Goodmorning, today I am participating in a special bloghop for the second World bee day.
Bees and other pollinators, such as butterflies, bats and hummingbirds, are increasingly under threat from human activities.
Pollinators allow many plants, including many food crops, to reproduce. Not only do pollinators contribute directly to food security, but they are key to conserving biodiversity - a cornerstone of the Sustainable Development Goals. They also serve as sentinels for emergent environmental risks, signaling the health of local ecosystems.
Invasive insects, pesticides, land-use change and monocropping practices may reduce available nutrients and pose threats to bee colonies.
To raise awareness of the importance of pollinators, the threats they face and their contribution to sustainable development, the UN designated 20 May as World Bee Day.
To give some extra attention to World Bee day Milka organised a bloghop with 24 cardmakers and stamping companies. They are all going to post cards/creations that have something to do with bee and/or honey. You can win lots of amazing prices, both on Milka's blog, but also on some indivdual blogs. In total there are 19 (!) prices for 19 people. So please hop along with us. Below are the rules if you want to make a chance.
For your chance to win, hop along
blogs of the participating designers and sponsors listed in blog hop list
and leave comment on each blog hop stop (22 stops). After commenting, return back to Milka’s blog and add
your name to InLinkz, but prior you do, please read Blog Hop details, terms, giveaway rules and privacy policy which
are shared in Milka's blog post below
InLinkz.

And this is my card for this hop. I have made a card with the stamp Bee Heidi from CC. designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I coloured the wings with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. I have fussy cut the image. On a white card I glued a strip of black and white dotted paper from the Do what you love Pretty paper bloc from Marianne design. On a piece of white cardstock I doodled some lines with a black fineliner. I have die-cut a scalloped border from yellow cardstock with the Stitched scallop basic edges 2 from My favorite things. I coloured the yellow cardstock with Spiced marmelade distress ink to make it a better match for my image. I glued the scalloped strip under my white cardstock and then I glued everything on the card with foamtape. I have die-cut the sentiment from yellow cardstock with the Journaling alpha dies from Neat and tangled and I glued it on my card. I added the image with foamtape. With the Corner chomper I have made the bottom corners round. Then I used a black fineliner to draw little dots on my card.
