Tiddly inks - Triangle box with Wryn the mermaid


Goedemorgen, vandaag heb ik weer een nieuw Tiddly Inks projectje om te showen hier op mijn blog. Deze keer heb ik een driehoeksdoosje gemaakt. Zo eenvoudig om te maken en toch heb je dan zo snel een leuk doosje. :) Deze keer heb ik gewerkt met de afbeelding Wryn the mermaid van Tiddly Inks. Ik heb Wryn ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik moet zeggen dat ik toch best wel trots op mijn kleurwerk was. Normaal vind ik haar kleuren niet erg makkelijk, maar op deze afbeelding is het goed gelukt (vind ik zelf dan). Op de voorkant van mijn doosje heb ik een driehoek geplakt die ik uit wit karton heb gesneden. Hierop heb ik met blauwe inkt de zee gekleurd. Ik heb soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin en Stormy sky distress inkt gebruikt. Uit bruin karton heb ik de zee bodem gesneden. Het zeewier is gesneden uit groen karton met de silhouette. Ik heb hiervoor de Seaweed set gebruikt. Het doosje wordt gesloten met een paars lintje.


Goodmorning, today I have a new Tiddly Inks project to show you here on my blog. This time I made a triangle box. Really simple to make, but oh so cute. :) This time I used the image Wryn the mermaid from Tiddly Inks. I colored Wryn with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. I have to say that is am really proud of my coloring. Normally I don't think coloring hair is very easy, but I really love how it turned out on this image. I adhered a triangle from white cardstock on the front of the box. I colored the sea on it with soap powder ink from Jenni Bowlin and stormy sky distress ink. I have cut a seabed from brown cardstock. The seaweed is cut from green cardstock with the silhouette. I used the file Seaweed set. The box is closed with a purple ribbon.
