Hallo, vandaag post ik de pagina die ik heb gemaakt voor de mydoodlenine challenge van Doodledaydarlings voor de maand mei. Deze post geeft uitleg over de #mydoodlenine challenge.

Deze maand was ik erg laat, maar gelukkig is het me wel gelukt om vandaag mijn pagina af te maken en zelfs op de foto te krijgen. :) Deze maand heb ik de tekeningen gemaakt met zwarte fineliners, de Karin brushmarkers pro en daarna heb ik details gemaakt met de White Uni Posca pen en de zwarte fineliners. 

Hello, today I am posting the page that I have made for the mydoodlenine challenge from Doodledaydarlings for the month of may. This post explains what the #mydoodlenine challenge is. 

This month I was really late with finishing my page, but I was happy to complete it today and I was eve able to take pictures of it. :) This month I have made my drawings with the black fineliners, I coloured them with the Karin brushmarkers pro and then I added details with the White Uni Posca pen and the black fineliners.

As you like it challenge 284 - Favourite embossing method

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Last minute manda. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete manier van embossen zien. Ik gebruik beide manieren niet vaak en dat is best zonde, want ze zijn beide erg leuk met mooie resultaten. Embossen met embossingpoeder doe ik nu meestal om afbeeldingen netjes te kunnen inkleuren met Distress inkt. Door de verhoogde randjes kleur je niet zo snel buiten de lijnen dus dat is handig. Met embossingfolders krijg je op een eenvoudige manier een mooi effect op je kaart en toch is het erg simpel om te doen.

Ik heb deze keer een kaart gemaakt met de digitale stempel Häschensommer van Emma Pünktchen. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik geëmbost met de Swiss dots embossing folder van Provocraft. Uit paars karton heb ik een geschulpt vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 van Crealies en daar heb ik het witte vierkant op geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Uit paars karton heb ik met de Journaling alphas dies van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) het woord hugs gestanst en dat heb ik naast de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, today a new challenge has started on the As you like it challenge blog and this week we are being sponsored by Last minute manda. This time we would love to hear what your favourite embossing method is. I don't use both techniques very often. When I use heat embossing it is often so I can colour my image with Distress inks. The raised edges help me to colour inside the lines. Using embossing folders ia a simple to do and it still gives a nice elegant effect on your card and I love the look of it. 

This time I have made a card with the digital stamp Häschensommer from Emma Pünktchen. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies I have cut a square from white cardstock and then I embossed it with the Swiss dots embossing folder from Provocraft. I have cut a scalloped square from purple cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 from Crealies and glued the white square on top of it. I glued them both on a white card and with foamtape I added the image on the card. I have cut the word hugs from purple cardstock with the Journaling alphas dies from Neat and tangled (no longer in business) and I glued it on the card.

Impronte d'Autore - Let's party

Hallo, ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met het leuke muisje van de stempelset Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 van Crealies een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik het toetertje uit de stempelset gestempeld met Versafine clair morning mist inkt en daarna heb ik de tekst weer met zwarte inkt op de cirkel gestempeld. Op een wit kaartje heb ik rood design papier van het Polka dot parade paperpad van Sunny studio stamps geplakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van het design papier getekend. Ik heb de cirkel op het kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik het muisje met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. 

Hello, I have made a card with the funny mouse from the stamp set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 from Crealies I have cut a circle from white cardstock. I stamped the little horn from the stamp set on the circle with Versafine clair morning mist ink and then I added the sentiment with black ink. On a white card I have glued red patterned paper from the Polka dot parade paperpad from Sunny studio stamps. With a black fineliner I have drawn lines around the edges of the red paper. I have glued the circle on the card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card.The card is decorated with black hotfix gems.

Hallo, vandaag post ik eindelijk de laatste tekeningen die ik heb gemaakt voor de mydoodlenine challenge voor spril van Doodledaydarlings. Deze post geeft uitleg over de #mydoodlenine challenge.

Ik vond het leuke tulpje van csenge_illustration perfect passen op mijn pagina. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om maar één tulpje te tekenen in plaats van een bosje.

I really loved the cute tulip from csenge_illustration and thought it would be perfect on my page. I decided to draw just one tulip instead of the whole bunch.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze week willen we graag je favoriete kaartenschets zien. Ik heb het al vaker gezegd, ik houd van simpele kaarten. Mijn favoriete kaartenschets is dan ook een simpele. Het is een groot vlak (meestal wit) karton en daaronder een stripje met design papier. Je kunt de kaart vrij eenvoudig houden door alleen een afbeelding toe toe voegen en als je er meer werk van wil maken kun je er nog een achtergrond bij doen. 

Ik heb op mijn kaart het lieve vosje van de set Floral friends van Isabel Cristina stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Pablo coloured potloden van Caran d'ache, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb met Versafine clair arctic inkt een achtergrond gemaakt voor mijn afbeelding op een stukje wit karton. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van mijn witte karton getekend. Op een witte kaart heb ik paars geruit papier van het Classic gingham paperpad van Sunny studio stamps geplakt en daarna heb ik het witte karton met de achtergrond met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Love buds (retired) van My favorite things p[ de kaart gestempeld. Ik heb de kaart versierd met paarse enamel dots. 

Hello, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we are being sponsored by Lawn fawn. This week we want to see your favourite card sketch. I have said it many times before. I love clean and simple cards. My favourite card sketch is also a simple one. It is a big piece of (most of the times white) cardstock combined with a strip of patterned paper. You can make a really simple card when you just add an image or you can make it more fussy when you decide to add a background .

On my card I have used the little fox from the set Floral friends from Isabel Cristina stamps. I have coloured the image with my Pablo coloured pencils from Caran d'ache, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen for some extra details. I have fussy cut the image. On white cardstock I have made a background for my image with Versafine clair arctic ink. I added lines around the edges of the cardstock with a black fineliner. On a white card I have glued a strip of purple patterned paper from the Classic gingham paperpad from Sunny studio stamps and then I glued the white cardstock with the background with foamtape on the card. I also added the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Love buds (retired) from My favorite things on the card. The card is decorated with purple enamel dots.

Di's digi designs challenge - Flower frenzy

Hallo, vandaag begint de nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag bloemen op je kaartje zien. Ik heb voor deze challenge een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Beary special van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.

Ik heb uit wit karton een grote ovaal gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 75 van Crealies. Op het ovaal heb ik met een inkt blending brush Tumbled glass distress inkt aangebracht. Op een witte kaart heb ik ruitjespapier van het Tiny prints paperpad van Avec geplakt en daarop heb ik de ovaal geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Op een stripje wit papier heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Love buds (retired) van My favorite things gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze onder over de afbeelding geplakt.

For this challenge I have made a card with the digital stamp Beary special from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. 

I have cut a large oval from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 75 from Crealies and made a background on it with a blending brush and Tumbled glass distress ink. On a white card I have added gingham paper from the Tiny prints paperpad from Avec and then I glued the oval on top of it. I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Love buds (retired) from My favorite things on a strip of white cardstock and I glued it on the image.

A little bunny drawing

Hallo, ik ben pas geleden op vakantie geweest en toen ben ik in Aken naar een hobbywinkel geweest waar ook veel kunstenaarsbenodigdheden worden verkocht. Ik kwam daar een nieuwe soort (voor mij) aquarelpapier tegen en ik heb dat blokje gekocht om te testen. Ik heb daarna op het Sugar cane watercolour paper van Hahnemühle een potloodtekening gemaakt van een klein konijntje met tulp. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna overgetrokken met de Zwarte Unipin fineliners en daarna heb ik mijn tekening ingekleurd met mijn Mijello mission gold aquarelverf. Voor een eerste test was het papier prima, maar goed het is maar een kleine simpele tekening, dus ik zal het zeker nog even verder testen.

Hello, a couple of weeks ago I have been on vacation and when I was in Aken (Aachen, Germany) for a day I have visited a craft store that also sells a lot of art supplies. I have bought a new (for me) kind of watercolour paper, because I wanted to try the paper. Then I have drawn a little bunny with tulip on the Sugar cane watercolour paper from Hahnemühle with a pencil. I have traced the pencil sketch with the Black Unipin fineliners and then I coloured the drawing with my Mijello mission gold watercolours. My first test with this paper was fine, but since it is just a little drawing I will test some more.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever kaarten maakt met zachte kleuren of juist felle opvallende kleuren. Ik hou van kaarten in zachte kleuren maar op de een of andere manier kom ik zelf toch altijd op felle opvallende kleuren uit en daarom heb ik vandaag ook felle kleuren gebruikt. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met één van de schattige afbeeldingen van de stempelset Flower friends van Clearly besotted. Ik heb de afbeelding gestempeld op Florence watercolour paper smooth van Vaessen creative met Versafine clair nocturne inkt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met de Karin brushmarkers pro en ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Old rectangle slimline card (D210421) van Gummiapan heb ik een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst. Hier heb ik met de Confetti stamp van Cats on appletrees op gestempeld. Ik heb het rechthoek op zwart karton geplakt en daarna heb ik ze samen op een roze slimline kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Uit roze en zwart karton heb ik de tekst gestanst met de Many sentiments Coverplate dies from The ton.

Hello, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time we would love to hear if your prefer making cards with soft colours of bold colours. I really love cards in soft colours, but most of the times when I make a card it ends up with really bold colours. So for today I also used bold colours. 

I have made a card with one of the adorable images from the stamp set Flower friends from Clearly besotted. I have stamped the image on Florence watercolour paper smooth from Vaessen creative with Versafine clair nocturne ink and then I embossed the image with clear embossingpowder. I have coloured the image with my Karin brushmarkers pro and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Old rectangle slimline card (D210421) from Gummiapan I have cut a rectangle panel from white cardstock and with the Confetti stamp from Cats on appletrees I have stamped on it. I glued the panel on black cardstock and then I glued them together on a pink card. I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have cut the sentiment from pink and black cardstock with the Many sentiments Coverplate dies from The ton.
