Steampunk release from Tiddly Inks and Make it crafty and a little game of I spy

Goedemorgen allemaal! Vandaag is het eindelijk zover: Al een paar maanden heb Christy van Tiddly Inks en Zoe van Make it Crafty gwerkt aan een gigantische nieuwe release met allemaal Steampunk afbeeldingen en vandaag is het release dag! Beide teams hebben allemaal  geweldige kaarten gemaakt. Dus kom vooral een kijkje nemen op het release blog. Voor vandaag heb ik twee kaarten gemaakt. De eerste kaart is gemaakt met de afbeelding Priscilla van Tiddly Inks en Big steampunk treehouse van Make it crafty. Ik heb weer een sliding pop up kaart gemaakt omdat de beide afbeelding zo heel mooi samen konden worden gebruikt. De afbeeldingen zijn in gekleurd met potloden. Priscilla is uitgeknipt. Het paarse papier is geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder. De tekst is gemaakt met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz. Met blauwe stempelinkt en een mal heb ik de wolkenachtergrond achter de afbeelding gemaakt.

For today I made 2 cards. The first card is made with the Priscilla image from Tiddly Inks and the Bg steampunk treehouse from Make it Crafty. I made another Sliding pop up card because it is a perfect card to show both the images. Both the images are coloured with pencils. Priscilla is cut out. The pruple paper is embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder. The sentiment is made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz. I used blue stamp ink and a selfmade template to create the clouds on the background.

De tweede kaart heb ik heel simple gehouden. Ik heb mijn favoriete afbeelding van de nieuwe release gebruikt: Precious from Tiddly Inks. Ik heb Precious direct samen met de tekst op een kaart geprint. De afbeelding heb ik daarna ingekleurd met potloden. Haar ogen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen.

I kept the second card very simple. I used my favorite image from the new release: Precious from Tiddly Inks. I printed Precious on my card together with the sentiment. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen for her eyes.

Tiddly Inks challenge 57 - Reel me in

Hallo! Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge en deze week willen we dat iedereen zich laat inspireren door zijn favoriete film om een kaartje te maken. Ik heb pas geleden nog de film Bring it on op tv gezien en toen moest ik meteen aan de cheerleader afbeelding: Annie cheers uit de Tiddly Inks shop denken. Annie is los te koop maar ook in het Annie mega-pack waar je voor 4 Annie's betaalt ener 5 krijgt! :) Ik heb Annie ingekleurd met mijn potloden en haar ogen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stippen op haar okje en strik getekend. De afbeelding heb ik uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. De cirkels zijn uitgesneden met de nestabilities.Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. De tekst is een stempel van My favorite things. De bloemetjes heb ik gemaakt met de retro flower ponsen. In het midden van de bloemen heb ik een zwarte hotfix geplakt.

Helllo! It is time again for a new Tiddly Inks challenge and this week we want everyone to get inspired by their favorite movie when they are making their card. I saw the movie Bring it on a few days ago on tv and immediately had to think about Annie Cheers from Tiddly Inks You can get this Annie as a seperate image or you can buy the Annie mega-pack! I have coloured Annie with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour her eyes. I used a white gelpen to draw some dots on her skirt en bow. I used foamtape to adhere the image on the circles that I cut with my nestabilities. I used a black fineliner to draw the faux stitching on the circle.  I made the flowers with the retro flower punches. I adhered a black hotfix in the centres of the flowers.

Abraham kaart

Goedemiddag, vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt voor een Abraham. Ik ben al heel lang op zoek naar leuke afbeeldingen hiervoor en deze kikker vond ik er wel leuk voor. De kikker is een digitale stempel van I brake for digi's en ik heb zelf het label van de fles aangepast door er een 50 op te typen. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op zwart papier geplakt.De tekst heb ik met de computer gemaakt en onder de afbeelding geplakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik rood gestreept papier geplakt. Het woord abraham is gemaakt met het Moxie alfabet van quickutz.

Hello everyone, today I am showing you a card that I made for someone who is celebrating his 50th birthday. I have been looking for a while for some nice images and I finally found this frog and I think it is perfect for the occasion. The frog is a digital stamp from I brake for digi's and I changed the label on the bottle, because I added the 50 on it. I have coloured the image with my pencils and attached it on a layer of black paper. The sentiment is made with the computer and I adhere it under the image. On a white card I used a layer or red and white striped paper. The word Abraham is made with the moxie alphabet from quickutz.

Eenvoudige huwelijkskaart

Hallo! Vandaag heb ik deze eenvoudige huwelijkskaart gemaakt. Ik ben begonnen met het printen van de tekst op de kaart. De tak is een stempel van Inkadinkado en die heb ik met groene inkt op de kaart gestempeld. De hartjes zijn van een clear stempelset van Forever friends en die heb ik met rode inkt op de kaart gestempeld. De hartjes waren eigenlijk gestippeld maar dat kon je totaal niet meer zien na het stempelen dus ik heb met een witte gelpen zelf stipjes op de hartjes getekend. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik de touwtjes en strikjes getekend.

Hello! Today I made this simple wedding card. I started off with printing the sentiment (Congratulations on your wedding day) on my card. The branch is a stamp from Inkadinkado and I stamped it with green ink on the card. The little hearts are from a clear stamp set from Forever friends and I stamped them with red ink. The hearts are actually dotted, but you couldn't see that after the stamping, so I added some dots with a white gelpen. I used a black fineliner to draw the little bows and strings.

New release from Stampfairy - Tommy wizard

Goedemorgen, ook vandaag is er weer een nieuwe release van Stampfairy en de Tommy wizard collectie is echt heel leuk geworden! Zoals altijd heb ik mijn afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden. De ogen van Tommy en zijn uitlje heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities en langs de rand van de witte cirkel heb ik gedistressd met zwarte inkt. De kleine zwarte sterretjes zijn rub-ons die ik al jaren heb. De tekst is een freebie die je HIER kan vinden. Op mijn zwarte kaart heb ik zwart-wit gestreept papier geplakt. Het oranje papier is geëmbost met een sterrenstencil van Crealies en daarna heb ik de sterretjes bewerkt met zwarte inkt. Als laatste heb ik er een zwart lintje omheen gebonden.

Goodmorning, today we have a new release from Stampfairy and the Tommy wizard collection is really fabulous! I have coloured my image as always with my pencils. The yes of Tommy and the little owl are coloured with a black glaze penI have cut the image out with the circle nestabilitiesI have distressed the white circle with black ink.The little black stars are rub-ons and I have had them for ages. The sentiment is a freebie and you can find it HERE. I adhered a black and white striped background on a black card. The orange paper is embossed with a star stencil from Crealies and I distressed the little stars with black ink. I wrapped a black ribbon around the orange paper.

Tiddly Inks challenge 56 - Get an attitude - Bad to the bone

Goedemiddag! Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge en oh wat had ik weinig inspiratie voor de challenge van deze week. Ik heb 2 weken lopen nadenken wat ik zou doen en eindelijk kreeg ik gisteravond een idee. De challenge deze week is Get an attitude - Bad to the bone. De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaart heb gebruikt is Lilli Lolita van Tiddly Inks. Lilli is ingekleurd met potloden en haar ogen en de ogen van de doodshoofden heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op de onderkant van de kaart heb ik het doodshoofdje van Lilli's short een aantal keer geprint. Ik heb een aantal van de doodshoofdjes gekleurd met een roze potlood. Ik heb een strip roze karton geponst met de scalloped sentiment pons van Fiskars. Rondom de strip heb ik zwarte seam binding gebonden met een grote strik. Op de strik heb ik een knoopje bevestigd waar ik eerst zwarte scrappersfloss doorheen heb gebonden. De tekst is met de computer gemaakt en uitgeponst met de word window pons van Stampin up.

Hello everyone! It is time again for a new Tiddly Inks challenge and wow it was a real challenge for me this week. I have been thinking for about 2 weeks what I was going to do and finally I got an idea late last night. The challenge this week is Get an attitude - Bad to the bone. The image I used on my card is Lilli Lolita from Tiddly Inks. Lilli is coloured with pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour her eyes and the eyes on the skulls. I printed the skull from Lilli's short a couple of times on the card and coloured some of them with a pink pencil. I punched a strip pink cardstock with the scalloped sentiment punch from Fiskars. I wrapped a piece of black seam bindin around it and made a large bow. On top of the bow I adhered a pink button. The sentiment is computer generated and I punched it with the Stampin Up word window punch.

Binnenin de kaart staat de rest van de tekst. Naast de tekst heb ik ook nog 2 doodshoofdjes geprint en ook deze zijn ingekleurd met een roze potlood.

On the inside of the card I added the last part of the sentiment. I printed 2 skulls next to the sentiment and coloured these with a pink pencil.

Stampfairy challenge - Sketch

Goedemiddag. Vandaag is er weer een nieuwe Stampfairy challenge en deze week hebben we een geweldige sketch! Hij is vrij eenvoudig, dus hopelijk doe jullie mee aan de challenge deze week!

Hello everyone! Today we have a new challenge from Stampfairy and this week we have a fabulous sketch! It is pretty simple, so I hope you will join us at the challenge this week!

Voor mijn kaartje heb ik één van de geweldige afbeeldingen uit de Tommy sports collectie gebruikt! Is het geen schatje? De afbeelding bestaat alleen uit het jongetje. De achtergrond met het gebroken raam heb ik er zelf bij getekend. Ik kan helemaal niet tekenen, maar dit lijkt toch wel een beetje vind ik. ;) Van een stukje kladpapier heb ik een wolkenpartij geknipt en daarna heb ik met blauwe stempelinkt de wolken getekend. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities. Als basis heb ik een rode kaart genomen. Op een stuk wit papier heb ik de streepjesachtergrond gestempeld met blauwe inkt. De strepenstempel is van Stampcamp. De tekst heb ik op de computer gemaakt en daarna geponst met de scalloped tags pons van Martha Stewart. De tags zitten met een stukje airmail bakers twine vast aan het lintje.

I used one of the amazing images from the Tommy sports collection on my card. Isn't he adorable? The original image is only with the little boy. I have drawn the background scene with wall and the broken window myself. I cannot draw at all, but I think it looks pretty good if I may say so myself. :) I have cut a cloudy background from some scratch paper and used blue ink to make the clouds. The image was cut out with the circle nestabilities. I used a red card. I stamped the striped background with blue ink. The stamp is from Stampcamp. The sentiment is made with my computer. I punched the sentiment with the scalloped tag punch from Martha Stewart. I attached the tags with a piece of airmail bakers twine to the white ribbon.

Tiddly Inks and Make it Crafty are going Victorian steampunk!

Christy van Tiddly Inks en Zoe van Make it crafty zijn al tijden bezig met een samenwerking en op 14 juli is het eindelijk zover, want dan vindt er een gigantische Victorian steampunk release plaats! Kaarten uit Hobbyjournaal 76

Hallo! Ook deze maand mocht ik weer een aantal kaarten maken voor de nieuwe Hobbyjournaal. Mijn eerste kaartje is een kerstkaartje geworden. Ik wil toch proberen om eens wat eerder aan mijn kerstkaartjes te beginnen dit jaar, dus er zijn er al wat langsgekomen op mijn blog. Deze kaart is gemaakt met één van de nieuwe Stampfairy clearstempels die Marianne Design heeft uitgebracht. Het stempeltje heb ik via Gerda van Marianne Design gekregen zodat ik er voor de Hobbyjournaal een kaartje mee kon maken. De beschrijving van de kaart is natuurlijk te vinden in de Hobbyjournaal. Het sterretjes papier is van Pipoos.

Hello! This month I have made some cards for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal. My first card is a christmas card. I am trying to make an early start on my christmas cards, so you may already have seen some on my blog. This card is made with one of the new Stampfairy clear stamps that are being made by Marianne Design. I got this stamp from Marianne Design to make a card for the hobbyjournaal. The design paper that I used for my card is from Pipoos.

Het tweede kaartje is gemaakt met deze mooie bloemenstempel van Penny Black. De stempel heet Poppies (3949H). Het tekstje is gemaakt met de Nederlandse tekststempels van Stamping Bella die je kan kopen via cardart. Ook de beschrijving van deze kaart kan je vinden in Hobbyjournaal 76.

Stampfairy new release - Lenny icecream

Goedemorgen! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat er weer een nieuwe Stampfairy release is. Deze week heeft Gerda weer een leuke collectie met het beertje Lenny getekend en die is heel toepasselijk voor de zomer: Lenny Icecream. Het DT heeft gewerkt met de afbeelding waarop Lenny en een vriendje genieten van een enorme bananensplit. Zoals altijd heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden. De ogen en neuzen van de beren zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes op de beren aangebracht en ook de stippen op de ijskom. Voor de kaart heb ik perfect bijpassend design papier van Doodlebug gebruikt. De tekst heb ik gestempeld met de Everyday greetings set van Elzybells. Ik heb de verschillende woorden uitgeponst met cirkelponsen van verschillende maten. Langs de randen van de cirkel heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een witte gelpen.

Good morning! It is friday again and that means it is time for a new Stampfairy release. This week Gerda has drawn a lovely collection with the Lenny the bear and the collection is perfect for the summer: Lenny icecream. The DT has worked with the image on which Lenny is enjoying a huge bananasplit together with a friend. As always I have coloured the image with my pencils. I used a black glaze pen for the eyes and noses from the bears. I used a white gelpen to drwa some accents on the image. I have used perfect paper for the image and it is from Doodlebug. I stamped the words of the sentiment with the Everyday greetings set from Elzybells. I punched the words with circle punches in different sizes. I added faux stitching on the edges of the circles with a white gelpen.
