As you like it - Non card project

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag je favoriete bezigheid naast het kaartenmaken zien. Ik lees graag maar om nou een foto van een boek te posten leek me een beetje raar. ;) Daarnaast vind ik het erg leuk om persoonlijke cadeautjes te maken voor mensen. Ik maak dan ook graag doosjes die ik de perfecte maat kan geven zodat het cadeautje dat er in zit precies past en dat het zo versierd is dat het helemaal past bij de persoon die het cadeautje krijgt.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we want to see your favourite non-card project. I really love reading books, bu showing you a picture of the book that I am reading at the moment would be a little weird. I also really love giving personal gifts. I like making boxes and bags, so they will have the perfect size for the gift that comes in it. I also really like that you can decorate the gift/bag to make it a really personal gift.

Ik heb mijn doosje van wit karton gesneden met een Gable box die van een onbekend merk. Het doosje is versierd met stempels van de set Fairy friends van Lawn fawn. Ik heb diverse afbeeldingen gestempeld en deze daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Ik heb hiervoor de kleuren van de regenboog gebruikt. Ik heb vervolgens alle afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Uit wit karton heb ik grasrandjes gestanst met de Fresh cut grass die-namics van My favorite things (retired). Ik heb het gras gekleurd met Mowed lawn distress inkt. Op het doosje heb ik een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt. Daarna heb ik de grasranden langs de onderkant van het doosje geplakt. Vervolgens heb ik alle afbeeldingen op het doosje geplakt. Ik heb alle vleugels van de feetjes gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen.

I have cut my box from white cardstock with a Gable box die from an unknown brand. I decorated it with images from the stampset Fairy friends from Lawn fawn. I have coloured all the images with my Polychromos pencils and used the colours of the rainbow to colour them. Then I have fussy cut all the images. From white cardstock I have die-cut a grass border with the Fresh cut grass die from My favorite things (retired. I have made it green with Mowed lawn distress ink. On the box I made a cloudy background with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. I have glued the grass border on the bottom edges of the box. Then I glued all the images on the box. I have coloured all the wings of the fairies with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen.
