Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt de challenge gesponsord door Lili of the valley. We willen deze challenge graag weten wat je favoriete manier is om sneeuw op je winterkaart toe te voegen. Sinds een paar jaar heb ik Deep impression chunky enamels white van Stampendous en dat vind ik echt een supergave manier om sneeuw op mijn kaartje te hebben. Het is dikke embossingpoder en het geeft gewoon een heel mooi effect op je kaartje.
Ik heb een kerstkaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van onze sponsor deze week. Ik heb de afbeelding Penguin parade van Lili of the valley ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik met Peacock feathers, Blueprint sketch, Chipped saphire en Black soot Distress inkt een nachtlucht gemaakt. Toen de achtergrond helemaal droog was, heb ik de sneeuw op mijn kaart gemaakt met Deep impression chunky enamels white van Stampendous. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de hele oude clear set Christmas sentiments (retired) van Lili of the valley gestempeld op wit karton en daarna heb ik deze gestanst met een stans van de Snijmallen verticale banners stitching van Carlijn design. Ik heb de banner met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt.

We want to know what your favourite way is to add snow on a winter card. A couple of years ago I have bought Deep impression chunky enamels white from Stampendous and now it is my favourite way to add snow on an image. It is a thick embossingpowder and I really love the effect it gives on your card.
I have made a christmas card with a digital stamp from our sponsor this week. I have coloured the image Penguin parade from Lili of the valley with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. On a white card I have made a night sky with Peacock feathers, Blueprint sketch, Chipped saphire and Black soot Distress ink. After my background was completely dry, I added the Deep impression chunky enamels white from Stampendous. After I heated the embossingpowder, I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from an very old set Christmas sentiments (retired) from Lili of the valley on white cardstock and then I have die-cut the sentiment with the Snijmallen verticale banners stitching from Carlijn design. I have glued the banner with foamtape on the card.
