Create a smile stamps - Sit back and relax

Goodmorning, this is day 5 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik een zomers kaartje, dat ik heb gemaakt met de stempelset Unmatched van Create a smile stamps. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik het lezende muisje gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Today I am posting a summer card, that I have made with the clear stamp set Unmatched from Create a smile stamps. For this card I have stamped the reading mouse and then I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. 

Op mijn kaartje wilde ik graag mijn nieuwe stencil van Create a smile stamps gebruiken, maar niet zomaar. Ik wilde hem gebruiken om zo een mooie strandachtergrond te maken. 

Ik ben begonnen met het plaatsen van het Slices stencil van Create a smile stamps. Daarna heb ik stencils op het eerste stencil gelegd en zo heb ik de achtergrond gemaakt. Met de Hillside stencils van Lawn fawn heb ik met Wild honey en Brushed corduroy Distress inkt het strand gemaakt. Met het Make waves stencil van My favorite things en Salty ocean Distress inkt heb ik de zee gemaakt. Als laatste heb ik de wolken gemaakt met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass Distress inkt. Ik heb daarna een tekst van de stempelset Unmatched van Create a smile stamps op de kaart gestempeld. Ik heb een foto gemaakt zonder de afbeelding zodat de achtergrond goed te zien is. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. 

On my card I really wanted to use my new stencil from Create a smile stamps, but in a special way. I wanted to use with other stencil to create a pretty beach.

I started with placing the Slices stencil from Create a smile stamps. Then I added my other stencils on top of the first one and that is how I made my background. With the Hillside stencils from Lawn fawn and Wild honey and Brushed corduroy Distress ink  I have made the beach. I used the Make waves stencil from My favorite things and Salty ocean Distress ink to create my sea. Finally I used the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass Distress ink to create the clouds. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Unmatched from Create a smile stamps on the card. I have made a picture before I added the image, so you can really see the background. I used foamtape to glue the image on the card.
