Mouse in the house - Congrats

Goedemorgen, vandaag heb ik een verjaardagskaartje om te laten zien. Ik heb weer een Mouse in the house afbeelding van Heather Ellis gebruikt. Dit is Mouse in the house 003 van Heather Ellis. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de bloemetjes heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt en rondom de afbeelding heb ik hele kleine zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Stitched rectangle stax van My favorite things. Ik heb met dezelfde die uit zwart-wit stipjespapier van het Kraft in color - color paperpad van Doodlebug nog een rechthoek gesneden. Op mijn kaart heb ik eerst een laag roze papier geplakt en daarop het stipjespapier. Rondom het roze papier heb ik een wit lintje gebonden. Bovenop het lint heb ik een klein strikje geplakt. De tekst komt uit de set Jibber jabber van The alley way stamps. Ik heb deze gestempeld met versamrk inkt en daarna geëmbost met zwarte embossingspoeder en daarna heb ik de tekst uitgesneden met de Stitched rectangle stax van My favorite things.

Goodmorning, today I have a birthday card to show you. I used another Mouse in the house image from Heather Ellis. This is Mouse in the house 003 from Heather Ellis. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen. I decorated the image with black hotfix gems and I places some really tiny ones around the image. I have cut the image out with the Stitched rectangle stax from My favorite things. I used the same die to cut another rectangle out of black and white dotted paper from the Kraft in color- color paperpad from Doodlebug. On my card I adhered a layer of pink paper. Then I adhered the dotted paper and then I wrapped a white ribbon around the pink paper. I added abow on top of the ribbon. The sentiment is from the set Jibber jabber from The alley way stamps. I stamped it with versamark ink and then I embossed it with black embossingpowder. I have cut the sentiment out with the Stitched rectangle stax from My favorite things.

Tiddly Inks - Dog days

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik alvast mijn kaartje zien voor de Fabulous friday op het Tiddly Inks blog. Ik had voor de kerstdagen kerstlichtjes gekocht bij de primark en die zaten in een doorzichtig doosje. Ik wilde nadat ik de lichtjes eruit had gehaald eerst het doosje weggooien, maar daarna bedacht ik me dat dit doosje ook voor een leuk hobbyprojectje gebruikt kon worden. Ik heb eerst een strip rood-wit stipjespapier rondom het doosje geplakt om het label op het doosje zelf weg te werken. Ik heb er daarna een wit touwtje een aantal keer omheen gebonden. Het hondje komt uit de set Dog days van Tiddly Inks. Het hondje is ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaxe pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Het hondje is met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. Uit wit papier heb ik 2 kleine bannertjes gesneden met een ponsje van de Hema. Op de banners heb ik de tekst van de set Notched tags van My favorite things gestempeld. Uit het stipjespapier heb ik nog een klein hartje gestanst met de Holiday shapes hearts stars craft die van Simon says stamp

Goodmorning, today I am showing you my crafty project that I made for this weeks Fabulous friday on the Tiddly Inks blog. I had bought some fairylight before christmas at the Primark and they came is this box. After I took the lights out, I thought it would be fun to use this box for a crafty project. 
So I started with covering the original labels on the box with a strip of red and white dotted paper. I wrapped white cord around the dotted paper. The dog is from the set Dog days from Tiddly Inks. I colored the dog with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut him out. I adhered him with foamtape on the box. I have 2 punched 2 little banners out if white paper with a punch from the Hema (A dutch store). On the banners I stamped a seniment from the set Notched tags from My favorite things. Out of the dotted paper I cut a little heart with the Holiday shapes hearts stars craft die from Simon says stamp and I adhered it on one of the banners.

Tweet hearts - You make me happy!

Goedemorgen voor vandaag heb ik weer een nieuw Valentijns kaartje om te laten zien. Deze keer heb ik met een afbeelding van de Digistamp boutique gewerkt. Dit is een afbeelding uit de Tweet hearts collectie van de Digistamp boutique. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. De hartjes heb ik ook nog gekleurd met de clear wink of stella brush pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de vierkante nestabilities. Op een roze kaart heb ik de bovenkant van de kaart afgeplakt met post-it blaadjes en daarna heb ik de onderkant van de kaart bestempeld met de Pinstripe background van My favorite things. Ik heb gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik de streepjes geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom de voorkant van de kaart gebonden. De tekst van de set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps is gestempeld op wit papier en daarna heb ik deze geponst met de Stampin up word window punch. Ik heb daarna de kaart nog versierd met een aantal witte hotfix steentjes.

I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen. I colored on the hearts with the clear wink of stella brush pen. I have cut the image out with the square nestabilities. On a pink card I stamped the bottom of the card with the Pinstripe background from My favorite things. I stamped with versmark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I wrapped a white ribbon around the front of the card. I stamped the sentiment from the set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps and then I punched it with the Stampin up word window punch. I decorated the card with a couple of white hotfix gems.

Mouse in the house - Get well

Goedemorgen, hier ben ik weer met nog een kaartje waarop ik een digitale stempel van Heather Ellis gebruik. Deze keer heb ik Mouse in the house 014 van Heather Ellis gebruikt. Helaas is de winkel van Heather (tijdelijk of permanent) gesloten door de nieuwe VAT-regels, dus ik kan geen directe link naar de afbeelding geven. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de tekst naast de afbeelding gestempeld. Deze komt uit de set Notched tags van My favorite things. Mijn kaartje is 10 bij 10 cm groot, dus het was niet zo erg dat het tekstje best klein is. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Op de witte kaart heb ik een laag oranje papier geplakt die ik heb bewerkt met de Quilted stitched pattern die van Lil inkers. Ik heb een wit koordje rondom de voorkant van de kaart gebonden en daarna heb ik nog een aantal witte pareltjes opgeplakt.

Goodmorning, here I am again with another card on which I am using a digital stamp from Heather Ellis. This time I used the stamp Mouse in the house 014 van Heather Ellis. Unfortunately the shop from Heather is (temporarily or permanent) closed because of the European VAT-rules, so I can't give you a direct link to the image. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and the sentiment is stamped next to the image. The sentiment is from the set Notched tags from My favorite things. It is a tiny sentiment, but I made a tiny card (10 by 10 cm), so the size of the sentiment is perfect for this card.I have cut the image out with the circle nestabilities. On a white card I added a layer of orange paper. I have used the Quilted stitched pattern die from Lil inkers on it. I wrapped a white cord around the front of the card and then I adhered a couple of white pearls on it.

Mouse in the house - On your wedding day

Goedemorgen, hier ben ik weer met een nieuwe kaart. Deze keer heb ik een digitale stempel van Heather Ellis gebruikt. Op dit moment zijn deze digitale stempels helaas niet meer te koop. Op 1 januari 2015 zijn er nieuwe belasting regels gaan gelden die het  de verkopers van digitale stempels erg moeilijk maken. Dus helaas zijn er hierdoor een groot aantal mensen gestopt met de verkoop van hun digitale stempels of ze willen niet meer verkopen aan mensen die in de EU wonen. :( Ik hoop dat de regels toch snel aangepast zullen worden want vooral de kleine winkeltjes hebben last van deze regels. Nu heb ik best wat digitale stempels van mensen die op dit moment (tijdelijk of permanent) gestopt zijn met de verkoop van hun stempels en kan ik dus mensen geen link geven naar de afbeeldingen zodat ze ze zelf kunnen kopen. Ik heb toch besloten om deze stempels te blijven gebruiken en hopelijk openen ze in de toekomst hun winkels weer omdat de EU-regels dan zijn aangepast!

Goodmorning here I am again with a new card. This time I used a digital stamp from Heather Ellis. At the moment these stamps aren't sold any more. On january 1 2015 the VAT-rules have changed and they have very negative effects for the sellers of digital stamps. A lot of digital stamp sellers have decided that will close their shop or they are not going to sell their stamps any longer to people from the EU. :( I really hope the new VAT rules will be changed very soon, because especially the small shops are suffering under these new rules. I personally have a lot of digital stamps from shops that have (permanently or temporarily ) closed their shops and that is why I can't give direct links to images that I am using from these peoples, so my readers can buy the images themself. I have decided to keep using these images and I really hope that the VAT-rules will be changed so all the shops can start selling the images again!

Vandaag heb ik dus een kaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Heather Ellis, dit is Mouse in the house 005. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Daarna heb ik nog gekleurd met de clear wink of stella brush pen. Ik heb een stuk paars karton geëmbost met de swiss dots embossingfolder en deze heb ik daarna op een vierkante witte kaart geplakt. Onder het paarse karton heb ik een tekst uit de set Many mini messages van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld. Daarna heb ik nog een aantal witte pareltjes rondom de afbeelding geplakt.

So today I made a card with a digital stamp from Heather Ellis, this is Mouse in the house 005. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. I also added some details with the clear wink of stella brush pen. I embossed purple cardstock with the swiss dots embossingfolder and then I adhered it on a white square card. Under the purple cardstock I stamped the message from the set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps. I adhered a couple of white pearls around the image.

Tiddly inks challenge - New beginnings

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Tiddly inks challenge blog en deze week is de challenge: New beginnings. Er zijn de laatste tijd best veel baby's geboren in mijn omgeving, dus ik heb ervoor gekozen om 2 babykaartjes te maken. Ik heb hiervoor een afbeelding van de set For the birds van Tiddly inks gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden en daarna heb ik de randen van de afbeelding gedistressed met een schaar. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the Tiddly inks challenge blog and this week our challenge is New beginnings. The last few weeks a couple of baby's were born in my family and at my neighbours, so I decided to make a couple of baby cards. I have used an image from the set For the birds from Tiddly inks. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen. I have cut the image panel and then I distressed the edges of the panel with my scissors. I then used foamtape to adhere the image on a white card.

Ik heb op de computer een tekst toegevoegd en daarna heb ik letters op de blaadjes gezet.

I added a sentiment on the computer (hurray a) and I added some letters on the birds image (girl and boy).

Guestdesigner at the City crafter challenge blog - Burlap!

Goedemorgen, vandaag ben ik guestdesigner op het City crafter challenge blog. Ik had laatst hun challenge gewonnen en daarom mag ik deze keer guestdesigner te zijn. :) Echt super leuk!
De challenge is gebruik burlap /jute op je kaartje. Toevallig had ik een aantal weken geleden een rolletje jutelint gekocht, dus dat kwam perfect uit. Ik ben op pinterest op zoek gegaan naar inspiratie en daar zag ik dat iemand stansjes had gebruikt in combinatie met jute en dat leek me erg leuk om ook te doen. Ik heb daarom een bloemetje gestanst uit het jute met de Die-namics layered rose van My favorite things. In het hartje van de bloem heb ik een wit pareltje geplakt. Uit donkerbruin papier heb ik 2 takjes geponst. Ik heb de bloem en de takjes op een stukje wit papier geplakt dat ik heb uitgesneden met de rechthoekige nestabilities. Ik heb hierop een tekst gestempeld van de set Many mini messages van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb deze gestempeld met Chocolate brownie inkt van Elzybells. Met een bruine gelpen heb ik een kadertje op de rechthoek getekend en hetzelfde heb ik ook op de kaart gedaan. Ik heb het jute lint rondom de voorkant van de kaart gebonden en daarna heb ik het rechthoek met de bloem op de kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am a guestdesigner at the City crafter challenge blog. I have won a challenge a few weeks ago on their blog and that is why I am a guestdesigner this week. :) Really fun!
The challenge is burlap. I was really happy with this challenge, because a few weeks ago I purchased some burlap ribbon, so that was perfect! I have searched for inspiration on pinterest and saw that someone had used dies in combination with burlap and I also wanted to try that technique. I have cut a flower out of the burlap with the Die-namics layered rose van My favorite things. I added a white pearl in the centre of the flower. Out of dark brown cardstock I punched 2 branches. I adhered the flower on a piece of white paper that I cut with the rectangle nestabilities. I stamped a sentiment on it with the set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps. I stamped the sentiment with Chocolate brownie ink from Elzybells. I added some lines on the rectangle with a brown pen and I did the same on the front of the card. I wraooed the burlap ribbon around the fron ot the card and then I adhered the image on top of it.

Lovebots

Goedemorgen, Valentijnsdag komt er al weer snel aan en dus vond ik het leuk om een aantal valentijnskaartjes te maken deze maand. Dit is de eerste. Op dit kaartje heb ik de leuke robotjes uit de Love-bots set van de Digistamp boutique gebruikt. Ik heb de robots ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de silhouette uit zwart-wit stipjespapier een groot hart gesneden. Op het hart heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. Op een rode kaart heb ik met een witte gelpen een stiklijntje langs de randen van de kaart gezet. De tekst komt uit de set Many mini messages van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb de tekst gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik de tekst geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder. Ik heb nog een aantal witte hotfix steentjes op de kaart geplakt als versiering. 

Goodmorning, Valentines day is approaching very fast and I thought it would be a good plan to start working on some valentines cards. This is the first one.

On this card I have used the cute robots from the Love-bots set from the Digistamp boutique. I colored the robots with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the images out. I used the silhouette to cut a big heart out of black and white dotted paper. I added faux stitching on the heart ad the card with a black and white gelpen. The sentiment is from the set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps. I stamped the sentiment with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I decorated the card with a couple of white hotfix gems.

Fairytale challenge - Snow

Goedemorgen, vandaag is er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog, de eerste van 2015. Onze challenge deze keer is sneeuw. Ik heb deze keer een klein doosje gemaakt met daarin een kleine verrassing voor een lieve vriendin. Op het doosje heb ik een afbeelding van Birdie Brown, het was een freebie van Birdie Brown, maar die is helaas niet meer te krijgen. :( Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Het doosje is gemaakt met de silhouette en ik heb hiervoor het bestand 3d Mom/Mum gable box van Jamie Cripps gebruikt. Ik heb het doosje van wit karton gemaakt en daarna heb ik het beplakt met blauw glitterkarton. Rondom het blauwe karton heb ik een roze touwtje gebonden en daaroverheen heb ik de afbeelding geplakt. De tekst komt uit de set Many mini messages van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb deze gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik hem geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the Fairytale challenge blog, the first from 2015. Our challenge this time is snow. This time I made a little box and in the box I put a little surprise for a sweet friend. On the box I have used a freebie image from Birdie Brown, but unfortunately it isn't available any longer. :( I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen. The box is made with the silhouette and I used the file 3d Mom/Mum gable box from Jamie Cripps. I used white cardstock for the box and I added blue glitter paper on it. I wrapped pink yarn around the blue glitter paper and on top of it I adhered the image. The sentiment is from the set Many mini messages from Clearly besotted stamps. I stamped it with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder.

Ik heb het doosje gevuld met wat zakjes thee en ik heb er ook nog wat lekkers bij gedaan, maar dat staat helaas niet op de foto.

I filled the box with a few bags of tea and I also add something delicious, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it.

Op deze nieuwjaarsdag laat ik ook meteen mijn eerste kaartje van 2015 zien. :) Eén jaar geleden werd mijn neefje Niek geboren en vandaag vieren we dus alweer zijn eerste verjaardag. Ik heb natuurlijk een kaartje voor hem gemaakt. Op het kaartje heb ik een digitale stempel van Bugaboo stamps gebruikt. Dit is AKV Birthday - Candle van Bugaboo stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb als basis een oranje kaart genomen en daarop heb ik oranje stipjes papier geplakt. Ik heb de tekst op het oranje stipjespapier geprint. Uit zwart papier heb ik een aantal sterretjes geponst en deze heb ik rondom de afbeelding geplakt. 

On this newyears day I am showing you my first card from 2015. :) One year ago my little cousin Niek was born and today we are celebrating his first birthday. I have made a card for him. On my card I have used a digital stamp from Bugaboo stamps. This is AKV Birthday - Candle from Bugaboo stamps. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. I used a orange card and added a layer of orange dotted paper. I printed the sentiment on the orange dotted paper. I punched a couple of stars out of black paper and adhered those around the image.

Uit zwart papier heb ik met het Moxie alfabet van quickutz een 1 gestanst en deze heb ik op het tshirtje van het jongetje geplakt. 

Out of black paper I cut a 1 with the Moxie alphabet from quickutz and adhered it on the shirt of the boy.

De binnenkant van de kaart heb ik ook versierd. Ik heb de afbeelding nog eens in het oranje op wit papier geprint met daarnaast de tekst en een aantal zwarte sterretjes. 

The inside from the card is also decorated. I printed the image in orange with another sentiment and a couple of black stars.

Grote broer Menno wilde ook graag een kaartje maken voor Niek en dit is het resultaat. De afbeeldingen komen uit een kleurboekje. Ik heb geholpen met het wolkenpapiertje en de wiebeloogjes opplakken. Menno heeft zelf de cirkels uitgesneden met de cuttlebug en dat vond hij erg leuk om te doen! ;) Hij heeft daarna nog zelf de kaart versierd met allerlei hartjes en sterretjes en blauwe plaksteentjes.

Big brother Menno also wanted to make a card for Niek and this is the result. The images are from a coloring book. I elped him with adhering the cloudpaper and wobbly eyes. Menno used the cuttlebug to cut the circles and he really loved doing that. He decorated the card with a couple of hearts and stars and blue gems.
