Simon say stamp - Oh hello there

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 8 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 8 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin. 

Vandaag post ik een vrolijk regenboogkaartje. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 22 van Crealies een vierkant uit kraft karton gesneden. Daarop heb ik dit vrolijke vogeltje van de stempelset Stacking animals van Simon says stamp in een rondje gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, maar deze keer heb ik geen terpentine gebruikt om mijn afbeeldingen te blenden. De oogjes van de vogels heb ik gekleurd met de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb het vierkant met foamtape op een kraft kaart geplakt. Op een stukje kraft karton heb ik een leuke toepasselijke tekst van de set Figure of speech (retired) van Avery elle gestempeld en nadat ik deze heb uitgeknipt heb ik deze met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Today I am posting a bright rainbow card. I have cut a square from kraft cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 22 from Crealies. On the square I stamped this funny bird from the set Stacking animals from Simon says stamp in a circle. I have coloured the birds with my Polychromos pencils without using gamsol for blending. The eyes from the birds are coloured with the black glaze pen. I have glued the square with foamtape on a kraft card. On some kraft cardstock I have stamped a sentiment from the set Figure of speech (retired) from Avery elle. After fussy cutting the sentiment I have glued it wot foamtape on the card.

Vandaag is dag 7 van de 30-day coloring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Today is day 7 from the 30-day coloring challenge from Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag even een snelle post van mij. Ik heb een boekenlegger gemaakt met de grappige stempelset Stacking animals van Simon says stamp. Ik heb de dieren op maskerpapier gestempeld en uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik op een stukje Neenah desert storm papier een stapel dieren gestempeld. Ik heb alle dieren ingekleurd met mijn potloden. De ogen van de dieren heb ik gekleurd met een witte gelpen en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb daarna alle maskers weer op de dieren geplakt en toen heb ik de witte stippen gemaakt met Distress spray paint picket fence. Daarna heb ik de tekst nog gestempeld en een stiklijntje getekend met een witte gelpen.

Today a quick post from me. I made a bookmark with the funny stamp set Stacking animals from Simon says stamp. I stamped all the animals on masking paper and then I stamped a stack of animals on a piece of Neenah desert storm paper. I colored the animals with my pencils. I used a white gelpen and the black glaze pen to color their eyes. Then I adhered the masks again and made the white dots with Distress spray paint picket fence. Then I stamped the sentiment and added faux stitching with a white gelpen.

From the heart stamps - Pumpkin patch girl

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik mijn maandelijkse kaartje voor de challenge van From the heart stamps zien. De afbeelding die deze maand gebruikt moet worden is Pumpkin patch girl van From the heart stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgestanst met mijn cirkel nestabilities. Daarna heb ik een tekst uit de set Handwritten sentiments van Simon says stamp bij de afbeelding gestempeld. Op een witte kaart heb ik eerst zwart papier geplakt en daarop oranje gestreept papier uit het Kraft in color - color paperpad van Doodlebug. Ik heb er eerst zwart borduurgaren omheen gebonden. De achterkant van het streepjespapier is oranje stipjespapier en hieruit heb ik 2 bloemen geponst. Uit groen papier heb ik war takjes geponst en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. In het midden van de bloemen heb ik een grote witte parel geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am showing you my monthly card for the challenge from From the heart stamps. The image that has to be used this month is Pumpkin patch girl from From the heart stamps. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut it out with my circle nestabilities. Next to the image I stamped a sentiment from the set Handwritten sentiments from Simon says stamp. I first adhered a layer of black paper on a white card and then I added orange striped paper from the Kraft in color - color paperpad from Doodlebug. I first wrapped black embroidery thread around it. The backside of the striped paper is orange dotted paper and I punched 2 flowers out of it. I adde some leaves that I have punched from green cardstock. In the centres of the flowers I adhered a large white pearl.

The 30-Day coloring challenge - Day 29

Hallo, vandaag is dag 29 van de 30-day coloring challenge van Kathy van The Daily marker.

Hello, today is day 29 from the 30-day coloring challenge from Kathy from The Daily marker.

Vandaag heb ik 2 kaartjes en een tag gemaakt. Ik heb hiervoor de set Watercolor friendly flowers van Simon says stamp gebruikt en heel verrassend ik heb ze ingekleurd met aquarelverf. Ik kom er net pas achter dat de set zo heet, dus het was gewoon toeval. :)

Today I made 2 cards and a tag. I used the set Watercolor friendly flowers from Simon says stamp and Surprisingly I colored them with watercolors. :) I just found out that this is the name of the set, so it is pure coincedence. :)

Op het eerste kaartje heb ik de bloemen ingekleurd met peerless paint, een blaadje waarop heel veel pigment zit en waar je heel fijn mee kunt kleuren. Ik heb op de kaart een stukje zwart-wit gestreept washitape geplakt en daarop heb ik de bloemen met foamtape geplakt. De tekst komt uit dezelfde set als de bloemen. Op de bloemen heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

On the first card I colored the flowers with peerless paint, a sheet with a lot of pigment on it that is ideal for watercoloring. On my card I adhered a piece of black and white striped washi tape and on top of it I adhered the flowers. The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the flowers. I adhered black hotfix gems on the flowers.

Daarna heb ik een tag gemaakt. De tag is te koop bij de Hema. Ook deze bloemen zijn ingekleurd met peerless paint en ook hier heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes op de bloemen geplakt. Op de tag heb ik witte stickerrandjes geplakt. En daar bovenop heb ik de bloemen geplakt. De tekst komt weer uit dezelfde stempelset. Ik heb een stukje blauw bakers twine door de tag gebonden.

Then I made a tag. I bought these tags from the Dutch store Hema. I colored these flowers also with the peerless paint and added black hotfix gems. I adhered a couple of  white stickers on the tag and then I added the flowers. I used blue bakers twine in the tag. The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the flowers.

Voor de laatste kaart heb ik de bloemen gestempeld met Real red inkt van Stampin up en daarna heb ik ze ingekleurd met real red inkt. Op de kaart zelf heb ik de bloemenstengels gestempeld met Old olive inkt van Stampin up en daarna heb ik de bloemen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een aantal zwarte hotfix steentjes als decoratie op de kaart geplakt.

For the last card I stamped the flowers with Real red ink from Stampin up and then I colored them with Real red ink. On the card I stamped the flower stems with Old olive ink from Stampin up and then I adhered the flowers with foamtape on the card. I added a couple of black hotfix gems on the card as decoration.

Nieuw huis

Goedemorgen, hier ben ik weer met 2 nieuwe kaartjes. Een vriendin van me gaat verhuizen en dus heb ik een kaartje voor haar gemaakt. Ik heb voor het kaartje de stempelset Where your heart is van Simon says stamp gebruikt. Het huisje en de wolken zijn uitgesneden met de de dieset die bij deze stempelset horen. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om met lekker felle kleurtjes te werken. De lucht heb ik gekleurd met soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin. Ik heb hem daarna geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder. Het huisje en de grasheuvel heb ik gekleurd met het zomersetje distress inkt kleuren (picked raspberry, mowed lawn en 

salty ocean. Ik heb de raampjes en deuren met foamtape op het huis geplakt. Op het hartje heb ik glossy accents aangebracht. De tekst heb ik eerst gemaakt met behulp van de computer, daarna heb ik hem uitgestanst met de wolkenstans en daarna bestempeld. De grasheuvel heb ik uitgesneden met de silhouette. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stiklijntjes erop getekend. Met een bloemetjes pons heb ik een aantal bloemetjes gemaakt en daarna heb ik er stipjes op gezet met white enamel accents van Ranger. Maar ze zijn helaas een beetje uitgelopen (ik denk dat de roze inkt nog niet droog genoeg was)

Goodmorning, here I am again with 2 new cards. A friend of mine is moving and so I made her a card. I have used the stampset Where your heart is from Simon says stamp. I used the matching dieset to cut the house and the clouds. I wanted to work with bright colours. The sky is coloured with soap powder ink from Jenni Bowlin. Then I embossed it with the swiss dots embossing folder. The house and the grass hill are coloured with the summer distress ink set (picked raspberry, mowed lawn and salty ocean). I used foamtape to adhere the windows and door. I applied glossy accent son the little heart. The sentiment is made with the computer and then I cut it out with the cloud die and then I stamped it with the cloud stamp. The grass hill was cut with the silhouette. I have drawn faux stitching lines on it with a white gelpen. I punched a couple of little flowers and then I added a dot on them with white enamel accents from Ranger. But I think my pink ink wasn't dry yet, because they don't look well.

Ik heb meteen nog een tweede verhuiskaartje gemaakt voor mijn eigen voorraad. Hier heb ik voor wat neutralere kleuren gekozen. Deze keer heb ik de kleuren fired brick, peeled paint and old paper gebruikt.

I decided to make a second card for my own stash. This time I used more neutral colours. The colours I used are fired brick, peeled paint and old paper.
