As you like it challenge 241 - Your favourite card shape

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Amanda Jayne designs. We willen deze keer graag je favoriete kaartvorm zien en we willen graag weten waarom je voor die vorm kiest. De meeste kaarten die ik maak zijn vierkant of rechthoekig (slimline), maar mijn absolute favoriet is de ronde kaart. Door deze challenge word ik er zeker aan herinnerd dat ik vaker cirkel kaarten moeten maken. De vorm is gewoon erg leuk, net iets anders dan een standaard kaart. Ze zijn gewoon erg leuk om te maken. 

Van Amanda Jayne designs, onze sponsor, heb ik de digitale stempel Bella in flower pot van Amanda Jayne designs gekregen. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb 2 cirkels uit wit karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 van Crealies. Ik heb het bovenste gedeelte van de cirkels aan elkaar geplakt om zo een kaart te maken. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies heb ik een cirkel uit gestreept design papier van het Essentials paper pad - Patterns Brights van Studio light gestanst en die heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een cirkel frame uit wit karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 107 van Crealies en die heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Binnen in het cirkelframe heb ik de afbeelding geplakt met foamtape. Met de Mini blooms & sprigs van Spellbinders heb ik een aantal bloemetjes en blaadjes uit wit en groen karton gestanst en daarna heb ik deze op de kaart geplakt. Op wit karton heb ik een tekst van de set Mini messages (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld en daarna heb ik de tekst uitgestanst met een stans van de set Verticale banners stitching van Carlijn Design en daarna heb ik deze op de kaart geplakt. 

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this week our challenge is being sponsored by Amanda Jayne designs. This time we want to see your favourite card shape and you have to to tell us why it is your favourite card shape. Most of the cards that I make are square or rectangle (slimline) shaped, but my absolute favourite shape is a circle card. This challenge really reminds me, that I should make them more often. I really love the shape, it is so different if you compare it standard card shapes. I really enjoy making them.

Amanda Jayne designs has given me the digital stamp Bella in flower pot from Amanda Jayne designs for my card. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. I have cut 2 circles from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 from Crealies. I have glued the top parts of the circles together to make my card. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies I have cut a circle from striped patterned paper from the Essentials paper pad - Patterns Brights from Studio light and glued it on the card. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 107 from Crealies I have cut a circle frame from white cardstock that I glued on the circle from patterned paper. Inside the circle frame I have glued the image with foamtape. I have cut a couple of flowers and leafs from white and green cardstock with the Mini blooms & sprigs from Spellbinders and glued those on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Mini messages (retired) from Clearly besotted on white cardstock. I have cut the sentiment with the Verticale banners stitching from Carlijn Design and then I glued it on the card.
