Polkadoodles - Helga hippo says hi

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een kaartje met een lief nijlpaardje erop. Dit is Helga hippo - Say hi van Polkadoodles. Ik heb Helga ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en haar jurkje is gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Uit wit karton heb ik een grote banner gesneden met de Stitched jumbo fishtail banner stax van My favorite things. Door de die te verleggen op mijn cuttlebug kon ik de lengte van de banner verlengen zodat mijn afbeelding er mooi op past. Ik heb een wit lintje om de banner gebonden. Met de Journaling alpha dies van Neat and tangled heb ik het woord Hi uit zwart karton gesneden en dat heb ik op de tag geplakt. Met de Tiny tags die van Papertrey ink heb ik een klein zwart hartje uitgestanst en dat heb ik naast de afbeelding geplakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik roze hartjes design papier uit het Tiny hearts pastels paperpad van My favorite things geplakt en daarna heb ik de banner met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a card with a sweet hippo on it. This is Helga hippo - Say hi from Polkadoodles. I have coloured Helga with my Polychromos pencils and I coloured her dress with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. Then I have fussy cut the image. I have cut a large banner from white cardstock with the Stitched jumbo fishtail banner stax from My favorite things. Because I used a special way to cut the banner, I was able to make it a bit longer so the image could fit on it. I tied a white ribbon around it. With the Journaling alpha dies from Neat and tangled I have die-cut the word hi from black cardstock and I adhered the letters on the banner. With the Tiny tags die from Papertrey ink I have cut a little heart from black cardstock and I adhered it next to the image. On a white card I adhered pink heart design paper from the Tiny hearts pastels paperpad from My favorite things and then I adhered the banner with foamtape on the card.
