Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt de challenge gesponsord door Lee Holland. We willen graag weten wie je favoriete persoon is om een kerstkaart voor te maken. Ik vind het altijd erg leuk om kersttags te maken voor mijn familie. Ik weet dat ze het leuk vinden om te krijgen en dan geniet ik er extra van om ze te maken. Deze tag is gemaakt voor mijn moeder omdat ze net als ik gek is op muisjes en omdat ze zo'n lieverd is, verdient ze een mooie tag!

Ik heb op mijn tag de digitale stempel Mouse stocking van Ltts doodles gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Christmas tag shaker (SL-ES-CD251) van Studio light heb ik een tag uit wit karton gestanst. Op de onderkant van de tag heb ik stipjespapier van het Red devil paperpack (retired) van Bazzil basics geplakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van de tag getekend en daarna heb ik stipjes op de tag getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Scribble it (retired) van Clearly besotted op wit karton gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kader rondom de tekst getekend en daarna heb ik deze uitgeknipt en op de tag geplakt. 

Hello, today a new challenge starts  on the As you like it challenge blog and this time our challenge is being sponsored by Lee Holland. This time we would like to know who your favourite person is to make a christmas card for. I really enjoy making christmas tags for my family. I know they love getting them on their presents and then it is extra fun to make these tags for them. This tag is for my mum, because she also loves mice and because she is the best mum in the world, she deserves a cute tag!

On my tag I have used the digital stamp Mouse stocking from Ltts doodles. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Christmas tag shaker (SL-ES-CD251) from Studio light I have cut a tag from white cardstock. On the bottom part of the tag I have glued dotted paper from the Red devil paperpack (retired) from Bazzil basics. With a black fineliner I have drawn lines around the edges of the tag and I also did draw tiny dots on the tags. I have glued the image with foamtape on the tag. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Scribble it (retired) from Clearly besotted on white cardstock. With a black fineliner I have drawn a frame around the sentiment and then I have cut it and glued it on the tag.

Hello, today I am posting a new drawing that I have made for the mydoodlenine challenge from Doodledaydarlings. This post explains what the #mydoodlenine challenge is. 

Vakje 7 heb ik gevuld met een beertje met regenhoedje en paraplu. Ik heb een beertje getekend, maar doriansdrawings had een poppetje getekend. Deze past natuurlijk perfect in mijn thema en ik vond het erg leuk om een tekening van Dorian na te tekenen, want hij heeft een gave eigen stijl van tekenen.

Square 7 is filled with a bear with a raincap and umbrella. I have drawn a bear, but doriansdrawings has drawn a little character. It is perfect for my theme and I loved drawing one of Dorians images, because he has a unique style. 

In vakje 8 heb ik het schattige regenlaarshuisje van mevrouwcactus getekend. Deze was erg leuk om te tekenen!

In my 8th square I have drawn the adorable rainboot house from mevrouwcactus. I really enjoyed drawing this one!

In mijn vijfde vakje heb ik de schattige pinguin van drawminty getekend. Met zijn sjaal en dikke trui vond ik hem perfect bij mijn thema passen.

In my 5th square I have drawn the cute penguin from drawminty. I had to add him because of his big scarf and cosy sweater, they are perfect for my theme.

In mijn zesde vakje heb ik de schattige leeuw van debbybakr getekend. Deze leukerd kon niet ontbreken.

In my 6th square I have drawn the adorable lion from debbybakr. This sweetheart had to be added on my page.

Di's digi designs challenge - Christmas with no red or green

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag kerstkaarten zien, maar dan wel zonder de traditionele kleuren rood en groen. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Carol singing mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Stiekem heb ik wel rood en groen gebruikt voor de holly op het boekje. ;) Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Met de Straight rectangles (MFD103) van Nellie Snellen heb ik een rechthoek uit blauw glitterkarton gestanst. Ik heb deze rechthoek geëmbost met de Marjoleine's stripes (DF3456) van Marianne design. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de rechthoek geplakt en daarna heb ik deze op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Scribble it (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps op wit karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze uitgestanst met de Verticale banners stitching van Carlijn design. Ik heb de tekst met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Op de blauwe achtergrond heb ik witte sticker stippen geplakt zodat het lijkt alsof het sneeuwt. 

Hello. today a new challenge starts on the Di's digi designs challenge blog and this time we would love to see christmas cards, but without the traditional colours red and green. I have made a card with the digital stamp Carol singing mice from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. Don't tell anyone, but I did use red and green for the holly on the carol book. I have fussy cut the image.

I have glued the banner with foamtape on the card. I glued white sticker dots on the blue background to make it look like it is snowing.

In mijn tweede vakje heb ik de leuke kip van marikendesteen getekend. Door het parapluutje vond ik hem perfect bij mijn muis passen die in een plas aan het stampen is. Het regent superveel hier op het moment hier in Nederland, dus dat is dan ook meteen mijn thema voor de maand november geworden. 

In my second square I have drawn the super cute chicken from marikendesteen. Because of the umbrella I think it is perfect for my mouse who is jumping in a puddle. At the moment it is raining a lot in the Netherlands, so the rain is my theme for the month of november.

In mijn derde vakje heb ik de paraplu van creamirandabea getekend. Die past natuurlijk helemaal perfect bij een regenthema.

In my 3th square I have drawn the umbrella from creamirandabea . It is perfect for my rain theme.

De grappige zeehond met regenmuts van mooieknooierd is de perfecte tekening voor mijn vierde vakje. Deze tekening was flink zwoegen, want het tekenen van een zeehond viel niet mee, maar uiteindelijk ben ik wel tevreden met het resultaat. 

The funny seal from mooieknooierd is the perfect drawing for my 4th square. This drawing was a lot of work, because drawing a seal was really hard for me. In the end I am happy with the result.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete dier voor kerstkaarten zien. Uiteraard heb ik voor een muisje gekozen. Muisjes zijn mijn lievelingsdieren. Ik vind ze gewoon erg schattig met hun grappige grote oren. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Mice and mistletoe van Lili of the valley. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 van Crealies heb ik 2 mooie randjes aan de zijkanten van het witte karton gestanst. Ik heb met Summer sky inkt van Memento een achtergrond rondom de afbeelding geblend. Ik heb kleine witte sticker stippen rondom de afbeelding geplakt, zodat het lijkt alsof het sneeuwt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Scribble it (retired) van Clearly besotted onder de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op een kaart van rood glitterkarton geplakt.

This time we would like to see your favourite animal for christmas cards. It won't be a surprise that I have chosen for a 2 little mice. A mouse has always been my favourite animal. I think they are really adorable and I love their funny big ears. 

I have made a card with the digital stamp Mice and mistletoe from Lili of the valley. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have cut the sides of the white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 from Crealies. I have ink blended a background around the image with Summer sky ink from Memento. I have added tiny white sticker dots around the image, to make it look like it is snowing. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Scribble it (retired) from Clearly besotted under the image. I have glued the white cardstock with the image with foamtape on a card from red glitter cardstock.

Di's digi designs challenge - Fancy folds or anything but a card

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag kaarten zien die op een bijzondere manier zijn gevouwen of projecten die iets anders zijn dan een kaart.

Ik heb voor deze challenge een cadeautasje gemaakt voor een klein kerstacdeautje. Op het tasje heb ik de digitale stempel Christmas tree pals van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 130 van Crealies heb ik een rechthoek uit zwart en wit papier gestanst. Ik heb een sneeuwheuvel gemaakt van het witte rechthoek met de Borders 1 van Paper smooches (no longer in business) en daarna heb ik deze op de zwarte rechthoek geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de rechthoek geplakt en daarna heb ik witte sneeuwvlok stickers op de achtergrond geplakt. Ik heb het tasje gemaakt van design papier uit een blok van Craft sensations. Ik heb het zo groot gemaakt dat mijn cadeautje er precies in past. Boven in het tasje heb ik 2 gaatjes geponst zodat het tasje gesloten kan worden met een wit lintje. Ik heb de rechthoek met de afbeelding daarna op het tasje geplakt. Op een stukje wit karton heb ik een tekst van de set So much to say (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze gestanst met de Verticale banners stitching van Carlijn design. Ik heb de banner met tekst met foamtape op het tasje geplakt.

For this challenge I have made a gift bag that holds a little present. On the bag I have used the digital stamp Christmas tree pals from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 130 from Crealies I have cut 2 rectangles from black and white cardstock. I made a snowhill from the white rectangle with the Borders 1 from Paper smooches (no longer in business) and glued it on top of the black rectangle. I have glued the image with foamtape on the black panel and then I placed white snowflake stickers around the image. I have made a bag from red patterned paper from a paperpad from Craft sensations. I made it the perfect size for my present. I punched 2 holes in the top of the bag, so I can close it with white ribbon. I have glued the rectangle with the image on the bag. I have stamped a sentiment from the set So much to say (retired) from Clearly besotted on white cardstock and then I have cut the sentiment with the Verticale banners stitching from Carlijn design and then I glued it with foamtape on the bag.

Christmas tag - Merry christmas

Hallo, afgelopen zomer heb ik een kaart gemaakt met een lieve afbeelding van Amanda Jayne designs. Ik heb toen meteen met hetzelfde materiaal een tag gemaakt voor op mijn kerstcadeautjes straks. Ik heb weer de digitale stempel Holly bear van Amanda Jayne designs gebruikt. Ik heb dezelfde afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Gift tags 2 van Paper smooches (no longer in business) heb ik een tag uit wit karton gestanst. Op de tag heb ik rood ruitjespapier van het Red devil paper pack (retired) van Bazzil basics geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Onder de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de set Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld. Ik heb de tag versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

I added the image with foamtape on the card. Under the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted. I have decorated the tag with black hotfix gems.

Hallo, tijdens mijn vakantie van vorige maand heb ik een kleine tekentutorial van Corrina Campbell gevolgd. Ik heb de How to draw ....an autumnal bear van Corrina's classroom op youtube gevolgd. Ik heb de tekening geschetst op Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr van Winsor & Newton. Ik heb de tekening overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de tekening ingekleurd met White nights aquarelverf van St. Petersburg. Ik heb hiervoor de kleuren van napjes gebruikt die ik tijdens mijn vakantie heb gekocht, dus zo heb ik meteen een leuk aandenken aan de vakantie. 

Hello, during my vacation last month I have followed a tutorial from Corrina Campbell. I have done the How to draw ....an autumnal bear from Corrina's classroom on youtube. I have sketched my drawing on Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr from Winsor & Newton and then I traced the image with black fineliners. I coloured the bear with White nights watercolour from St. Petersburg. I have used colours from paint pans that I have bought during my vacation.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint de nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Amanda Jayne designs. Deze keer willen we graag weten welke kleurencombinatie je het liefste gebruikt op je kerstkaarten: Traditionele kleuren of juist een moderne kleurencombinatie. Ik ben gek op de kleur rood en vind de traditionele combinatie van rood en groen erg fijn om op kerstkaarten te gebruiken en dat heb ik dan ook nu gebruikt. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Holly mouse van Amanda Jayne designs. Ik kan de afbeelding op dit moment helaas niet vinden in haar shop. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 95 van Crealies een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst. Met het Watercolour square stencil van My favorite things en Candied apple en Aged mahogany Distress inkt heb ik hierop een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik onder het vierkant en naast de afbeelding een tekst van de set Scribble it (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld. Ik heb het rechthoek met de afbeelding met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt.

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer een nieuwe tekening die ik heb gemaakt voor de mydoodlenine challenge van Doodledaydarlings. Deze post geeft uitleg over de #mydoodlenine challenge. Het is alweer november en dat betekent weer een nieuwe mydoodlenine! Ik had best een beetje moeite om iets te maken deze maand. Ik had allemaal ideetjes en plannen en niks leek te lukken, dus die plannen stel ik nog even uit en gelukkig kwam er toen wel inspiratie voor een nieuwe doodle. Deze maand heb ik een muisje (mijn lievelingsdier, voor wie dat nog niet doorhad ;) ) getekend die lekker in een plas aan het springen is. Best wel toepasselijk met de regen van de afgelopen dagen. 

Hello, today I am posting a new drawing that I have made for the mydoodlenine challenge from Doodledaydarlings. This post explains what the #mydoodlenine challenge is. It is already november and that means the start of a new mydoodlenine! This month I had a hard time to think what I was going to do. I had all kinds of plans and doodled some things, but nothing worked out like I wanted it to. So I am postponing those plans and started thinking again and luckily then I got the inspiration for my new doodle. This month I have drawn a little mouse (my favourite animal, for those who hadn't noticed ;) ), who is jumping in a big puddle. This image seemed really fitting with all of the rain we had the past few days in the Netherlands.
