This year I have been baking new year rolls (a cookie that is really delicious) and I had given some bags with rolls as a present. I have put the rolls in a cellophane bag and I closed it with a white ribbon.

With my Silhouette cameo I have cut a nice little label from white and red cardstock. I have used the file Happy 2021 by Planeta Silhouette. I have cut a little hole in the label with a hole punch and with  some white cord I have attached the label on the bag.

Gerda Steiner designs - Happy new year!

  

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik mijn laatste kaartje voor dit jaar op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs en met dit kaartje wil ik iedereen heel graag een gelukkig en gezond 2021 toewensen!

Op mijn kaartje heb ik de Free 2021 printable van Gerda Steiner designs gebruikt. Dit is dus een freebie die je zo kunt downloaden op de site van Gerda Steiner designs. De afbeelding is natuurlijk perfect om iemand een gelukkig nieuw jaar toe te wensen, maar hij is ook leuk voor in planners of agenda's om zo de start van het jaar extra speciaal te maken. Ik heb de kleine muisjes gekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de muisjes uitgeknipt. De getallen heb ik gepaperpieced met roze design papier van het Candy land paperpack (retired) van My favorite things en daar heb ik de muisjes weer op terug geplakt.

Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 22 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit aquarelpapier gestanst en hierop heb ik met Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch en Chipped sapphire Distress inkt een lucht gemaakt. Ik heb met witte acrylverf kleine spatjes in de lucht gemaakt. Daarna heb ik deze achtergrond op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb uit wit karton 2 sneeuwheuvels gestanst met de Landscape trio creative cuts van Mama elephant en die heb ik op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb uit groen en bruin karton een aantal boompjes gestanst met de Scandinavian prints christmas dies (retired) van Neat and tangled en die heb ik op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb sterretjes uit wit karton gestanst met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke en die heb ik in de lucht geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Just saying (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps onder op de kaart geplakt.

On my card I have used the image Free 2021 printable from Gerda Steiner designs. This is a freebie image that you can download on the site from Gerda Steiner designs. This image is perfect to use on a card to wish someone a happy new year, but it is also perfect for planners and agendas, to make the start of the new year extra special. I have coloured the little mice with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the images. The numbers are paperpieced with pink patterned paper from the Candy land paperpack (retired) from My favorite things and then I glued the little mice back on the numbers.

With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 22 from Crealies I have die-cut a square from watercolour paper and then I made a background on it with Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch and Chipped sapphire Distress ink. With white acrylic paint I have added little splatters on the background. Then I glued the background on a white square card. I have die-cut two snowhills from white cardstock with the Landscape trio creative cuts from Mama elephant and I glued those on the background. I have die-cut a couple of trees from green and brown cardstock with the Scandinavian prints christmas dies (retired) from Neat and tangled and I glued those on the card. Then I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have die-cut a couple of stars from white cardstock with the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke and I glued those on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Just saying (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on the bottom of the card.

Echt de perfecte afbeelding om iemand een gelukkig nieuw jaar te wensen. :) Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Vervolgens heb ik dit stuk karton gekleurd met Tumbled glass en Broken china distress inkt. Ik heb het stuk op een witte kaart geplakt en vervolgens de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Op een stripje wit karton heb ik de tekst van de stempelsets Simply said en Simply said II van Uniko gestempeld. Ik heb deze in bannervorm uitgesneden en dat heb ik met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Then I coloured the white cardstock with Tumbled glass and Broken china distress ink and I adhered it on a white card. I adhered the image with foamtape on the card. On a strip of white cardstock I stamped the sentiment with the stampsets Simply said and Simply said II from Uniko. I have cut it into a bannershape and adhered it on the card.

Hallo, met dit kaartje wil ik iedereen heel graag een gelukkig nieuwjaar toewensen!
Normaal maak ik eigenlijk geen nieuwjaarskaartjes maar omdat deze afbeelding van Bugaboo stamps er zo perfect voor is, heb ik het toch maar eens gedaan. De afbeelding is Sheep - Happy new year to ewe van Bugaboo stamps. Ik heb het schaap ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de ogen van het schaap zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt net zoals ik met de kleine slingers heb gedaan. Op en witte kaart heb ik eerst een laag zwart papier geplakt en daarop groen sterretjespapier. De tekst hoort ook bij de stempel Sheep - Happy new year to ewe van Bugaboo. Naast de tekst, op de klok en op het sterretjespapier heb ik daarna nog een aantal zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

Normally I don't make new years cards, but I had to, because this image from Bugaboo stamps is perfect for it. The image is Sheep - Happy new year to ewe from Bugaboo stamps. I have coloured the sheep with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen for his eyes. I have cut the image out, jut like the little garlands. On a white card I adhered a layer of black paper and on top of that some green star paper. The sentiment belongs to the image Sheep - Happy new year to ewe from Bugaboo stamps. I added a couple of black hotfix gems next to the sentiment, on the clock and on the green star paper.

Hallo! Mijn eerste post van 2011. :) Ik begin met een nieuwjaarskaartje  voor een lieve vriendin. Ik kreeg een hele mooie kerstkaart van haar, maar ik had helaas geen tijd om nog iets voor de kerst te maken, dus het werd een nieuwjaarskaartje. Ik hoop dat ze hem inmiddels heeft ontvangen. Ik heb een soort envelopje gemaakt waar ik binnenin nog een kaartje heb geplaatst met mijn persoonlijke tekst. De envelop is gemaakt van whipped cream cardstock van Elzybells. Ik heb hierop stippenpapier van Nel van Veen gebruikt en purper papier van Papicolor. Op het purper papier heb ik een gestippelde swirl gestempeld met whipped cream witte inkt van Elzybells. Langs de randen heb ik gedoodled met een witte gelpen. De tekst is een stempeltje van Elzybells (tags-christmas) en die heb ik geponst met de Stampin up word window punch. De stempel die ik heb gebruikt is van Forever friends uit de Pink parfait set. Ik heb de beer ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Langs de rand van de cirkel heb ik gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Het kerststerretje is gemaakt met de mini poinsettia die van Marianne Design. Op de afbeelding en de kerstster heb ik nog wat stickles gebruikt.

Hello! My first post of 2011. :) I am starting with a happy new year card that I made for a sweet friend. I got a very lovely christmas card from her, but unfortunately I didn't have time to make her a christmas card, so I madeher this card. I made a sort of wallet and I wrote my personal message on a card inside the wallet. The wallet was made off whipped cream cardstock from Elzybells. I used dotted paper from Nel van Veen and purple cs from papicolor. I stamped with a dotted swirl on the purple paper with the whipped cream white ink from Elzybells. I doodled on the edges of the purple paper with a white gelpen. The sentiment is from the tags-christmas set from Elzybells and I punched it with the stampin up word window punch. The stamp I used is from Forever friends from the Pink parfait set. I coloured the bear with my derwent pencils. The image was cut out with the circle nestabilities. On the edge of the circle I dooded with a black fineliner. The little poinsettia is made with the mini poinsettia die from Marianne Design. I used some stickles on the image and the poinsettia.

Hallo, zo op de valreep plaats ik nog even mijn laatste kaartje van 2010. Mijn kaartje is gemaakt van heel donkerbruin papier en daarop heb ik een cirkel design papier geplakt. Het stipjes papier is van Pinecone press papers (sprinkles). De afbeelding is Happy new year van Tiddly Inks natuurlijk perfect voor een nieuwjaarskaartje, maar ze kan natuurlijk ook voor allerlei andere gelegenheden gebruikt worden. Ik heb de tekst gemaakt met het Olivia alfabet van quickutz. Met een witte gelpen heb ik accentjes op de letters aangebracht. Op de champagne heb ik star dust stickles aangebracht.

Tot slot wil ik iedereen een heel gelukkig 2011 toewensen en ook wil ik iedereen bedanken voor de bezoekjes aan mijn blog en alle lieve commentaren! Bedankt daarvoor!

Hello, I am posting my last card of 2010. My card was made of really dark brown paper and I added a circle cut out of design paper. The design paper is sprinkles from Pinecone press papers. The image I used is Happy new year from Tiddly Inks. The image is perfect for a New year card, but she is also perfect for birthdays or other celebrations. I made the sentiment with the Olivia alphabet from quickutz. I used a white gelpen to add some accents. I used star dust stickles on her glass.

I want to wish everyone a very happy 2011 and I want to thank everyone for their visits to my blog this year and all the sweet comments. Thank you so much!

Penny Black - Happy new year!

Vandaag heb ik weer eens meegedaan aan een challenge van de Penny Black saturday challenge blog. Ik ben gek op Penny Black stempels maar door de drukke tijd kwam het er maar niet van om weer eens mee te doen aan de challenges. Voor vandaag is het thema: Happy new year en bij de Secret crafter saturday challenge vragen ze ook om New beginnngs. Dus dat kwam heel mooi uit! ;) Dit schattige muisje van de Penny Black clear set Bubbly is perfect voor een nieuwjaarskaartje. Ik heb de afbeelding gestempeld op creme linnenpapier en daarna ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Het bubbeltje op de neus van de muis heb ik gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding heb ik uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. De scallop ovaal is uit bruin glitterpapier gesneden. Het kaartje heeft het formaat van 10 bij 10 centimeter. Uit het bruine glitterpapier heb ik een strook gesneden met een figuurschaar en hier overheen heb ik een cremekleurig lintje gedaan met een strikje. De tekst is weer een stempel uit de Kimmie's holiday sentiments. Ik heb hier ook het bruine glitterpapier onder gedaan. De foto is helaas niet heel mooi. Het lukt niet om een mooiere te krijgen met dit donkere weer.

Today I made a card for the Penny Black saturday challenge. I love the stamps from Penny Black, but I haven't played with the challenges for a while because off all the christmas preparations. Todays theme for the challenge is Happy New Year and at the Secret crafter saturday challenge they are asking for New beginnnings. So I have combined these challenges and made a card! ;) This cute little mouse from the Penny Black clear stamp set Bubbly is perfect for a new year card. I have stamped it on creme coloured paper with a linen structure and I coloured it with my derwent pencils. The image was cut out with my oval nestabilities. The scalloped oval was cut out of darg brown glitter paper. My card is very little, only 10 by 10 centimeter. I have cut a strip out of the brown glitter paper and cut it with my scalloped scissors. I added a creme coloured ribbon and bow on top of that. The sentiment is from Kimmie's holiday sentiments. Unfortunately the picture isn't that great. I can't get a better picture with this dark weather.

Hi! Ik wil iedereen een heel fijn en gelukkig en gezond 2010 toewensen! Ik wil meteen iedereen bedanken voor de bezoekjes en lieve commentaren op mijn blog. Ik waardeer ze heel erg!

Ik heb vandaag lekker eerst uitgeslapen en daarna ben ik heerlijk aan het knutselen gegaan. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt voor de All that Scraps weekly wednesday challenge blog. De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaartje heb gebruikt is July kiki van CC. designs, echt perfect voor een nieuwjaarskaartje! Kiki is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en op haar vleugels heb ik glitter gebruikt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stipjes op haar wangen getekend. Ik heb nog een paar zwarte hotfix steentjes geplaatst naast de afbeelding. Op een witte kaart heb ik eerst de rose stippen geprint. Ook het streepjes- en sterrenpapier heb ik geprint. De tekst komt uit een teksten stempelset van Kraftin Kimmie stamps. Ik heb voor de tekst de Stampin Up! word window punch gebruikt. De randjes van het labeltje heb ik bewerkt met rose inkt van Memento. Ik heb voor mijn kaart een sketch van Dawny van de Papertake weekly challenge gevolgd. Ik heb de tekst alleen op een andere plek geplaatst, want dat paste beter op mijn kaart.

Today I first slept in and after that I had some lovely crafting time. I have made a card for the All that Scraps weekly wednesday challenge. You have to make a newyears card for their challenge. The image I used on my card is from CC. designs: July kiki and it is perfect for a new years card. Kiki was coloured with derwent pencils and I have added some glitter on her wings. I used a white gelpen to draw the dots on her cheeks. I have places a few black hotfix stones next to the image. I have printed the pink dots on a white card. The striped and star paper were also printed. The sentiment is from a stampset from kraftin Kimmie Stamps. I used the Stampin Up! word window punch to punch it out. I have sponged the edges of that little tag with pin ink from Memento. I have followed a sketch from Dawny from the Papertake weekly challenge blog for my card. I have only placed the sentiment on another place, because that looked better on my card.

Gelukkig nieuwjaar! - Happy new year!

Ik wil iedereen een heel gelukkig 2009 toewensen!!! Ik wil graag iedereen bedanken voor de bezoekjes en commentaren op mijn blog. Ik waardeer het heel erg!!!

Het nieuwe jaar start voor mij met een flinke verkoudheid en dus heb ik vandaag mijn pyjama niet uitgedaan en heb ik een beetje zitten knutselen. Voor oud en nieuw had ik samen met mijn moeder nieuwjaarsrolletjes (heerlijk met slagroom erin!) gebakken voor de jaarwisseling. Ik heb ze in een plastic zakje gedaan en dat met een geruit lintje dichtgemaakt. Daarna heb ik er nog een labeltje aan gehangen. Met word heb ik de tekstcirkel gemaakt en het meisje in de cirkel is een digitale download van CC. designs. Ik heb het meisje ingekleurd met potloden van Bic en geurloze terpentine. Ik heb glitter aangebracht op de witte stukjes van haar kleren. De oogjes zijn nog extra aangezet met een zwarte glaze pen. I heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met mijn cirkel nestabilities.

The new year has started with a bad cold for me and so I have done some crafting with my pyjamas still on. I baked "new years rolls" (lovely if you fill them with whipped cream!) with my mum for new years evening. I put some of them in a plastic bag and closed it with a red gingham ribbon. Then I attached a label on it. With Word I made textcircle with the sentiment: happy new year in dutch. The girl inside the circle is a digital download from CC. designs. I colored her with pencils from Bic and OMS. I added some glitter to the white parts of her clothes. I colored her eyes with a black glaze pen to give them some extra sparkle. I cut the image with my circle nestabilities.

Happy new year

Ik kreeg nog vlak voor kerst een kaartje van mensen die ik niks had gestuurd. Ik had toen geen tijd meer om een kerstkaartje te maken, daarom heb ik vlak na kerst een nieuwjaarskaartje gemaakt. Het kleine mannetje is van magnolia en is ingekleurd met mijn Derwent kleurpotloden. Ik heb met mijn zwarte souflepen zwarte glimschoentjes gemaakt en zo zo ook de ogen aangezet. 2008 is gestanst met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz.

I got a christmas card just before christmas. At that moment I didn't have time to make a card for them, so I made a new year card for them. The little fellow is from Magnolia and I colored him with my Derwent coloursoft pencils. I gave him black shiny shoes with the black souflé pen. The numbers 2008 are made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz.
