Tiddly Inks - Verjaardagskaart

Hallo!

Hello! Today it is my aunt's birthday and that is the perfect reason for a birthday card! I have used a Tiddly Inks image: Minnie on my card, because my aunt loved this image when she saw it a while ago on my computer. :) I have coloured Minnie with my pencils and I paperpieced her dress with purple gingham paper. I have coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen and then I added glossy accents on her glasses. The image is cut out with the circle nestabilities. I added some glue on the edge of the circle and added some glitter on it. On a white card I adhered a layer of the purple gingham paper and I stamped the sentiment from the Essential sentiments set from My favorite things on it. The white borde is made with the dienamic die Dainty lace border from My favorite things. The flowers are made with the retro flower punches and the branches are also made with a punch. In the centres of the gingham flowers I added a crystal hotfix stone and  I used some little black hotfix stones for the flowers on the image. The numbers are made with the Katie alphabet from quickutz.
I want to enter my card in the sketch challenge from the Sketch saturday blog.

I made a matching money wallet. The wallet is also decorated with the retro flowers and the sentiment is again from My favorite things.

And finally I decorated the lid of a giftset from the bodyshop with the gingham paper and I added a gorgeous bow that I made with white ribbon.
