Tuesday morning sketches - Welkom thuis

Hallo!

Hello! I made this card last week for a friend. In february she broke both her knees after she fell from her horse and now she is finally back home after a long stay in the hospital and a recovery centre. A good reason for a card! I used the very lovely sketch from the Tuesday morning sketches blog for my card. The image I used is from Stampfairy and I got it once as a freebie. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour the eyes of the bear. I have cut the image out with my nestabilities. I stamped the dots on a white card with the Polka dots basics set from Papertrey Ink. I added a layer of strawbeery fool cardstock from Elzybells. On the cs I have drawn faux stitching with a white gelpen. I have made the white border with a dienamic die from My favorite things. The flower is made with the floral punches 1 from Nellie Snellen. In the centre of the flower I adhered a white pearl. The sentiment (welcome home) is made with the Katie alphabet from quickutz.
