The 30 day coloring challenge from Kathy Racoosin - Day 1!


Vandaag is dag 1 van de 30-day coloring challenge van Kathy Racoosin. En dat vind ik erg leuk! Dit is de vierde keer dat deze challenge wordt gehouden en dit is mijn derde keer dat ik mee doe. De eerste keer heb ik niet de hele maand gered en de tweede keer wel, we zullen zien hoe het deze keer gaat. De bedoeling van deze challenge is heel simpel: Je moet gewoon iedere dag iets kleuren! Wat je kleurt mag je zelf bepalen: kleur je een stempel, of liever een kleurboek of teken en kleur je zelf iets? Alles mag!

Today is day 1 from the 30-day coloring challenge from Kathy Racoosin. And I really love it! This is the 4th 30-day coloring challenge and this is my 3th time that I am participating. The first time I didn't finish the whole month and the second time I was able to join each day, we will see what happens this time. The challenge is really easy: You have to color something each day! Whatever you decide to color is totally up to you: you can color a stamp, or maybe a page from a coloring book, or you can decide to draw and color something that you have designed yourself. Everything is allowed!



Dit is mijn eerste kaartje voor de 30-day coloring challenge. Ik heb een eenvoudig one layer-kaartje gemaakt. Op een klein kaartje heb ik de afbeelding en de tekst van de stempel I love you Hoppy Poppy van Stamping Bella gestempeld met Versafine onyx black inkt. Voor het kaartje heb ik Neenah desert storm papier gebruikt. Het is een soort kraft kleur. Ik heb daarna de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de neusjes van de konijntjes en het hartje heb ik glossy accents aangebracht. Met een zwarte pen heb ik nog een kadertje langs de rand van de kaart getekend


This is my first card for the 30-day coloring challenge. I made a simple one layer card. On a small card I stamped the image and sentiment from the stamp I love you Hoppy Poppy from Stamping Bella with Versafine onyx black ink. For the card I used Neenah desert storm paper. It is a kind of kraft paper. The I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen. On the noses of the bunnies and the heart I added glossy accents. With a black pen I have drawn a frame on the edge of the card.
