If everything went ok, you should have come here from the blog of Angela. I hope you enjoyed her gorgeous cards! If you did miss the start of the bloghop, please go to the start at the Tiddly Inks shop! There you can find a list with all the participants, in case you get lost while you are hopping around. ;) As I said earlier there are some amazing prices to win. There is a secret message hidden in the bloghop, so be on the lookout for Pirate Jane and write down the letter you find with her. The letters are in the good order and they give a secret message. If you found this secret message, please email it to ccart87@gmail.com and by doing this you have a chance to win one of the amazing prices!
Now I am finally going to show you the cards that I made with some of the many new images that Christy from Tiddly Inks has drawn for us. They are all amazing, so I had a really hard time to pick which images I wanted to use for my creations. So today I am showing you 3 projects and tomorrow I will have some more new projects.
My first card is made with the image Rainbow dreamer. I immediately knew that I wanted to colour this girl in some right colours and then combine the image with kraft paper. :) I have coloured the image with my pencils and the eyes of the girl are coloured with a black glaze pen. I have cut the image out and use foamtape to adhere it on the kraft paper. I added a couple of clouds to the kraft paper with some white ink and A cloud template that I cut by hand. The sentiment is stamped with the Everyday greetings set from Tiddly Inks. I made 10 little holes in the kraft paper and made 5 little bows from Bakers twinein the same colours as the rainbow. I added faux stitching on the edge of the kraft paper with a white gelpen.
My second project is actually a little box, but I didn't make very good pictures. I also forgot to make picture from the inside of the box. :( So stupid! I have filled the little box with 6 little merci chocolates. On the box I used the image Bev. I have printed the sentiment under the image. Bev is coloured with pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I have paperpieced Bev's dress with the same red paper as I used for my box. I doodled a dashed line on the edge of the image with a black fineliner. The little flowers are made with a retro flower punch and I added some white hotfix stones in the center. The white border is made with the apron lace punch from Fiskars.
And this is my last card for today. The image I used is Party time, an amazing image! I have coloured the image with my pencils and I decorated the dresses from both pixies with a white gelpen. As always I used a black glaze pen for the eyes of the pixies. On the little banners I stamped the sentiment I (heart) you with an alphabet set from Elzybells. Somewhere on my computer I found this cute flower paper that matches really well with the image. I coloured all the roses on the background paper with my pencils. I have cut a circle with my nestabilities and embossed it with the swiss dots embossing folder. I adhered the circle behind the image.
And look who we have here? It is Jane en she is carrying the letter J. :)
If you click on the image, you will hop to the next blog! I want to wish everyone a very happy day and have lots of fun with bloghopping!
