Kerstkaartje met freebie van Eline Pellinkhof.

Ik heb dit kaartje gemaakt voor een wedstrijd van Eline Pellinkhof. Eline had deze afbeelding als een freebie op haar blog staan en die moest je gebruiken voor een kaartje. Helaas heb ik niet gewonnen, maar toch ben ik blij met mijn kaartje. :) Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden en daarna heb ik met een witte gelpen stipjes op de muts en sjaal van de sneeuwman getekend. Daarna heb ik glitter gebruikt op de sneeuwman. Op mijn kaart heb ik rose ruitjes geprint. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik uit rose papier het kader gesneden. Uit wit papier heb ik een cirkel gesneden en die heb ik geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Met een ponsje heb ik nog 8 sneeuwsterren gemaakt en deze heb ik op de rand geplakt. In de harten van de sneeuwsterren heb ik een rose hotfix steentje geplaatst. En ook op de sneeuwsterren zit glitter. De tekst komt uit een setje tekststempels van Eline Pellinkhof. In de hoekjes van de kaart heb ik nog zwarte hotfix steentjes geplaatst.

I made this card for a challenge from Eline Pellinkhof. She had this freebie on her blog and you had to use it on a card. Unfortunately I didn't win, but I am still happy with my card. :) I have coloured the image with derwent pencils. I have drawn some accents on the hat and scarf with a white gelpen. After that I used a lot of glitter on the snowman. I printed the pink gingham on my card. I made the pink circle frame with my nestabilities. I also cut a circle out of white paper and embossed it with the snowflakes embossingfolder from cuttlebug. I used a punch for the 8 snowflakes and I placed those on the circle frame. I have added pink hotfix stones and lots of glitter (again :) ). The sentiment is from a stampset from Eline Pellinkhof. I also added some black hotfix stones.

Cadeau envelopjes

Deze cadeau envelopjes heb ik vorige week gemaakt. Ik had eigenlijks niks leuks voor jongens en daar moest maar eens verandering in komen. Ik heb hem in 3 verschillende kleuren gemaakt met steeds dezelfde afbeelding. Het leuke jongetje is een freebie van Kerry Steptoe. Cool dude is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Ik heb hem in een kadertje geplaatst en zo samen geprint. De tekst is gemaakt met het chicken noodle alfabet van quickutz. De envelopjes zijn gemaakt van sterretjes papier dat ik zelf geprint heb. Als sluiting heb ik een stukje zelfklevend klittenband gebruikt. Voor op het flapje heb ik uit zwart papier een knoop gestanst met de quickutz.

I have made these money wallets last week. I didn't have any wallets for boys, so now that has changed. I have made the same wallet in 3 different colours with just one image. The image is a freebie from Kerry Steptoe. Cool dude was coloured with derwent pencils. I have printed him in a black frame. The sentiment (for you) was made with the chicken noodle alphabet from quickutz. The wallets are made from starry paper that I have printed. It closes with a little piece of velcro. On the top I added a black button that I made with a diecut from quickutz.

DU2DS 26 - Glitter!

Hallo allemaal. Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week willen we glitter zien op je kaartje naast natuurlijk een digitale stempel. Ik heb op mijn kaartje de lieve digitale stempel Holly van Sandra Dry gebruikt. Ik heb Holly ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op de bontrandjes heb ik glitter aangebracht. Op mijn kaart heb ik de lichtblauwe achtergrond geprint. De tekst komt uit een setje kerstteksten van Lily of the valley. Ik heb twee stroken wit papier geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Ik heb nog 3 sneeuwsterren uit wit papier geponst en ook hierop heb ik glitter gedaan. Daarna heb ik alle geëmboste sneeuwsterren ook nog eens gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen, maar dat is helaas niet te zien op de foto. Kom ook eens kijken op het DU2DS-blog voor inspiratie. Hi everyone. It is time again for a new challenge on the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog and this week we want you to use glitter on your card (and a digital stamp!). I used the very sweet Holly from Sandra Dry on my card. I have coloured Holly with my derwent and caran d'ache pencils. I have cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. I used a lot of glitter on the image. I printed the lightblue design on my card. I stamped the sentiment on the card with a stamp from Lily of the valley. The two strips white paper were embossed with the snowflakes embossingfolder from cuttlebug. I punched 3 snowflakes from white paper and added some glitter. With my clear spica glitter pen I have coloured the snowflakes on top of the embossed strips, but you can't ee that very well on my picture. If you need some inspiratio go visit the DU2DS-blog. Een kaart en een award van Sandra en Sue

Hoi! Vandaag heb ik weer eens een kaart voor jullie. Ik heb hem al een tijdje geleden gemaakt, maar ik was er eigenlijk nog niet aan toegekomen om hem op mijn blog te zetten. :) Op mijn kaartje heb ik een digitale stempel van de Digistamp boutique gebruikt uit de Jim collection. Dit zijn echt geweldige afbeeldingen voor mannenkaarten. Voor dit kaartje heb ik gekozen voor de klussende Jim. Ik heb hem gekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Op de kaart heb ik lichtblauwe streepjes geprint. De tekst is gemaakt met het moxie alfabet van quickutz. Met een witte gelpen heb ik accentjes op de letters aangebracht.

Hello! Today I have this card for you. I made it a while ago, but I didn't have time to post it. :)I used a digital stamp from the Digistamp boutique on my card. It is from the Jim collection, so perfect for cards for a male! I have used DIY Jim on my card. I have coloured him with my derwent pencils. I printed the blue lines on my card. The sentiment (hurray) was made with the moxie alphabet from quickutz. I used a white gelpen to draw some accents on the letters.

Mijn kaarten uit het Hobbyjournaal jaarboek

Hallo allemaal! Dit zijn mijn projectjes die dit jaar in het Hobbyjournaal jaarboek hebben gestaan. Er staan 3 dingen van mij in, dus pas op er volgen veel foto's en veel tekst. lol. Het zijn 3 totaal verschillende dingen geworden. De enige overeenkomst is dat ze allemaal geschikt zijn om geld of een cadeau pasje te geven.

Hi everyone! These are the projects that were published in the yearbook from Hobbyjournaal ( a dutch craft magazine). I made 3 projects for it, so be prepared for a lot of pictures and lots of text. lol My 3 projects are all very different. They have only one thing in common, they are all suitable to gove some money or perfect for a gift card.

Het eerste projectje is een geld envelopje geworden. Met de beschrijving is iets fout gegaan, de tekening die bij pagina 12 hoort is op pagina 64 terechtgekomen. Het envelopje is gemaakt van purper papicolor papier. Daarop heb ik stippenpapier van Nel van Veen geplakt. Ik heb van groen papicolor papier 4 stroken van verschillende breedtes geknipt en langs de onderkant daarvan heb ik geknipt met een scallop schaar. Na het knippen heb ik de scallop randjes beinkt met witte inkt, zodat het sneeuw lijkt. De stroken heb ik aan elkaar geplakt en daarna heb ik er een kerstboompje van gemaakt. De boom is daarna versierd met hotfix steentjes. De tekst komt uit een stempel set van Doe Maar creatief en is uitgesneden met nestabilities.

The first project is a money wallet. The wallet was made from purple papicolor paper. On top of that I used some dotted design paper from Nel van Veen. I cut 4 strips of the green paper. I have cut one edge with scalloped scissors. I inked that edge with white ink so it looks like snow. I glued these strips together and cut a little christmas tree. I decorated my tree with hotfix stones. The sentiment (happy holidays) is from Doe Maar Creatief. I cut it out with the circle nestabilities.

Mijn tweede project is een kaart geworden met binnenin een flap waarin een cadeaupasje kan worden gedaan. De kaart is gemaakt van een hele lange strook papier. Ik heb deze strook beprint met het blauwe design. De geweldige afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is van mijn blogvriendin Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper). Chris tekent de meest geweldige digitale stempels! Echt de moeite waard om eens een kijkje te nemen! Ik heb de afbeelding in een blauw kader geplaatst en ook de tekst is er in het blauw bij geprint. De afbeelding bluebells heb ik gekleurd met caran d'ache potloden. Met een figuurschaar heb ik een sierrandje aan de blauwe kaart geknipt en daarna heb ik er nog een randje van wit papier tegenaan geplakt. Van wit lint heb ik een klein strikje gemaakt en onder de flap heb ik zelfklevend klitteband geplakt dat dient als sluiting.

My second project is a card/gift wallet. On the inside is room for a gift card. I made the card from a really long strip of white paper. I printed the blue design on it. The amazing image I used is from my blog friend Chris Dark (sketchingstamper). Chris draws really amazing digital stamps! You really must visit her blog! I have printed the image in a blue frame and I added the blue sentiment (congratulations) also. I have coloured the image bluebells with caran d'ache pencils. I used my scalloped scissors again and I also added a white scalloped strip of paper. I made a little bow from white ribbon and I added some velcro, so you can close the gift wallet.

En dit is het laatste projectje. Een kaartje met een magnoliaatje erop. Mijn magnoliaatje heb ik gekleurd met distress inkt en peerless paint. Nadat ik haar had ingekleurd heb Ik tilda uitgeknipt. Haar oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar wangen heb ik stipjes gezet met een witte gelpen. De basis van mijn kaart is gesneden uit rose doodlebug cs. Hierbovenop heb ik designpapier van doodlebug geplakt. Ik heb twee ovalen gesneden met mijn nestabilities. Onderin de ovalen heb ik een klein gaatje gemaakt met een tang. Uit het rose cardstock heb ik twee mini labeltjes gestanst met de quickutz. Op deze labeltjes heb ik de tekst (van stamping bella) gestempeld. De labeltjes zijn met een zilveren brad aan de ovalen vastgemaakt. Ook heb ik nog wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt als decoratie.

And this is the last project. A card with a magnolia. My magnolia was coloured with distress ink and peerless paint. After I coloured Tilda I cut her out. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen and added some dots with a white gelpen. The base of my card is doodlebug cs. On top of it I added doodlebug design paper. I cut the two ovals with my nestabilities. I made a tiny hole in my ovals. The little tags were made with a die from quickutz. I stamped my Stamping Bella sentiment (congratulations) on top of them. I have used a tiny silver brad to attach them to my ovals. I have decorated the ovals with black hotfix stones.

Binnenin de kaart heb ik een klein envelopje geplaatst waarin geld of een cadeau pasje gedaan kan worden. De flap van het envelopje is weer bekleed met het doodlebug design paper. Op de onderkant heb ik een tekst van Doe Maar Creatief geplaatst. Uit het design papier heb ik twee cupcakes geknipt en deze heb ik naast de tekst geplaatst. Ook heb ik een vlak wit papier geplakt met aan de boven- en onderkant een stripje design papier.

On the inside of my card I added a little envelope. I used the doodlebug designpaper again to decorate the envelope. The sentiment (congratulations) was stamped and I cut two cupcakes out and placed the next to the image.

Just Magnolia - Sketch from Mina

Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt voor de laatste challenge van de Just Magnolia challenge. Deze week heeft Mina een geweldige sketch gemaakt. Ik heb mijn kaartje gemaakt met één van mijn nieuwe magnolia's die ik op de Kreadoe heb gekocht. Ik heb Christmas morning Tilda inegkleurd met derwent potloden. Haar oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb ook nog wat gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. Van heel dun satijn lint heb ik een heel klein strikje gemaakt en deze is met een gluedot bovenop het jurkje van Tilda geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Ik heb met een hele oude randpons een paar kleine sterretjes geponst en er een paar op de haarband van Tilda geplakt. De rest is om Tilda heen geplaatst en ook deze sterretjes zijn allemaal gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. Op mijn kaart heb ik de paars-witte stippenachtergrond geprint. Met een Ek succes pons heb ik de witte strip geponst en hieroverheen heb ik nog een strip van het paarse papier geplakt. De tekst heb ik op een andere plaats op mijn kaart gestempeld, dus ik heb me niet helemaal aan de sketch gehouden. Hopelijk vergeven ze me dat! :) Ik heb nog 3 sneeuwsterren geponst en hierop heb ik glitter geplakt.

I made this card for the last challenge on the Just magnolia blog. This week they have a great sketch from Mina. On my card I used one of my new magnolia stamps that I bought at the Kreadoe ( a dutch craft show). I have coloured Christmas morning Tilda with derwent pencils. Her eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen. I also coloured with my clear spica glitter pen. I made a tiny bow from satin ribbon and I used a gluedot to stick it on Tilda's dress. I cut the image out with oval nestabilities. I used a really old edge punch to punch some very little stars. I have added a few on the hairband in Tilda's hair and the rest of them I put around Tilda. I coloured them all with my clear spica glitter pen. I printed a purple-white dotted background on my card. The white strip was made with an Ek succes punch. I stamped the sentiment on the left on my card, so I didn't follow the sketch completely. Hopefully they will forgive me! :) I also punched 3 snowflakes and sprinkled them with glitter.

Eén sketch, twee verschillende kaarten.

Gisteravond heb ik deze twee kaartjes gemaakt voor de Sketch Saturday blog. Debbie heeft een geweldige sketch gemaakt en ik vond hem zo leuk dat ik er meteen 2 verschillende kaartjes mee heb gemaakt. Op mijn eerste kaartje heb ik weer een lief gnoompje gebruikt van Norma fickel van Whiff of Joy. Uru and candycane is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Omdat de afbeelding net iets te groot was voor de ovaal, heb ik haar arm en de candycane nog een keer gestempeld. Ik heb deze ook ingekleurd en daarna heb ik het uitgeknipt en met foamtape bovenop de afbeelding geplakt. Het streepjespapier is van Nel van Veen. Eroverheen heb ik een strip rose papicolor papier geplakt dat ik eerst heb geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Ik heb nog twee randjes groen papier toegevoegd die eerst zijn geknipt met een figgurschaar. Als laatste heb ik nog wat rose hotfix steentjes toegevoegd.

Yesterday I made these two cards for the Sketch Saturday challenge blog. Debbie has designed a great sketch and I loved it so much that I decided to make two different cards. On my first card I used a sweet little gnome from Norma Fickel from Whiff of Joy. Uru and candycane was coloured with derwent pencils. My oval was too little for the image, so I stamped the candycane and Uru's arm again and coloured them. After that cut them out and used foamtape to mount them on the original image. The striped paper is from Nel van Veen. The pink papicolor paper was embossed with the snowflakes embossing folder from cuttlebug. I added two green strips taht were cut with scalloped scissors. The last thing I did was add a few pink hotfix stones.

Mijn tweede kaartje is ondanks dat ik dezelfde sketch heb gebruikt, toch heel anders geworden. Op deze kaart heb ik een afbeelding van mijn vriendin Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Ik heb de sweetpeas ingekleurd met caran d'ache potloden. De afbeelding heb ik daarna uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik de blauwe ruitjes achtergrond geprint. Ook hier heb ik weer wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt om de kaart af te maken.

On this card I used an image from my friend Chris Dark (sketchingstamper) I have coloured the sweetpeas with caran d'ache pencils. After that I cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. I printed the blue gingham background on my card. And again I used some hotfix stones to finish off the card.

Stampavie - A sketchy challenge

Dit kaartje had ik afgelopen week al gemaakt voor de laatste challenge op de Stampavie blog. Ik was alleen bijna vergeten om hem op mijn blog te plaatsen. Stom he! De challenge bestond deze keer uit een sketch. Ik heb voor mijn kaartje gekozen voor dit schattige muisje van Gillian Roberts. Ik heb zoals altijd weer gekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met mijn ovalen nestabilities. Langs de rand van de witte ovaal heb ik met een rode fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. Mijn basis is een rode kaart en hierop heb ik een vierkant rood stippenpapiertje geplakt. De tekst komt uit een stempelsetje van Nellie Snellen. Ik heb er een gaatje in gemaakt en daar een touwtje doorheen geknoopt. Als laatste is de kaart versierd met wat hotfix steentjes.

I made this card last week for the Stampavie challenge, but I had almost forgotten to post it on my blog. Very stupid! The challenge this time is a lovely sketch. On my card I used a very cute stamp from Gilian Roberts. As always I have coloured with my derwent pencils. The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. I did some faux stitching with a red fineliner on the edges of the white oval. I used a red card as my base and on top of that I added a red dotted paper. The sentiment (happy hollidays) is from a stampset from Nellie Snellen. I punched a little hole in the tag and added a black cord. The card was finished off with hotfix stones.

Wee and christmas tree

Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt met een nieuwe stempel van Whiff of Joy. Ik was meteen verliefd op de nieuwe gnoompjes van Norma Fickel toen ik ze zag bij Whiff of joy. Ik ben als eerste aan het kleuren gegaan met Wee en haar kerstboompje. Wee is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Haar oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De boom heb ik versierd met hotfix steentjes. Na het kleuren heb ik Wee uitgeknipt. Uit wit en purper papier heb ik twee cirkels gesneden met de nestabilities. De witte cirkel is geëmboste met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Het stipjes- en streepjes papier is van Nel van Veen. De tag is gemaakt met een stans van Spellbinders. Ik heb de tekst erop gestempeld en ik ben met lichtgroene inkt langs de randjes van de tag gegaan. De tag is vastgemaakt aan de kaart met een satijn lintje.

This card was made with a new stamp from Whiff of joy. I am in love with the new little gnomes from Norma Fickel from Whiff of Joy. The first one I have coloured is little Wee and her christmastree. Wee was coloured with derwent pencils. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen. The tree was decorated with hotfix stones. After I was done, I cut Wee out. I cut two circles with the nestabilities and embossed the white one with the snowflakes embossingfolder from cuttlebug. The dotted and striped paper is from Nel van Veen. The tag was made with the ribbon tags trio from Spellbinders. I stamped the sentiment on top of it and used a green inkpad on the edges of the tag. The tag was attached with a satin ribbon.

Colour create - Blue, silver and white.

Ik moest erg lachen toen ik donderdag zag welke kleuren deze week de challenge waren bij de Colour create challenge blog. Ik had namelijk vlak daarvoor twee kerstkaarten gemaakt die perfect bij deze kleuren combinatie passen. Ook de extra opties glitter en winter waren al in mijn kaartjes verwerkt. :) Voor mijn eerste kaartje heb ik een rechthoek gesneden uit donkerblauw glitter papier. De glitters zijn zilverkleurig. ;) Op het rechthoek heb ik met versamark de tekst gestempeld en daarna heb ik er witte embossingpoeder op gedaan. Daarna heb ik allerlei sneeuwsterren van een stempelsetje van Cute companions gestempeld met versamark inkt en ook hierover heb ik weer witte embossingpoeder gedaan. Om de kaart heb ik een wit satijnen lintje gedaan met een losse strik erboven op. Het rechthoek is op de kaart in een kader geplakt dat ik eerst op de kaart had geprint.

I had to laugh when I was reading which colours this weeks challenge are on the Colour create challenge blog. Earlier this week I had made two christmas cards that have exactly this colour combination. The extra options glitter and winter were also no problem, because they were also included in my card. :) For my card I have cut a rectangle out of dark blue glitter paper. The glitter is silver. ;) On the rectangle I started with stamping the sentiment (happy holidays) with versamark ink and then I used white embossingpowder. Then I stamped all the snowflakes that are from a stamp set from Cute companions. I added a white ribbon to the card. The darkblue frame was printed on a white card.

Voor het tweede kaartje heb ik weer een rechthoek van het donkerblauwe glitter papier genomen en deze keer heb ik daarop gestempeld met een stempel van besneeuwde bomen van de Duitse winkel Stempelei. Ook deze keer heb ik weer gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna heb ik er witte embossingpoeder overheen gegooid. De tekst en het kader zijn weer op een witte kaart geprint.

For my second card I used another rectangle from the darkblue glitter paper and This time I stamped an image of snowy trees from the german company Stempelei on top of it. I stamped again with versamark ink and used white embossingpowder. The sentiment (happy hollidays) and the frame were printed on a white card.
