As you like it challenge 199 - Favourite colour duo

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag een kaartje zien in je 2 favoriete kleuren. Ik ben al heel lang gek op de combinatie van rood en zwart en daarom heb ik voor deze kleuren gekozen. Ik vind de kleuren erg mooi samen en ze vallen goed op, echt perfect voor een kaartje! Deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn.

Ik post vandaag een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de kaartenswap van de Carlijn design facebookgroep. Ik heb toen een kaartje gemaakt om mijn swap maatje een fijn nieuwjaar toe te wensen. Ik heb op mijn kaartje de digitale stempel Champagne mice van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Het leek me leuk om een shakerkaart te maken en die kan je perfect maken met de Snijmallen A6 venster 6 ramen van Carlijn design. Ik heb het venster uit rood karton gestanst. Ik heb een plastic sheet achter het venster geplakt en daarna foamtape op de randen, zodat ik genoeg ruimte had zodat de sequins nog goed kunnen bewegen. Ik heb als basis een zwarte kaart genomen en daarop heb ik met witte acrylverf kleine verfspatjes gemaakt. Met de Star confetti die van Alexandra Renke heb ik een aantal sterretjes uit wit karton gestanst en die heb ik op de zwarte kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna mijn venster goed gevuld met allerlei soorten sequins en daarna heb ik het venster op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de tekst van de stansset Snijmallen Elegante kerst van Carlijn design uit wit karton gestanst en de onderlaag heb ik uit vellum gestanst. Nadat ik de tekst op het vellum heb geplakt heb ik ze samen op de kaart geplakt.

Today I am posting a card that I have made for the cardswap from the Carlijn design facebookgroup. I made a happy new year card for my swap partner. I have used the digital stamp Champagne mice from Di's digi stamps on my card. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I thought it would be fun to make a shakercard and I used the Snijmallen A6 venster 6 ramen from Carlijn design for my card. I have die-cut the frame from red cardstock. I added a plastic sheet behind the windows and added foamtape to get enough height, so the sequins still can move in my card. I used a black cardstock for the card. I added little paint splatters on it with white acrylic paint. With the Star confetti die from Alexandra Renke I have die-cut a couple of stars from white cardstock and I glued those on the card. I have filled the frame with all kinds of sequins and then I glued the frame on the black card. I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have die-cut the sentiment from white cardstock with the Snijmallen Elegante kerst from Carlijn design and I cut the bottom layer from vellum. After I glued the sentiment on the vellum I glued them both together on my card.

Gerda Steiner designs & Kleuren met potloden - Birthday bee

Goedemorgen, vandaag  is het weer mijn beurt om een kaartje te posten op het blog van Gerda Steiner design en het Kleuren met potloden blog. Deze keer heb ik een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Birthday bee van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Mijn mini kaartje is gemaakt van wit karton en de voorkant heeft een maat van 10x10 cm. Op mijn kaartje heb ik een strip rood design papier van het Celebrations paperpack (PK9131 - retired) van Marianne design geplakt. Op een stukje wit karton heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van het witte karton gedoodled. Ik heb de achtergrond met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de rechter hoeken van de kaart afgerond met de hulp van een pons.

Goodmorning, today it is my turn again to post a card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs and on the Kleuren met potloden blog. This time I have made a birthday card with the digital stamp Birthday bee from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. 

My mini card is made from white cardstock and the size of the front is 10x10 cm. On my card I have glued a strip of red patterned paper from the Celebrations paperpack (PK9131 - retired) from Marianne design. On some other white cardstock I have made a background with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. I doodled around the edges of the white cardstock with a black fineliner. I have glued the background with foamtape on the card and then I added the image with foamtape on the card. I have rounded the right corners of the card with a corner punch.

Advent calendar - A box with toilet paper ;)

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een projectje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) die ik voor mijn tantes heb gemaakt in december. En op dag 14 kregen mijn tantes het perfect corona cadeau, namelijk een rol toiletpapier. . ;) Je kan er nooit genoeg van hebben toch?

Ik heb met de Silhouette cameo een doosje ontworpen en dat heb ik uit wit karton gesneden. Ik heb het doosje versierd met leuk design papier van de The christmas collection Ditsy dots van The lovely studio. De deksel van het doosje is versierd met bloemen die ik met de 3d Flowers (stencilSL94) van Studio light uit wit karton heb gestanst. Met de silhouette heb ik ook een aantal blaadjes uit wit karton gestanst. Ik weet niet meer precies welke bestanden ik heb gebruikt. Ik heb de blaadjes gekleurd met Shabby shutters, Mowed lawn, Peeled paint, Forest moss en Crushed olive Distress inkt. Ik heb de bloemen en blaadjes op de deksel van het doosje geplakt en daarna heb ik de bloemen versierd met een wit pareltje. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a little project that I have made for the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my aunts in december. And on day 14 they both received the perfect covid-19 present...a role of toiletpaper. ;) Because you can never have enough of it. ;)

I have designed a box with the Silhouette cameo and cut it from white cardstock. I have decorated the box with nice patterned paper from the The christmas collection Ditsy dots from The lovely studio. The lid of the box is decorated with flowers that I have die-cut from white cardstock with the 3d Flowers (stencilSL94) from Studio light. I used the silhouette to cut some leaves fr m white cardstock. I have used a couple of files and I didn't write the names down. I have coloured the leaves with Shabby shutters, Mowed lawn, Peeled paint, Forest moss and Crushed olive Distress ink. I glued the flowers and leaves on the lid of the box and then I decorated the flowers with a white pearl.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Kleuren met potloden blog. Deze keer is de challenge dat we graag een Clean and simple kaartje willen zien of juist een fully loaded kaart. Dus een kaart met maar weinig versieringen, laagjes etc of juist een kaart die helemaal vol versierd is. We worden deze keer gesponsord door Polkadoodles en Colour of love.

Ik ben zelf een fan van Clean and simple kaartjes en daarom heb ik zo'n kaartje gemaakt. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Snowmen celebration van Polkadoodles. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb een paars kaartje gemaakt met de maat 10 x 10 cm. Ik heb met behulp van het Winter day stencil van Create a smile stamps en een witte gelpen, een achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset So much to say (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps onder de afbeelding gestempeld.

I love making clean and simple cards, so I decided to go for a CAS card. I have made a card with the digital stamp Snowmen celebration from Polkadoodles. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut the image. I have made a purple card and the front of the card has a size of 10 by 10 cm. With the help of the Winter day stencil from Create a smile stamps and a white gelpen I have made a background for the image. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set So much to say (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps under the image.

Di's digi designs challenge - Show some snow

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog en deze keer is de challenge Show some snow. Hoewel kerst pas net is geweest, heb ik toch maar weer een kerstkaart gemaakt, misschien heb ik er dan genoeg af voor december. ;)

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Holly jolly mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb daarna de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies heb ik een kader uit wit karton gestanst. Achter het frame heb ik de afbeelding geplakt. Verder heb ik op aquarelpapier een achtergrond gemaakt voor de afbeelding. Ik heb hiervoor Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch en Chipped sapphire Distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb met Versamark inkt een tekst van de stempelset So much to say (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingpoeder. Daarnaast heb ik op de achtergrond gewerkt met Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel van Stampendous, want dit geeft zo'n leuk sneeuw effect. Ik heb de achtergrond op een witte kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik het kader met de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies I have die-cut a frame from white cardstock and then I glued the image behind it. I have made a background for the image on watercolour paper. I have coloured the background with Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch and Chipped sapphire Distress ink. I have stamped a sentiment from the stampset So much to say (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps with Versamark ink on the background and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I have also worked on the background with Chunky white deep impression embossing enamel from Stampendous, because that gives a really nice snow effect. I have glued the background on a white card and then I glued the frame with the image on the card with foamtape.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik nog een projectje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) die ik in december heb gemaakt voor mijn tantes. Op dag 15 kregen de dames een pak koffie en dat pak koffie heb ik versierd met een zelfgemaakt labeltje. 

Op het label heb ik de digitale stempel Gertrude up and dressed van Bugaboo stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Treat tag die-namics van My favorite things de tag uit wit karton en roze design papier van het Tiny hearts brights paper pack (retired) van My favorite things gestanst. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de tag geplakt. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner een lijntje langs de randen van de tag gedoodled. De tekst is gemaakt met zwarte sticker letters. Ik heb zwart touw aan de tag bevestigd waarmee de tag aan het pak koffie gehangen kan worden.

On the tag I have used the digital stamp Gertrude up and dressed from Bugaboo stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have die-cut the label with the Treat tag die-namics from My favorite things from white cardstock and from pink patterned paper from the Tiny hearts brights paper pack (retired) from My favorite things. I have glued the image with foamtape on the tag. With a black fineliner I have doodled a line around the edges of the white cardstock. The sentiment is made with black sticker letters. I have added balck cord on the tag to hang it on the pack of coffee.

Gerda Steiner designs - Skating by to say hi!

Goedemorgen, vandaag mag ik weer een kaartje posten op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs en deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Ice skating mouse van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb het hartje op de trui gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen en daarna heb ik Glossy accents op het hartje en op de neus van de muis aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Op een witte kaart heb ik de randen van de kaart afgeplakt met washitape. Daarna heb ik met potloden een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding op de kaart getekend. Toen ik helemaal tevreden was, heb ik alles overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner en heb ik de potloodlijntjes uitgegumd. Ik heb de achtergrond ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Op de bomen heb ik sneeuw aangebracht met Fluffy stuff van Cosmic shimmer. Daarna heb ik nog sneeuw getekend met een witte gelpen. Het ijs is ook nog gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik ben nog niet helemaal tevreden met hoe het ijs is geworden, maar daar ga ik later gewoon nog eens mee aan het oefenen. Het was wel erg leuk om mijn eigen achtergrond te tekenen. ;) Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Wintertime clear stamp van CC. Designs op de kaart gestempeld.

I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have coloured the heart on the sweater with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen and then I have applied Glossy accents on the heart and the nose from the mouse. I have fussy cut the image.

On a white card I have used washi tape to cover the edges of the card. Then I have drawn a background for my image with a pencil on the card. When I was satisfied how it turned out, I used a black fineliner to draw over the pencillines and then I erased all the pencil lines. I have coloured the background with my Polychromos pencils. On the trees I applies snow with Fluffy stuff from Cosmic shimmer. I used a white gelpen to draw some more snow in the scene. I have coloured the ice with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. I am not totally satisfied, but for a first try it is ok and I will practice some more on it. I did enjoy making my own background. :) I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Wintertime clear stamp from CC. Designs on the card.

A birthday card for Niek

Goedemorgen, op 1 januari is mijn neefje Niek 7 jaar geworden en omdat hij een lockdown verjaardag heeft, die niet echt goed gevierd kan worden, heb ik hem dit jaar 7 verjaardagskaarten gestuurd. Dit had ik in november ook al gedaan voor de verjaardag van zijn grote broer Menno en dat vonden ze erg leuk. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de 7-beer van de digitale stempelset Numbears van Lili of the valley. Ik heb het beertje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Het getal 7 is gepaperpieced met vrolijk regenboog design papier van het Surprise party paper pack van Sunny studio. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk aquarelpapier heb ik daarna een achtergrond gemaakt voor de afbeelding. Ik heb ervoor gekozen een nachtlucht te maken. Ik heb daarvoor Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch en Chipped sapphire Distress inkt gebruikt. Met witte acrylverf heb ik kleine verfspatjes op de lucht gemaakt. Met de Grassy fields die-namics van My favorite things heb ik een grasrandje uit een stuk groen karton gestanst. Ik heb het gras in de hoeken gekleurd met Peeled paint Distress inkt en daarna heb ik het gras op de achtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik de achtergrond op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. En omdat dit jaar vuurwerk verboden is en Niek op nieuwjaarsdag jarig is, heb ik met een gele gelpen vuurwerk getekend op de kaart. Heeft hij toch nog een beetje vuurwerk op zijn verjaardag. ;)

Goodmorning, on the first of january my nephew Niek celebrated his 7th birthday and because this year is a lockdown birthday, that cannot celebrated really well, I have send him 7 birthday cards this year. When his big brother Menno celebrated his 9th birthday in lockdown I also did this and thay really liked it. 

I have made a card with the 7-bear from the digital stampset Numbears from Lili of the valley. I have coloured the bear with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. The number 7 is paperpieced with rainbow patterned paper from the Surprise party paper pack from Sunny studio. I have fussy cut the image. On watercolourpaper I have made a night sky for my image. I have used Salty ocean, Blueprint sketch and Chipped sapphire Distress ink for the night. With white acrylic paint I have added tiny paint splatters in the sky. With the Grassy fields die-namics from My favorite things I have die-cut a grass border from green cardstock and I added some extra colour on the grass border with Peeled paint Distress ink. I have glued the grass on the background and then I glued them together on a white card. I added the image on the card with foamtape. And because this year most of the fireworks are forbidden in the Netherlands and Nieke celebrates his birthday on new years day, I have drawn fireworks in the sky with a yellow gelpen. This way he still has a little bit of fireworks on his birthday. ;)

Nieuwjaarsrolletjes - Happy 2021!

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een klein projectje op mijn blog. Dit jaar heb ik namelijk weer nieuwjaarsrolletjes gebakken en ik heb er ook wat cadeau gegeven aan mensen. Ik heb ze natuurlijk wel cadeau gegeven in een leuke verpakking. Ik heb de rolletjes in een cellofaan zakje gestopt en dat heb ik dichtgebonden met een wit lintje.

Met mijn Silhouette cameo heb ik een leuk labeltje uitgesneden uit wit en rood karton. Ik heb hiervoor het bestand Happy 2021 van Planeta Silhouette gebruikt. Ik heb een gaatje in het label gemaakt met een ponsje en daarna heb ik het labeltje met een wit touwtje aan het zakje gehangen. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a little project on my blog. This year I have been baking new year rolls (a cookie that is really delicious) and I had given some bags with rolls as a present. I have put the rolls in a cellophane bag and I closed it with a white ribbon.

With my Silhouette cameo I have cut a nice little label from white and red cardstock. I have used the file Happy 2021 by Planeta Silhouette. I have cut a little hole in the label with a hole punch and with  some white cord I have attached the label on the bag.

My Blogging planner 2021

 Goedemorgen, ik wil iedereen een fantastisch 2021 toewensen!

Goodmorning, I want to wish everyone an amazing 2021!

Ik houd al een paar jaar een blogschrift bij, waarin ik al mijn design team opdrachten en andere blogposts bijhoud. Aan het begin van het nieuwe jaar maak ik altijd een pagina om zo het jaar goed te starten.

Dit jaar heb ik een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps gebruikt op mijn pagina. Ik heb de afbeelding op Aquarelpapier smooth Wit 200g A6 van Vaessen creative geprint en ik heb de afbeelding Squeaks and crafts van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Deze past natuurlijk goed bij een kaartenmaker. ;) Ik heb de afbeelding in een lichtgrijze tint geprint. omdat de inkt niet watervast is. Zo kon ik de afbeelding inkleuren met de no-line kleur techniek met behulp van Distress inkt. Voor de oogjes, neusjes en snorharen van de muisjes heb ik een zwarte fineliner gebruikt. Ik heb met een zwarte fineliner langs de randen van het karton gedoodled. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna op zwart karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de pagina op een kraft pagina geplakt, nadat ik eerst de gaatjes had gemaakt in de pagina met mijn perforator. 

I have had a blogging planner for a couple of years. In the diary I keep track of all my design team assignements and other blogposts that I am posting. I always make a new page to have a proper start in the new year.

This year I have used a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps on my page. I have printed the image on Aquarelpapier smooth Wit 200g A6 from Vaessen creative and I used the image Squeaks and crafts from Di's digi stamps. This is the perfect image for a cardmaker. ;) I have printed the image in a light grey colour, because my printer ink is not water resistant. This way I could colour the image with the no-line colouring technique with my Distress inks. I used a black fineliner to add eyes, a nose and whiskers. With a black fineliner I have doodled around the edges of the paper. I have glued the image on black cardstock and then I glued it on kraft cardstock, after I first punched holes in the page with a hole punch.
