Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een klein verjaardagskaartje op mijn blog. Ik heb op mijn kaartje afbeeldingen van de stempelset Birds of a feather (retired) van Clearly besotted gebruikt. Deze stempelset is niet meer verkrijgbaar, maar ik link wel naar een kleinere set waar deze afbeeldingen ook in zitten. Ik heb de afbeeldingen op aquarelpapier gestempeld met zwarte inkt en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Distress inkt en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt.
Ik heb een mini kaartje gemaakt. De voorkant van het kaartje is 9,5 x 6,5 cm. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt van kraft karton. Daarna heb ik een laag wit karton op het kaartje geplakt. Op het witte karton heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeeldingen gemaakt. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner een lijntje langs de randen van het witte karton gedoodled. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna op mijn kaartje geplakt. Vervolgens heb ik nog een tekst die in de stempelset zit op het kaartje gestempeld.
Goodmorning, today I am posting a mini birthday card on my blog. I have made a card with images from the stampset Birds of a feather (retired) from Clearly besotted. This stampset is no longer available, but there is a new smaller set with all of the images I used and I linked to that set. I have stamped the images with black ink on watercolour paper and then I coloured them all with my Distress inks and the black glaze pen. Then I have fussy cut the images.
I have made a mini card. The front of card has the size of 9,5 x 6,5 cm. I have made the card from kraft cardstock. Then I added a layer of white cardstock. On the white cardstock I have made a background for my images with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. With a black fineliner I doodled a line around the edges of the white cardstock. I have glued the images on the card and then I stamped a sentiment from the stampset on my card.
