Gerda Steiner designs - Valentine penguins

Goodmorning, this is day 10 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik een valentijnskaartje, hier op mijn blog, maar ook op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb deze keer een kaartje gemaakt met een schattige afbeelding van de stempelset Valentine penguins van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de pinguin met de hartjesballon gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de ballon gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Uit wit karton heb ik een vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies. Ik heb met een Harten die een hart uit maskerpapier gestanst. Ik heb de buitenkant op het witte vierkant gelegd en daarna heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt het hart ingevuld met een wolkenachtergrond. Nadat ik het vierkant op een witte kaart heb geplakt heb ik de afbeelding en de tekst met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna de kaart nog versierd met een aantal kristallen hotfix steentjes.

Today I am posting a valentines card, here on my blog but also on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I made a card with a cute image from the stampset Valentine penguins from Gerda Steiner designs. I have used the image of the penguin with the heart balloon. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. The balloon is coloured with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. I have fussy cut the image. From white cardstock I have cut a square with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies. With a heart die I have cut a heart from a piece of masking paper. I put the left over piece of the masking paper on the sqaure and then I made a cloudy background with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. After I adhered the square on a white card I adhered the image and the sentiment with foamtape on the card. I decorated the card with crystal hotfix gems.
