DU2DS 27 - Red and green.

Goedemorgen allemaal.

Goodmorning everyone. It is friday again and it is time for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp and this week we have a colour combination: red and green. The perfect colours for a christmas card and I still need to make a few cards, so I was happy with these colours. I used the lovely sketch from the Truly scrumptious blog on my card. The image I used is from Christy Croll. I love her huggabuggs stamps that she made for Stamping Bella, so I was really happy that she is also selling digital stamps on Etsy. The image was coloured with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. The eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen and her wings were coloured with my clear spica glitter pen. I cut the image out aftre I coloured it. The circles were cut with my nestabilities and I have embossed the white circle with the snowflakes embossing folder from cuttlebug. I have cut the rectangle with my nestabilities and stamped the hollies on it with an Elzybells stamp. The sentiment is from a Kraftin Kimmie winter sentiment stamp set.
IMAGE: Holly bugg from Tiddly inks, holly from Elzybells, Kimmie's holiday sentiments. CS: White and red cs. INK: Versafine onyx black. ACCESSORIES: Derwent and caran d'ache pencils, black glaze pen, circle and rectangle nestabilities, clear spica glitter pen, black satin ribbon, snowflakes embossing folder cuttlebug.
