Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kerstkaartje op mijn blog. Ik probeer deze het hele jaar door te maken, zodat ik aan het einde van het jaar een mooie voorraad klaar heb. Deze keer heb ik een afbeelding van Whimsy stamps gebruikt op mijn kaartje.
Ik heb de afbeelding Penguins decorate the tree (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb wat delen, zoals de kerstballen gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Op de ballen heb ik Glossy accents aangebracht. Op een witte kaart heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een kader langs de randen van de kaart getekend. Met een zwarte Posca pen heb ik verfspatjes op de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps gestempeld.
Goodmorning, today I a posting a new Christmas card on my blog. I try to make these during the whole year, so I will have a nice finished in december. This time I have used an image from Whimsy stamps on my card.
I have coloured the image Penguins decorate the tree (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps with my Polychromos pencils, a black glaze pen and a white gelpen. Then I have fussy cut the image. I have coloured parts of the image, like the christmas ornaments with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I applied Glossy accents on the Christmas ornaments. On the front of a white card I have drawn a frame with a black fineliner. I added paint splatters on the card with a black Posca pen. I have glued the image on the card with foamtape. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) from Whimsy stamps on the card.
