Vandaag post ik een tag die ik heb gemaakt voor de Maandelijkse challenge from Gerda Steiner designs. Deze maand is het de bedoeling om een kaartje te maken met de afbeelding Spring bunny friends van Gerda Steiner designs. Als je deze afbeelding koopt en meedoet aan de challenge, krijg je automatisch de afbeelding voor de maand erop toegestuurd.

Ik heb de afbeelding Spring bunny friends van Gerda Steiner designs ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Large labels van Leane creatief heb ik uit roze en wit karton 2 labels gestanst. Op het witte label heb ik eerst met het Drifts & hills stencil van My favorite things een grasheuveltjes gemaakt met Mowed lawn distress inkt. Daarna heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de konijntjes vervolgens met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Hoppiness van Gerda Steiner designs boven de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb een klein vlindertje van de stempelset Hello spring van Gerda Steiner designs gestempeld, ingekleurd en uitgeknipt en deze heb ik met foamtape boven de tekst geplakt. Met een gaatjestang heb ik een gaatje gemaakt in de labels en daarna heb ik hier een wit lintje doorheen gebonden.

I have coloured the image Spring bunny friends from Gerda Steiner designs with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. Then I have fussy cut the image. With the Large labels from Leane creatief I have die-cut 2 labels from pink and white cardstock. On the white tag I made a background for the image with the Drifts & hills stencil from My favorite things and Mowed lawn distress ink. I added clouds with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. Then I adhered the bunnies with foamtape on the tag. I stamped a sentiment from the stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs above the image. I stamped a little butterfly from the stampset Hello spring from Gerda Steiner designs, coloured it and then I fussy cut it. I have adhered it with foamtape above the sentiment. I used a hole punch to make a little hole in the tag and then I tied white ribbon through it.

Vandaag post ik een kaartje voor de Maandelijkse challenge from Gerda Steiner designs. Deze maand is het de bedoeling om een kaartje te maken met de afbeelding Spring bunny friends van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding Spring bunny friends van Gerda Steiner designs ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 van Crealies heb ik uit geel stipjespapier van het Party patterns paperpad van My favorite things een rechthoek gestanst. Ik heb hier een wit lintje omheen gebonden en daarna heb ik het op een witte kaart geplakt. Uit wit karton heb ik een ovaal gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 51 van Crealies. Hierop heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Met een Grass die heb ik uit een tweede ovaal 2 grasrandjes gemaakt en die heb ik gekleurd met Mowed lawn distress inkt. Ik heb er één rechtstreeks op de ovaal geplakt en daarna heb ik de konijntjes met foamtape op het ovaal geplakt en vervolgens heb ik hier over heen het laatste grasrandje met foamtape geplakt. Uit wit karton heb ik daarna nog een scallop ovaal gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 55 van Crealies en hierop heb ik de ovaal met afbeelding geplakt. Ik heb beide ovalen vervolgens op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb nog een strikje van wit lint boven de ovaal geplakt.

I have coloured the image Spring bunny friends from Gerda Steiner designs with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. Then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 from Crealies I have die-cut a rectangle from yellow dotted design paper from the Party patterns paperpad from My favorite things. I tied white ribbon around it and then I adhered it on a white card. From white cardstock I have die-cut an oval with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 51 from Crealies. I made cloudybackground on it with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. From another oval I have die-cut 2 grass borders with a Grass die and I coloured those with Mowed lawn distress ink. One border is adhered on the oval with double sided tape. Then I adhered the bunny image with foamtape and then I added the last grass border with foamtape. I have die-cut a scalloped oval from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 55 from Crealies and I adhered the oval with the image on top of it. I adhered both ovals on the card and then I added a little bow from white ribbon.

Op de voorkant van de kaart was geen ruimte meer voor de tekst, dus die heb ik binnenin gestempeld. Ik heb hiervoor een tekst van de stempelset Hoppiness van Gerda Steiner designs gebruikt.

On the front of the card was no space left for the sentiment, so I stamped it on the inside. I used a sentiment from the set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs for it.

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 18 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 18 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer is de challenge om iets op je kaartje te stikken. Je mag kiezen tussen echt stikken, of je kunt kiezen voor "nep-stikken"door middel van dies of met een fineliner. Ik heb deze keer voor echt stikken gekozen. Ik doe dit eigenlijk veels te weinig, want ik vind het er altijd erg gaaf uitzien. Het kost wat meer tijd om te doen dan dat het gebruiken van een die met stiklijntjes doet, maar het is gewoon super mooi. Onze challenge wordt deze keer gesponsord door Kinda cute stamps by Patricia Alvarez. De winnaar mag 3 digitale stempels uitkiezen uit haar shop.

Voor mijn kaartje van vandaag heb ik de afbeelding Girl and balloons van Kinda cute stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 10 van Crealies heb ik uit wit karton een rechthoek gestanst. Hierop heb ik met het Dutch mask A5 clouds van Dutch doobadoo een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt met Tumbled glass en Broken china distress inkt en een dauber.  Daarna heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Cool tag banner sentiments van Your next stamp

op de wolkenachtergrond gestempeld. Daarna heb ik met wit borduurgaren een stiklijntjes langs de randen van de rechthoek gemaakt. Daarna heb ik een scallop kaart gemaakt met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 56 van Crealies. Ik heb hiermee 2 keer een grote rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik aan elkaar geplakt door alleen bovenaan een randje dubbelzijdig plakband te gebruiken. Ik heb de wolkenachtergrond daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. 

Today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog. This time we want you to use real or faux stitching on your card and you have to tell us why you haven chosen the stitching you have used. This time I have decided to go for real stitching. I should do this more often, because I really love the look of it. It takes a bit more time to do than using a die with stitched edges, but it is oh so pretty. Our challenge is being sponsored by Kinda cute stamps by Patricia Alvarez. The winner can pick 3 digital stamps from her store.

On my card I have used the image Girl and balloons from Kinda cute stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 10 from Crealies I have die-cut a rectangle from white cardstock. I have made a cloudy background on it with the Dutch mask A5 clouds from Dutch doobadoo and a dauber and Tumbled glass and Broken china distress ink. I have stamped a sentiment from the stampset Cool tag banner sentiments from Your next stamp on the cloudy background. Then I used white embroidery thread to add the stitching on the rectangle. Then I made a scalloped card with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 56 from Crealies. I have die-cut 2 large scalloped rectangles and adhered those together with only one strip of double sided tape on the top of card. Then I adhered the background with foamtape on the card.

Vandaag post ik dit kaartje ook op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik ben vrij laat met posten maar het lukte me helaas niet eerder om een foto van de kaart te maken en de foto's die ik heb gemaakt zijn ook niet erg mooi door het slechte weer hier.

Vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met een stempel van de stempelset You are koalafied van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de koala, de tekst en het kleine hartje op wit linnen karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things gebruikt om in combinatie met een potlood een wolkenachtergrond te maken en dat lukte heel goed. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies. Uit wit karton heb ik nog een vierkant met open scallops gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 70 van Crealies. Ik heb alle vierkanten op elkaar geplakt en daarna heb ik alles op een klein wit kaartje geplakt.

Today I am posting a card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. I ma a bit late with posting because I wasn't able to take pictures of the card earlier and because of the aweful weather over here in the Netherlands my pictures still don't look good. 

Today I made a card with the stampset You are koalafied from Gerda Steiner designs. I stamped the koala, the sentiment and the heart on white linen cardstock and then I coloured all images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have made a background for the image with the help of the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and my pencils and it turned out great. I have die-cut the image with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies. I have cut a square with an open scallop from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 70 from Crealies. I adhered all squares on top of each other and then I adhered everything on a little card.

Fairytale challenge 186 - Coffee and cake

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 16 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 16 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag laat ik het projectje zien dat ik voor de nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog heb gemaakt. Onze nieuwe challenge is namelijk Coffee and cake. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een klein doosje te maken met daarin een heerlijke Kanjer chocoladewafel. Op het doosje staat een tekst waarmee je iemand kunt uitnodigen om gezellig ergens koffie (of thee als je net zoals ik geen koffie lust ;) ) te gaan drinken.
Ik heb het doosje gewoon zelf zonder technische hulpmiddelen gemaakt. Op het doosje heb ik de digitale stempel Bear with cup van Kinda cute stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de beer ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de sjaal van de beer heb ik streepjes getekend met een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens uitgeknipt. Het doosje is gemaakt van wit karton en daarop heb ik een laag rood karton geplakt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 73 van Crealies heb ik uit wit karton een cirkel gestanst en deze heb ik op het doosje geplakt. Ik heb de beer vervolgens met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. Uit groen karton heb ik de tekst gestanst met behulp van de set Alphabet soup - lowercase van Memory box. Ik heb deze vervolgens op de cirkel geplakt. Uit groen karton heb ik ook nog 2 hartjes gestanst met de Mini hearts set van Simon says stamp. Ik heb één hartje onder de tekst geplakt en het andere hartje heb ik op de koffiebeker die de beer in zijn handen heeft, geplakt.

Today I am showing you a project that I made for the new challenge on the Fairytale challenge blog. Our new challenge is Coffee and cake. I decided to make a little box with a nice delicious chocolate cookie in it. On the box I added a sentiment that you can use to invite someone to get a cup of coffee (or tea, if you doný like drinking coffee ;) ). 
I made the box myself without using my silhouette or something else. On the box I used the digital stamp Bear with cup from Kinda cute stamps. I have coloured the bear with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to draw stripes on the scarf of the bear. I have fussy cut the image. The box is made from white cardstock. I added a layer of red cardstock. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 73 from Crealies I have die-cut a circle from white cardstock and I adhered it on the box. I adhered the image with foamtape on the box. From green cardstock I have die-cut the sentiment with the Alphabet soup - lowercase from Memory box. I have placed the sentiment on the white circle. I have die-cut a couple of hearts from green cardstock with the Mini hearts set from Simon says stamp. I placed one heart under the sentiment and the other one is adhered on the coffeecup the bear is holding in his hands.

Fijne verjaardag

Hallo, dit is dag 15 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Hello, this is day 15 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Ook vandaag is het weer gelukt om een paar minuten te kleuren en ik heb vandaag een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt. Ik kwam tijdens het opruimen een oude stempelset van Hero arts tegen en die moest ik gewoon gebruiken om een kaartje te maken. Deze bloem en blaadjes komen uit de stempelset 3 Dotted flowers van Hero Arts (retired). Ik heb de afbeelding met versamark inkt op wit karton gestempeld en vervolgens heb ik de afbeeldingen met witte embossingspoeder geëmbost. Ik neem me iedere 30-day colouring challenge weer voor om met ander materiaal dan mijn potloden te kleuren, maar meestal gebruik ik toch vooral mijn potloden. Voor vandaag heb ik er toch voor gekozen om de afbeeldingen in te kleuren met mijn Zig clean colour real brush markers. Na het inkleuren heb ik alle afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Op een wit kaartje heb ik een tekst van de stempelset 't is je verjaardag van Els Brigé designs gestempeld met zwarte inkt. Op een stempelblok heb ik gekleurd met de roze zig marker en hier heb ik ook nog wat water aan toegevoegd. Dit heb ik gebruikt om met mijn kwast kleine stipjes op de voorkant van de kaart te maken. Ik heb de bloem en de blaadjes vervolgens met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Today I was again able to colour for a few minutes and I made a little birthday card. While cleaning up I found an old stampset from Hero arts and I had to use it to make this card. The flower and the leaf are from the stampset 3 Dotted flowers from Hero Arts (retired). I stamped the images with versamark ink on white cardstock and then I embossed them all with white embossingpowder. Every 30-day colouring challenge I plan to use other colouring mediums than my old trusty pencils, but in the end I use my pencils almost every day, but today I really wanted to use my Zig clean colour real brush markers. After colouring all the image, I have fussy cut them all. On a white card I stamped a sentiment from the stampset 't is je verjaardag from Els Brigé designs with black ink. On a stamp block I coloured a bit with the pink Zig marker and I added a bit of water. I used it together with a little brush to make some splatters on the front of the card. Then I adhered the flower and leaves on the card.

Goodmorning, this is day 14 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag laat ik 3 tags zien die ik heb gemaakt met 3 schattige kikkertjes. De kikkers komen van de stempelset Unfrogettable van Create a smile stamps. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik ze allemaal uitgeknipt. De teksten die ik op de tags heb gebruikt komen ook allemaal uit de stempelset Unfrogettable van Create a smile stamps.

Today I am posting 3 tags that I made with 3 cute frogs. The frogs are all from the stampset Unfrogettable from Create a smile stamps. I have coloured them all with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut them all. The sentiments that I used on the tags are all also from the stamp Unfrogettable from Create a smile stamps.

Ik heb de kraft tags van Joy crafts gebruikt voor dit project. Deze Kraft tags 112 x 56 mm van Joy crafts zijn erg leuk om te gebruiken voor een simpel snel projectje. Op de onderkant van de tag heb ik een strip geel design papier van het Kraft in color - kraft paperpad van Doodlebug geplakt. Uit rood karton heb ik 2 hartjes gestanst met de Holiday hearts stars craft die van Simons says stamp. Ik heb de hartjes gekleurd met Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen en daarna heb ik hierop glossy accents aangebracht.

I have used tags from Joy crafts to create these tags tat I made. These Kraft tags 112 x 56 mm from Joy crafts are perfect for a quick and easy project. On the bottom of the tag I adhered yellow design paper from the Kraft in color - kraft paperpad from Doodlebug. From red cardstock I have die-cut 2 little hearts with the Holiday hearts stars craft die from Simons says stamp. I first coloured them with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen and then I applied glossy accents on them. 

Op de tweede tag heb ik rood ruitjes papier van het Tiny check paper pad van My favorite things geplakt. Ik heb uit dit zelfde papier een hartje gestanst met de Holiday hearts stars craft die van Simons says stamp en dat heb ik naast de tekst geplakt.

On the second tag I adhered red gingham paper from the Tiny check paper pad from My favorite things. I have die-cut a heart from the same design paper with the Holiday hearts stars craft die from Simons says stamp and adhered it next to the sentiment.

Op de laatste tag heb ik een stripje groen streepjespapier van het Spots & stripes brights paperpad van Sugarpeas designs geplakt. Ik heb uit rood papier een aantal sterretjes gestanst met de Holiday hearts stars craft die van Simons says stamp en deze heb ik op de tag geplakt.

On the last tag I adhered a strip of green striped designpaper from the Spots & stripes brights paperpad from Sugarpeas designs. I have die-cuta couple of stars from red cardstock with the Holiday hearts stars craft die from Simons says stamp and I adhered those around the image on the tag.

Di's digi stamps challenge - Winter

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 13 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 13 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog. Deze keer is onze challenge om een winterkaartje te maken. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een kerstkaartje te maken. Om het een beetje extra winter sfeer te geven heb ik een winters landschapje gemaakt.

Ik heb op mijn kaartje de afbeelding Penguins fishy friend van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op de sjaal van de pinguin getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies heb ik een groot vierkant uit wit karton gestanst en die heb ik gekleurd met Tumbled glass en Broken china distress inkt om zo een lucht te maken. Met de Stitched basic edges 2 die-namics van My favorite things heb ik een sneeuwheuveltje gemaakt. Hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Winter woodland wonders van Avery elle gestempeld. Ik heb een aantal bomen gestanst uit wit karton met Tree dies van een onbekend merk. Ik heb de bomen gekleurd met Gathered twiggs en Peeled paint distress inkt en deze heb ik daarna op de kaart geplakt. Vervolgens heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Today a new challenge starts on the Di's digi designs challenge blog. This time we want you to make a winter card, I decided to make a christmascard. To give it an extra winter touch I decided to a create a winter scene behind the image.

On the card I used the image Penguins fishy friend from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to add dots on the scarf from the penguin. I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies I have die-cut a square from white cardstock and I coloured it with Tumbled glass and Broken china distress ink. With the Stitched basic edges 2 die-namics from My favorite things I cut a snowhill. I stamped a sentiment from the set Winter woodland wonders from Avery elle on the snowhill. I die-cut a couple of trees with Tree dies from an unknown brand. I coloured them with Gathered twiggs and Peeled paint distress ink and then I adhered them on the card. Finally I adhered the image with foamtape on the card.

Di's digi stamps - Hello sweet friend!

Hello, this is day 12 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Voor vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de stempel Mushroom mouse van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit rood karton gestanst en ook nog een kleiner vierkant uit wit karton. Op het witte vierkant heb ik met Tumbled glass distress inkt en het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het vierkant geplakt. Ik heb uit zwart karton een tekst gestanst met het Alphabet soup - lowercase van Memory box.

For today I made a card with the image Mushroom mouse from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies I have die-cut a square from red cardstock and another smaller square from white cardstock. On the white square I made a cloudy background with Tumbled glass distress ink and the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things. I have adhered the image with foamtape on the white square. From black cardstock I have die-cut a sentiment with the die-set Alphabet soup - lowercase from Memory box.

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 11 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 11 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Net zoals gisteren post ik vandaag ook weer een kaartje met de Valentine penguins van Gerda Steiner designs. Voor mijn kaartje van vandaag heb ik net zoals gisteren de pinguin met de hartjesballon gebruikt. Ik heb de pinguin ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de ballon gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 & 50 van Crealies heb ik een kader uit wit karton gestanst. Op de voorkant van een witte kaart heb ik met het Dutch mask A5 clouds van Dutch Doobadoo en Broken china distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Vervolgens heb ik het frame met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding ook met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Op een stukje wit karton heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Valentine penguins van Gerda Steiner designs gestempeld en deze heb ik per woord uitgeknipt. Ik heb de losse woorden met foamtape boven op een wolk geplakt. Uit rood karton heb ik een hartje geponst en nadat ik deze heb gekleurd met de Clear spectrum noir sparkle pen, heb ik deze onder de tekst geplakt.

Just like yesterday I am again posting a card with the cute Valentine penguins from Gerda Steiner designs. Again I used the image from the penguin with the heart balloon. I have coloured the penguin with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I coloured the balloon with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 & 50 from Crealies I have die-cut a large frame from white cardstock. On the front of the card I used the Dutch mask A5 clouds from Dutch Doobadoo with Broken china distress ink to create a cloudy background. Then I adhered the frame and the penguin with foamtape on the card. On a piece of white cardstock I stamped a sentiment from the stampset Valentine penguins from Gerda Steiner designs and I fussy cut every word seperatly. I adhered them with foamtape on top of one of the clouds. I punched a little heart from red cardstock and coloured it with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. I adhered the red heart under the sentiment.
