Christmas 2022 - Clearly besotted - It's beginning to look a lot like christmouse

  

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een tag die ik alvast voor kerst heb gemaakt. Ik heb de muisjes en de lamp van de stempelset Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Met mijn Silhouette cameo heb ik een tag in de vorm van een kerstbal gesneden uit wit karton. Op de tag heb ik een achtergrond gemaakt met Scattered straw, Wild honey, Broken china, Mermaid lagoon, Blueprint sketch en Chipped saphire Distress inkt. Ik heb op de achtergrond kleine verfspatjes aangebracht met witte acrylverf. Ik heb de tag nog een keer uit wit karton gestanst en daarna heb ik met de Stitched basic edges 2 (retired) van My favorite things een sneeuwheuvel gemaakt voor de afbeelding. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted op de tag gestempeld met Versamark inkt en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stiklijntjes langs de randen van de tag getekend.

 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a tag that I made for Christmas. I started with stamping the mice and lantern from the set Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted. I have coloured all the image with my Polychromos pencils, a black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut all the images.

 With my Silhouette cameo I have cut a tag in the shape of a Christmas ornament from white cardstock. On the tag I have made a background for images with Scattered straw, Wild honey, Broken china, Mermaid lagoon, Blueprint sketch and Chipped saphire Distress ink. Then I added paint splatters with white acrylic paint. I have cut the tag again and with the Stitched basic edges 2 (retired) from My favorite things I have cut a snowhill. I glued the images with foamtape on the tag. The sentiment from the set Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted is stamped on the tag with Versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I added faux stitching with a white gelpen.

Di's digi designs challenge - Hand colour your image

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog. Deze keer willen we graag een handgekleurde afbeelding op je kaartje zien.

Ik heb een slimline kaart gemaakt met de digitale stempel Bee mine mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb de paarse en witte laag karton gestanst met stansen van de set Nellie's multiframes Slimline circles (MFD139) van Nellie Snellen. Op de witte laag heb ik een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt met Tumbled glass distress inkt. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Handgeschreven groetjes van Marianne design gestempeld. Ik heb de kaart versierd met kristallen hotfix steentjes.

Tiny painting challenge - A little flower painting

Goedemorgen, gisteren heb ik meegedaan aan een challenge van de Watercolor - Beginners and beyond facebookgroup. Daar hebben ze deze week de Tiny painting challenge van Watercolors beginners and beyond. Je moet dus een hele kleine aquarel maken die maximaal 4 bij 4 cm groot mag zijn. Ik wilde mijn papier snijden, maar zat niet op te letten, dus ik heb per ongeluk een aquarel van 3 bij 3 cm gemaakt. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner kleine bloemetjes getekend. Hierbij was ik geinspireerd door de tekeningen van Shayda Campbell. Ik heb de tekening gemaakt op Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram van Vaessen creative. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met een klein kwastje en de Winsor & Newton Cotman aquarelset. Het is me zelfs gelukt om wat werking in de bloemen te krijgen. Het was een leuke challenge om aan mee te doen en ik denk dat ik me nog wel een keer aan een tiny painting ga wagen.

Goodmorning, yesterday I have joined a challenge from the Watercolor - Beginners and beyond group on facebook. This week they have a Tiny painting challenge from Watercolors beginners and beyond. You have to make a tiny watercolour painting that cannot be larger than 4 by 4 cm. I was cutting my paper and I didn't pay attention to it, so I have cut a piece of paper that is 3 by 3 cm. I have drawn little flowers on my painting with a black fineliner. I was inspired by the flower drawings from Shayda Campbell. I have made my drawing on Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram from Vaessen creative and then I painted the image with Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolours. I love that I was able to even get some effect in my painting. It was a fun challenge and I am looking forward to make another tiny painting.

As you like it challenge 234 - Favourite way to decorate a gift card

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Dies to die for. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete manier zien om een cadeau kaart te geven. Ik vind het nogal saai om een cadeau kaart zomaar te geven, dus ik probeer er vaak een leuke verpakking bij te maken, zodat het iets minder saai is om te geven. Deze keer heb ik een doosje gemaakt waarin ook nog 3 lekker chocolaatjes passen, zodat het een extra feestelijk cadeautje wordt.

Mijn doosje is geïnspireerd op een doosje dat ik ergens op internet heb gezien en ik heb met behulp van de Silhouette cameo een eigen versie gemaakt die de perfecte maat heeft voor de cadeaukaart en de chocolaatjes. Voordat ik het doosje in elkaar heb geplakt heb ik een afbeelding van de stempelset Birthday party van Penny Black op het doosje gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding ook nog eens op maskerpapier gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op mijn doosje gemaskerd. Ik heb daarna met Picked raspberry en Gathered twigs Distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb daarna zwarte hotfix steentjes rondom de afbeelding geplakt. Onder het raampje in het doosje heb ik een tekst van de stempelset So much to say (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld.

This time I have made a box that also holds 3 delicious chocolates to make the gift extra festive. 

My box is inspired by a box that I have seen somewhere on the internet and I made my own version with the help of my Silhouette cameo. It has the perfect size for a gift card and the 3 chocolates. Before I glued the box I have stamped an image from the set Birthday party from Penny Black on the4 box. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have stamped the image also on masking paper. I have masked the image on the box and used Picked raspberry and Gathered twigs Distress inks to add a background on the box. I have decorated the box with black hotfix gems. Under the window in the box I have stamped a sentiment from the set So much to say (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje voor Whimsy stamps. Deze keer heb ik de afbeelding I adore you (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Met de Grassy and cloud edger dies (WSD421) van Whimsy stamps heb ik een stencil gemaakt van de wolkenrand en daarna heb ik op een witte kaart met Peacock feathers Distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Met de grasrand van de Grassy and cloud edger dies (WSD421) van Whimsy stamps heb ik uit groen stipjespapier van het Mix-n-match 2 paperpack (WSDP38) van Whimsy stamps een grasrandje gemaakt en dat heb ik op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst gestempeld van de set Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps. Uit rood karton heb ik met de Heart confetti die (retired) van Alexandra Renke een aantal hartjes gestanst en die heb ik boven mijn afbeelding geplakt.

Alexis Cantu - Monarch butterfly workshop

Hallo, gistermiddag heb ik een workshop gevolgd van Alexis Cantu. Het was de Workshop Monarch butterfly op facebook. Ik heb mijn vlinder op 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano getekend en daarna heb ik de afbeelding gekleurd met de Mijello mission gold watercolours.

De workshop was heel goed te volgen, doordat Alexis echt goed de tijd neemt om alles uit te leggen en je krijgt ook veel tijd om mee te kleuren. Ik heb weer veel geleerd en het was een leuke workshop. Is mijn tekening perfect? Nee, ik zie nog wel wat verbeterpuntjes, maar dat maakt me niet uit, want het was vooral erg leuk om mee te doen en ik heb me al voorgenomen om de workshop nog eens over te doen in mijn eigen tempo. 

Hello, yesterday I have followed a watercolour workshop from Alexis Cantu. It was the Workshop Monarch butterfly on facebook. I have drawn my butterfly on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano and then I painted the image with my Mijello mission gold watercolours.

It was a really nice workshop and it was really easy to follow. Alexis really takes her time to explain everything and you have lots of time to paint every part of the workshop. I have learned a lot and really enjoyed myself. Is my painting perfect? No, I do some things that I can improve, but the most important thing was that I have had real fun. I want to follow the tutorial another time in my own pace, just because it was so much fun!

Goedemorgen, het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag bloemen op je kaartje zien. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Have a micey mice day van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions op het kleine labeltje gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb het kleine labeltje en wat bloemetjes gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen.

Op een kraft kaart heb ik roze design papier van het Hello summer paperpad van Echo Park, nadat ik hier eerst een wit lintje omheen heb gebonden. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 73 van Crealies heb ik een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Nadat ik de cirkel op de kaart heb geplakt heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions op mij kaart gestempeld. De kaart is daarna nog versierd met witte hotfix steentjes.

On the little tag in the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen from Craft emotions. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have coloured the little tag and the flowers with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. 

On a kraft card I have glued pink patterned paper from the Hello summer paperpad from Echo Park, after I tied a white ribbon around it. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 73 from Crealies I have die-cut a circle from white cardstock and I glued it on my card. Then I added the image with foamtape on the circle. Under the circle I have stamped a sentiment (congratulations) from the stampset Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen from Craft emotions. The card is decorated with a couple of white hotfix gems.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. We willen graag je favoriete eten op je kaartje zien. Ik heb voor een heerlijk ijsje gekozen, want vorige week heb ik voor het eerst weer eens ijs gehad van mijn favoriete ijswinkel en het was weer enorm genieten. Mijn lievelingssmaak is hazelnootijs, maar dat vond ik niet zo leuk kleuren op mijn kaartje dus ik ben voor andere favorietjes gegaan: banaan, yoghurt bosvruchten. Hmmmm heb er meteen zin in! ;)

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de Penguin ice cream (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb een stuk wit karton gesneden met de Mini slim rounded stitched die set (WSD300a) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb met maskerpapier een stukje afgeplakt voor mijn strand en daarna heb ik met het  It's cloudy - 6x9 stencil (WSS107c) van Whimsy stamps en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb daarna de wolken afgeplakt met het maskerpapier en ik heb mijn strand gekleurd met Brushed corduroy en Gathered twigs Distress inkt. Met Vintage photo Distress inkt heb ik verfspatjes op de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb geel borduurgaren rondom mijn karton gebonden en het daarna op een witte mini slimline kaart geplakt. De tekst komt uit de stempelset Penguin poop Clear stamps (CWSD231) van Whimsy stamps.

I have chosen a delicious ice cream, because last week I finally got some ice cream, the first time this year, from my favourite ice cream store and I really enjoyed it! My favourite flavour is hazelnut, but that colour didn't look really good on my card, so I went for other favourite: banana and youghurt forest fruits. I really want some ice cream now! ;)

I have coloured the Penguin ice cream (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps with my Polychromos pencils, a black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have cut a front panel for my card from white card stock with the Mini slim rounded stitched die set (WSD300a) from Whimsy stamps. I have masked a beach on it with masking paper and then I added a cloudy background with the It's cloudy - 6x9 stencil (WSS107c) from Whimsy stamps and Peacock feathers Distress ink. Then I masked the clouds and made a beach with Brushed corduroy and Gathered twigs Distress ink. I added paint splatters with Vintage photo Distress ink. I have tied yellow embroidery thread around the panel and then I glued it on a white mini slimline card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Penguin poop Clear stamps (CWSD231) from Whimsy stamps on the card.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met een afbeelding van Whimsy stamps. Deze keer heb ik een mini slimline kaartje gemaakt met de Bashful ballerina (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb een mini slimline kaartje gemaakt van kraft karton. Uit wit karton heb ik een laag voor op de kaart gestanst met de Mini slim rounded stitched die set (WSD300a) van Whimsy stamps. Het roze stipjes papier van het Mix-n-match 2 paperpack (WSDP38) van Whimsy stamps is ook met dezelfde die set uitgestanst. Ik heb het roze stipjespapier op het witte karton geplakt en daarna heb ik er een wit lintje omheen gebonden. Ik heb het witte karton met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De tekst van de stempelset Simple sentiment strips (CWSD354) van Whimsy stamps is op wit papier gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik kadertjes rondom de woorden getekend en daarna heb ik ze uitgeknipt. Ik heb de losse woorden op het roze design papier geplakt. De kaart is daarna versierd met kristallen hotfix steentjes.

The pink dotted patterned paper from the Mix-n-match 2 paperpack (WSDP38) from Whimsy stamps is also cut with the same die set. I have glued the pink paper on top of the white cardstock and then I tied white ribbon around it. I have glued the white cardstock with foamtape on my slimeline card and then I added the image also with foamtape. The sentiment from the set Simple sentiment strips (CWSD354) from Whimsy stamps is stamped on white cardstock. With a black fineliner I have drawn a frame around all the words and then I have fussy cut them all. I have glued the words on the pink patterned paper. The card is decorated with crystal hotfix gems.

Di's digi stamps - Happy mother's day

Goedemorgen, gisteren was het moederdag in Nederland en ik heb een kaartje voor mijn moeder gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding Tails together mice van Di's digi stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Op de voorkant van een witte kaart heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb daarna ook nog kleine verfspatjes gemaakt met de Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van de kaart getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Boven de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Spring botanicals - Daffodil van Uniko gestempeld. 

Goodmorning, yesterday we celebrated mother's day in the Netherlands and I have made a card for my mother with a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image Tails together mice from Di's digi stamps with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut the image,

On the front of a white card I have made a background for my image with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. I have added tiny paint splatters with the Peacock feathers Distress ink. With a black fineliner I have doodled a line around the edges of the card. The image is mounted on the card with foamtape. Above the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Spring botanicals - Daffodil from Uniko.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kaartje voor Whimsy stamps op mijn blog. Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Bee with flower van de Bee happy set (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. De vleugels van de bij heb ik gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb uit wit karton met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies een vierkant gestanst. Daarna heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies een cirkel uit het vierkant gestanst. Op een wit kaartje heb ik een stukje blauw stipjespapier van het Mix-n-match 2 paperpack (WSDP38) van Whimsy stamps geplakt. Daarna heb ik het witte karton met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape in de cirkel op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Sending sunshine clear stamps (CWSD225) van Whimsy stamps op mijn kaart gestempeld. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card for Whimsy stamps on my blog. This time I have made a card with the image Bee with flower from the Bee happy set (digital stamp) from Whimsy stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. The wings are coloured with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I have fussy cut the image. 

I have cut a square from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies. Then I have cut a circle out of the square with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies. On a white card I have glued blue dotted paper from the Mix-n-match 2 paperpack (WSDP38) from Whimsy stamps. Then I glued the white square with foamtape on the card. I have glued my bee with foamtape inside the circle. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Sending sunshine clear stamps (CWSD225) from Whimsy stamps on the card.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een tekening van een muisje. Ik ben al in februari met deze tekening begonnen, maar het is me pas vorige maand gelukt om de tekening af te maken. Ik heb mijn tekening in het Watercolour book A6 Landscape van Hahnemühle gemaakt. Eerst met potlood en daarna met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met de Mijello mission gold watercolours. De ogen en het neusje heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a drawing from a little mouse. I started working on this drawing in february, and finished it in march. I have made the drawing in the Watercolour book A6 Landscape from Hahnemühle. First with a pencil and then with a black fineliner. I have coloured the image with the Mijello mission gold watercolours. The eyes and nose are coloured with a black glaze pen.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kerstkaartje op mijn blog. Ik probeer deze het hele jaar door te maken, zodat ik aan het einde van het jaar een mooie voorraad klaar heb. Deze keer heb ik een afbeelding van Whimsy stamps gebruikt op mijn kaartje. 

Ik heb de afbeelding Penguins decorate the tree (digital stamp) van Whimsy stamps ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb wat delen, zoals de kerstballen gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Op de ballen heb ik Glossy accents aangebracht. Op een witte kaart heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een kader langs de randen van de kaart getekend. Met een zwarte Posca pen heb ik verfspatjes op de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Everyday scripted sentiments (CWSD155) van Whimsy stamps gestempeld.

I have coloured parts of the image, like the christmas ornaments with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I applied Glossy accents on the Christmas ornaments.
