As you like it challenge 233 - Your favourite food

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. We willen graag je favoriete eten op je kaartje zien. Ik heb voor een heerlijk ijsje gekozen, want vorige week heb ik voor het eerst weer eens ijs gehad van mijn favoriete ijswinkel en het was weer enorm genieten. Mijn lievelingssmaak is hazelnootijs, maar dat vond ik niet zo leuk kleuren op mijn kaartje dus ik ben voor andere favorietjes gegaan: banaan, yoghurt bosvruchten. Hmmmm heb er meteen zin in! ;)

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de Penguin ice cream (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb een stuk wit karton gesneden met de Mini slim rounded stitched die set (WSD300a) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb met maskerpapier een stukje afgeplakt voor mijn strand en daarna heb ik met het  It's cloudy - 6x9 stencil (WSS107c) van Whimsy stamps en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb daarna de wolken afgeplakt met het maskerpapier en ik heb mijn strand gekleurd met Brushed corduroy en Gathered twigs Distress inkt. Met Vintage photo Distress inkt heb ik verfspatjes op de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb geel borduurgaren rondom mijn karton gebonden en het daarna op een witte mini slimline kaart geplakt. De tekst komt uit de stempelset Penguin poop Clear stamps (CWSD231) van Whimsy stamps.

I have chosen a delicious ice cream, because last week I finally got some ice cream, the first time this year, from my favourite ice cream store and I really enjoyed it! My favourite flavour is hazelnut, but that colour didn't look really good on my card, so I went for other favourite: banana and youghurt forest fruits. I really want some ice cream now! ;)

I have made a card with a digital stamp from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the Penguin ice cream (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps with my Polychromos pencils, a black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have cut a front panel for my card from white card stock with the Mini slim rounded stitched die set (WSD300a) from Whimsy stamps. I have masked a beach on it with masking paper and then I added a cloudy background with the It's cloudy - 6x9 stencil (WSS107c) from Whimsy stamps and Peacock feathers Distress ink. Then I masked the clouds and made a beach with Brushed corduroy and Gathered twigs Distress ink. I added paint splatters with Vintage photo Distress ink. I have tied yellow embroidery thread around the panel and then I glued it on a white mini slimline card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Penguin poop Clear stamps (CWSD231) from Whimsy stamps on the card.
