Magnolia kerstkaartje


Hallo, vandaag post ik eens even niet een halloweenkaartje, maar een kerstkaartje. De afbeelding is van Magnolia en is van de nieuwe collectie kerststempels 2011. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met mijn potloden. Tilda's ogen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en de witte stippen van de kerstsok en de strik heb ik gekleurd met een witte gelpen. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik eerst gekleurd met blauw krijt en daarna heb ik ook nog parelmoer krijt gebruikt, zodat de afbeelding mooi glanst in het licht. Op de rand van  de sok heb ik frosted lace stickles gebruikt. De sketch van mijn kaartje is van het Card patterns challenge blog. Ik heb met een stempel van de Rubber stamp tapestry de stipjes op de witte vlakken papier gestempeld. Daarna heb ik met een groene fineliner de randjes langs de vlakken gedoodled. De tekst komt van een stempelsetje van Fizzy moon. De kaart heb ik afgemaakt door een wit koordje omheen te binden en te strikken. 

Hello, today I am posting a christams card instead of all the halloween cards that I have posted before. The image is from Magnolia and it is from the new christmas collection 2011. I have coloured the image with my pencils. Tilda's eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen and the white dots on the stocking and the bow are  coloured with a white gelpen. I used blue halk to colour around the image and after that I went over the blue chalk with pearl chalk for a nice subtle shine. I used frosted lace stickles on the edge of the stocking. The sketch I used for my card is from the Card patterns challenge blog. I stamped the little dots with a stamp from the Rubber stamp tapestry on the white panels and then I doodled some lines with a green fineliner. The sentiment is from a stamp set from Fizzy moon. I finished my card off with a white cord that I wrapped around the card and I tied a little bow in it.
