Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze keer willen we weten of je liever de kerstman of een sneeuwpop op je kaartje ziet. In mijn jeugd vierden we sinterklaas met cadeautjes en kerst niet, dus ik ben niet echt opgegroeid met een kerstman en daardoor heb ik er ook niet heel veel mee, dus ik ben voor een sneeuwpop gegaan of in dit geval een sneeuwkonijn. ;)
Ik heb een tag gemaakt met de digitale stempel Snow rabbit van Lili of the valley. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Creative craft lab Tag (ccl-es-cd422) van Studio light heb ik de tag uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de onderkant van de afbeelding ook met de stans uitgesneden zodat het een mooi geheel wordt. Ik heb de achtergrond voor de afbeelding gekleurd met Distress inkt. Ik heb hiervoor de kleuren Peacock feathers, Prize ribbon en Chipped sapphire Distress inkt gebruikt. Met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white heb ik kleine verfspatjes aangebracht zodat het sneeuwt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik deze op de tag geplakt. Op wit karton heb ik een tekst van de set Simple script (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld en deze heb ik daarna uitgestanst met de Smalle tekststrips (retired) van Carlijn design en daarna heb ik de tekst met foamtape op de tag geplakt.

We would like to know if you prefer santa or a snowman on your card. Growin up in the Netherlands we didn't celebrate christmas with presents, but instead we celebrated sinterklaas, so I am not really santa crazy and I decided to go for a snowman or in this case a snow rabbit. ;)
I have made a tag with the digital stamp Snow rabbit from Lili of the valley. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Creative craft lab Tag (ccl-es-cd422) from Studio light I have cut a tag from white cardstock. I used the die to cut the bottom part of the image. I have made a background for my image with Distress inks. I have used Peacock feathers, Prize ribbon and Chipped sapphire Distress ink. I have added tiny paint splatters on the background with Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white to make it look like snow. I glued the image with foamtape on the tag. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple script (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on white cardstock and then I have cut the sentiment with the Smalle tekststrips (retired) from Carlijn design.
