Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Dies to die for. Deze keer willen we weten wat je favoriete stansen zijn om op een kaart te gebruiken. Al jaren ben ik een groot fan van de crea-nest-lies XXl stansen van Crealies. Dit zijn allerlei basisvormen en sommige stansen hebben een mooi sierrandje. Ik gebruik ze echt heel vaak op mijn kaarten en daarom heb ik voor de challenge van vandaag een kaart gemaakt met de stansen.
Ik heb de digitale stempel Birds letter (retired) van Sandra Herrgott gekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 van Crealies. Deze cirkels hebben een mooi schuin streepje langs de rand en dat geeft een leuk effect. Uit roze karton heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies een cirkel met stipjes langs de rand. Ik heb de cirkel met de afbeelding op de roze cirkel geplakt. Daarna heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies een geschulpte cirkel uit wit karton gestanst en daarop heb ik beide cirkels geplakt. Ik heb rondom de voorkant van een roze kaart een wit lint gebonden met een strikje en daarna heb ik de cirkels met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik met de Alfabet Jocelijne snijmallen (CDJD-0033) van Carlijn design de tekst uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik onder de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt.

This time we want to know which dies are your favourites to use on a card. For many years I have been a big fan of the Crea-Nest-Lies XXL dies by Crealies. These are all kinds of basic shapes, and some of the dies have a lovely decorative edge. I use them very often on my cards, so for today’s challenge I made a card using these dies.
I coloured the digital stamp Birds letter (retired) by Sandra Herrgott with my Polychromos pencils and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. I then die-cut the image using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 166 by Crealies. These circles have a lovely diagonal stripe along the edge, which gives a nice effect. From pink cardstock I die-cut a circle with dotted edging using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 by Crealies. I adhered the circle with the image onto the pink circle. Next, I die-cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 by Crealies and adhered both circles onto it.
I tied a white ribbon with a bow around the front of a pink card and then attached the circles to the card using foam tape. Finally, I die-cut the text from white cardstock using the Alfabet Jocelijne snijmallen (CDJD-0033) by Carlijn design and adhered this underneath the image on the card.
