Di's digi designs challenge - Lots of layers

 

Hallo, vandaag is er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog begonnen en deze keer is onze challenge: Lots of layers.  Als je me goed kent, weet je dat ik meestal geen kaarten maak met heel veel laagjes, dus dit was een echte challenge. ;) 

Ik heb voor deze challenge een kerstkaart gemaakt met de digitale stempel Poinsettia mouse van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb uit wit karton een rechthoek gesneden en daar heb ik wit borduurgaren rondom gebonden en daarna heb ik het op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies een cirkel uit het witte karton gestanst en daarna heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies een geschulpte cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de cirkels op mijn kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Mini messages van Clearly besotted stamps op de cirkel naast de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb de kaart versierd met heeeeel veeel mini pareltjes. Op het rechthoek heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een kader getekend.

Hello, today our new challenge on the Di's digi designs challenge blog has started and this time our challenge is: Lots of layers. If you know me really well, you know I usually don't use many layers on my card, so this was a real challenge.  ;)

I have made a christmas card for this challenge with the digital stamp Poinsettia mouse from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the stamp with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut the image. I have cut a rectangle from white cardstock and after I tied white embroidery thread around it, I have glued it on a white card. I have cut a circle from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies and used the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies to cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock. I glued both of them on a white card and then I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps on the circle. The card is decorated with looooooooooots of white mini pearls. I have drawn a frame on the rectangle with a black fineliner.
