Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw kerstkaartje op mijn blog om zo een leuke voorraad klaar te hebben in december. Ik heb deze keer een kaartje gemaakt met de clear stempelset Squeak, It's christmas van Clearly besotted. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt.
Ik heb op een witte kaart een achtergrond gemaakt voor mijn afbeelding met Distress inkt. Ik heb hiervoor Scattered straw, Wild honey, Broken china, Mermaid lagoon, Blueprint sketch en Chipped saphire Distress inkt gebruikt. Toen de lucht droog was, heb ik met witte acrylverf kleine verfspatjes op de achtergrond aangebracht. Met de Stitched basic edges 2 (retired) van My favorite things heb ik een sneeuwheuvel uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Squeak, It's christmas van Clearly besotted gestempeld. Ik heb de sneeuw met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.
Goodmorning, today I am posting a new christmas card on my blog. This way I will have a nice stash of finished cards in december. I have made a card with the clear stamp set Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the images.
I have made a background on a white card with Distress inks. I have used Scattered straw, Wild honey, Broken china, Mermaid lagoon, Blueprint sketch and Chipped saphire Distress ink for this. When the background was dry again I added paint splatters with white acrylic paint. I have cut a snowhill from white cardstock with the Stitched basic edges 2 (retired) from My favorite things. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Squeak, It's christmas from Clearly besotted on the hill and then I glued it on the card with foamtape. I glued the images with foamtape on the card.
