DU2DS 16 - Anything but a card.

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer vrijdag en dus hebben we weer een nieuwe uitdaging van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week is het de bedoeling om anything but a card te maken. Dus alles mag zolang het maar geen kaart is. Weer een leuke challenge wat mij betreft en volgens mij vonden mijn design team genoten het ook een leuke challenge aangezien ze allemaal geweldige dingen hebben gemaakt. Kom vooral kijken op het blog en misschien heb je wel zin om mee te doen.

Goodmorning everyone. It is friday again and we have another new challenge for you on the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog. This week you have to make anything but a card. So verything is good as long as it isn't a card. Again another fun challenge (I think) and I think my other design team mates loved it also very much, because they all made stunning projects. So please take a look at the blog and maybe you want to make something for our challenge too.



Ik heb een doosje gemaakt voor de challenge. Het doosje heb ik ook helemaal zelf ontworpen. Ik heb het doosje bekleed met rose stipjes en streepjes papier. Op de deksel heb ik een digitale afbeelding van CC. Designs gebruikt: namelijk Gretel. Gretel is ingekleurd met potloden en daarna heb ik haar uitgeknipt. Op haar vleugeltjes heb ik gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Met een pons van McGill heb ik de vormen uit wit en zwart papier geponst. Deze heb ik daarna op elkaar geplakt. Bovenop heb ik nog een zwarte cabochon geplakt.

I made a little box for this challenge. I designed the box myself. I used pink dotted and striped paper to decorate the box. On the lid I used a digital image from CC. Designs: Gretel. Gretel was colored with pencils and then I cut her out. I colored her wings with a clear spica glitter pen. I used a punch from McGill for the black and white shapes. I glued them on top of each other and I added a black cabochon on top of that.

Rondom het deksel heb ik een wit satijnen lintje geplakt en aan de voorkant heb ik een strikje gemaakt. Het doosje heb ik gevuld met lekkere snoepjes van mentos (en nee die zijn nog niet allemaal op :) ).

I attached a white satin ribbon on the lid and made a little bow. I filled my box with some candy from mentos ( and no, I didn't eat them all :) ).

Magnolia

Vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met één van de stempels uit de serie Chasing butterflies van Magnolia. Ik ben nog steeds aan het wachten op mijn zomerstempel kit, maar ik ben bang dat die kwijt is. :( Voor mijn kaartje heb ik Tilda as butterfly gebruikt. Tilda is ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Haar oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht. Op haar vleugels heb ik gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. Na het inkleuren heb ik haar uitgeknipt. Het achtergrond stempeltje is ook van Magnolia uit de chasing butterflies serie. Na het kleuren heb ik die uitgesneden met cirkel nestabilities. Ik heb nog een paar kleine vlindertjes gestempeld en deze heb ik na het inkleuren ook uitgeknipt. De tekst komt uit het setje everyday greetings van Elzybells en is gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik witte embossingpoeder gebruikt. In de hoekjes heb ik rose hotfix pareltjes gebruikt.

Today I made this card with one of the stamps from the Chasing butterflies series from Magnolia. I am still waiting for my summerkit, but I guess it got lost. :( I used Tilda as butterfly on my card. Tilda was colored with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. Her eyes were colored with a black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to draw some accents. I colored with a clear spica glitter pen on her wings. After I was done with coloring I cut her out. The background stamp is also from the chasing butterflies stamps from Magnolia. Aftre I colored it, I cut it out with my circle nestabilities. I also stamped some little butterflies and cut those also out. The sentiment is from the Everyday greetings set from Elzybells. I stamped it with versamark ink and then I used white embossingpowder. In the corners of the card I used pink hotfix pearls.

Just magnolia

Vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt voor de Just magnolia challenge blog. Deze week moet je een leuke sketch van Mina volgen. Ik heb een magnoliaatje uit de springkit gebruikt voor mijn kaart. Tilda is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en daarna uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik zelf de achtergrond gemaakt met een bloemenstempeltje van Mix & match. De bloemetjes zijn ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Het stukje rose linnen papier is geëmbost met de swiss dots embossingfolder van cuttlebug. De tekst is gestempeld en is een Nederlandse Stamping bella tekst (die kun je bestellen via de email bij cardart). De zwarte bloemetjes zijn gemaakt met een ponsje.

Today I made a card for the Just magnolia challenge. This week you have to use the lovely sketch from Mina. I used a magnolia stamp from the springkit for my card. Tilda was colored with derwent pencils and after the coloring I cut her out with the oval nestabilities. I made the background paper myself on a white card. I used a little flower stamp from Mix & match and I colored the flowers with derwent pencils. The piece of pink linen paper was embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment (congratulations) was stamped and it is a dutch Stamping Bella stamp. The black flowers are made with punches.

Friday sketchers

Gisteravond heb ik nog een kaartje gemaakt voor de nieuwe challenge van de Friday sketchers. Met mijn kaartje voor sketch 58 heb ik een geweldige prijs gewonnen: Ik mag voor 50 dollar shoppen bij Simon says stamp! Geweldige prijs dus en dat shoppen zal ik eens gauw gaan doen. Zal wel moeilijk worden want ze hebben wel heel veel leuke spullen daar. Voor mijn kaartje voor de allerlaatste sketch heb ik één van mijn nieuwe gorjuss girls van Sugar Nellie gebruikt. Ik heb haar gekleurd met derwent potloden. De vleugels zijn gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Haar oogjes en de hartjes op haar jurk heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op de kaart heb ik de hartjes achtergrond geprint. De rode strip papier is geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De driehoekjes in de hoeken zijn gemaakt met een pons. Ook de bloemetjes zijn geponst. Met mijn zwarte glaze pen heb ik er een stip ingekleurd. De tekst komt nog. Ik wist nog niet goed wat ik erbij wilde zetten. :)

Yesterday evening I made this card for the new challenge from the Friday sketchers. I have won challenge 58 with my card and I have won an amazing price: I have gotten a shopping voucher for 50 dollars to spend at Simon says stamp! I am so happy with it. It will be really difficult to choose, because they have so many great things. I used one of the new gorjuss girls stamps from Sugar Nellie on my card for sketch 60. I colored her with derwent pencils. I colored the wings with a clear spica glitter pen. Her eyes and the hearts on her dress were colored with a black glaze pen. The image was cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. I printed the hearts background on my card. The red strip of paper was embossed with the swiss dots emnossingfolder from cuttlebug. The triangles are made with a punch. The flowers were also punched. With my black glaze pen I have drawn a dot in the middle of the flowers. I didn't add a text. I will do that later. :)

DU2DS 15 - Pink, black and white.

Hallo allemaal. Het is alweer tijd voor de 15e challenge van DU2DS. Deze keer hebben we een kleurencombinatie die je moet gebruiken op je kaart en natuurlijk een digitale stempel. De kleuren zijn rose, zwart en wit. Een geweldige kleurencombinatie, dus leuk om te doen! Ik heb op mijn kaartje de afbeelding van Vicky van Chris Dark (sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Vicky is gekleurd met potloden. Op haar jurk heb ik met een witte souffle pen de stippen getekend. Daarna is de afbeelding uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de zwarte stippen geprint. Ik heb nog een strip van het rose papier gebruikt en daar de tekst op gestempeld. Deze komt uit de ellie set van stamposaurus. De 3 bloemetjes zijn geponst. In de hartjes heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes gebruikt.

Hi everyone. Today it is time for the 15th challenge from DU2DS. This time we have a lovely color combination you have to use on your card and a digi stamp offcourse. The colors are pink, black and white. I love these colors, so it was a fun challenge. On my card I used the image of Vicky from Chris Dark (sketchingstamper). I colored Vicky with my pencils. I colored the dots on her dress with a white souffle pen. After that I cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. On a white card I printed the black dots. I used a strip of the pink paper to stamp my sentiment on. This is from the ellie set from stamposaurus. The 3 flowers were made with punches. I used black hotfix stones in the hearts.

Nog een geslaagd kaartje

Mijn buurvrouw had een paar kaartjes nodig voor twee mensen die geslaagd waren. Dit is een tweede kaartje dat ik voor haar heb gemaakt. De afbeelding is een digitale stempel van The greeting farm: Grad Anya. Anya is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en daarna uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik de rode achtergrond geprint. De tekstcirkel is met de computer gemaakt en daarna uitgeknipt. Op het zwarte lintje heb ik met het olivia alfabet van quickutz het woord hoera geschreven.

My neighbour wanted me to make some cards for person who just graduated. This is the second card that I made for her. The image is a digital stamp from The greeting farm: Grad Anya. Amya was colored with derwent pencils and then she was cut out. I printed the red background on a card. The text circle was computer generated and after printing I cut it out. On a black ribbon I made the word Hurray with the olivia alphabet from quickutz.

CAS22 - Hey, hey it's your birthday

Vandaag nog even een kaartje gemaakt voor de laatste CAS challenge van deze week op SCS. Deze week is het de bedoeling dat je een verjaardagskaartje maakt. Met mijn cirkel nestabilities heb ik de witte en rode cirkels uitgesneden. De binnenkant van de rode cirkel is zelf geknipt langs het randje van de witte, omdat ik maar een heel klein randje rood wilde. Op de witte cirkel heb ik daarna de viooltjes gestempeld met een stempeltje van de Rubber stamp tapestry. Ik heb ze ingekleurd met derwent potloden. In de hartjes van de bloemen heb ik nog wat glitter aangebracht met een clear spica glitter pen. Op een witte kaart heb ik daarna de tekst geprint. De cirkel is daarna opgeplakt met foamtape. In de hoekjes van de kaart heb ik nog wat viooltjes gestempeld.

Today I made a card for this week's CAS challenge on SCS. This week you have to make a birthday card. I have cut two circles with my nestabilities. I cut the red circle on the inside myself with my scissors, because I only wanted a little bit of the red circle to show. On the white circle I stamped the pansies with a stamp from the Rubber Stamp Tapestry. I colored the pansies with a derwent pencil. I added some glitter with a clear spica glitter pen. On a white card I printed the sentiment (happy birthday). I mounted the circles with foamtape on my card. I stamped some pansies in the corners of the card.

Sketch saturday

Mijn buurvrouw heeft me gevraagd of ik een paar geslaagd kaartjes wilde maken voor haar. Ze heeft voor zowel jongens als meiden kaarten nodig. Met de sketch van deze week van de sketch saturday blog heb ik mijn eerste kaartje voor een jongen gemaakt. Een extra optie deze week was om de kleuren rood wit en blauw te gebruiken. Ik heb op de kaart een digi stempel van The greeting farm gebruikt: Grad Ian. Ian is ingekleurd met coloursoft potloden van derwent en het donkerblauwe is ingekleurd met een aquatone potlood van derwent. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht en de oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de rode strepen achtergrond geprint. Met nestabilities heb ik een vierkant uit donkerblauw papicolor papier gesneden. Ik heb dit vierkant daarna geëmbost met een embossingfolder van quickutz: lines and dots. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de streepjes getrokken op de geëmboste strepen. Ik heb uit wit papier sterretjes geponst en deze bovenop de stippen geplakt. Het woord hoera is gemaakt met het olivia alfabet van quickutz. De rest van de tekst is geprint.

My neighbour asked me to make a few gradution cards. She wanted some for both boys and girls. I used this weeks sketch from the Sketch saturday blog to make my forst card for a boy. They have an extra option this week: You have to used red, white and blue on your card. I used a digital image from The greeting farm on my card: Grad Ian. I colored Ian with derwent coloursoft pencils and the darkblue parts were colored with a blue aquatone pencil. I have drawn some accents with a white gelpen and the eyes were colored with a black glaze pen. The image was cut out with rectangle nestabilities. On a white card I printed the red lines. I used my nestabilities to cut the square from dark blue paper. Then I embossed it with an embossingfolder from quickutz: Lines and dots. I did some faux stitching on top of the embossing with a white gelpen. I punched some stars out and glued them on top of the dots. The word hoera (hurray) was made with the olivia alphabet from quickutz. The sentiment ( you have your diploma) was printed.

DU2DS 14 - Embossing

Goedemorgen allemaal! Vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe challenge voor jullie bedacht op het DU2DS blog. Deze week is het de bedoeling om ergens op je kaartje te embossen. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik gekozen voor een geweldige afbeelding van Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper): Bluebells. Ik heb de bluebells ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Omdat ik de afbeelding op zich zelf al heel mooi vind, heb ik mijn kaart verder heel simpel gehouden. Ik heb met de vierkante nestabilities uit stevig papier 3 grote vierkanten gesneden. Deze heb ik als embossing mallen voor het kader gebruikt op de kaart. De kaart is daarna afgemaakt met 4 blauwe cabochons. Kom vooral ook even op het blog kijken om alle geweldige kaarten van de rest van het design team te zien!

Goodmorning everyone! Today we have a new challenge for you on the DU2DS blog. This week you have to use embossing (dry or wet) somewhere on your card. I have chosen an amzing image from Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) for on my card: Bluebells. I have colored the bluebells with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. Because the image is so beautiful, I wanted to keep my card very simple.I cut 3 squares out of cardstock with nestabilities and used them as my embossingtemplate to create the frame. Some blue cabochons were added as decoration. Please take a look at the blog and see all the great creations from the others from the design team!

Forever friends

Afgelopen week heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt voor de challenge van deze week van de forever friends challenge blog. Ik zag de sketch staan en vond hem zo leuk dat ik mee wilde doen. Ik heb de stempel van het beertje met de ballon gebruikt en deze heb ik gekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht. Op de ballon heb ik gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen, maar dat is niet te zien op de foto. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met vierkante nesties. Op een witte kaart heb ik de paarse stippen geprint. De paarse strip en driehoek zijn geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De tekst is gestempeld met de Everyday greetings set van Elzybells. De kaart is afgemaakt met een paar zwarte hotfix steentjes.

I made this card for the challenge on the forever friends challenge blog. I saw the sketch and really liked it, so I made a card. I used the stamp of the forever friends bear with the balloon and colored it with derwent pencils. I used a white gelpen for some accents. The balloon was colored witha clear spica glitter pen, but yu can't see that in my picture. The image was cut with square nesties. I printed the lilac dots on a white card. The lilac strip and triangles were embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment was stamped with the everyday greetings set from Elzybells. I finished off my card with black hotfix stones.
