Goedemorgen, vandaag begint de eerste challenge van het jaar 2024 weer op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag weten wat je favoriete merk papier is om je kaarten mee te maken. Ik ben een groot fan van het design papier van Sunny studio stamps. Zij hebben leuke kleuren papier en geweldige eenvoudige patronen. Ik ben niet de grootste fan van het werken met design papier, dus wanneer ik het gebruik, gebruik ik graag eenvoudige patronen en daarvoor kun je perfect bij Sunny studio stamps terecht.
Ik heb een kaart gemaakt met de stempel Shari Bresciani - Milo & Lucy (Cats wrapped in scarf) van Purple onion designs. Ik heb de afbeelding gestempeld op aquarelpapier en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Derwent inktense potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 van Crealies heb ik een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de cirkel daarna geëmbost met de Hearts embossing folder (retired) van Cuttlebug en daarna heb ik met een blending kwast Tumbled glass Distress inkt op de cirkel aangebracht. Uit roze stipjespapier van het Polka dot parade papier van Sunny studio stamps heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 van Crealies een rechthoek gestanst. Ik heb hier wit lint omheen gebonden en daarna heb ik het roze papier op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de cirkel met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en daarna is de afbeelding ook met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Cuddle buddies (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps op wit karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 van Crealies. De tekst is ook met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

I really love working with papers from Sunny studio stamps. They have great colours and lots of lovely patterns. I am not really a big fan of patterned paper, so when I use it, I want to have a simple pattern and the papers from Sunny studio are perfect.
I have made a card with the stamp Shari Bresciani - Milo & Lucy (Cats wrapped in scarf) from Purple onion designs. I have stamped the image on watercolour paper and then I coloured the image with my Derwent inktense pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 from Crealies I have cut a circle from white cardstock and I embossed it with the Hearts embossing folder (retired) from Cuttlebug. Then I applied Tumbled glass Distress ink on the circle. From pink dotted paper from the Polka dot parade paper from Sunny studio stamps I have cut a rectangle with the Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 from Crealies. After I tied white ribbon around it, I glued the pink rectangle on a white card. I have glued the circle with foamtape on the card and then I also glued the image with foamtape on the circle. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Cuddle buddies (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps on white cardstock and then I have cut the sentiment with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 from Crealies. I glued the sentiment with foamtape on the card.
